Obviously not the greatest clinic! I got a message yesterday cause I had to pick up some results. They told me I had till 2pm. I was there at 1:40pm and the didn’t want to open the door. Worst service ever!

I went there for the first time today, excellent service, it’s clean, friendly staff and fast.

Ms. Patricia, who I even doubt that this is her real name because she acted so disrespectfully for a customer service, hung up the call by simply asking her to please transfer the call to someone else who could help me. My call was on 12/20/2023 for reference to a supervisor or manager. This person is not suitable for dealing with clients who need to be attended to. Far from attracting clients, he scares them away and mistreats them. I expect a response from me. comment from a supervisor. I encourage you to hire people who know how to deal with clients and not someone who is rude and unprofessional.
