Most amazing staff work here... Dr. Harroche, Dr. Chauncey, Ms. Joanna (Nurse) and all the front staff explained everything in detail, were super patient and understanding. I absolutely love my Northside team but this place... Id recommend it to everyone.. (well my ladies) They are kind, comprehensive, and overall phenomenal individuals.. thank you so much for all your help and guidance 🙏🏼. I am very grateful. ❤️❤️👍🏼

Was referred to this group by mistake because they do not see males. Took me driving into the office in person after leaving half a dozen voicemails to find this out. Wasted 6 weeks and about a dozen calls for nothing. Call center for this group is hot garbage.

Northside advertises quick service, but you cannot get an appointment to see a doctor for 6 weeks.

Dr. Harroche has terrible bedside manner - she entered the room & was not welcoming at all. She spent a total of 10 mins with me in which she rudely & condescending told me that what i was experiencing was a “fixation”. Perfect example of the medical model, no actual understanding or awareness of symptoms, underlying cause, getting to the root of the problem or real concern/care for their patients health & wellbeing. To make matters even worse, i was then charged $200 for the visit & never even received a follow up call.

Dr. Tugbiyele is great. But, more than a month later & mult calls, I still have not received a call to schedule surgery. Very unprofessional.

I first saw Dr Tugbiyele when he was at Advanced Gynecology in Alpharetta. I was impressed by him because he actually took the time to read the new patient forms I filled out. When Advanced Gynecology called to inform me that Dr. Tugbiyele had left the practice and wanted to assign me to another gynecologist I thank them and asked for the contact information for his new practice. Though I reside in Alpharetta I decided it was worth the drive to Lawrenceville to continue my care with him. Yesterday, I checked into Northside Hospital Duluth where Dr. Tugbiyele performed a total hysterectomy on me. I must say that I was not surprised when the nursing staff echoed that Dr. Tugbiyele was a great surgeon and a wonderful person. If you are looking for a Urogynogolist with impeccable bedside manners, very thorough and cares about his patients. Dr. Tugbiyele at Northside Center for Urogynology is the physician for you. Thank you Dr. Tugbiyele for taking such good care of me and always hearing me. You are truly the best in your field.
