Doctor Gould is amazing!! I had been to 3 different doctors in 2023 looking for solutions to my issues and Dr. Gould helped me with my options. I saw her for the first time on December 12th and she scheduled my procedure for the following week so we could get it done before the end of the year. The staff is fabulous, the facility is beautiful and easy to get to. Nan is the best nurse ever!!!!

Great experience as a new patient getting a routine wellness exam. NP Sarah was so nice and made me feel so comfortable during the exam. The entire experience from walking in the lobby to leaving the exam room took less than 30 minutes. All of the staff were so nice and smiled. Plus, they have pink bath and body works soap in the bathroom which is such a fun and girly thing to do, it made me smile the rest of my visit! 😊

NP Sarah Davis is fantastic. Shes so calming. She performed the most gentle pap Ive ever received. Jawanda, the beautiful soul who does bloodwork, is so great at her job that you dont even realize youre getting poked. Other reviews have mentioned trouble getting in touch with the office and poor attitudes. Im glad I didnt let those reviews deter me from giving them a shot. Ive always experienced smiles, answered or promptly returned calls and ease with getting in for an appointment.

Could not love this office or Dr. Gould more! I was experiencing extremely heavy and long periods and after an apt with sweet N.P. Sarah and hearing my options, I opted for a Minerva Ablation with Dr. Gould. My pre-op apt with Dr. Gould was extremely informative. She explained the procedure and let me ask every question I could have possibly had. The day of the procedure I was a little anxious about any possible pain so I opted to add ProNox even though it was $100 out of pocket. BEST DECISION EVER! I felt nothing - no pain, no discomfort and was very relaxed. Im thrilled so far with the results and the care of Dr. Gould and her team is unmatched. Ive never felt so heard and cared for and will never see anyone else.

Not a good 1st impression. Called numerous times and no answer and finally when I get a person, I was told its my responsibility to see if my insurance accepts their facility. I told her my insurance is accepted everywhere and when the Drs office gathers my insurance details, usually they check. She said NO, but she can book me for an appointment. No thanks, how do you trust an office who cant even run your insurance! Then I read the other reviews related to the same issue and insurance claims and now I am glad I didnt go with them.

They make you feel so comfortable. They are very professional from the ladies at the front desk to the lady you check out with. It truly feels like spending time with close girlfriends.

Last year, I sought consultation at a GYN office where I was attended to by a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Despite having informed them about my existing fibroids, an ultrasound was conducted. Subsequently, they recommended a biopsy in connection with my inquiry about a hysterectomy, citing insurance protocol. Although I made two subsequent visits for the biopsy, the procedure was not successful despite the administration of prescribed medication to facilitate sample collection. The attending physician was not present during any of my three visits, yet I was billed twice for services that were not performed adequately. Furthermore, they neglected to verify my insurance status during one visit, leading to erroneous charges. While assurances were made that the charges would be rectified, I received bills totaling over $300. Despite settling these invoices, ongoing billing discrepancies persist, hinting at charges related to the unsuccessful biopsy attempts. The lack of clarity and resolution on the matter has left me disillusioned with their services. Can anyone recommend a reputable GYN practice with proficient and transparent administrative staff?

I have been their patient for two years and I am not happy with them. The front desk never answers the phone. You can only leave a message and they will call back when they want.They never tell if some services will be covered by insurance or not. The front desk is never helpful and can only book an appointment, they don’t answer to additional questions and forward you to a nurse or your insurance.

My recent experience with the medical department has been very frustrating. Despite having used the same pharmacy for the past two years, they mistakenly sent my prescription to a different one. Consequently, I’ve spent the last five days navigating between two pharmacies, attempting to rectify this error. I should not have to go back and forth between 2 pharmacies because of your error. It’s frustrating to have to make repeated calls just to correct a mistake that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Ive been a patient here for years now, but I will be seeking care elsewhere. Theyre a good practice for general gynecology situations, and Dr. Sarah is a lovely person, but my experience with Dr. Gould for endometriosis & polyp removal surgery went very poorly.Dr. Gould rushed my surgery, and walked out on my husband when he started questioning why issues they diagnosed werent even investigated; she was flippant and irritated with him for just asking questions. She promised me beforehand that she would do 2 small minor incisions, and carefully check my intestines for endometriosis; instead, she only went through my bellybutton, sloppily glued it together after surgery (which left an awful serrated scar), and didnt even LOOK at my intestines during the surgery. My first laparoscopy with a different surgeon was 1.5 hours long and very thorough, and I felt incredible for years afterward; Dr Gould was done in less than 20 mins and didnt thoroughly check on everything I expressed concerns about. Pain & issues came back within 2-3 months, and she just flippantly told me to take birth control. Ill be searching elsewhere for a better surgeon.

Dr. Gould and her staff are simply amazing! Dr. Gould is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and extremely caring doctor! I’ve been with her for over 15 years now. Going to gynecologist could be uncomfortable and stressful, but she (and every single nurse and staff member) make me always feel at ease and lees uncomfortable. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. Gould helped me with decision about my treatments. I am very blessed to have her as my doctor. And would highly recommend her to other patients.

The staff here is absolutely Amazing! They deserve all the recognition. Going to the gyno can be so nerve wrecking but they never fail to make me feel comfortable. It’s rare that I find a doctor that I can voice concerns to and they actually LISTEN. They are very very quick to get you in with an appointment if you are having any problems. I have been going here for 3+ years and never have had any issues. Thank you for having an awesome staff!

Dr. Gould is wonderful. She is professional and personable. She took plenty of time to listen and I feel that I am in good hands with her care. Her staff is great, as well. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Gould and her staff are.

She gave me the opportunity to ask all of the questions that I had and she answered them ALL!I left the office feeling assured that I was in good hands and that all would go well with my upcoming procedures and recovery. After leaving another nearby practice, coming here was a breath of fresh air! The entire staff was kind, respectful, and genuinely appeared to not hate their jobs, haha! The atmosphere was great. Very organized and genuinely appear to care about the patient experience. Sarah Davis was excellent too.

First impressions: This office is super friendly. I walk in and the receptionist greets me with a very warm smile. The nurse who calls me is very nice and patient. Dr. Gould is super friendly. She sits at eye level and talks to me about my family and my concerns. Being new to the area, she also gave me some much needed recommendations to other medical professionals in the area. Overall, I am impressed with the professionalism and the exceptional patient service. Keep up the great work!

My first time here and meeting Dr S Davis, I was called back only 2 mins after my appt time. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Davis’ spirit is calm. She spoke to me as if I have been in her care before. I have some issues and her words were reassuring. I’m glad I chose this office. I hope this was one of many great experiences.

Dr Gould and her staff are amazing! Dr Gould is so smart and updated on all things woman! You will never hear…it’s just your age. She will always offer alternatives and support. Her staff get back in touch quickly and are helpful.

Dr. Gould and her staff are amazing. This is not the kind of doctor’s visit you typically look forward to, but the professionalism, warmth, and kindness shown to me every time I come here makes me look forward to it. Dr. Gould so obviously cares about her patients as people and the passion she has for women’s health is clear. I moved further away from the area a year ago, but I continue to drive here and will keep doing so in the future because I can’t imagine another doctor or office being as amazing. Trust me, you will not regret adding Dr. Gould to your care team!

Dr. Gould and her staff are the most superlative medical team I have ever encountered- and I am in the medical field w vast experience! I moved away from GA 6 years ago and travel 1600 miles just to see her. She really listens and takes an interest in biopsychosocial details, as well comprehensive addressing of the explicit visit purpose. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Gould. Her ethic is likely what attracts and maintains such a great team as well. Her nurse Susan has been with her for as many years as I have been going (15!)

I looked for the right practice for several years when I moved to Georgia as I had been with my previous one for over 20years! I love Dr. Kirollos! She takes time with me and listens. This practice is professional yet friendly. The staff is responsive, respectful and I’m very comfortable with my care!Highly recommend!

This is the BEST Gynecologist Ive ever been to. Theyre the epitome of professionalism, caring & kindness. And most importantly they LISTEN to your concerns and addresses it accordingly. I love being Dr. Gould’s Client! She is a great doctor! She’s very smart, friendly, and personable. It’s approximately a 3-4 month wait to schedule with her, but because of her expertise and the pleasant staff experience it’s definitely worth it! My previous GYN of almost 15 years stopped seeing patients and files transferred to Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett. The transition was seamless and the staff phenomenal!! Schemkia at the front desk previously worked at my old GYNs office and is always so pleasant whether its in person or over the phone. Ive seen Sarah in the past and on my most recent visit saw Ania, both are Nurse Practitioners and are AMAZING. The office and exam rooms are comfortably and beautifully decorated! The bathrooms are always clean and spotless during my visits. Dr. Kristine Gould has an excellent staff that makes sure their patients are well taken care of. I definitely recommend them!!!!

I recently moved to Georgia and every GYN experience I’ve had has been a total nightmare thus far! That is….until I came across Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett! The office was spotless. The decor, music, and energy was relaxing and calming. The receptionist was efficient, polite, and attentive. The nurses were helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone was top tier professional with the way that they carried themselves and spoke to both patients and one another. They offer a variety of services so you will find any and everything you need for women’s health and more here. The experience I had has solidified that this is the only gynecologist office for me. Do yourself a favor and come here. I swear it has a high rating for a reason!

Very rude staff. Dont waste your money or time. I called as a new patient to see if my insurance was accepted, it is, however the lady kept cutting me off to tell me to call them & ask if Dr Gould is accepted Im a rude unprofessional manner. I told her nevermind- your rude and she said thank you, goodbye. Smh NOT the environment you want to be in.

Dr. Gould is an outstanding gynecologist on every level and I cannot recommend her enough! She is personable, friendly, caring, thorough and passionate about what she does. She is a good listener and takes the time to answer my questions. I always feel that she has my best interests at heart and I am truly appreciative and grateful to her.

Awesome office, warm and friendly staff from the time you walk into to office for check in, the nurses getting your vitals, the PA and let’s not forget my wonderful Doctor 😀. First, lets start with the aesthetic of the office. Beautiful! It was pleasant and warm, just like the personality of all the staff I encountered. From the receptionist, to the nurse and the sweet lady who did my blood work(hate I cant remember her name), every one was amazing! The Doctor I saw, Sarah Davis was great as well! Not only was she attentive, but very inviting and knowledgeable. Hate it took me this long to find this office!

My wife patiently waited for over a year to be seen at the practice and it was well worth the wait!!!!!! This practice has excellence reviews and let me tell you… it absolutely holds up to all the fabulous reviews out there! This office is soooo professional and empathetic from the beginning of the process all way to exiting the building! Dr. Gould is informative and thorough about my examination. When I was nervous about my Pap smear, her and her nurse assistant helped me to calm down/relax so that it wouldn’t be an uncomfortable experience. She is one of the best gynecologists I’ve ever been to. Lovely and polite staff as well!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gould’s for 10 years. She has always made me feel so comfortable during my appointments. I have recommended her to several people in the past and I will continue to recommend her. She is a fantastic doctor!

Please check my very lengthy review under Dr. Gould, it should have been on here.They perform tests without informing you or ensuring they are covered by insurance and then you get HUGE bills in the mail from lab corp. They gave me bloodwork for a pap smear. When last I checked my cholesterol was not affected by my vagina or uterus. Find somewhere else to go if you dislike surprise bills and tests being performed without your consent!

Such a great gynocolgy practice. Its hard to find a place knowledgeable about and interested in mature women, but this practice is everything I ever hoped for. Super friendly, focused on listening, encouraging and nurturing. Its the 1st time Ive felt free to be completely honest with questions, needs, and input. Its truly rare to find this in todays health care scene, which is such a nightmare. I especially love that the providers there seem to really like their jobs and each other. No snipping about each other in stage whispers, or eye rolling (unless in humor). Of course its their work and I know its not fun every day, but you dont sense any of that background tension so prevalent in most practices. Its the 1st time in many years that I felt I was someplace where providers truly wanted to help me, and not just get me out of there to see the next of 32 scheduled patients that day. Health care for mature women is virtually non-existent, and Im unbelievable grateful to have found this place. Its like a unicorn! If you are looking for a gyno practice where youre in excellent, caring, pro-YOU hands, pick this one.

This office has a very caring and compassionate office staff directed under Dr. Goulds leadership. No one likes to go the doctors office, but when you do you want excellent bedside treatment. I have no complaints about the treatment I have received as a patient. My concerns are always addressed in a serious, but prompt and professional manner. I am respected as a patient and feel that my interactions with Dr. Gould, her nurse, and additional office staff reflect a genuine concern that I deserve excellent patient care just like the next woman who steps into this office.

Like most women, I’m used to long waiting room times and too short conversations with my doctor. For the first time in forever, I legitimately feel like a valued patient. With minimal wait times and the personal touch received by the doctor and her team, I truly feel COMFORTABLE with the patient care.The efficiency of the front desk team, the warmth and consideration of the nurses, and the personal touch and genuine care from Dr. Gould’s, there are no awkward questions or tough conversations. Dr. Gould makes me wish that all doctors provided the same “bedside manner”.

Best gynecology experience Ive had. The office was so clean and inviting. The whole entire staff from the front desk, the MAs, the PA and the phlebotomist were all so kind and caring.The PA, Sarah was so sweet and really took her time answering all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable during the visit.I highly recommend this office!

The lobby was like entering a spa rather than a doctor’s office. Meeting Dr. Gould was refreshing. The staff read my online forms and my concerns were considered as they welcomed me in their office. I am 45 years old. This visit was the first time I felt thoroughly heard by my doctor. I left feeling lucky to be a woman.I went back a week later for an IUD. The process was less complicated than an annual exam. What a terrific doctor!

My first impression was that it was so nice to see a smiling face behind the front desk!! This place was very clean and neat. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, kind and cheerful. The experience here is a far cry from large, multi doctor practices with overfilled waiting rooms. It was not hectic, but rather a pleasant experience. Dr. Gould was very warm and easy going. She presented options in a non threatening way and seemed committed to helping me get answers long term. Dr. Gould is such a caring and attentive physician. She takes time to listen and listens like a caring friend. She cares about your whole self. I am so thankful for her. The office seems more like a spa and is clean and comfortable, appointments are generally extremely on time. Awesome staff and beautiful, clean set up! I feel like people here actually care about the individual patient and you aren’t just a number. Having PCOS and fertility issues that come with that, I’ve been to several other places that made me feel ‘less’. Here I feel welcomed and like they’re genuinely trying to help understand and explain.

Y’all! This box isn’t big enough to brag on this office and their phenomenal staff. I’m the worst time manager and underestimated my drive; so, I was late. They responded as if I was an hour early! Sarah Davis is designed for healthcare. She is so attentive, a great listener and down to earth. No frills, no fluff, just girl talk and laughs. I’m happily a forever patient here!

My first time here and I have to tell since the moment i entered to the moment I left I felt how peaceful this place is, the staff is awesome I was treated with care and love for all the staff. I really appreciated that since in the majority of the clinics they see you as a number. I’m very glad I choose this clinic.

The staff is always friendly, professional and efficient. I was seen at my appointment time, felt heard by the NP that I saw and was out in less time than I expected. The office decor is calming, too, which helps to make an unpleasant necessity bearable.

The absolute BEST experience Ive ever had at ANY doctors office. Now I see why they have so many great reviews bc theyre all true!! Dont know about the bad reviews, those women must of been terribly hormonal or something lol from the moment I walked into the office, it was clean, well decorated, and the front desk women were super nice. Ive been here twice already and both experiences have been beyond my expectations. I waited no longer than 10 minutes in the waiting area and was taken back to be seen. Nurse Cindy was an absolute pleasure, I can tell she truly loves her profession and cares about her patients. Anya was super awesome and the lady that took my blood had my laughing the entire. And how about they have Bath and Body works hand soap in the bathroom? Yes I pay attention to detail and I LOVEEEE bath and body works! Lol I met with Dr. Gould and she was so awesome. She made me feel super comfortable even though I had to apologize for my smelly socks lol she gave me great information that I never even knew about and so many resources! I am so happy I found this place!!! Will be a patient here forever!!!!

The staff at Dr. Goulds.office are so friendly and really make you feel welcomed. Dr Gould spent time with me answering questions, sharing a bit about herself and even walked me down to the new mammogram center on the first floor! She definitely loves what she does and it shows in her caring demeanor and by the staff she has supporting her. It was my first time at the office and I will definitely be recommending her others!

Unprofessional and have the worst attitudes. I laugh at all the “bullying” publications they have floating around that “side” with their employees. Mustve been the license they handed out to be completely ignorant, rude and ghetto to the patients. Ive seen and heard them gossiping about patients I heard them gossiping about me til the little girl realized it was me she was talking about. Where do they get these women?

If I could give it 10 starts I would. This was my first visit after 15 years of being a patient elsewhere and the difference is night and day. I was so nervous today but Dr 🧑‍⚕️ SARA DAVIS made my visit soo easy and comfortable 💯👩🏾‍💻….I love ❤️ how comfortable she made me and I’m so glad I found a new gynecologist home 🥰🧘🏾‍♀️… I even brought my 13 year old daughter in and she took her time to educate my young Princess on women’s health …I highly recommend this doctor if you need a woman 👩 doctor she is so kind and patient!!!! Dr Gould and her team have taken such good care of me and my teenage daughter with Autism. They are caring and patient and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people. I have been with them since the office opened. It’s like visiting a spa. So comfortable!

Im writing this review because I was denied being services because I had planning for healthy baby insurance in the past, and they are saying I need a letter stating that I dont have mediciad. I told this lady over and over that I have BCBS, and they they are still saying I cant be seen buy yet they accept my insurance. That makes no sense at all. The dumbest office policy Ive ever heard of...😞

I’ve always had great experiences here. Dr. Sarah Kalliher is the best. She is open to all questions and is great at explaining everything. Also this office lets my husband come back with me for visits and procedures which is SUPER GREAT! I highly recommend Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett!!

I am so glad that my retired gynecologist recommended this group. When I walked into the office the first time, the welcoming feeling and the decor are awesome. The office staff and nurses are extremely nice. The entire office is very clean and neat. When I walk in to check in, they greet me by name before I say anything. Dr.Gould is wonderful!! I will stay with this group until.......... I highly recommend this group.

Literally the most unhelpful person I have ever spoken to in medical care. Every other provider verifies insurance - not the patient. Additionally, patients should not need to absorb the burden of procuring records that were already sent along with the referral because its your standard to trash them as soon as they come in.

I called last week for an appointment, and they fit me in quickly with the PA. I went for the first time yesterday and left with no regrets in going. I loved everything about the clinic and PA. They were attentive from the beginning to end. I highly recommend them to all women. The front desk, medical assistant and physician assistant were all great. They helped me feel relaxed knowing how bad my anxiety was. Very happy!

After my OBGYN of 6 years suddenly retired, I was super anxious about trying a new dr. When a medical emergency arose, Dr Gould was so kind and answered my call after hours and fit me in first thing the next morning. I met with the PA, and have nothing but good things to say. She was kind and attentive and went over every possible thing with me. Even gave me a snack and water after my procedure! The office is also very clean and decorated nicely, and all of the staff that I had contact with were professional and courteous.

Dr. Gould performed my hysterectomy due to uterine fibroids, heavy menses, and anemia. Her and her team were very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns adequately. The scar is barely visible. I am also regular client. Best OB/GYN experience overall for me!

Dr. Gould is awesome!! She is so personable and down to earth. She truly cares for her patients well being. I am horrible at following through and scheduling my mammograms. I missed the last two years. She personally walked me downstairs the day I was in her office and had me do the test that day.

Most professional and thoughtful practice. Everything from the gowns, the bags they put your med samples in, to personal phone calls and walking you out. Loved that they are back to normal and not mandating mask. I Have moved further away but will definitely stay with Dr. Gould’s practice!

From the moment I walked in, the staff is extremely welcoming and professional, and as a woman, I felt immediately comforted by seeing a friendly face at the front counter. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Nikki McCann if you are nervous or trying to find a new provider. She explained every part of the examination throughly before and throughout my visit, and when I asked about a sensitive concern that I had, she was informative and discussed each of my options throughly and respectfully. She is SO incredibly gentle and passionate about her work, and I felt comfortable for the first time with talking about my body and my reproductive health with her. Both my sister and mother attend this office, and they have loved the physicians that they have visited. 11/10 would recommend this clinic to all of my friends and local family!!

With every visit, I am always moved to tears (I wish I was kidding, I get teary-eyed over how caring they are!) by the bedside manner provided at Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett. Ive been seeing Michelle this past year and I am so grateful to have her as my gynecologist. When youre at the facility, you are met with this calm. The staff are smiling, friendly, and patient. The facility is clean like no other. The music is calming which helps when you experience a spike in blood pressure from the general anxiety of having to visit a doctor. It all goes away being there. I came from a gynecology center in the city, but after moving to Gwinnett and finding this place, I havent looked back at my former facility. I feel cared for, not judged. That is why I mentioned earlier that I am moved to tears by their patience, since my experience in the past with my other facility left me anxious and depressed. The staff is great, and the wait was not bad at all! I got lost finding my way to them, and when I called, they answered right away and helped me find them. They answered all of my questions, and didnt make me feel like any of them were stupid. I will keep going here! Edit: Its been over a year since the first visit, and Ive had to come back a couple of times for different reasons. I still absolutely love them. I have not had a single bad experience, or met a single person that worked here that was not super friendly, professional, and kind.

Going to see Dr. Gould is like going to visit an old friend. She generally cares about her patients. She always asks about my life and my family and then remembers from visit to visit. She explains things in a way I can understand. Shes awesome!

Wow, I started having female issues last year and found an office that only slightly helped me with the problem. I left feeling frustrated and upset that they didn’t make more of an effort out of my serious situation. Of course my condition got way worse over the past year and I needed a doctor that cared. I looked up GYN near me and the almost 5 star review of this office definitely represents them!! Gynecology associates of Gwinnett seriously is amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help just in the one visit I’ve had! Michelle (nurse practitioner) was absolutely amazing, super friendly and made me feel comfortable in a time where I feel very scared about what’s going on. Ladies, Dr. Gould is the best doctor. Im 58 years old and been to lots if gyns. Trust me, she does the fastest pap smear out there. She gets what she needs and takes care of business, all while having a wonderful conversation with you. After my gyn retired, I found Dr. Gould. I have been with her for about 8 years. If you dont love her, I will buy you a margarita!! She IS THE BEST..!!!

I attended this place for a few years now for an annual exam. Everyone is fairly welcoming. The issue is getting an appointment. I have been calling the office for weeks and NO ONE answers the phone. If you have a legitimate concern, this can be really discouraging. I have decided to move on to another practice.

I love this office! Michelle is so nice and really cares about her patients. Cindy (MA) was super nice. Amanda (phlebotomist) knows how to draw blood very well and talked with me to distract me while drawing my blood. Front desk staff are quick and efficient and I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for an OBGYN!

I recommend all my friends and family to Dr. Gould. The practice does not practice obstetrics (maternity) only gynecology and that is perfect for those of us who do not plan on having anymore children and want to focus on “us”. Dr. Gould is so kind and listens to you, her bedside manner is very empowering for any woman. On top of gynecology the office has a cosmetic side as well, so if you really want to be pampered it’s all there.

This was my first visit at Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett and meeting Doctor Gould. I found the staff welcoming and professional. My appointment was at 9AM. I was seen timely and was on my way by 10AM. Of course, my having completed the on line check-in previously and having my insurance cards ready at check-in helped. I had a very positive experience.

I was way way overdue for my annual since having to find new GYN. Hating the idea of a new Dr, I put it off. I have been having issues and been miserable. Dr Gould sat with me to discuss EVERYTHING! Gave me more time than I could imagine as a new patient. She was patient, tentative, showing real interest in every detail. This was after her assistant sat with me taking all of my detailed info. Even tho Dr Gould had all the Info needed, she still sat to go over it, my concerns, my wishes etc. I’ve been miserable for years and will now have the medical treatment / procedure within 2 weeks to give me quality of life back. She was WONDERFUL and I’m so angry at myself for not doing this sooner but so thankful I found her

I just moved here and was afraid of finding a new doctor, but this place is wonderful. The staff was welcoming and the doctor is amazing. I walked in with a hundred questions and they took the time to answer all my questions. They were able to do an ultrasound to put my mind at ease. I walked in a nervous wreck and left confident and happy. It was very clean. I highly recommend them if your looking for a clean, comfortable and very welcoming place that will go above and beyond.

How are they going to have a 5 star review? They dont even pick up on business hours all day. Its not even a holiday. Good luck finding a reliable clinic that will answer your calls.

My experience was awesome. I was able to get an appointment the same morning I walked in with an emergency. Everyone from the receptionist who checked me in to the wonderful and sweet PA were awesome. The facility was clean and beautifully designed. Started off strong but didn’t end well. The experience while in the office was excellent. On Wednesday 10/13/21 I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and taken back almost immediately. PA Khaliher was patient and kind and took the time to listen. Even checkout was a breeze and I left feeling so happy that I had found my new gyno office. But that is where it ends. I was told lab results would be back in a 3 to 5 days. I spent the weekend in discomfort but was sure I would hear back soon and treatment could begin. I called Monday morning and was told the results were in but that only the doctor could tell them to me and that I would receive a call that afternoon. Monday afternoon came and went without a call so I left a follow up message for the nurse. Early Tuesday morning I missed a call from the office and immediately called back. I was told the dr still had not signed off on the results so no information could be given. I received a call at 2:20 Tuesday afternoon stating they could tell me the results and that medication would be called into the pharmacy but that I would receive a call from the PA. Tuesday evening and no call and nothing called into pharmacy. Wednesday afternoon I received a message from PA reiterating my test results and was again told medication would be sent to my pharmacy. Checked with pharmacy Wednesday evening and still nothing called in. To keep calling to chase down results and medication is so frustrating. It’s now Thursday and no medication has been called in to the pharmacy. I’ve called once more asking to speak to Dr. Gould to remedy this issue but once again sent to the nurse line to leave a message. I’m still in the same pain that I originally went to my appointment for over a week ago and I’m out $173 copay and an even bigger bill that’s yet to arrive.

I know for certain that I am in good hands whenever I visit the Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett. Dr. Gould is the best in her field. She is compassionate, caring, and friendly. She goes an extra mile to take care of her patients. She makes my heart dance every single visit. May God bless Dr Gould and the Gynecology Associates of Gwinnett.

I called for an appointment and I expected better service from their staff. Their receptionist did not wanted to take my insurance told me she never heard of it? I replied it cigna gave her all info and she still did not want to verify my ins and told me I have to call myself and then call them back. She kept saying I can’t hear you and making up excuses I called 3 times for her to hear me better but I guess my Hispanic accent bothered her. Anyhow it is not even that it is the fact that I guess you need to do your own insurance verification for you to be accepted as a patient of this office. I worked in medical billing and I know what are the duties and responsibilities of the staff so it is sad for them to act like if it’s the patients job to go theirs

I am happy to say today was my second visit here. They have always had amazing courteous bed side manner, our conversations have always been great, and they make you feel at home from check-in to check-out. I DEFINITELY would advise anyone who needs a check up to come here!

Best Gynecology practice in Gwinnett! I have know this doctor and many of her nurses for 20 years. They listen to you, they are a a busy office yet their number one priority is your health. This place is AMAZING. From 18-37 I only saw one gynocologist. She was like family, knew everything about my health and cared about her patients. My appointments with her were not just come in, talk for 10 seconds and leave. So when she retired this year I didn’t know what to do! I don’t feel like people practice medicine like that anymore. My friend recommended this practice and i made an appointment. I am so glad I did! The nurses were so FANTASTIC! Made me feel so comfortable and the PA took her time to get to know me. I never felt rushed. Then a week later, I thought I was having a UTI so I called and they fit me in. They were so kind and acted apologetic bc they didn’t have a room, which was totally understandable. I mean they were fitting me into an already full schedule bc I was having issues...so I expected a wait. So thankful I found this great practice!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Here’s my story: I have been having issues for several months. This office came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I gave them a call. My appt was set up for over a month in advance. Mind you my symptoms have gotten worse over this month waiting for this appt. An hour before my appt , scheduling called and cancelled saying that the nurse practitioner had an emergency. First of all I was suppose to see Dr Gould and NOT the nurse practitioner. So I asked to see someone else and the scheduler refused and said that there was no one else there to see me. This was totally unacceptable. I called and found another Dr in the Eastside area that is willing to see me.

Omg my first visit was such a pleasant one. Everybody was so kind from the front desk all the way to Dr.Gould she was so knowledgeable and so willing to help with so much concern. Please keep up the great work.

I moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new doctor and found this location. Ive was diagnosed with endometriosis since I was 16 and have had multiple surgeries since my second child. Dr Michelle Johnson has been absolutely amazing and very helpful with my transition of being takin off birth control to start preparing for another baby. Ive never felt so comfortable with a doctor until I started coming here.

Dr. Gould is so patient, thorough and understanding with her analysis of perimenopausal/menopause issues.There are many gynecologists out there, and I feel as though I have seen them all, that are extremely concerned and patient on the first/initial visit with acting as though they can help you out, but once the treatment they recommend does not work, and issues continue to arise, they either ignore you, dont call you back, and/or provide no time to explain the issues making you feel as if it is all in your head.Dr. Gould is amazing, she provides her time to really understand your issues with perimenopause/menopause without making you feel as if it is all in your head if, even willing to change medicines/hormones and treatments up to help you handle the many different symptoms.She also has a spa called MadEmEl on the same floor as her medical office, which is amazing too.I highly recommend both Dr. Krissy Gould and her lovely medical spa MadEmEl.
