I’ve been coming here for B12 shots for a few months, so very convenient, easy peasy. The manager is very professional and informative.

Lady was very sweet and patient when taking my blood. Was in and out in 15 minutes.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Any Lab Test Now in Richardson, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff.The convenience factor is truly a game-changer. No appointments were necessary, which was perfect for my busy schedule. I was able to get in and out without the hassle of waiting.The location itself was clean and well-organized. Its evident that they prioritize a comfortable and professional environment for their clients. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didnt have to wait long at all before I was called in for my blood draw.What truly impressed me was the knowledge and expertise of the staff. They patiently answered all of my questions, and it was clear that they were well-trained and knowledgeable about the different tests they offer. They took the time to explain the process and the results, making sure I felt fully informed and comfortable throughout.Overall, my experience at Any Lab Test Now Richardson was fantastic. The staffs professionalism, the convenient walk-in service, and the efficient testing process all contribute to making this a top-notch facility. Ill definitely be returning for any future testing requirements and will be recommending it to family and friends. Kudos to the team for providing such an exceptional service!

The girl there at the front desk was wonderful! Quick and easy appointment that I had set up. Turns out you don’t need an appointment to show up. You can just walk right in and they take care of you. No paperwork hassle either. If you need your blood work done this is the place to come to. Excellent service! I will be going back for future work.

Was visiting from out of state (Los Angeles, California) and needed last minute testing for work related purposes. I received a very, non satisfactory experience. Office looked nice visually, but the test results I received were “inconclusive” and said i’d have to repay out of pocket for new testing, due to their error. I tried to work with them and be understanding, but that can only go so far.

Its absolutely unacceptable to be lured under false pretenses, especially by a manager, for GHB testing, only to have the procedure botched with a haphazard haircut and the test not being properly administered. To make matters worse, the financial strain of over $200 adds insult to injury. Its deeply concerning that when I was given a callback, instead of acknowledging and rectifying the error, the manager deflected responsibility and refused to issue a refund, further aggravating the situation by insinuating that I was the one that requested the incorrect service. Such conduct is the epitome of unprofessionalism and I’m extremely disappointed.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! So mad I didn’t find it sooner! I have had my fair share of frustrations with the medical system here in the US. so much that I decided to get my treatment done by my doctor in Brazil. But this makes it complicated when I need screenings because I live in the US. ALTN made the whole thing so easy and affordable. The website was GREAT. Just a simple search and “add to cart” and you’ve got all your tests in there. No paperwork, no complications, no dumb insurance rules. It’s a lot like the places I used to go to in Brazil but just better.The lobby was nice. It felt casual which makes me so much more comfortable.I wish I had got the name of the lady who helped me. She was so sweet the whole time. She made me feel so comfortable. I had to get several tests done but she kept asking me if I was ok through the whole procedure.They also said I’d get results in only 3-5 days which I think is great!I kept waiting for there to be a catch! But there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. 5 stars all around!

I’ve been to two of their locations and impressed by both. Professional manner of the staff along with the cleanliness of the site excel to diminish any worries. There were no wait times and no sales push. I can recommend their services with no reservations.

The members at the Richardson location were very friendly and helpful, the location was super clean, and the gal who did my blood draw was so professional and walked me through the entire process. Great experience overall, and I was in and out in 10 minutes!

Good clean facility. Cordial, friendly and very efficient staff. They give value to their customers time and do their job professionally. 3 tests I did, from entry to exit, 7-8 mins max. Location is also good if you stay in and around Richardson area.

Alexis and Robin were phenomenal! I had a super difficult and specific lab test that needed to be drawn and shipped via dry ice. They were both quick to assist me, follow the specific instructions, and even email me a follow up. Highly highly recommend!

Really great customer service! The clinician who took care of me was so nice and professional. The facility was super clean and smelled fantastic. Great experience and cost friendly for what I needed.

I went to them yesterday and the girl who did my titer was clumsy and left my arm bruised. They also didn’t tell me how long the results would take and now I have to explain to my school why I didn’t receive my results yet. And it took them almost an hour to actually answer the phone. I have been to plenty of AnyLabs and this one was the worse.

I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped us out but she was very sweet and helpful. I came to the lab 08/24 around closing time and it was a perfectly smooth process!!
