Dr. Farhina Imtiaz has been my go-to ObGyn, and she truly goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. When I mentioned to her that I was constantly feeling exhausted, she didnt just dismiss my concerns. Instead, she ran comprehensive tests and discovered that I have Hashimotos thyroiditis. Highly recommend her

My first appointment went well! The nurse was super nice and kind. But in the second appointment for a wellness exam I encountered a very unwelcoming nurse. I don’t know her name, but she looks petite and skim. she didn’t even introduce herself. She asked me several questions regarding my health with an attitude, bad manner and very impolite. I believe she didn’t like me but I was unable to find a reason why she didn’t like me. Maybe I’m Asian???i have experienced racism before so the way she treated me was exact how I feel when someone has racist behavior toward me. That’s what I felt. Because there is no reason for her for not liking me, cuz I didn’t do anything to her. Or maybe that’s her personality, just a mean person. I hope the office manager or the owner, the Dr, who was nice, needs to provide her a customer service course so she will learn.

I went based on advertising she was a Menopause Specialist. She only has 1 solution and that is the pellet. The owner, the Dr, are one in the same and her bedside manner is inconsiderate and she is not equipped with compassion for this issue. I also believe she is out of her league for this topic since she is the only one that got answers out of our first visit. After I left, disappointed I read a lot reviews similar to what I am saying and I agree its not just me.Keep searching ladies! Disappointing I know but this place is definitely not it if you are searching for options in Menopause relief or just basic information about how to deal with it. Wasted my time and visit expense.

Excellent Service and Care!I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff is great, always friendly and professional. The doctor is very informative and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Imtiaz and the staff at the North Cypress Women’s Center are amazing! My experience as a new patient was extremely pleasant. The testing plan customized for my individual health and wellness needs was thorough and on point. I left my follow up visit feeling relieved and super confident in the way forward. This is overall the best OGBYN I have ever been too ! I have really bad anxiety when I go to any doctors appointments. Dr.IMTIAZ is amazing! She calmly explained everything she was doing. Even though I do this once a year I should be use to it. But they made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff is very professional. Mrs.Erica made sure I had everything I needed.

Came here about two years ago for help with my irregular periods/PCOS and the doctor that helped me I think she was the owner I’m not sure but she was Indian (older) and she basically was like “okay lose weight or get back on birth control” I didn’t want to get back on birth control so I started to lose weight, came back after a few weeks of starting to lose weight to still try to figure out why I don’t get my period and she basically told me “to go on metformin” and at that point she was telling me about “if you don’t get your period you increase the risk of uterus cancer” and at that point I got emotional and she was frustrated and asked “why are you crying” so I explained to her that it’s frustrating that I’m coming to the doctors and only getting medication to put a bandaid on the real issues.. she even had the audacity to ask me if I was interested in Botox or if I thought about Botox!!! I came here for issues regarding my reproductive health not Botox… this was probably the worse experience from a female doctor. The ladies in the front desk were nice and the office area is nice too but the doctor was not compassionate or sympathetic towards my issues and guess what.. after doing research and helping MYSELF WITHOUT METFORMIN OR BIRTH CONTROL over the last two years I have been thankfully able to get a period naturally without birth control and without the help of progesterone. Ladies please do your research because places like this only want to take your money and not help you get better.. i wanted to leave this review so other women experiencing these same issues don’t get treated like this again..

Recommend by a family member. This office was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Helpful, knowledgeable, kindness, very clean facility and the most professional staff who made me feel right at home. If I could work here I would. Kudos to this Team!

At first I was happy as the stuff act nice and friendly I was suffering from heavy periods did all the blood work ultrasound for the Dr to tell me either to remove my uterus or ovaries or the whole thing she didn’t even try with medication as results now I’m suffering from a severe anemia don’t get fooled by a nice “friendly stuff” they just act that way so you can write a good review I don’t recommend this Dr or office at all

Came here for my woman check up and had one of my best experience. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful and informative. They really helped me navigate my new insurance and got me in with in one week.I like that I could come here to get my woman Health, and also get vitamins that I need for my body.Nicole S

This is hands down one of the best medical offices I’ve ever been to. Dr. Imtiaz has helped me out tremendously get my life back. I was struggling with horribly painful periods and other issues she has GREATLY helped me with. She is always actively listening to me and my concerns and the entire staff is as sweet as can be. I can’t say enough great things about this practice! I adore them so much and can’t say enough thank yous for how much they have helped me. I recommend them over and over!

My office visit was fantastic! The customer service was impeccable. Everyone was nice, welcoming and friendly. My appointment went great, I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor explained everything to me and she examined me thoroughly. I can not find anything negative to say about my experience at north cypress women’s center! Just an awesome clinic with an awesome staff!

The staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Imtiaz listened and asked questions in the beginning but once I explained I was not interested in the Biote therapy, her attentiveness and questions quickly stopped. I have already tried that so was looking for better options for me but clearly this is her preferred method. She said she could not help me and I was normal. This is the last thing any female wants to hear when we are experiencing hormone fluctuations.

I highly recommend this place, and Dr. Farhina Imtiaz was very nice hearing, talking notes, helping me to look for the reason of my medical problems, I did so a little of frustration went I was trying to explain my medical problem, but I also understand that I went too far away back on my medical issues, but she quickly told me what she needed to no, well and her staff, they are wonderful, the place was very nice, and clean, in the past I have very bad experiences with other gynecologist, but I finally think I found the gynecologist I was looking for my medical needs, as a woman patient need true life, the front office person, the medical assistant everyone there are very nice, they make me feel very comfortable, they were very helpful on everything I need. Dr imtiaz vas very rude and very disrespectful she had no manners speaking to a patient. She was discriminating me and my mother and putting false accusations on us, very disappointed in this doctor. We have never been treated like this by anyone she really was a shame. She also charged us and didnt even check my mother saying go to another doctor and as soon we walked inside without even saying a word first she said was “i dont want to hear both of you speak at the same time” in very a rude manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Imtiazs for a decade. She is extremely knowledgeable about the many issues regarding womens health and stays current with medical treatments that benefit women of all ages. Her office is very comfortable and her staff is always friendly and professional.

When a patient is in a doctors care especially when giving a procedure done. It’s important for the doctor to make the patient feel comfortable, understanding, patience, and caring. I didn’t feel good about my visit or procedure. Everybody is not the same and every patient’s reaction isn’t going to always be the same. I was scared and my anxiety had kicked in. That was my first time having the biopsy procedure and I didn’t know what to expect. When getting any kind of procedure done it’s not always a comfortable feeling. Also getting a procedure done for the first time, and the first time with a doctor that you don’t regularly see can make the experience uncomfortable as well. The doctor was getting inpatient with me being scared and my anxiety of the procedure. She said “I can’t do this”. She said that with giving up on how I was reacting to the procedure. Then ask do I need some time cause she could go be sitting down in her office drinking her coffee while she give me some time. Also said we can reschedule you for another time as well. What really made me not feel good about the visit was when she said. Dealing with other patients that has had this procedure done never feel or act like this. I had to tell her that everybody is different. You shouldn’t tell someone how to feel. My experience was uncomfortable and not pleasant. I will not go back to this clinic, especially when you spend over $100 to get told by the doctor how you should feel about something.

I went to Dr. Farhina Imtiaz’s office on a recommendation from a friend because I needed to see a specialist. Walking into the office I felt like I was walking into a spa the waiting room is very calming and beautiful. The entire staff is very friendly, they all made me feel very comfortable during my visit. The Dr. is incredible she answered my questions, took time to listen, and assured me she would get me answers. I needed an ultrasound and it was quick to get an appointment which I got to do in the same office. Labs were also done at the office. I highly recommend this office.

I started seeing Dr. Imtiaz last year for HRT and receive the pellet every 3-4 months and it has helped so much! I now also see her for weight loss and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Imtiaz always answers my questions and gives me honest advice and feedback. Her staff is fabulous too!

Dr. Farinha as well as the women in the office are all always super kind making a normally awkward/uncomfortable annual exam no longer dreadful! 😅

I came in with several hormonal issues to discuss and hopefully get some guidance from the Dr. When I mentioned wanting to give myself a few months and have labs rechecked in the hopes of getting an accurate understanding of what was happening in my body that is causing swelling, missed periods, and weight gain it seemed as if the dr has literally no intention or interest in helping me. It was as if me not getting my testosterone pellet this visit caused her to completely write me off. It feels as though she only cares about making money from this treatment, and did not give a hoot about my over all well being. Since she did not seem interested in doing any investigation in to my symptoms, I asked if she knew a field of medical study that specializes in the issues I am having. She just said no, sorry. However she didnt seem sorry in the least bit. Its clear she only cares about making money through her med spa services and absolutely should not advertise as a gynecologist. I will probably resume pellets again, but will not be returning to her. I also forgot to mention this is a 2 hour drive one way for me. It was a total waste of my time. No patient should come to a dr to beg for help and leave in tears. If youre not in the business to help patients feel better as a whole or find the root of their problems, youve lost sight of the reason you became a dr in the first place.

I’ve moved all around Texas and have lost count at how many new Gyno’s I’ve seen in my life. Of all 15+ of them, Dr. Imtiaz is truly in a league of her own.I made my first appointment for birth control replacements back in 2018. I was a new patient recently moved to Houston so it was just a shot in the dark with this office. The staff was incredibly friendly, but Dr. Imtiaz really set the standard for me. During the decision making process she advised what I was asking for was not her recommendation, however, she encouraged me that she would do whatever I felt the most comfortable with. In that moment I have never felt more empowered by my care physician to allow me to make my own decisions about my body, even though they may have gone against her medical advice. During that process and testing I discovered some harsh news about my health but yet again, Dr. Imtiaz was so professional, informative, but more importantly so supportive about the situation at hand. I struggle with anxiety and Dr. Imtiaz has such a calming presence about her which makes the visits so much easier. I drive over 45 minutes across Houston to be treated by her and I will continue to do so because she really is THAT good. When I decide to have children I can only hope she will be the doctor to deliver them. Dr. Imtiaz is the poster version of what a professional, caring, and outstanding gyno should be.

Dr. Imriaz was sweet, compassionate and caring. She made the appointment quick and seamless.

The doctor was very cold and short with her responses. My visit felt rushed. Dr. Imtiaz did not really speak unless I asked her a question that she hardly responded to, mostly with her eyes, which I felt was rude. She didn’t want to give advice, she just sort of shrugged her shoulders. The whole experience was very, very awkward. I have never experienced an OBGYN like this before. Needless to say, I would never go back. I’d rather drive into Houston medical center if that’ll get me the quality service that patients deserve.

Ive been a patient of Dr..Imitaz for over a year now and I wanted to wait to leave a review as I dont put a lot of stock in first impressions, whether good or bad. Ive been to the clinic a handful of times now and interacted with at least 4 members of staff and have always been treated with sensitivity and professionalism in what is an intimate, yet paradoxically, impersonal experience-from the very friendly receptionist, to the girl who intakes my vitals, to the nurse and doctor who treat me. Dr. Imitaz successfully treated a condition I had and the staff is great at follow-up appointments. At every single visit, I am asked if I have any new issues or concerns by the intake person and again by Dr. Imitaz. She listens and offers her advice. Thats really all I need from a doctor, as Im not coming for social hour. Kindness and empathy is secondary to me-although I have found her to display both.The clinic itself is nicely decorated and very clean and the wait is never long. Ive gone through two insurances and the clinic thankfully accepted both. Setting an appointment is easy and the clinic has an automated program that reminds me of the appointment via email a week before my appointment and asks for confirmation a couple of days before the appointment. Theres no reason to miss an appointment and I think they actually cancel the appointment if you dont confirm, which is a good thing because not only are we taking money out of the pocket of the clinic, but we are also taking away a potential appointment spot for someone else who needs it.Good care is hard to find, as can be shown through my other reviews, so when I do find it, I recommend it highly-and I recommend this clinic highly.

I attempted to attend my appointment, but my insurance had me listed as being in a grace period (I had autopay set up through my bank, though it didnt work in July and August for a reason that even my insurance wasnt sure of. I paid the balance when I found out though, and was waiting for it to clear)The appointment had been scheduled for Monday, Sept 12th since earlier in the summer, before the mishap with the autopay. My first appointment rolls around, and I learn that my insurance payment still hasnt been cleared. This is fine, and I get rescheduled for 3 days later to today, Thursday Sept 15th.I get called this morning and told that my insurance payment still hasnt cleared, but they also cant reschedule me, because their policy is to only allow two cancelations. I did ask about avoiding insurance altogether and paying for the appointment fully in cash. They told me the price it would cost ($200), but because I had been put in their system already as an insurance payer, I was denied from paying cash.They told me that even when my insurance payment is cleared, that they cant schedule me for an appointment, basically barring me from their practice altogether, because of an autopay problem that I had no control over.The receptionists I spoke with in the office and over the phone were very patient and professional, and they are the only reason for the extra star.

UPDATE: 4.5 STARS - I have had my second treatment and again the staff were very pleasant and Dr. Imtiaz was amazing. She really enjoys getting women to where they want to be.Kudos to the office manger ( I cant recall her name) who saw my initial posting and promptly followed up with a phone call to fully understand and address 1) what happened and 2) assure me that my procedure would not be impacted by the delayed appointments. Additionally, I missed my scheduled appointment due to a major goof on my behalf; however the office manager called me personally and got me in the very next day.Thank you NCWC&RS. I appreciate your working through things with me.ORIGINAL: I am placing this review a bit prematurely as I still have a couple of sessions to complete for the treatment that I am undergoing.Dr. Imtiaz has been wonderful so far. She has a lovely bedside manner, discusses all your queries. The office is clean and the staff is pleasant.I am only giving a 3 star at this time because I have only visited the office twice and have yet to complete my procedure so further review is required. But I was also disappointment with a cancelled appointment and how it was managed. The office called me on a Monday to cancel an appointment for Friday. They left a voicemail, but I didnt receive it. I then received a confirmation for the appointment on Tuesday which I confirmed via the link. On Friday morning; after I had taken off from work; I received a call advising that the doctor was not in and that I could not come in. I think that a second phone call or text cancellation should have come across. As an additional frustration, the procedure that I am engaged in has a recommended time period between sessions which has been breached so I am now worried about the results.

Yesterday was my first visit to this clinic. I basically fell in love with the staff. The receptionist, the medical assistants, the doctor and the lab technician were all super sweet and friendly. The doctor had great bedside manners. Now, I understand why theres a wait to get an appointment. Its definitely worth the wait. As long as I have insurance they accept, I will continue to come to this clinic.

Ladies and Gentlemen believe the reviews this is a horrible clinic. If I could give Negative stars I would do just that. I wouldn’t say so much the staff but the Doctor and the office manager. The Doctor has no bedside manners she is not pleasant or personable. I was in the room with her and she rushed through everything then once we done she storms out and started ordering her staff around in a manner as if they are beneath her. I had one question about my diet I had to ask the doctor while she is standing next me and she totally just ignored my question and walked away. I understand why her staff act like they are terrified of her. Then the following day I called and asked to speak with the office manager I was told Nicole was with a patient so I called later in the afternoon. I ask to speak to Nicole, I was put on hold and someone answered the phone and says thanks for holding this is Nicole speaking how can I help you and I explained that I was looking to speak to the manager about a charge. I went into details and with the nastiest attitude she began to tell me about my bill. I felt so humiliated. I can’t speak for the other ladies in the office but these two women are so rude.

Horrible customer service and even worse office staff. For 2 years now I have had nothing but problems with them not sending my lab samples to the correct labs and not providing correct insurance information to the labs both resulting in me being billed for the services that should have been covered by my insurance. The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because Dr Imtiaz is actually a good Dr who seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately, she needs to replace most of her office staff if she intends on retaining her patients. AVOID THIS PRACTICE until you start seeing decent reviews.

Dr. Imtiaz was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! I was looking for a new provider and she was everything I was looking for! I highly recommend this office, as I will be returning too!

I cannot even begin to imagine what nonsense some of the patients commenting negatively about Dr. Imtiaz and her staffs bedside manner must have put those astonishingly caring providers through, in order to elicit the response they describe (assuming they are true).I found Dr. Imtiaz and her staff to be--BAR NONE--the kindest providers I have ever encountered, with a bedside manner that calms even the most anxious patient. They are patient, professional, and genuinely concerned about their patients health and well-being overall. The idea that they do not answer questions or dismiss patient concerns is quite shocking to me, based upon my own experiences there--I found the extreme opposite to be true. There are, quite frankly, not enough stars on Google Reviews to award them--no finite amount could possibly describe the exemplary care(ing) that they provide.

As a new patient and a healthcare provider myself, I was very pleased with the office interactions and with the time Dr. Imtiaz spent with me. I feel that she was forthcoming about my status as her patient and had my best health interests in mind. If I had requested more time for discussion, I am sure it would have been afforded me.

Terrible Experience and Doctor is Very Uncompassionate! This is not the doctors office you want to visit if there is something wrong with you!I had rountine visit but wanted to talk about concerns I was having. The doctor really makes you feel like your just another patient and she only goes as far to answer your questions, not explain things like a normal doctor would. I was in pain, crying and nervous about what was going on and she showed absolutely no compassion. Neither did her staff for the most part. I even feel like they discouraged me as a patient because I don’t fit the profile of the type of patients they want to treat. After finding a mass on my right ovary, the doctor sent in tests stating mass on left ovary. When I called the office to advocate for myself and make sure I was going to have the correct ovary tested the staff became very passive aggressive with me. I was WRONG even though my paperwork said otherwise and they made it out to be not a big deal. It IS a big deal to me, I’ve been in pain for a while and a mass was also found on my right pelvic bone as well with another doctor. Stating the correct side was important. Stating the left side just seemed like no one (doctor nor staff) cared or was paying any attention to me. Had they responded differently I would understand. Even if they had said, ma’am we are so sorry for the error, it happens, I would have understood. But no, I was in the wrong. They were correct because the test does both sides. How am I to know that? It was explained to me that the test would have been done on both ovaries anyways so it didn’t matter. How is that good healthcare???? Simply put, it is not. When the staff redid my orders it then said Unspecified mass, unspecified ovary. Which is also not correct. I believe it was their way of “being right” and passive aggressive toward a patient who is simply scared and trying to advocate for themselves. When I asked why it now said “unspecified” I was told because that’s the way the test is coded. Really? Why was it not coded that way to begin with then? They seemed very happy to be rid of me. I did not cause a fuss or a problem in their office, nor was I rude in anyway. There was no cause for me to be treated like this. The only thing I can figure is they didn’t want me as a patient. I was even hung up on mid phone call when trying to sort out what was happening. I think this place just wants to inject people with Botox and treat patients that fit their profile. I truly hope they forward my full medical records including my scans to my new doctor. They said it could take up to a week which I still don’t understand but whatever. Fingers crossed they send it before my appointment in 10 days. I would hate to have a sonogram and all the other tests done all over again and waste precious time and money. Hoping they do what’s right.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Im seeing a lot of first experience reviews, and at first I too thought the doctor was great. Until I had a procedure done, awake and was very nervous. Horrible bed side manner, snapped at me rudely that I needed to be still and had no compassion for any pain or fear I was experiencing. The staff was great but I paid out of pocket due to no insurance. I always told them upfront I needed to know all cost. They were good about that till my last time there. I paid for my services as usual and they did NOT mention at all I would be billed separately by the lab, I always paid all together EVERY appt. They tried telling me they changed the way they do things/labs. After my horrible embarrassing experience during the procedure and their failure to inform me of cost, I refused to pay. I told them I would no longer be coming back, especially after the procedure left me with horrible coccyx (tailbone) pain right after. I had to start seeing a chiropractor. She also had a nurse apologize for her behavior instead of apologizing personally. I made it very clear to every person who called trying to resolve this that I was not coming back. Only to get a bill for a no show appointment. I was going to leave this alone and not leave a review but that no show bill was the last straw. Id like to add that the nurses were very kind and seemed embarrassed by her behavior during that procedure. Thankful for that but Id definitely not go with this Gyno if youre thinking about it.

RUN. DONT GO HERE. Bad Doctor and bad staff. Doctor is pushing expensive treatments and does not listen. Has no empathy for pain and does not answer questions. Offers conflicting advice. Staff does not call back and avoids talking to you. Had a cancer scare and could not reach doctor or staff. Was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a return call.My return call happened when staff used a calling service that routed around my ability to answer my phone. When I called right back they would not answer. When I saw doctor she was condescending and her only response to my pain during a biopsy was I should have had gas. RUN. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AS I HAVE.

Dr. Farhina Imtiaz is absolutely wonderful! I was referred by my sister and had such a wonderful experience. I was so nervous about my appointment and Dr. Imtiaz really put me at ease with her kindness and attention to finding solutions where need be. The team members at North Cypress Womens Center are wonderful! I was out in 45 minutes, and I was a new patient on this visit. They send you your new patient paperwork to your email and make it so easy to fill out, this speeds the time up. This was very important to me as my previous OBGYN was always running behind or taking forever to get me out of my appointment. I would highly recommend this Dr. Imtiaz.

Dr. Imtiaz is very insensitive. Caused me to have an anxiety attack in her office because she was hurting me, and then blamed me for it. Tried to scare me into having a major procedure, but when I got a second opinion, that procedure is completely unnecessary. Also owes me a refund and has not sent it to me yet.

I have been going here for years. Never had a problem with them. I had an app today that I missed I did not get a reminder, I am sick. I do not think they would of seem me anyway due to me being sick. I understand a cancellation fee. They want to charge me $95.00 that is insane amount! I guess I will find me a new doctor!!

Dr. Imtiaz and her staff are extremely nice, helpful, sweet. I love these ladies, so happy to have found them. They all helped me through a difficult time. Its nice to have such wonderful people that care. Thank you so much!!

Ive been cared for by Doctor Imtiaz since 2004 when I became pregnant with my first child. She educated me over every step of pregnancy and she delivered both of my children, both born perfectly and without any complications! Every well woman exam is professional and informative and Ive always felt like I was at home in the offices during scheduled annual physical visits.The MedSpa services and surgical procedures offered are affordable with financial options, which is awesome for mothers needing vaginal reconstruction surgery after giving birth naturally. There are so many female spa procedures offered at North Cypress Womens Center!Thanks for all you do, Doctor Imtiaz!🧞⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Update:I’ve changed the score of my original review from 2 to 4, which is what I would’ve originally given this clinic before the issues I experienced. The office manager contacted me and informed me that the 2 billing issues were due to my insurance company giving them incorrect information (which I believe, due to having similar problems myself). She listened to my concerns, was respectful and apologetic, and offered to assist me in resolving these issues with the lab and my insurance company. I’m not sure if they will be fixed, but I appreciate the clinic for offering to be an advocate for me.The reason I am now giving this clinic 4 stars is because: the clinic is clean, Dr. Imtiaz is a competent and respectful physician, the office staff are friendly, and other than the billing problems, I’ve had no serious issues. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because my first appointment with them had a long wait time (follow up appointments have been more timely) and the ultrasound tech does not have the best bedside demeanor.******************{original review}I like Dr. Imtiaz herself. However, I had 2 billing issues which led to an unexpected cost of $400.The first, I needed an ultrasound. I wanted to know the cost of the procedure because I wouldn’t get it if I couldn’t afford it. I called my insurance which gave me the run around. I then called the doctors office for help, they said they could help get a definitive answer. Called me back and said the procedure would be covered. I scheduled the procedure. Then got a bill a month later saying it wasn’t covered. I called the office and they basically said sorry but it’s your insurance’s fault. I agree my insurance was to blame as well, but I specifically told the office that I could not afford the procedure and would not schedule it if it wasn’t covered.The second issue is that they sent lab testing to an out of network provider. This was something I had no knowledge of or control over. Now I have a bill from the lab for $250.As I stated earlier, Dr. Imtiaz is a solid provider and if her office was more consistent I would like to see her again. However, I can’t afford unexpected charges that are just shrugged away. I would not recommend using this provider unless you can afford miscellaneous charges.

Dr. Imtiaz has proven herself as an excellent physician. Her staff are professional, kind, hard working individuals. The facility is warm and inviting and does not have that clinical feel at all. If you want professional healthcare in a welcoming environment, then I recommend you book your appointment with North Cypress Womens Center.

First I’d like to address the negative reviews, yes, the front desk people made some mistakes but they told me to come in early and I did so any mistakes that they made (misspelling my name, recording wrong date of birth) were fixed before my appointment. The doctor however, is very understanding. If you ask how much it will cost, they’ll give you a what-if-analysis, just be open about the fact that you would like to go with what your insurance will cover and what you need. The doctor what very kind and she let me know what was going on and what she was expecting. I would go to this place again and suggest it to anyone.

The office location is very close to me and they have wonderful women working there. I was able to get an appt quickly and they were very helpful with all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ive never had such a wonderful experience with a gynecologist AND her staff, or any doctor and their staff for that matter, as I have with Dr. Imtiaz and her staff. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and addresses any concerns I may have without making me feel Im on a hamster wheel. Additionally, Im very thankful to her for introducing me to Biote hormone replacement therapy and I highly recommend her.

Update... the manager did call and fix the situation. They actually took the time to do their job and call the insurance for coverage. After my review was posted. I went to her after having a bad experience w another gyno. Shes very attentive and asks if I understand everything and is very mindful of my lack of experience with gynos so she breaks everything down. Very sweet and caring.I wrote the above review 6 years ago. have gone to her annually since. have been through 2 life bumps with her but for 6 years everything has pretty much been routine-womens wellness. I had to do a procedure due to an abnormal test which I thought was fine i’ve experienced this once before and that was 6 years ago when I first saw her but we did the follow up procedure she collected what she had to collect I was fine. every year she’s been helpful and kind. today, she was not that. she was rushed, short, seemed annoyed. I asked if we could do a test for the cause that she thought it was and she replied “I don’t know what good that would do, we’re already here” and I confirmed that I understood we are here I was just wondering if we could confirm what she’s stating to be fact but it’s the first im hearing of it in 6 years. she proceeds to advise me to get undressed and usually i’m left with a gown. no gown, I had a romper on so I would have been left naked under a sheet so I requested a gown. I always get a gown but it seemed like the request annoyed her. the procedure caused me discomfort to which she advised it was because I wasn’t doing what I was supposed to. we were 4 takes in, could I not have received more help or guidance as to what it was she needed me to do? after she left with the person helping I sat there and cried. I was so uncomfortable this is not the same person i’ve been going to for years. apparently she has a different persona for procedures and it’s not patient or kind. I finally got off the table and was mortified by how much blood was in the table. it was just me, the blood and I had to pull it together after such an uncomfortable experience. I still provided 2 stars because she’s been kind for everything else but not when an uncomfortable procedure had to be done.———Since the above review in early 2022, I received a letter from the doctor advising I was no longer welcome as a patient. as if I would return after the way I was treated. instead of taking the time to write letters with grammatical errors this gyno should take time to practice patience and understanding. the decision was definitely mutual. since this experience I found a caring doctor who went on to do the procedure I needed with patience and understanding. there are gynecologists that care about their patients and don’t just want to make money off of them while not caring for their feelings. this gyno is not one of them.

I dodged this bad experience. I checked in for my first appointment with this doctor and as I am waiting I hear a very upset patient. This woman was very upset they were charging her $100 for her test results. She was crying that she had no more money and all she wanted to know was if something was wrong. So, I ask the receptionist if they charged for all test results and she said yes. I asked her if they would give results over the phone and she told me no, that all results require a visit. At this point another woman chimes in to tell me that she was a patient and very unhappy with how they do things and she would be looking for another doctor. So, I got up and left. That was all I needed. 2 unhappy patients was enough for me. I have never heard of charging for test results... especially if the test is good.

Love Dr. Imtiaz and the staff at North Cypress Womens Center! The staff are all super friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions.I have gone to Dr. Imtiaz for my annual checkups, IUD insertion, and mostly recently for an ovarian mass. Dr. Imtiaz was proactive in ordering labs and scans, and assured me that she would figure out what was going on and what the next steps would be. Once the mass was confirmed by ultrasound and CT scans, she scheduled and performed the surgery to remove the mass and ovary. Dr. Imtiaz explains everything thoroughly, is easy to talk to, and has a very calming presence. I never left her office worried or confused about anything.

Dr. Imtiaz delivered all 3 of my children. She has a great bed side manner, asks if I understand everything she has explained & takes her time with me when I need medical advice. I have referred my sister in law & friends, who also go to her as well. Glad she is only doing Gyno now, so much easier to get in!

An annual well woman exam is covered under my insurance meaning I dont pay anything when I go into the office. However, I made the mistake of asking Dr. Imtiaz ONE question during my exam so she took it upon herself to charge me for an office visit (as opposed to an annual exam which is covered) and sent me a bill in the mail. You have got to be kidding me! Please take this as a warning that you should only answer the questions she asks you, and do not ask her any questions in return unless you want to be charged a ridiculous amount of money for her 2 second reply.If I was made of money, I would give Dr. Imtiaz higher than 2 stars because shes actually really nice when shes performing the exam. I appreciated her bedside manner, but its unfortunate that that may have just been a facade to get more money from her patients.

When I scheduled my appointment I was asked if I had insurance and replied yes but was goingTo pay cash and file a claim with my insurance. I asked if I would be provided a receipt with CPT/Diagnosis codes and her response was yes! At my appointment the doctor was quick and was called out of our appointment to attend to a doctor. I was asked what I did for a living and then they request a I have bloodwork in which they had a side by side retail/sale price$2000/$850 labwork order to look like your going to save by having bloodwork with them. When I asked for a receipt with the codes she replied ‘we do not provide receipt with codes because we are a SPA’ I called back the following day to speak to the manager and yet to receive a call. Initial consultation was fabulous and thorough and gave me hope that someone was really listening and would finally see me as a whole person and treat me accordingly! Follow up visit, after spending an inordinate amount of time and money on various tests was rushed, dismissive, and impersonal. None of the issues for which I originally went to see her were even remotely addressed; and I left feeling depressed, devalued, used, and not even mismanaged but essentially unmanaged. The most disappointed I’ve ever been with any physician!

She delivered my two babies by c-section and everything was great. I quit going to her years later because I would have to wait over an hour each time I wanted a checkup. Finally, I booked the first appt of the day at 9 am and still waited for 50 min because she TRIPLE booked! I was the third person to sign in for that time slot and she was the only doctor.

Dr. Imtiaz has been taking care of me for several years now. She recently performed my hysterectomy. She and her staff are very attentive and willing to answer any questions.

Really pleased with the provider and staffs service! Had a bad experience at another provider that left me a bit anxious of my visit. Dr. Imtiaz was very understanding and talked me through my concerns. Hands down best experience I have had with a gynecologist.

Dr. Imtiaz has changed my life. I could not have sex due to dryness. I hadn’t had sex going on 4 years. I had the pellets put in and now I can. It’s changed my marriage , life and total well being. The staff at the cypress Women’s center are all professional and down to earth. I recommend everyone I know to go there.

I did not get good care from Dr Imtiaz and her staff, it took them 45 minutes to just give me my paper work to fill out but they made me sign a paper saying that if I was 15 minutes late to appointments I would be charged a fee. I payed several dollars for my visit before I even saw the dr (due to high deductible) after a couple of weeks I got another bill because apparently they didn’t charge everything when I was there, they took some blood and I had to wait a month for results because they kept forgetting to load it in the portal so I had to keep calling, after all that I received a third bill from a third party laboratory a couple months later. I spent over 500 in a visit where my concern that I went in for wasn’t even addressed. felt like an assembly line and the dr didn’t really listen to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Completely recommended Dr.Imtiaz listens and helps resolve your questions. We talk about Termiva and I went head and got it is live changing you see results in your first treatment. Gain confidence again after having children. Yes of course have fun ! Drown time and it true completely Painless.

If I could give less I would. You can never get in touch with the staff, but the staff isnt the problem. Its definitely the doctor. I was scheduled for a hysterectomy today because Im have severe bleeding and so anemic it could threaten my life. This doctor got an attitude and threw a temper tandrum and CANCELLED MY SURGERY because of a misunderstanding with paperwork. This is putting my life in sander and she doesnt care. Her bedside manner is ridiculous and so is her attitude and now I wouldnt want her to touch me period. If you value yourself... Dont let this woman touch you!

The front desk team is ridiculous. It’s like everyday is their first day of work. I show up to my original (they tell me $20 copay) appointment just for them to suggest I rescheduled it bc they didn’t have my medical records for the purpose of My visit (refusing what I had they needed an “original copy”) so I reschedule for the next week. Prior to even coming back to this rescheduled appointment, I commicated with the same front desk team about my info, copay, basically asked about everything I needed to know to bring before I got to this app days away. I got nothing but attitude and sighs when I spoke with them.. They told me I couldn’t do what I originally came in to get bc NOW I’m considered a new patient, even though you have all my info, insurance etc everything lol smh & they may or may not have time to do what I originally came in for. Ok fine, not a problem, im under the impression nothing hasn’t changed but my app date.... so today I get to my rescheduled appointment and now they tell me I haven’t completely met my deductible so it’s gonna over $100 just to sit with the doc! And they won’t do My procedure. If they weren’t so focused on trying to get off work and maybe lost the all attitude they have I would’ve informed on my FIRST visit about the deductible, the new patient process, the time frame everything. It’s the principle. They wasted my time & energy. I will NEVER come back to this practice nor will I recommend it. Do not come here !

I went to her in about 2011-2012, she rushed through everything, did not make me feel like she really cared about me as a patient, She actually told me due to my prolactin levels were high that Id never have kids and I could have a brain tumor, MIND EVERYONE I WAS ONLY 18!!!! That is not something you tell a FIRST TIME PATIENT especially at such a young age in life ! I think she handled everything very poorly, I never went back. I found a OBGYN with great reviews, WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTER that this doctor told me id never have.....

When I think of the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I think of North Cypress Womens Center. She was my OB/GYN for years, I trusted her. However, with every visit I would get a bill from LabCorp, their third party testing, that was anywhere from $150 to $400. Normally they would drop off, but shortly after going to her for an annual I had a $500 lab bill. I did the normal drill and waited for it to drop off but I still had a charge. I spoke to the receptionist, who promptly told me it was my fault for not having insurance; I was fully insured. When I told her she had the wrong patient, she told me to speak to the United Healthcare LabCorp rep who happened to be at the desk. A few seconds later, a rep (who sounded just like her) got on the phone and stated that I would need to pay the office $500 or go to collections. Shortly after the conversation I contacted UHC (the real UHC) on the phone, who explained my case was misdiagnosed when the office sent my record to UHC and consequently my labs were not covered. I contacted LabCorp, which gave me the same explanation, and told me to contact the office. What an experience, the receptionist explained I was dumb. She called me a liar and stated that I was a nuisance to her day; She literally was screaming in the phone. After explaining to her that I went through insurance and LabCorp, that my claim should have been resolved, she continued to argue with me and eventually hung up the phone. Long story short, after 1 1/2 years, 50 emails, numerous unreturned phone calls and one collection notice, the issue was resolved. In our final conversation the receptionist stated LabCorp was doing the practice a favor and eliminating my balance due to the issues I caused HER. Pretty comical how someone can treat strangers with such disrespect.

I went to her Nov 2015 - to sum it up ... terrible service! She comes off as being overwhelmed and doesnt have time for you or your concerns about your body/health. In addition, like others have mentioned she pretty much ROBBED my insurance company - charging upwards of $4500 in numerous random tests one of which was a DRUG TEST. I was told I needed to have a drug test done before she would conduct my well womans exam... they stated it was normal procedures for their office and everyone has it done once after which they are fine until she deems its necessary again. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I have reported this activity to the necessary agencies and to my ins company. Its clear what she is doing.

The Staff and DR were very nice. My wait time was nothing, I didnt even get to sit down.. (30 minutes early at that!)However please be sure that all of the procedures are covered by your insurance. I am out over $500.00. Which I had to pay up front.

I went to the office due to severe pain from my menstrual cycle. Dr. Imtiaz basically told me that I am just going through the changes and it is perfectly normal at my age (39). She ordered labs, urine culture and biopsy on me. She put me on antibiotics for a UTI (I had no symptoms). I asked her why is she putting me on this and she said she has to go through all avenues. I told the pharmacist and he said that is bad practicing. Her staff does not know anything about verifying benefits and insurance and just tries to collect money.

Just moved to Cypress and my friends recommended me to this place. Im so happy I found this pleace. Its a one stop shop for woman care. I just turn 40 and its nice to be able to go to one place to take care of all my woman health. The team over there are so helpful and sweet:)

I have been going to Dr. Imtiaz for about a year now. I went for my well woman exam after being referred to her by my GP. Dr. Imtiaz and her staff are very warm, friendly and kind. I saw information about BioTE in the waiting room and inquired about it during my exam. Well, let me say that it has been life changing the difference this has made for me. I used to have trouble sleeping, my memory wasnt as good as it used to be, I felt tired and in a daze most of the time. Now I sleep well without having to take any Tylenol PM or anything else to help me sleep. I have energy, my memory is so much better, I feel clear headed and focused. My husband loves the difference it has made in me as well. Thank you Dr. Imtiaz!

BEWARE( the ratings are true)I have been going there for the last 2 years and getting BIO T Hormone Replacement Therapy, I had previously used another place in conroe for 2 yrs but this office was closer. During my time there I had pellets come out on 2 occasions never happened before moving to there office. On October 10th 2018 went in for my regular 5 Month repel-let, left the office was in my Vehicle for 2 hrs driving and when I got home and out of my truck, there was blood everywhere, I had been losing blood since I left the office. My wife tried to stop the bleeding she couldnt, it was gushing out, went to neighborhood Emergency Clinic, Doctor had to put 4 staples in me and told my wife and I we would of never stopped the bleeding, because the Dr. had hit a artery.I went to see Dr. Imtiaz to discuss what happened, to see if I had lost any pellets and for her to pay for my Doctor bill, she said it wasnt her responsibility. Couldnt believe it, but I didnt argue just got up and left. Now I see why here reviews are so bad!

I delivered with this doctor in 2007. My son was induced early due to me having slightly elevated blood pressure. He was in NICU for quite a while. When i went in for delivery, I overheard the nurses complaining that ALL of her patients were in there being delivered early because she had a trip to Europe planned. When I came back to VISIT my son who suffered from RDA, PFC, a collapsed lunge and pnemonia at a later date, I saw her doing paperwork at a desk. She looked up at me. I stared at her and told her how sick my son was and nearly acted as if she didnt know who I was. I found out three months later that I was pregnant again and my entire family was extremely supportive of my decision to switch doctors. not to mention I accidentally overpaid her 500 dollars, which they kept until I realized it several months later and requested a refund. How convenient.......

I went to see Dr. Imtiaz as a last ditch effort. I had been having medical problems for about 4 years, I was miserable. From night sweats, depression, irritability, inability to lose weight, pain from cysts, leg swelling, insomnia and so much more. My body was a mad house and I was a wreck. I completely broke down after having been told by doctor after doctor that my only problem was that I was overweight. Dr. Imtiaz ran all the blood tests plus I cant tell you how many more and determined my thyroid (I was told this was normal by 4 different doctors) could be adjusted and my testosterone was extremely low. After being put on thyroid medication and having the BioTE I have lost 10 pounds and almost all my other symptoms are either completely gone or at least liveable! I am grateful for the time and care she took to not only reassure me but help me.

Dr. Imtiaz is very quick and very friendly. The office front staff is always on their game and get things taken care of for you right away. Definitely the best OBGYN in the area!

I called to schedule an appointment and the female who answered the phone was extremely rude. Apparently, they may not be in my employer insurance network and my call was a waste of HER time. She seemed so put off by my attempt to schedule an appointment.

They are currently trying to charge me $7,000 for a drug pee test. A PEE TEST!! On top of that I was told that all new patients had to submit a pee test, so how can a doctors office try and say a patient has to submit a pee test but then not inform them of the cost. Who has EVER heard of a pee test costing $7,000?

Dr. Imitiaz is polite and attentive. Her bedside manner is amazing during procedures. The staff is always friendly.

Terrible experience went in for my well womans exam and had a few questions I wanted to ask the doc about some issues Ive been having and nurse told me I has to make up my mind either ask questions and not get my well woman exam or get my exam and not be able to ask questions because the doc was to busy to answer my 2 questions... plus they told me I wouldnt get a call if my results were normal that they would only call if I had a problem, which I think isnt right cause I would like to know as soon as results come in weather its normal or abnormal I want to at least know they came in and everything was ok. Well needless to say Im looking for a new obgyn now. Total waste of time plus had to wait over an hr to be called (but docs to busy to answer questionts right) lol horrible

Very clean and quiet. Never had to wait more then 5-10 minutes the max .

Terrible terrible terrible. The doctor here does not care at all about her patients. Shes in and out of your appointment in 5 mins. And the staff are rude. Don’t go here!!!

Negative Ratings!!!!The Doctor was very unprofessional, seems like they wanted to slaughter the patient and make more money on every question you ask. Doctor has no patience to talk politely to patient and did not respond to the queries. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone. I saw the reviews on her later and that speak the same thing.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACEToday 08-26-2022 I had the FATAL EXPERIENCE of attending a gynecological appointment with Dr Farhina Imtiaz. This lady was very rude and with discriminatory behavior towards me, to the point of telling me that due to my reaction she was no longer going to take care of me. All his behavior was due to the fact that when he was going to start examining me I had an involuntary movement (reaction) due to the pain and inflammation that I have as a result of some fibroids that I am suffering from and that this Lady knows very well because it is the second time that I was going to consult. I mentioned this to other medical professionals and they were amazed and according to them they had NEVER heard that a doctor had the idea to oppose caring for a patient with severe discomfort, as is my case... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT...
