Good service! Excellent prices for people without insurance… overall excellent service from all the staff and Doctor

After all this place has done for me, I can’t believe I haven’t left a review yet. Dr. Renato helped me when I didn’t have insurance to initially diagnose my chronic auto-immune condition. He always listens to my concerns and is honest and direct about the best course of action to help his patients. There have been times when I didn’t have insurance and needed a competent and effective medical resource to help me manage my care and he’s never let me down. I don’t know where I’d be without him and his staff. Maria is incredibly awesome and nice and always makes me feel extremely comfortable. I don’t remember everyone’s name on staff but they operate here like a tight knit family practice and take good care of the community here in my area. I’d recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

To any place I have been that involves health care, I have felt they were just there for the money (and how can I make this person pay more), but in here was different.The blood test was painless and quick. The attention was patient and kind from all the health practitioners.The price was fair, what I went for and what I had an idea of that I would pay.I feel that this facility truly care about the patience because they make accessible to anyone that wants to check on their health, without drama or referring you to emergency unnecessarily.I want them to grow and I was motivated to leave a review because I believe this is how health care should be. Fair, kind and without overdrawing bank accounts.

I had a very quick and thorough visit. I came in for a exam and was given the exact same treatment as if I was in another professional clinic but better.The atmosphere is calm, private and professional. My review is based solely on my experience and I strongly recommend anyone to give a try to this location for urgent minor emergency. Price is cheaper than Minute clinic. I done my homework before I came and I cannot give a less than perfect review. Hopefully I dont have a need to come back anytime soon but if I do, I will choose this place before any other clinic hands down.

I love Promed. The service is great. The staff is friendly and the Doctor is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you and shows compassion for your needs. I’ve taken issues to him that I’ve gone to specialists with and they didn’t help. He gets my health back to 100% every time!

Love this place, I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE, very affordable, very clean, the staff is very friendly and they are really caring.Always the smile on their faces when they see you.Dr Theresa always take her time to explain. She is very professional as well as her nurse Maria, and also the front desk ,very nice people, very polite. I went to Promed for the first time today to see about my hand. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very nice and intelligent. The cost of my visit was unbelievably low compared to my other doctor. I was very pleased with Promed and will definitely use them in the future!

I came here base solely on REVIEWS and it held up its end. Very helpful doctor was someone you can talk to and feel comfortable with. Most people dont know but this facility is a non-insurance establishment. So if you HAVE insurance they do NOT see you. But for people short on cash and need reliable service. This place IS for you!

I visited Promed after being referred by a friend. I must admit, I LOVE this practice! I haven’t found PCP as caring & thorough as Promed in almost 10 years. I highly recommend! The other reviews are true, they treat you like family.

The facility is nice and clean. The staff, particularly Maria, is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They did a great job of explaining the procedure, and what my options were. I felt very comfortable. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

I dont typically write reviews but under the circumstances I feel compelled to do so regarding my new patient experience with ProMed in Norcross.Healthcare is a big deal for everyone but youll only know the stresses of low income and no medical insurance when youve been unwell with very little money and no health coverage. I can tell you first hand that the 5 star rating this establishment has achieved is an excellent representation of the type of care you can expect to receive from them.Everyone on staff was exceedingly conscientious and prompt while exhibiting the utmost care, concern and professionalism. The office environment was very calming and welcoming as was the administrative staff. The new patient forms were a breeze and only took a couple of minutes to complete, after which, I was taken in at the exact time of my appointment and evaluated/treated by both Maria and Teresa. They were outstanding in every way. They were patient and thorough in their evaluation and were completely down to earth and genuine throughout the entire visit. Teresa also took the time afterward to provid me with several referrals for other affordable healthcare facilities I may be in need of in the future.I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had in a doctors office, hands down, not to mention the most fair and affordable for someone in my financial predicament. Above and beyond, Id give them 10 stars if I could. Well done, indeed!

Went in as a walk-in patient. There was no wait and the nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and helped me with what I came in for. Would highly recommend! Self-pay price was also decent.

I really like the doctor here. At first I didnt want a man gynecologist but, he made me feel really comfortable. Very affordable as well if you have no insurance.

The best place to go if you need medical treatment that is not urgent, I think they grab people by appointment only but I made my appointment three hours before I consulted.The consultation was only $60 and the service person was very fast, very professional and friendly, not even an hour after they started the consultation she was out with medications. If you dont have insurance, this place gives the best treatment for the least expense 👍🏿

If there is any medical place to recommend, this is the best🙌🙌🙌. Definitely everyone there was super professional and friendly! The doctor is an angel who takes care of his patients as if we were his family! They are my first and only option for me and my family.
