Always quick in and out. But, most importantly, your needs are addressed. This clinic was instrumental In diagnosing a prostate issue I had a few years ago. They are very easy to talk to. 100% satisfied.
I have been going to the Richardson location for several years. I would just like to say the staff is professional and friendly. The center director is absolutely amazing in how she treats patients. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone that needs TRT.
Fantastic staff and service. In appointment days, I’m in and out under 10 minutes. I’m seeing great results, and loving everything!
Wonderful service a friendly staff. Easy in and out and always available for unscheduled appointments when I miss my original appointment.
SCAM ALERT: These arent real doctors. Theyre all apart of a sales team to tell you that your Test is low. They said i need to be at 700 WHICH IS A HUGE LIE. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS.They were skeptical of me when i told them i only wanted to get my blood tested. They still kept talking about being on a testosterone plan. This place should be shut down. Dont ever take testosterone, there are natural ways to raise it.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMMMM!!!!
Super nice staff. Get you in and out quick.
This place is really nice. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
Great place to come for my shots. Quick and easy process.
Fast and very friendly. Worth the trip.
I just had the absolute worst experience that I have ever had in regards to a medical situation or doctor. Evidently my testosterone levels are extremely low and both my medical doctor and my pain management doctor are really confident that I need to increase my testosterone levels as an important step of my health. I was referred to Low T Center so I called the Richardson location and made an appointment. I can’t say enough about the front office staff and medical people there they are professional and friendly and have a good attitude especially Kirsten. However, my horror story begins after my 1st appointment where I had my levels tested. They advised me that I needed to get clearance from a cardiologist so they could begin Testosterone treatments. Now I’ve never been to a cardiologist so I made an appointment that day and went in a few days later, the cardiologist gave me an EKG and subsequently cleared me, said I had no heart or vascular issues. so I asked them to send the clearance to the Low T Center of Richardson so we could get moving. In the process of checking on the letter I spoke to Angela at Low T Center of Richardson who advised me that someone at their place overlooked the fact that I had a blood clot in my leg over 10 years ago, and because of that they could not treat me for testosterone, I was absolutely livid because they made no mention of this. I turned in my paperwork promptly and it was online so someone had to review it so not only did they miss that somehow, but they told me in no uncertain terms that I just needed clearance from a cardiologist, and then they would begin treatments. Now they tell me that they won’t treat me because of that blood clot. I got very angry and upset got off the phone and sent an email to Low T Center Richardson expressing my anger, disappointment and sadness. Angela at the Center, subsequently called me and said that she would check with her corporate office to get approval while we were on the phone. I apologise to her about my email, but I was very disheartened with the whole situation. She was understanding and very kind. She then told me that her corporate responded, and said that, as long as they had that clearance from the cardiologist that they could proceed with treatment. This was Thursday or Friday of last week. As of Tuesday morning I have not heard back from them so I called to make an appointment to get treatment started. Kirsten asked when I could come in I said I could come in today in the afternoon so she put me down but then says hold on. Angela wants to talk to you. Angela who is the medical practitioner there tells me that she had a meeting with a Director and a physician over Low T Center, and they do not feel comfortable treating me because of a blood clot in my leg that I had 10 years ago, even though the cardiologist cleared me, so as you can imagine this has been a rollercoaster of up-and-down emotions. I have been hopeful, angry, sad, pissed off, then, again, thankful, hopeful again, happy again, and now today I am again, dumbfounded, angry, sad and pissed off of this back-and-forth that the Low T center of Richardson has put me through. This has been the single worst medical experience I have ever encountered, when it should have been the beginning of me regaining my health. I am still in shock and now feel a bit hopeless. Thanks for wasting my time, money and hope Low T center of Richardson.
This place is amazing! Nikki is great!
Staff, provider are nice. The intake with the iPads are completely unusable, laborious, and non functional…Creating headaches for staff, patients…Upgrade to a new more confluent system that’s is patient/staff friendly or your going to lose patients.Don’t take it out on the staff, take it out on ownership/IT people. The system sucks!! Causing long, unnecessary wait times….Fix it! ,
Great service, in and out and easy to resheculde.
Great environment. Efficient processes allows for quick in-and-out so, you can continue with your day. No-nonsense focus on your needs with an emphasis on supporting wellness rather than finding illness. On my first visit, they did lab work that gave me the most complete view of my cholesterol and other levels I’ve ever had. This will be an annual trip now just to track against those baselines. I highly recommend to anyone they should check out this place for themselves.
I dont know what happened to this place.Delays delays delays, Lack of answers in the app, a change of the provider from Dr. Greg to someone woman named Angela who is less than empathetic. Ive been charged $105 this month for services not rendered. Then it was explained they needed to do something else for another $50 bucks to render services, and then Angela told me to have a blessed day. Um, excuse me - read the room. Im already angry you took my money and acted like you didnt care and now you just told me to pay more money and then you inserted your religious blessed day in to it.I will not be returning to this location. I have also set up a dispute with my credit card company as I didnt receive any products or services that I was billed for.
The only positive to this place is the option for at-home injections. Other than that, this place is a beating. The staff is a revolving door. The medical receptionists dont last long so they rarely know what theyre doing. The providers (physicians assistants) change every 3 to 6 months. Some take time to talk to you and seem to know what theyre talking about. others rush in and out and ask general questions, and offer little insight if the question is technical. Theyve lost my labs a few times (which probably isnt their fault and can be common based on the lab) and I always have to ask for the results and go to the clinic to have them printed off because they wont upload to the app. There is a chat function in the app but I have never had anyone respond to me through chat. Based on the attrition of their staff, Im guessing its not a great working environment (be it moral, training, culture, IDK).
I wanted to write this review last week but forgot. I use to be excited coming into the office. Dr. Greg was the life of this place. No matter what he had going on he was the life of the party. Moral within the employees was amazing. I really would look forward to going in and seeing everyone. Sad to hear Greg isnt with the clinic anymore. He showed true compassion and gave me that 1 on 1 time. Another words he didnt just see me as a number. He actually named me BIG Al. All around amazing person. Greg, COME BACK!!
Great customer service and very efficient
Such a disappointment. Got two injections and was told I would pay a certain rate based on my levels and insurance. Then had blood taken again—with no notice and no fasting—to see if I still qualified…? I waited over and hour for results and was about to walk out when I was told I would have to self pay.In addition, one of the three times I had blood drawn, it took forever to get six vials of blood, and I got faint. The phlebotomist was very kind, but everyone else thought it was sooooo funny that a grown man got woozy when blood was being removed from his body.Lastly, the iPad system sucks, and the app is a joke. Nobody ever answers the help chat.
Waited over a week for my 3rd appointment where I would finally begin my much needed TRT. Arrived at 10:30 for my appointment that the office made for 10:50. Showed to a room at 10:50 where I had my vitals recorded then a staff member came in and said the provider would not be able to see me and that I would have to reschedule. This after driving 30 mins to get there on my only day off (I took the day off so I could go to this appointment). The kicker? The provider said the appointment had to be made before 10:30 in order for him to see me. I didn’t make the appointment!! And the provider and staff were unwilling to make any changes. Left and never going back.
They recently sold and under the new ownership they changed price structure. Instead of just being charged for the injection they are charging our insurance for a full specialist visit meaning our share is now $65. Where before my husband was paying around $22. No our insurance did not change.
Wish I would have read the reviews before going. First appointment/impression did not go well. I walked in and stood there for nearly 10 minutes without even being acknowledged while the front desk lady argued with a customer. She showed zero empathy and actually just kept repeating Thats our policy which is everyones favorite customer service line to hear. Definitely not the warm inviting environment you would expect when dealing with sensitive health issues.
Zero complaints and look forward to my meetings!
Super easy no need for an appointment. And its nice to know you are not alone in your age related issues. And the rates are very reasonable, they take insurance as well
Use to like this place but on several occasions I would get there 5-10 before 1 when they go to lunch and the place is locked. Sometimes the staff is rude and says the doctor went to lunch. We all come during the day when we work, but if you have a schedule, keep the schedule. Its EXTREMELY unprofessional when your paying clients are lied to about the time. Moving to another company instead of here.
On Sept. 5th I visited this location. I was given a set of instructions and when I call back the next day as I was instructed. The young lady I spoke to on the phone said that I did not exist there system even after I had previously the day before provided my insurance information and contact information. The point is that my first experience has turn out to be very disappointing, It appears that the front desk staff is extremely unorganized and unprofessional to the degree that no one offered any apology instead they made me feel like I had done something wrong for even initially coming by. Needless to say I have no plans to be treated by Low T in the near or distant future, I do not recommend.
The synergenx buy out is terrible. They want to switch every one to a 7 day injection schedule... my hormones fluctuated so badly on 7 day injections so I have to find a new provider.
I just booked my first visit today and spoke with Crystal at the Richardson store. She seemed very friendly. I am hopeful to have a great experience at this location as I just had an awful experience at the Plano store. Fingers crossed as the reviews here are making me nervous.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Never much of a wait. Always in and out quickly. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
This is literally the worse of the Low T centers. Please don’t go there. Go to the Plano location. It is not that far away. This staff here are rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. They keep you waiting for ever, yell at you and treat you with disdain. They act like they are doing you a favor. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had in healthcare was coming here. Even though this is right off my way to work; I’ll drive 20 minutes off my way to go to the Plano location. I wish I could give them negative stars. One star is way too much. The staff at Plano is so nice and friendly. The center is garbage.
This place is awesome. The staff is so friendly and professional. The PA goes out of her way to make sure my treatment plan is where it needs to be. I couldn’t have picked a better place.
The staff here is beyond understanding. They are truly professional. I was at first a bit embarrassed to come here, but now look forward to my weekly visit.
These guys are super professional and informative. They will explain and address any questions, concerns or reservations you may have, comments see them.
The staff and Techs very friendly very helpful… The service I provide is outstanding… Always willing to answer questions at any time
The team at this location is always helpful and attentive. Good customer service!
Great people and help. They answer any and all questions. They dont make you or the situation feel weird and awkward.
Fast, friendly. Clean....Ive been enjoying the benefits for years.
Always nice and professional. Usually in and out in less than 15 mins.
Horrible customer service. Tells you one thing and then when you repeat the information back they tell you that they didn’t say what they originally meant. Very unorganized and unprofessional whoever the lady was that answered. They lost my business!
Low T services and staff are outstanding! Highly recommended.
Always been polite and greets with my name. Feels personal
Front desk lady, awful.. rude and actully gets upset if you ask questions...
Worst service. They dont care for their patients.
Fast , caring, and quality service!
Awesome staff and service.
Always very polite and courteous.
Service is good.
Great place!
