I went to this location yo have a few tests done and it was fast, easy, and informative. The doctor really her took time explaining the tests, what would happen, and how results could be interpreted. I was so appreciative of how judgement-free the experience was and how much care she took explaining everything, answering any questions I had. Dr Clark is amazing. Additionally, the nurse that drew my blood was so gentle I didnt even feel it. The level of care at this facility was outstanding.

If I could leave less than one star, I WOULD. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if there are 2-3 hour waits?!Save your TIME and go somewhere else. There is no point in doing Echeck-in or arriving early. It’s 12:45 PM right now and I had an appointment at 11 AM and arrived at 10:30 AM. Despite arriving 30 minutes early and completing the paperwork, it is more than TWO hours later and I have yet to be seen.It also must be LUNCHTIME because all of the staff has disappeared (picture posted) and has left numerous of us that have been waiting for HOURS in the waiting room. So that’s ANOTHER HOUR we will all be waiting here.We have to use the restroom and there’s no one available to open the door. It’s like we’re trapped in here waiting for a representative to show their face so we can ask AGAIN what the wait time is and if we can have ACCESS to a bathroom.This place is horrible, understaffed, and VERY VERY inconsiderate.

Hi …Haven’t been here since Cov19 and I must say alot has changed and what I mean has changed the whole crew is very professional and the Doctor is 🙌🏽 on very thorough. Like omg I will be back if anything information and like 😳 Awesome place please come here and Vanessa and all the staff there was very professional

If you want a fast, clean, friendly, or even efficient care, this is NOT the place for you. At one visit I was left NAKED from the waist down in an exam room for OVER AN HOUR bc they forgot about my being there. The next time I went in I was left in the waiting room two hours after my scheduled appointment while people who showed up after me were seen and left. Just save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else cause they don’t care about you here and you’re not going to get anything done.

I had a very satisfactory experience going to this planned parenthood. the lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful as well as the nurses and the manager. everyone was super nice and i felt so safe. i also liked that all the staff were women. idk why some ppl say that wait time is ridiculous, i had no problem with my appt time. def such a good experience and will be coming here for future appts.

I usually come to PP because I feel like the staff is always caring, nice, and non judgemental. The provider I saw today was VERY RUDE! She kept rolling her eyes, talking over me, and she spoke to me as though I was stupid. Not from a place of informing, but from a place of being demeaning and condescending. The way she spoke to me she either didnt want to be at work, or just couldnt be bothered with me. As a healthcare professional, the way she treated and spoke to me was COMPLETELY inappropriate and I will NEVER return simply because I would never want to be seen by her again. The kicker is, the provider I saw was not the one I made the appointment with through MyChart.

This planned parenthood was so helpful. I scheduled an appointment for an IUD insertion and they were able to help me through all my questions and concerns when it came to the process, the costs. This is a very painful and heavy procedure, my nurse practitioner made it as easy as possible for me, talking to me and making me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire day. I would recommend this location to other women seeking help.

No respect for customers/patients time: I showed up at the Bellaire location for my 10:40 appt. I had previously filled out all the paperwork sent to me electronically, and had inquired with the person I set-up the appt with, as to wait-times. I was assured they moved moderately. Anyway, I get there and though I did those things, I still ended up waiting for 2.5hrs. A staffer told me they were running behind as only one of the two practitioners was there. She then offered me water and never returned even after I told her I had been fasting both food and water since 6p the previous night. Had I been told when I checked in that they had a staffing issue, I would/could have made other plans. The way this was handled took all power away from me. I ended up loosing 2.5hrs of time I cant get back. I walked out, without being seen or provided the service I went there for.

I was hesitant going to Planned Parenthood but I had to go on a whim due to an exam that I had to do asap, but was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They were very welcoming and nice, from the ladies in the front, to the NP/assistant that helped me, and the cashier at the end. My app was for 8:30, I was out of there by 9am.Thank you ladies of this location!

Got my birth control pills without any problems. Fast paced clinic.

I went in yesterday around 11:15 although my appointment was scheduled at 11. Adrienne, which was the lady at the front window was very helpful and kind not only to me, but to all the patients that were there. I had not been here in almost a year and I was a bit skeptical about going in because of all the negative reviews, but everything went fine. I was out the door and in my car by 12:20. All the times that I have been here I have never experienced a long wait, but I cannot speak for everyone. The doctor was also kind and informative. I will definitely continue going to planned parenthood - southwest. Two thumbs up!

I just had to leave an appointment without my daughter seeing anyone. When we signed in (early) we were not told that the office was running an hour behind. After waiting the first 30 min I asked when they may be calling my daughter as I had to be at work 2 hours after the appointment. They told me she would be next. After 15 more min they called in someone else. Finally we had to leave because after an hour they still didnt call her. No one apologized or acted like they cared at all. I go to Planned Parenthood because of the kindness, understanding and easiness of the appointments. Southwest has failed and the woman who checked us in should find a job she actually likes instead of sitting there miserable acting like a you know what.. Please make your appointments elsewhere.

Very very clean place! With a group of wonderful women, they’re Great!! They all were nice, knowledgeable, and quick with great care. Would recommend this place to everyone! I don’t know none of their names but it was 05/10/2023 around 11am.Thank you!!

I went here 3 years ago for a normal yearly exam but I just thought about my horrible experience, got upset again, and decided to leave this review. I don’t know if this particular doctor is still there (she is Nigerian), but she was extremely rude and insensitive towards me during my exam. I will not leave more details because an exam is personal enough, but I left in tears and never went back. I hope that she is still not working there, especially during a pandemic. We don’t need insensitive, rude, hateful people working in healthcare.

I went here for several years and I tried to go again last year and they was the most rudest pieces of c@&p. The nurse practitioner was mocking me while I was speaking to the main person and when I told her off and left I got a letter saying I was no longer allowed to go there. Fine with me they would rather see people get pregnant or caught some STI since they was refusing to help me. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worse enemy

If i could rate lower then 1 star i would’ve Roxanne the rep over the phone is rude very nasty when asking her a question. She wouldn’t listen to my concerns and talked over me during the call. Planned Parenthood needs to look into this representative.

For a medical facility, I was abhorred by their cleanliness, or lack thereof. I have to wear a mask and sanitize, which Im happy to do, but if we are so concerned about germs and sanitation, someone could clean the restroom after each use! I had to give a sample-there was urine on the toilet seat, no toilet seat cover, and toilet paper everywhere. Not the best Planned Parenthood.... meanwhile they have posters saying our voice matters. Well I hope this review matters.

Ive gone to this location for two years. Wait times are ok. Getting straight answers or accurate information from them seems impossible lately though. Whenever I call there are half an hour wait times. For some reason they reused to provide a receipt when asked. The nurses and doctors are great, but the ones handing the billing and desk services are aggravating deal with lately.

The staff was good, but my appt. Was at 2:50pm I arrived there at 2:30 to filled out any paperwork, and the Dr, came at 4:30 to much time waiting, when you go here, go prepare with plenty time.

It was a free for all. You walk in and the people behind the counter say have a seat we will be right with you. Next thing you hear, i can help the next person... 10 people get up, all look at each other and one person breaks for the counter... it was a free for all, the staff took no control over their lobby. Appointment and walkin were handled the same way. Had an appointment at 1:30, by 1:45, I had even been checked in. Horrible staff..

I have had multiple awesome experiences here. They take COVID-19 precautions seriously and are very respectful. I will always choose Planned Parenthood over my PCP or other Dr.s when I need to address my sexual and reproductive health. Thank yall so much.

To start with, it was hot in the waiting area, and I had to wait to be seen for an hour and a half after my appointment. Then to make matter worst they pass me inside to wait another 1/2 hour. Finally, the nurse arrived and did the examination. I had multiple questions which the nurse didnt even bother to answer. Not going back again!!

Great service , everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I had many options for birth control which made me feel better. Highly recommend.

Went in before time and waited 30 mins to be seen. Which was not bad except what hapnd afterwards. Was being charged 80 for the initial visit and that was okay. What was not okay was that I was being charged 150 plus more to get the same tests my friend had gotten a day earlier. When asked why this was so while booking, the receptionist said she did not know, in person the intern that was seeing me didnt know either, finally when asked several times, she called her senior, an Asian lady, who basically lied and said we cannot pull up any records (HIPAA does not apply if person is there and consenting to the info being used), basically told we dont have an explanation. This lady was curt and unprofessional, she intimidated me into hurrying along, which was her only interest.Felt weird afterwards and because noone seemed to know what they were doing.Oh, the intern also said 2 tests were free with my visit and the other lady did not do any sort of checkup but also told me nothing was free (in a voice like no why would it be free?). I told her the intern said that, she didnt respond.Didnt do half of what I wanted, not going back. Dishonest and rude.

Good, friendly, and knowledgeable doctors and staff. Great deals for those with no insurance; affordable. I do think they should have should have more clinics in Houston, especially west Houston because theres one off bellaire and is like a 45-50 minute drive, not including traffic, school zones, or construction and is kind of a pain to get there. Other than that, I definitely recommend going here ^-^

I AM BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE AND URGENCY THEY SHOW AT THIS LOCATION! I understand that medical doctors and nurse practitioners see a lot of patients every day, but there is ABSOLUTELY no reason that I can not get my birth control refilled after calling for over a week. NO ONE HAS CALLED/EMAILED/FAXED MY PHARMACY BACK after COUNTLESS attempts. Honestly do better! MY BODY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Horrible doctor and horrible staff. Only good things about clinic is, that its clean. You are a walking money sign and doctors wants to talk numbers before finding out whats wrong? She rushes you for an answer, handles you very rough, and very in sympathetic. Will diagnose you with whatever she sees fit and I DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.

I sent my daughter here for a birth control consultation. They charged her for a consultation but didnt actually consult with her at all, just told her she should try different things. Rude, insulting, and no help at all. She was supposed to get some sort of birth control, but left empty handed without even any information other than the brochure she picked up on her own on her way out.

ATTENTION! If due to some unfortunate circumstances you found yourself in this wondrous office don’t panic, rejoice. For it is nothing short of path to enlightenment, just grab your mediation/yoga mat/ sleeping bag/War and Peace/ your library and be still – for the wait will be long and painful, allow at least 4 hours to complete this journey. This is how long it took me to get plain simple birth control pills. And, yes, I had an appointment too. Naïve at first, I hesitated to open my Kindle. Little did I know that God had a different plan for me. It was a 4HOUR wait. Yes, 4 long hours. After the death of my electronic distraction devices (in a about 2 hours), I thought it couldn’t be much longer as I sat there in contemplation watching people come and go (those who arrived much later than me, for example). After 3 hours feelings started coming up, thank you Dr. Oz and Queen Latifah for quieting them, as I watched so much of both shows like never before in my entire life. Bonus: nutrition, health advice and general gossip obtained. Like, for example, a pill commercial swears to get you a shiny new clear skin, for a price, of course: your long and painful death in convulsions and delusion. After all, you want to look your best at your funeral with bright and healthy…even glowing complexion. At this point on the verge of a breakdown already, I resolved to sit it out (trusting the Universe, letting go, not really being attached to the outcome). After all, Jesus spent 40 days in a desert, Buddha mediated for 50+. I had strong examples to look up to. What is some severe flu and 4 hour wait, really. Kind personnel seemed to agree with this one. For, I was told at the time of appointment that it would take 2 hours. Yes, not 4. After finally being called, I found other obstacles to by birth control nirvana. To spice it up, I had to answer the same questions at least 5 times altogether, including my name. And, did I mention that prior to interrogation I actually answered those same questions in writing on one of their forms. Yes, and I was seen by 3 people for this (this comprises “the office visit” – answering the same questions over and over again until you get you $50 worth). Boy, did I! These people really work for their money. And, by the way, Obamadontcare made it not affordable to go there as well. Ok, final thoughts and recommendations on how they can serve the community even better. As I sat there and stared at the wall, I saw a poster which said: “Do you need an interpreter?” They really, should put another one saying, “ Do you need a psychotherapist?”. I sure needed one, for enlightenment is still a few incarnations away.

Esther made my well-woman exam painless and pleasant, I can’t believe I was even stressed about going. Would recommend to anyone!

The service here was really good until the doctor came in a Asian women that put my shot and she seemed not to be friendly at all and then put the baindaid in the wrong spot and blood was coming out with it didnt help but overall everyone who recieved me it was amazing! Recomended but be ware of the asian women.

Every staff member provided excellent customer service. Nurse practitioner Jasmine Was. Sry knowledgeable and tender-hearted. I highly recommend visiting this locations for general healthcare needs.

You will be seen you just have to be patient, I would suggest if you booked an appointment make sure to go an hour early and if it’s past your appointment time, tell a staff and they will get you in fast. Staff and doctor were nice and informative

I got her 15min early and they had me sitting here for about 30 claiming that they didnt put my information im correctly, and that I had to pay when have full insurance. Never coming to this Clinic again

Awesome clinic here. i was in and out in no time, the gyno was also very kind and every issue i was concerned about she answered for me. i recommend this location to anyone.

It is currently 3:22pm at the time of posting this i arrived at 3:08pm...they close at 4:30pm. For the strange reason of ...we are currently behind on screening I wasnt given service...Why?

I always thought that this type of clinic was one of the best, but I was wrong....Terrible service...they attended to me an hour and a half after my appointment.They left me in the room for 1 hour More.....the doctor arrived...she put a device in my vagina, she left me for 10 minutes. But...it hurt...from being with the device inside...lying down...really terrible...terrible service....I would never return. 👎👎👎👎👎
