The service here was great it was my first time since it was my first baby they helped me out with everything I needed the doctors were good at explaining everything I needed to know in every visit and staff was also very helpful

They actually really great!! My first time but It actually feel safe... they kept informed with everything and keeps me updated with everything... I truly appreciate them... I truly recommend this location!!!!

Centro Prenatal had given me my prenatal care for two out of my three pregnancy. If I knew about them before it would of been all three. They are all effective and caring. I felt safe and they answered all my questions and concerns. They speak Spanish and each appointment is fast and smooth. Thank you!

Dr. Jordan is an Amazing Doctor , I loved the care I received , the Doctor really listens and takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns, I really recommend this office to anyone. Office is Clean and Staff is excellent.

When I first found out I was pregnant, I called multiple clinics but this one was the ONLY one that actually answered all my questions. The doctor & midwife has been really patient, the ladies at front & nurses are always helpful & nice.

Centro prenatal office in Lawrenceville is great! All staff members and doctors are super nice and always worry for your health! I would highly recommend getting your prenatal care here.

This clinic is a waste of time, and over charge for anything and everything, you can’t even have anyone come in with you in the lobby not even your own kids. What a joke. But other people were in there and they didn’t say anything. And the receptionist was very rude about it.

They do NOT follow CDC guidelines when it comes to COVID.! I am 33 weeks pregnant & tested positive for COVID Feb 1. Called them to see what I needed to do they said I just needed to test negative before my next appointment that a home test would be fine. 2 days after I tested negative I had my appointment. They didn’t ask for any negative COVID test & they saw me that day no questions asked. 2 weeks later after testing negative I had another appointment & they asked for a negative COVID test from the pharmacy & refused to see me because I didn’t have one. I rescheduled my appointment for 2 weeks later because they said I wouldn’t need a COVID test by then. I am a self paying patient & don’t have the money to pay $130 for a COVID test. I called 2 days before my appointment to confirm that I didn’t need a test for my next appointment & of course they tell me the opposite & that I do need one. Mind you this is now a month later after testing negative. CDC says you are no longer contagious after 5 days of showing symptoms. So it’s okay to see me 2 days after testing negative but refuse to see me 2 weeks/a month later??! why are you guys telling me different things everytime I call?? Please get your staff/policy together because not only did this cost me $130 but it also caused me to MISS an appointment which is not safe especially at this time of my pregnancy.

Horrible service. No urgency with a purpose. Money driven and not understanding at all. They did not let my wife back because there were some miscommunications with her insurance. Instead of understanding and continuing the care, knowing it was a high risk pregnancy they decided to just not provide service anymore. Found another clinic that was able to figure out the insurance issue and its been great.

I decided to choose a different clinic for my second pregnancy and so far I’m six months pregnant and I’m enjoying this office so much- I feel very taken care of and everyone is pleasant! I strongly believe they care about your well being and your baby so much. I am able to pay payments as I do not have insurance and it’s very convenient for me . I highly recommend anyone to come here I’m very happy I decided to join this office ♥️

None of the staff is wearing a mask, but Im being required to wear one to see an ultrasound of the baby that lives in my wifes stomach in my house.What sense does this make at all ?All common sense left the world after 2020, apparently.

Really bad service, bad communication with their patients, I had some tests done and I never received a response from them, now I call and they tell me that they cant tell me anything, the person in charge of answering the phone doesnt know what her job is, she sounded very confused. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

It’s a nice clean office with pleasant staff. Appointment’s generally run on time. And if you’re a few minutes late they still make an effort to see you. The receptionist identifies me by name each time I enter the office.

I decided to try a new clinic for my second pregnancy and I came here and si far is going great!! The office is always clean and the staff is very friendly and there to help you, I totally recommend.

Best place, if there’s something some of us women dread is getting your pap done! The providers always make you feel at ease and are so attentive. The staff is the best from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, always making sure you leave with all the knowledge of what was done and the recommendations the providers give you!

Always there to help you with your needs. I’ve been taken good care during my visits. I’m expecting baby number 3. My second one was different ObGYN and they had me miscarriage but this one is the best to go over my comments and concerns.

The best OB-GYN place Ive visited in the whole world, its a place where they really care about you and you arent just a number, since you arrive the attention is the best, the front desks are super sweet, the nurses are very kind and the nurse practitioners NP are the best in the world especially LORENA GARCIA. I recommend that you go get your checkups at this place, and the prices are super cheap.

I would say they have the worst communication here. They changed doctor recently and they didn’t tell me about it until I asked about my c section that they used to work with the doctor but apparently they don’t anymore and I would have to pay a whole separate payment. They didn’t tell me they won’t deliver in Gwinnett hospital anymore but Atlanta like what? I’m 36 weeks and they are just now telling me this? They thought I had transfer to another doctor when i didn’t. They literally have no idea of anything. Do no recommend going here

My appt was at 3:30 and they didn’t come to see me til 5 pm. And when I told them that I was not going to be going there anymore because of the horrible attitude the staff had they didn’t even care. They had such a condenscending attitude. Every time I have been there I’ve showed up 15 minutes earlier to appts yet they always manage to have me waiting for more than 30 minutes at least. There’s only one good nurse in the entire building. The ladies in the reception are horrible. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here. I honestly hate that I even have to keep going there just because I have already given them so much money and I am so far along in my pregnancy. I plan on having for kids but I don’t plan on coming back here. And I am going to make sure that everyone I know and don’t know doesn’t come here either. They need to close this place down. People are WASTING their money and time.

They are usually late starting appointments. I’m never seen until 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time and once I get a room I’m still waiting. One appointment is basically a two hour process. Not good at resolving complicated health issues and staff don’t communicate with each other causing a lack in care for patients.

Second pregnancy here and they are wonderful. The staff is always there to help even with questions you might think are stupid. Friendly and amazing service . Thank you for taking care of me & my pregnancy.

There is nothing less to be said about the care I received at Centro Prenatal De Georgia OB/GYN besides EXCELLENT. From the ladies that greet you upon arrival, the Ultra Sound Tec, to the medical assistants that bring you back, and the Awesome midwife that took care of me, I had so many questions and concerns but they they were all answered with patience and clarity. Going through childbirth is a mix of immense pain followed by immense happiness. In this journey the presence of a wonderful healthcare team is priceless. A big thank you to CENTRO PRENATAL DE GEORGIA OB/GYN for making my experience less stressful !!!

I just hate that they take forever to attend you! Like there’s only one doctor that’s working there. You at least have to wait like 30-35 mins to see the doctor. Other than that great staff!

The amount of time they make you wait due to inadequate staffing Is OUTRAGEOUS. The mask require you to wear is just as silly. This clinic is a joke. Dont come here.

Dont usually write reviews on here but if you can go anywhere else for prenatal care please do so! I wasnt happy with the attention i got the clinic seems to be outdated and im 29 weeks now and didnt even know who would be the doctor that would be there when i went into labor.

This place is a joke. You have nurses, who knows nothing about ultrasound interpreting the images instead of a Radiologist. Expecting mothers, please be aware of this place. Thats a BIG red flag.

Called over 5 times got hung up on or put on hold for 13+minutes got an appointment told them what i was looking for and what my expectations were wanted to find out babys status and gender did not get any of that not happy with staff when making appointment had to go to office too schedule appointment and staff was giving beer to ups guy not what you want in a medical facility of any sort not happy with experiance

People don’t waste your time and you money here, they start charging you less but later the prices go up plus every extra lab service you have to pay additional for it

Wack, go somewhere else!!!! They don’t know how to make there patients a priority, I’ve been asking for my hcg number results for about a week now and every time I call to find out they always have an excuse... horrible, i do not recommend.

I had a very bad experience with my daughter in that clinic, she felt bad and asked to be treated and they told her to go to her primary doctor, as they were the doctors who were being paid for the treatment and with very little professionalism they sent her to another family doctor and she doesnt even have a family doctor, so we decided to change her and they charged her $150.00 which for me is illegal just because she wanted to change to another clinic and to transfer her documents to the new clinic and if she didnt pay they couldnt send her your documents if you are seeing this message I would not want you to go through the same thing

If I could give it 0 stars I would, unfortunately they only deceive and lie to their patients, the only thing they are interested in is money and believe me I write this because I wish someone had warned me about them 700 dls in two appointments and I leave and I still owe them 150 dollars more, a gynecologist does not attend, a midwife does, they charge for exams since they are free, they do not do ultrasounds in the most important weeks and they lie to their patients. I RECOMMEND YOU LOOK FOR MORE THERE ARE REAL CLINICS, this is not it!

I loved the way they saw my pregnancy. I had a controlled pregnancy since I had recently had a cesarean section for preeclampsia and they were very attentive. I already have my baby in my arms and everything was fine, the only thing is that they were taking a long time to attend to me, so I didnt I give 5 stars 🌟

My experience, we are already in the last appointments and the truth is that the service is terrible, they have many clients and only one doctor, they make us wait so long for the doctor to only come to say that everything is fine, and since I am not interested in selling my opinion for $25 I will say that they choose their clinics well and those who think nice, did they really serve them quickly? My sister-in-law has been attending this clinic ☹️, today almost finished the birth of her second little girl.I will try to summarize the terrible experience you have had.During her last check-ups, she was detected with a low figure in her iron levels, a very dangerous aspect for her and her child. Needless to say, how complicated a birth can be, blood loss, weakness, lack of pressure control, etc. and more. even when you have a condition beforehand. On 2 occasions I have accompanied her to her routine check-ups and on the first occasion the nurse was not clear about how many weeks she was, according to her she was close to giving birth and she still had about 1 month left until then🙄, showing lack of control, lack of professionalism and commitment in your area.The nurse was informed that my sister-in-law was not feeling well, the day before she had been in bed all day, because she felt very down and exhausted, the nurse told us that she should put in the report that she would give the doctor another condition. more force, because IT SEEMS THAT THIS WAS NOT ENOUGH REASON FOR THE DOCTOR TO COME AND EXAMINE HER.When the doctor came, she was explained to her again about her decline and she said that it was normal. Not being satisfied with that vain answer, I insisted that they do tests. Days later they called her because her iron levels were at 8, an alarming number. .From there they waited for the next appointment she had scheduled, another negligence on the part of this staff, when they should have treated her urgently to take measures, time is money in a pregnancy.The second appointment I went with her, which was supposed to have been to provide a solution to those low iron levels, the doctor, after spending some time celebrating my sister-in-laws nails, informed her that they did not give those injections, that they were going to refer her to a specialist, who would send the document by mail and gave us a telephone # for us to call, said # was from a fax, they were never going to answer us.15 days have passed since this, my sister-in-law has not even been able to get her first injection to raise her iron, today she had a new appointment and they only weighed her, measured her and wanted to do another test, something absurd, to draw more blood when she What you need is to get stronger.Iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy is also associated with having a low birth weight baby and suffering from postpartum depression. Hi, good morningI am very grateful to the Georgia prenatal center, because they have treated me very well and are always very attentive. I had prenatal care for my first pregnancy at this clinic and everything went well, thank God, and now I am in my second pregnancy, also with prenatal center. I like the attention and they are very quick to serve. I really like the patience of the nurses and doctors. They are very charismatic. And that makes me feel good. I recommend this clinic, it is an excellent place for the care of women and our babies during pregnancy:)

I do not recommend this site at all, my wife was a regular patient of the place but on our last visit they told us at the last minute that they no longer worked with ambetter and we had to pay for the consultation... Customer service must give prior notice to its patients about any changes with the insurance companies... But this doesnt work here!!! The truth is I regret having been treated in this place throughout my pregnancy.I got a prenatal package and they only did one ultrasound, the others charged me for each thing “for this its extra” and they didnt tell me anything other than “oh everything is fine.”They have no real interest in your well-being, I really wont return to this place, I have read many opinions and they are right I thought it was just my case but its true... they only know how to charge you extra and the receptionists seem like they didnt even study because they dont know anything .

Too negligent, apparently the only thing they care about is money, I went for something that affected me and everything was going well, then I come back and they tell me that I have something very serious, I went into depression thinking that I could be in very bad health, Thank God I believe in him and I didnt get carried away and it turns out that they hadnt performed the correct exam on me.

I do not recommend her due to her lack of professionalism. My wife went for a checkup. They ordered her to do some blood tests. They still dont treat you and they are already charging you for the consultation and the tests, to which we had no objection. That was a Tuesday, they formally agreed to call us on Friday to give us the results. They didnt call and we called. They told us that the results were already ready and that the doctor had already given them to the nurse who would contact us in a moment, which was It didnt happen, we called again on Saturday and they said that the nurse had already left that she only went to do the most important thing and she left that if they didnt call us it was because there was nothing to worry about. Shortly after, the supposed nurse called us, who at this moment Im no longer sure is actually one. She called and told us that the tests were not ready yet and that the doctor had not yet signed them and given her authorization to give the results and that within the week they would tell us if my wife would need new blood tests. Monday happened and they didnt call, Tuesday arrived and my wife called again and they told her that they were ready but that the nurse was busy and they would contact us later to give us the result. So what do professionals play, nothing to do with it, but to get paid they are the order of the day. What if I recommend them? Absolutely not.

It is not a good center. I had bleeding and they never wanted to treat me until I had my appointment and I had to go to the emergency room. I lost the baby because of unresponsible people.

It is the worst prenatal care for everything, they want to charge you extra apart from the fact that each appointment you wait around 3 hours, my daughter is already a week past her due date and they dont even want to check her until she has the strongest contractions and many Women dont have contractions if they just do a touch and they will shock if the baby is fine but dont do anything they never think of coming

I am a regular client of Gwinnette Prenatal Center. When I was pregnant they treated me wonderfully. All the staff is friendly and professional. The prices are very favorable. They know how to give you the information you need from start to finish. Every time I need help with my health I know I can trust them knowing that I am in very good hands. Super recommended.

The Georgia Prenatal Center is an excellent clinic for womens care, I have been receiving the Pap smear for 4 years and each time it has been a good experience. The doctors are very professional and the employees are very friendly. They delivered the results to me on time and very well explained. I recommend it to women who want to feel calm and safe when receiving medical attention.

Very bad experience I went to get checked at the beginning of my pregnancy because I had abnormal symptoms and they just kept me going back and forth doing blood tests and an ultrasound at 7 weeks the doctor told me that I still couldnt see anything 2 days after the ultrasound I almost died because my pregnancy was ectopic and they didnt even warn me that this could be happening to me. Thank God they managed to treat me in time at the hospital and the service is also very expensive.
