Prestonwood Family Resource Center

Today I visited Prestonwood Family Resource Center for my baby boy I have due on 11-20-24. Upon walking in Ms.Shelly greeted me with a beautiful smile and such a warm welcome. She guided me through the shopping experience and even went above and beyond and ensured I had water and a snack when I became winded.. she is such a beautiful person and helped me through my entire shopping process and ensured I checked everything I needed off my list for now 🤍 While I was seated I was also greeted by Ms.Jackie who provided me additional resource information. Ms.Jackie was also a beautiful and kind spirited person. Prestonwood Family Resource Center is such a blessing for families and truly has been a blessing to me. Thank you so much ladies !! May God continue to cover you and bless you, because you two are truly angels here on earth.

Ms.Shelly was amazing. She helped me and assured all my baby needs were meet. I felt nothing less than family here. All the items I got for my baby were brand new and I was so overjoyed just knowing that they care. If you need any assistance with anything for your babies or children please don’t hesitate and give them a call.

My husband and I visited Prestonwood Family Resource Center for the first time today where we were attended by Shelly and Anabelle. We were greeted at the door with friendly smiles and made to feel welcomed. Shelly explained in detail how the point system works and shared information about the car seat voucher program. Anabelle guided us around the shop and was able to provide helpful recommendations on some must-have items for newborns -- those wipes are sure to come in handy and the pack n play is just perfect for us.The free online classes and this baby boutique have been such a blessing to our little family. Thanks to these resources, we are feeling a little less overwhelmed and far more prepared for our little ones arrival. We are looking forward to attending some in-person classes in the hopes of learning more tips as first time parents and also meeting with others in the area. May God richly bless this organization to continue helping local families in need of such services.

The Prestonwood Center Family Resource Center is amazing! They have so many options for your little ones. They have new and gently used baby items for your child and it is in the setting of an adorable boutique. They also have a classroom where they offer classes so you can earn points to shop in the boutique. Check out their website, if you havent been inside yet! So nice.

Sweetest people ever, they are heaven sent, they knitted my baby a blanket and blessed it and they offer so many helpful resources such as classes, essentials, and gifts for the mother and child. I love the energy and nice environment of the people everytime I visit the pregnancy center or resource center🫶🏾

Same as other reviewers, confirmed my pregnancy with them and now towards the end of my pregnancy I was able to shop with some points that I had and they blessed me with a little of everything I needed for my twins. The lady that helped me was very helpful, made sure I knew that I can still accumulate points with the classes and even helped me get things to the car! I will be coming back with some points to shop for a little more with these ladies!

I visited here at the end of my pregnancy because I had points for visiting their clinic. A big blessing! They offer variety of resources !! Today I visited again and it was awesome.! Staff was supper friendly and helped carried the things to my car. Although an elderly lady who I believe works there who was being sweet to my baby touched her face after blowing her nose 😭 I still look forward on doing classes and coming back to donate things myself.

Prestonwood has been an absolute Godsend. Towards the end of my pregnancy I realized just how much I still needed to get for my baby girl, and of course everything is expensive. I’d forgotten about Prestonwood completely since my initial appointment and it honestly felt like the reminder came straight from God. Not only are the classes informative, Shelly, Jackie, and the rest of the staff are the sweetest angels, and the Center saves you so much money!! I’ve gotten so many really nice things: a beautiful crib along with a mattress, pack and play, play gym, stroller, bath tub, bouncer, rocking chair, and that’s just naming some of the bigger items. Do not stress yourself out during your pregnancy. Don’t waste your money either. Go to the classes and grant yourself some much needed peace of mind as well as a community of positive people to be around. They have been one of the biggest blessings in my journey to motherhood.

The resource center really helps you get everything you need for your baby! They have clothes up until 5T and you can take classes there to get items to take care of your kids.

I first went to their pregnancy center when I found out I was pregnant back in February and they were friendly and welcoming and I also got my first ultrasound/heard my baby heartbeat. Now I’m 3 weeks from my due date and I went to their family resource center and they are just as welcoming/friendly! I’ve gotten an invite to come to the shopping spree like a month or two ago but my schedule was off. They do have flexible schedules so it was never on their end always on mines; anyways I love their support they don’t forget about you. They were always emailing me throughout my pregnancy asking me how’s it going, telling me about their classes and shopping spree, etc. They have a variety of things like cribs, diapers, milk, stroller, baby carriers, baby clothes of course that goes all the way up to 5T! Also they have books, teething rings, maternity clothes, etc really a little bit of everything some or new or gently used but very worthy. I really appreciate places like this very grateful for them! 10/10 would definitely recommend from the moment anyone find out they’re pregnant.Thank you Prestonwood I will continue with the classes and stay part of the family! ❤️

It sad, that your helping someone behind me while I stood there until the supervisor helped me. You couldnt climbed ladder to get me diapers but you were able to climbed it to get things for the person behind me. It sad but when you dont have a choice this is how your treated.

As a mother of two young children I am so grateful for everything Prestonwood provides. I love their classes and the way they reward you with their points system and fantastic items all while encouraging you to learn. The kindness these women show is so uplifting and recharges your soul.

I love this place as well as their other pregnancy center. I had a great experience at the family resource Center. The ladies are nice, professional, and humble. The center is clean and nicely organized and decorated. They helped me acquire alot of things for my baby from clothes to a stroller, baby toys, etc. They even give you a gift bag with alot of goodies for mom. They had refreshments and gave away alot of bakery items. They had a cute babyroom (nursery) where you can change your babys diaper.

I LOVED the whole experience!! They have always been so helpful from the beginning , I am a young mom and the staff to the classes to the boutique is an AMAZING resource!! I will totally recommend they have always made me feel comfortable. The boutique is literally just a BONUS .

Prestonwood is the best! They have supported me and my pregnancy since the beginning and I’m ever grateful I found them. Since my first ultrasound, throughout my pregnancy and even after, prestonwood will always have a special place in our heart and home 🤍 if anyone ever needs kindness and assistance, classes and opportunities don’t hesitate to become part of the prestonwood family!

It is a very friendly place they make you feel at home, they always welcome you with a smile, they have supported us from the first moment we learned about the pregnancy and until today that the baby is with us. Thank you Prestonwood.

I absolutely loved the experience! The staff were very welcoming and sweet. Inviting families to “shop” for needed items through a shopping spree is amazing. Entirely grateful!

I just want to give my opinion and spread the word...they have helped me a lot this year.I have been in a very difficult and hard situation, I came here to help with diapers and formula for my baby since he is without anything or work and I did not know that Aser and they were very kind but the one who helped me directly was Anabel, I told her about what was going on and I told him that that week I was going to start my first day of work but I didnt have shoes to start with since the ones I was carrying were broken and old, they were already in their last wear and I dared to ask if They didnt have any to give me and she really helped me with clothes to go to work and a few pairs of shoes. I feel very blessed for their help because they really care about you like a family, not only do they do their jobs but They go beyond them to help. In reality, I feel blessed and supported by this resource and if you are going through something difficult, I assure you that they will help you and if not, they give you the resource where they can help you and I just want to say thank you very much. 🫂 and More to Anabel and Sheily, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart, I say it

My experience was wonderful, they supported me with many things for my baby and the care of how to feel at home where they advised me with things as a first-time woman, I love this help and this program, adding that I am extremely grateful to Anabel for taking care of me.

Thank God for this wonderful place, because I was able to purchase clothes for my pregnancy and also educational support for this important stage of motherhood.
