Facts on facts here at this facility i never been to a planned parenthood but i would highly recommend for wellcare i spoke with a few people to help me plan my appointment and to make sure that they handle my type of insurance. I was reassured by the doctor and they made it smooth sailing. I was checked for everything i wanted to be checked for and more. i did not wait long at all.

I’m so grateful for planned parenthood. I had my appointment yesterday from the front to the back, everyone was so kind and helpful. Big shout out to the Doctor Calloway and all the nurses who stayed behind helping me with my in clinic surgery yesterday. You guys are so amazing and sweet. I highly recommend anyone to come and visit them. If I can give more stars I wish I can !!!!

I was scheduled to get my very first PAP and I was a bit nervous being that I’ve only heard that it’s really uncomfortable. My experience at this facility was AMAZING! The process was quick, professional, and comfortable. My nurse was Josh, I believe, and the wonderful doctor was Dr. Riley. The staff as a whole really makes you feel welcomed and right at home. This facility is about 30 minutes from where I reside, but I’ll make that drive every time. You’ll be in good hands!

Went here for a UTI testing to get prescribed antibiotics and they took my pee sample without even testing for a damn UTI!!? Tried getting me to do extra testing at extra cost when I know it’s just a UTI and ended up waiting 2 whole hours (went into closing hours) to only be prescribed a non effective dosage of antibiotics. I will NEVERR be returning here. Not helpful at all.

Made appointment through online portal. Filled out check-in materials before hand. Still had to sit in waiting room for 3+ hours past appointment time to be seen. Bring snacks and a book.

I see Dr Riley every time and she is always kind and helpful. Always makes sure I’m comfortable and my experience is good . Thank you PP!

The office staff as a whole was amazing! It was so clean and all over friendly atmosphere and I wasn’t waiting for hours.

Lawrenceville, GA location… 10:30 appt. Waiting over an hour to be told to use a client portal. They put in the wrong information for me. Still waiting. Have seen 4 separate female clients walk in and have seen 2 walk out having been prompted at a locked door and given access. Called administrative numbers and was told there is “one more person” before you and then you will be called in. Or she would be happy to reschedule me. Is my time so worthless to them? Perhaps I have need of their services. After an hour and 15 min. Maybe I don’t.

I had Aliana and she did a phenomenal job. Went above and beyond to help me during my appointment.. She was super caring and sweet and welcoming as this was my first time here. Answered every question that I had, even the repeated ones.

The staff at the clinic were more than amazing. The doctor was very informative. The staff from the front desk to the nurses were very warm and comforting.

Pretty okay experience here. Natalie & Dr.Riley were very welcoming & kind, but the women at the front desk seemed to be frustrated with my very easily which stressed me out. I see a lot of people complaining about the extreme wait times, but in my experience, it only took 1-1.5 hours to check in, get my implant inserted, and leave; I did go at a pretty random time and made an appointment prior (12:10pm on a Thursday), so if you can, it would be smart to make your appointment on a weekday at a time where most people are at school or work. I also came in underage and without an adult (the total procedure cost me $0 with insurance which was amazing by the way) and they didn’t give me any issues about that

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I went to get my implant removed in my arm and I was super nervous. The nurse that first came in, Natalie, made me feel so comfortable, she immediately squashed my anxiety. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend. Then the doc came in, Dr.Riley and she was equally as awesome, she answered all questions and I never thought I would say this going to any doctors apt. but I actually enjoyed myself! Its such a warm welcoming environment. I would recommend them 100000%

First time using the services at a planned parenthood and it was a great one. Not really sure why the ratings are so low because I had a great experience. There is always picketers protesting at this location but I still felt safe because their doors are locked until they buzz you in. I only had to wait in my car for about 10 minutes as two separate ladies called me to gather my information (medical history/reason for visit). All of the ladies working there were extremely professional and kind and made me feel extremely comfortable and not judged. If you need any of the services they provide, I honestly encourage the use of this location, I know I’ll be returning if I need to.

I like how confidential the whole process is. My appointment went by smoothly and the staff was very nice. When I initially made my appointment, the operator (someone who didn’t work in the building) told my appointment was going to be $60. I was surprised and very pleased when my payment came out to $27 for my entire visit. And the front desk gave me a nice goodie bag with all my favorites! Will be returning!

Gave me a prescription and didn’t write how much to take and when on bottle or in printouts. Then I tried calling them, no answer and then were closed until Tuesday. Mind you this is Friday! So I’m left with a prescription I have no idea how to take for 3 days. Nice work!

When I walked in and let the staff behind the window know I was there for my appointment, they were very nice and sociable. I was really anxious and shaking a little due to my anxiety, but they were sweet and made me feel much more at ease.Since I was a new patient, I had paperwork to fill out and they made sure I was aware of how things would go sans insurance. Everything was explained thoroughly, but with good bedside manner. I was truly surprised, as the reviews left me worried.I was taken back and basic things (blood pressure, weight, medical history) were reviewed. About 10 minutes after she left, a doctor saw me and went over literally everything that I could have needed to know, and even filled me in on how to prep for an IUD even though I cant get one until the insurance sign up window opens back up. It was really a great experience, and I felt cared for by the staff the entire time. Again, very surprising from the other reviews, but I had a wonderful experience and it went without a hitch.All said and done, I spent ~$110 for the consultation/exam + 3 months of birth control. I elected to pick it up at PP for $15 per pack, but you can also get it sent to your pharmacy of choice (for a different price, Id imagine).

Went in for my appointment and had to wait about 30 minutes, which I used to fill out the required paperwork and hand it in. The ladies behind the desk and the technicians were all very nice and calming and I felt comfortable through the whole process.The doctor I saw actually LISTENED to me about my previous birth control experiences, and didn’t pressure me into trying again something I knew didn’t fit me. Instead, she took the time to explore other options and was up-front about the costs involved.They helped me schedule a follow-up for two weeks out before I was even fully discharged. I tried to reschedule online but instead managed to cancel the appointment, but when I called in it was very easy to set up another follow-up at a time that was convenient for me with no penalties. At my follow-up they had me in and out within 15 minutes.At both appointments the clinic escorts where very supportive as well, and I really appreciated their presence as there was a small cluster of people with poster board signs across the parking lot.Overall, very comfortable, easy experience and I would recommend to anyone in search of counsel.

I went last month and Natalie is wonderful and kind! Dr. Riley is awesome and did an AMAZING job placing my copper IUD in a quick few seconds and with minimal pain because of her talented hands! I truly couldnt have asked for any other doctor to do it! They also had me right in and leaving the office with my copper IUD on the very day I scheduled it! I definitely recommend this place and would totally come back!

Been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours for my appointment and calling people names that just walk in and constantly keep calling my name to the front but not calling my name into the back very unprofessional I will not be back here

So apparently you have to make an appointment to get a refill for birth control. On top of that have to wait just about 20 min for the doctor to say it’s okay for you to get your birth control pills….can this be any more of a waste of time. Super unsatisfying

I love this location. All the nurses and staff are incredibly sweet. The doctor is always so kind and helpful. This is the only planned parenthood I recommend going to. I’m surprised by the lack of good reviews this place has (probably comes from the protestors wasting their time outside) but this place is great and you’ll get all your needs met. I’m self paid so coming here isn’t too much on my income and everything always get resolved incredibly easy and effectively. Love this place and the people who work here ❤️ Thank you!!

It’s best to go when you don’t have anything to do that day bc the waiting but then again doctors do be busy … but I came here to get my birth control out my arm and my doctor I forgot her name but she was lightskin and African American and she was an very nice lady and did an fast job but did it right !! The front desk was very respectful and nice definitely come here if u want your birth control removed and I didn’t pay much to get it out !!! Thanks y’all

Everyone was super nice answered all of my questions. The wait was a bit long so I recommend going early but my overall experience was great.I went to get my birth control removed from my arm it took about 10min to get it out. The doctor was very gentle!

I wouldn’t recommend this facility if you have insurance. If I had insurance I would go to a nicer place. This is the best place you can go to if you don’t have insurance though. It really depends on the day and who is working. Some days I’ve been in and out in 10-15 minutes for my depo shot. Then one time I was there for 6 hours waiting to get the actual procedure done before I was on birth control, I just assume they had forgotten about me. The staff is very nice and professional. I’ve seen other people have issues here and get mad and leave. It depends on what service you need here. I tried to be as honest as I could. I like the place.

Everyone there is extremely nice, professional and courteous! Dr. Riley is amazing! I drove out of the way originally because it was the soonest appointment I could get (about an hour away from my house) but now I will definitely be coming back! It was worth the trip.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years for my birth control now and I have to say the best service!!! Granted a lot of things have changed due to the pandemic but they have kept us patients safe with calling from the cars and maintaining a safe distance and providing great service.They are very kind individuals who care about their jobs, I will never understand why people come to protest and harassed those who just want to live their best life. But there are police and occasional volunteers for safety reasons, an over all great place. Highly recommend, Please do understand that there are a lot of different things they do and others to take care of, so there is a bit of a wait but its only because they are in such high demand :)

My experience at this location took a turn when the doctor seemed to be judging me more than her actual job. She wanted a clear thank you from me, and was super matter of fact. She really gives self rightous vibes. I had a mask on and it was upside down, she couldn’t let it go and wouldn’t proceed until i flipped it around. She was judging my choice in birth control due to a passed experience in which i had to stand firm in what i wanted for my body. She even seemed to be judging me for the service i came there for. I didn’t even discuss my major cause of concern bc of her off putting behavior. The staff was amazing other than the doctor and they also apologized for my experience because they could see i was clearly upset. She asked generic questions and when i answered them not to her satisfaction she repeated them like it was a test instead of just specifying what she meant. She made my experience very uncomfortable. At the end she told me she gave me a prescription for something they typically don’t, and made sure to let me know she didn’t have to do it. She wanted a thank you from me, which wasn’t going to be given after such a disheartening experience. I encourage her to find a new approach to her career path or find another one.

The protesters were on the grass area and didn’t scream at any of us and the staff were extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was kind as well. They gave me the information I needed to know and made sure I was okay. When making your appointment ASK how long your appointment will take. They will let you know how long you will be there and are very upfront about everything. All in all they are kind and a great! Recommend to anyone.

I do not recommend the Lawrenceville location for your services. If you have an option to seek a better clinic, do so! I came for a routine appointment. The staff were not very kind and welcoming. During my time with the doctor, I was very uncomfortable. She judged me for choosing the service that I did and deliberately intimidated me out of the procedure. She was VERY dismissive and displayed poor bedside manner. Not to mention, the clinic isn’t the cleanest, and the doctor had stains on her white coat. This was a very traumatic experience. I left with tears and low spirits.Seek assistance for your needs with a center that is committed to supporting your choices and needs!

Went for some testing. Check in was quick and easy. It was very clean. Staff was cool. Nurse Avion is sooo bomb. She made me feel sooo comfortable. We had great conversation and she is so sweet.

My experience here was more than awful! The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and as well as the cashier. I understand it is busy, but one should remain calm so that tension isnt thin and each patient feels welcome and cared for. The doctors are also impatient and nurses are not very well trained. I honestly believe they should clean sweep this establishment and start fresh with a friendly and welcoming staff. I regret coming to this location.

I made an appointment online for an annual exam. The process was very easy and efficient. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and only had to wait a few minutes after filling out my paperwork to be called to the back for my appointment. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. I highly recommend coming here for annual care or any other needs.

The staff was very friendly and abided by the COVID safety precautions. The nurse made sure that I was safe. The doctor was very nice and she explained everything to me. She made me feel comfortable and we had a nice conversation. I would definitely come back.

Everyone was very professional. The doctor was attentive and seemed to really listen to my questions and personal needs. Honestly, it was the best Ive felt after a doctors visit in years because they made me feel comfortable and informed. I also came here 10 years ago for information, and they were very helpful then too.

The staff were so nice. I went to get my iud removed and they made sure I felt no pain. The procedure was very affordable. Dr. Riley was very professional and knowledgeable.

Ive been lucky to always have great experiences at Planned Parenthood and this location is no different. From check-in at the reception desk, taking my blood pressure with the nurse, and meeting with the physician - everyone was so kind, helpful, funny, and professional. I highly recommend this location and everyone who works there deserves a cake!

I looked everywhere to find where can take out my nexplanon that I had inserted out of state. This was the only place that didn’t hassle me about it and took my word that I had one, and was able to schedule me an appointment for a removal. I was also please with their service, the employees were so welcoming and made you feel as comfortable as possible. The removal was painless and was over all a great experience.

The Hispanic lady at the front desk was nice and made me comfortable. The doctor had the worst type of energy to be around her aura and attitude was distasteful and not welcoming. Considering the procedure that I needed you would think as a woman she would try and make you feel comfortable. She was dismissive and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t recommend women coming here.

I have visited this particular location several times in the last couple of years and I have always been very satisfied with their level of service. The staff at this location is currently taking all necessary Covid-19 precautions, the center is clean and they are very organized. During my last appointment, I was referred for a mammogram and the center that will be performing the services requested additional information; therefore, I contacted Planned Parenthood and they took care of all of the paperwork immediately. I would definitely recommend the Lawrenceville location! Thank you guys for helping me today :)

Petty, inconsiderate, and disorganized. Clinic closes at 6, arrived at 5:32 and they refused giving me my depot saying they stop at 5:30. Explained I drive 40 mins and they still refused. It takes literally 2 minutes, lazy and very inconvenient.

I called in to confirm my appointment, they took my insurance information, and called me back later, leaving a VM that it was confirmed. I waited at my appointment about a half hour before they even triaged me, when they told me I was out of network, and that they had left me a VM about it. I didnt delete the message, that was false, she distinctly says it was confirmed. If you have the means, go elsewhere, if you want to be treated professionally, if not, Im sorry

I made an appointment for birth control implant over the phone, and been told there was nothing I need to pay attention to prepare for my appointment.After arrived at my appointment time, I waited 2 hours before I even get to see the doctor.The doctor refused to give me the implant because I had unprotected sex prior to the appointment. This part I understand but what upsets me is that this information should have been given to me while I was making my appointment or anything during the 2 hours while I was waiting for the doctor. They even filed the claim to my insurance company and I have to pay $70 for no service and waste of time!! I never been to a healthcare place so unprofessional.I would never go to planned parenthood again or recommend it to anybody!You are better off just going to a gynecologist

I have never felt so strongly about a place like I feel for this one. Everything is so inconvenient for the patient. I dread every time I have to come here to get anything. Hard to reach a person on the phone yet on their website after every thing they say it says please call! No where on their website does it say they close for lunch! They make it so hard to get your BC pills! They are rude and unprofessional. Rather pay more for better service some where else. I do not recommend this place at all!!

It makes me frustrated to have to give this place a bad review. The clinical director who saw me was amazing and my wait time wasn’t long. However they failed to send my prescription for so long, and when I tried to speak with a manager about it she was so cold. Rude to the point that she put me on hold apparently when I was speaking to her, which I didn’t know, and then came back on inpatient bc she had “other patients” to deal with as if I wasn’t one of those patients. Her manner was so demeaning and inappropriate. If I were the clinical director I’d go into practice for myself bc she clearly understands people whereas her manager does not. She’d do a much better job at it and I’d want to see her again if she didn’t work for someone as mean spirited.

I stopped coming here.. I talked to the doctor twice and the second time she didnt even seem like she wanted to hear anything I had to say her persona was nasty. Doctor gives off a rude and annoyed vibe. Which I dont understand because she suppose to be here to uplift girls so that we dont feel uncomfortable, someone we can talk to. All that to say I have free coverage now and will gladly get my BC somewhere else.(Receptionist were pretty cool) so they get 2 stars.

Never made it through the door. I usually go to an Illinois location and I’m aware of the different prices and different funding and how often it changes and varies from place to place. However, I made an appointment online for refill bc and when I arrived to my appointment a receptionist called and told me that I clicked the wrong thing Because I had never been to that location (the website said nothing about it). Long story short, while I’m on the phone with her waiting outside, she calls and tells me I need to call customer service or something and my depo shot would be A little under $200... a waste of a drive

I got an IUD removal from Dr.Rylie, my care was nothing short of professional. Between handling patients, I was the only one in the office (due to covid) with the doctor and nurses, who made me feel safe and well taken care of.

The women here were so kind and helpful. I had anxiety about replacing my BC and they talked me through the whole process and eased my concerns. My doctor also gave me info on where I can get it replaced with financial assistance. Grateful for the employees and PP!!

Extremely unprofessional. Had to wait hours when i arrived early for my appointment just to talk for 2 minutes with the doctor n wait another hour for a 5 minute procedure that they didnt want me to get on the same day....even though I was told that they could do it. I spent 4 hours in this office for something so simple. this place has terrible customer service and all they want is get you to come as many times as possible so they can take your money. With the horribly long wait i dont know how theyre making money.

I went in for an exam after a miscarriage and was turned away at the door and told they can not do that. Soo they can abort a baby and support that mother but cannot do a simple exam after a miscarriage. They need to stop advertising womens health when they can turn away women in need of health care.

The professionalism here is almost non existent. I felt as if the staff were confrontational as if trying to provoke an issue. Woman usually come here nervous and mixed with emotions, there are protesters outside which makes it uncomfortable it’s to bad the office staff are terrible too. If this is your first time or your not 100% certain about your decision I strongly suggest you don’t go there!

Ive come to this location twice now, each time for the Depo-Provera birth control shot. The first time I wasnt sure which birth control method was right for me and the doctor spent well over an hour with me, answering every single question I could think of regarding all choices. Ive always felt rushed at other offices, but not here. She was kind, patient and thorough. Even the staff is super sweet!Everything is kept clean and organized. I meet with a different doctor on my second visit and she was just as great as the first. I dont have medical insurance so I came here to save money and surprisingly enough, my experience was way better than at my previous OB/GYN who was rated #2 in the state!The only negative - on my second visit, there were anti-birth control/abortion protesters with signs sitting outside on the hill, off the property. For a second, I felt a little embarrassed but I quickly noticed it was just 3 old hags who obviously had nothing better to do than to judge people theyve never even met. If you have an active sex life, birth control is a must! Dont let people like that discourage you from taking care of yourself and your future.I love this office!! I will continue to come here until my husband and I want and are financially stable to have children.*Why I chose Depo-Provera: The shot lasts 3 months so you only have to visit 4 times a year (cost was $86 as of 9/23/2014 without insurance). It does not contain estrogen (synthetic estrogen gives me bad mood swings). After your first shot, your period may last for a few weeks but after that, they will become lighter and lighter until theyre almost nonexistent. Keep in mind though, everyone is different so do research or schedule a consultation, thats what I did. :)

Whoever Sophia is needs to not work here anymore. Terrible terrible attitude. She saw my son with me when I rang the doorbell, if I was early or not, no where when making an appointment does it say that kids are not allowed. She told me they need me to go back into the car and they’ll call me. So I waited and waited to get a phone call that says “do you have someone with you I saw you were with a child and because of the pandemic we aren’t allowing children in the building for our safety” because Sophia isn’t worried about these grown woman might having covid coming in. But, instead of calling me and letting me know or telling me that when she saw us outside she said she wasn’t allowed to say it in front of customers. Hung up on me after she tried to tell me to stop yelling at her which I wasn’t and I was exposing how she could’ve gone about calling me different and didn’t have me wait for 20mins with my child. It’s crazy that this place is supposed to help women when it’s women behind it being nasty as hell. I know nothing will come of this review but Sophia needs some customer service classes

Came in today scared out of this world.Everyone was so nice even Amelia (the one that does ultrasounds) She litterly hugged and talk to me she was so amazing and calm my nerves.

I honestly dont understand why this place has such bad reviews. This was my first time here and it was amazing. I was nervous and anxious with this being my first time but they made it so easy! The doctor sat with me and explained my birth control and made sure I understood. Super sweet staff, they take care of you here! This will be my go to place for all my future needs.

I’m pretty fed up with this place. First I had to drive all the way to Marietta because apparently the office had flooding problems. Which is fine I guess but I don’t live anywhere close to Marietta. Than when they finally open I have to sit here and wait for the doctor to come so I can get my refill. Why are you late in the first place and why can’t I just be given my pills? Why does the doctor need to be here for that? When I ask when she’ll be here the response is “oh idk 30mins I guess”. I am totally done with this place. I shouldn’t have to wait here for god knows how long all because your staff can’t get to the office on time.

Staff is okay, the doctor here is ignorant and doesn’t like to listen. She also miss diagnosed me twice!! Wast of money and very unprofessional for a clinic. After I went to an obgyn, I was correct about my issues I knew the doctor here completely disregarded.

The staff was very friendly. The prices were very cheap compared to other places. They charged $118 for HIV, Chlamydia, and Ghonorrhea tests, and that also included the doctors visit. Other places charged $110 just for the doctors visit, and $30 each for Chlamydia and Ghonorrhea tests. I would absolutely advise anyone to use them for their medical care .

Everyone shows no emotion and very awkward. They are so serious all the time your attented so you dont feel comfortable at all. Very unprofessional nurses.

You’d think these clinics would have a pap smear available on your off day (so you wouldn’t have to miss any work..because you can’t afford to) at a reasonable price (135$) but of course that’s asking for too much. The condescending phone manner doesn’t help.

So unprofessional and irresponsible UNPlanned Parenthood services... How do you run out of birth control and make it seem as if its no big deal?!? I guess it is a racket to extort additional funds for the more (unplanned) expensive services. I am paying an out of pocket expense to make sure I do not incur a larger expense by having a child. A courtesy call would have been nice for my scheduled appointment!

This place is so incredibly slow. The staff is awful, like they hate their jobs and take it out On patients. I had an apt at 10 and didn’t even get seen until 1. Now it’s been almost 2 more hours to be seen again. What’s the point of making an apt when you could walk in and wait the same amount of time. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely horrible.

Came to support a loved one she made an appointment at 12 noon and it’s 4:40pm and she is barely being called please never come here!Update we are still here! They just put her in another waiting room! It is 5:43pm this is ridiculous!!!2nd update its 6:45pm!!!! Please for the love of God never come here!

Had an appointment recently, all of the staff were very friendly with me and made me feel comfortable! I’ve been going to this location for years now and they have always been nice to me and made sure I’m safe and informed on everything.

I had to wait 20 minutes to be told that my file was it sent from another office. When I know for a fact that it was because I had to pick up my prescription from this office prior to this visit then Im talking about. I was then told that I could just come get my birth control on a different day when that would not work for me because the birth control would essentially be useless at that point. This office is absolutely ridiculous because the lady then told me what we just gave you your birth control last time we didnt have your file. Then why cant you do that right now

Im here now waiting, going on 25 min. Went to the doors and asked how much longer because im having to wait outside and its 91 degrees. She told me to go back to my car and wait in a phone call. I havent even gone inside yet and can already tell they have no customer service skills. If any place needed good customer service it would be here. I will not use there services again nor reccomend them.

Dr Riley was the best. She asked all the right questions and diagnosed the problem! To my relief my situation was over blown in my mind. Glad i came to be sure.

The clinic staff and attending physician all did an excellent job of explaining well in advance of my visit what to expect and what I needed to do. The procedure was executed in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was very friendly :) thank you!!!

I came in for a implant removal & I have been here since 130 but appt was set for 110 & it is now 334 & I am being seen in the back room ... & still waiting for a doctor the pros is that it is very clean & quiet ..

Awesome staff- they are all so nice and very efficient! I didn’t experience any wait time for my appointment, and was out within 30 minutes.

Natalie was so amazing to me and a absolute treasure ! I enjoyed my time and will make the drive again for my next appointments!! Great experience thanks again Natalie and everyone in the office !

I’ve tried booking an appointment with them and ended up talking to their call center. To get the testing I needed to get, I would have to wait until the 26th- most things you would go to them for testing for can’t wait until the 26th. If there are appointment times open today, why am I unable to book them for what I need?

I give this location one star because I had an appointment at 2:20 - its going to be 4pm soon and I still havent been seen. If you value your time dont choose this location because they certainly dont.

Very friendly staff! Even though I came in a little late, they were understanding and was able to get me in and out swiftly.

It takes all day and they don’t explain why. It feels unconnected they don’t use your name they call you by a color. Your literally just a customer to them.

Wonderful staff. They are all very kind and truly want to help you get the care you need.

All I needed to do was pick up birth control, no exam anything and it took 2 hrs! The whole time they are laughing and playing around in the hallway.

They are liars they are thieves they make you waste your time for absolutely no reason tell you one thing over the phone to get you in then when you get there is a whole another story made me way 4 to 6 hours for absolutely nothing they are a bunch of frauds

I came 20 minutes before my appointment to be seen 2 hrs and 10 minutes later!!!!!!! People are friendly thats why they get 2 stars!!!

My appointment was at noon, its 5:31pm and Im still in the lobby waiting. Pick another location.
