I scheduled an appointment with pediatrics for my daughter’s annual physical for school. Place is clean and organized. Front desk assisted me as it was our first time at the hospital. Dr Louis-Paul is my daughter’s primary care physician, he is very professional and was accompanied by a female nurse during examinations. I will continue taking my daughter here until she ages out.

The Drs and nurses are nice...BUT THE FRONT DESK HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They make you feel like you are bothering them. They talk and talk to each other and will completely ignore you. These are not good people to have represnt the office, especially when people arent feeling well and have to deal with these nasty people at the front to desk

My son would go here since his mom didnt know any better and i assumed it was good but the front desk service is bad. Our very LAST visit was when we took our son to dr louis paul and he had a problem with his thumb and dr paul said no its normal hes a kid. He was more concerned with him getting some vaccine which is not the reason we were there for. We ended up taking him to westmed and they said it was a trigger thumb. There could of been permanent damage. Dont trsust them with your kids . Check your insurance and see which drs. Accept your insurance theses clinics hire whoever and are there for quantity over quality over money be careful

The worst experience of my life!! Being a first time mom not knowing how to the process works with scheduling a interview prior to getting a OB the front desk receptionist was abnormally RUDE and did not want to help at all. I think a call center scheduled my appointment and scheduled wrong she was rude to me. I clearly should have read the reviews this experience could have been prevented if I read the reviews. If you want help or pleasant customer service do not expect it from the front desk staff !!! The back office staff was very pleasant

Dr Melissa was the most patient doctor I’ve come across in this clinic! I was hysterically nervous & she was able to make the apt quick & easy definitely will be going back for all of my problems& procedures!!

I tried to schedule a appointment. Every month was booked. Why? Because these doctors perfered face time. Not everyone likes booking appointments just to see your doctor on a screen. Most of us rather do physical ones as well. They had more spots for face time appointments. Then they did for actual physical face to face. Is ridiculous.

It was my first time expecting, 3 months into the pregnancy I found out I had a missed miscarriage. I understand nothing could be done to save the pregnancy however Dr.Kushalani was not compassionate at all. Her main concern was if i wanted to take the pills to expelle everything or have a procedure done. I decided to take the pills after I had demanded another ultrasound done to be 100% sure it was a failed pregnancy. First off the directions she told me in person on how to take the pills were completely different from what she wrote on the prescription note. She told me it would be painful and a lot of bleeding very nonchalant. Ended up expelling everything naturally. The pain was unbearable! Shirt was drenched in sweat from the pain. Lost so much blood, almost fainted 3 times. On my next app. I informed her I went to the ER because the pain was so extreme, pain I have never experienced in my life! She asked me why I went to the ER if she told me what to expect! As if it was unnecessary! On top of that the last 2 appointments I was in the waiting room for TWO HOURS for a 10-15 min visit. Dr.Kushalani was in such a rush she walked in the room didn’t make eye contact, asked me what was my name and if I was pregnant. Even though I was her patient already for about 3 months. She doesn’t provide the care and attention one needs. Her service is a joke. Once the last ultrasound was done to make sure I had expelled everything, she reviewed the results and said “ok the abortion was complete”.... I had a miscarriage that was emotionally and physically hard for me. I DID NOT have an abortion. I do not recommend Dr. Kushalani if you are pregnant!

The deserve 0 stars. I came several times this week to do a walk in, at different hours and they gave me the runaround. When I asked to do a walk in, the lady at the front desk acted like thats something they do not do. They kept sending me to the ER or to the Medical part of the building so that I can get billed by my insurance. When prenatal care is covered at 100% through my insurance. Already got a bill by the Medical side of this building, which I need to fight because the only reason I end up there was because I was refused to be seen at their womens health clinic. Theyre website says, they do not turn people around. However, they turned me around. The nurse, didnt said hi to me properly when she said I should go to the Medical side or ER. Thankfuly, I called a phone number to complain and someone on the phone said they will escalate this, because no one in that clinic was able to provide me a decent womens health experience. Mind you, I am pregnant and they denied to see me!

I wish I could give 0 stars !!The front desk service is trash and slow. The only reason I’m still coming here is because Dr. Sheila Turken is the best. But the service here is BAD and the GYN knows nothing! Please don’t come here if u need a OB-GYN

These people act like they are dumb. The only doctor that is hood in there is Louis Paul it’s time to go to a new doctor. Had to curse these people in the front out 3 times.

The doctors in this place are horrible, they dont really care about the patients, never call you back, and when you called back they response with an attitude. Do not waste your time going to this place.

I came here for a physical exam and it took them forever to get. I had to call 100 times to try to reach them because the different departments here do not communicate and they kept giving me different updates and information. I DOG NOT RECOMMEND HERE!!!

We preferred to be close there is not appointments until Abril. this is a joke we need clinic for us not people to get just they pay check.

Love this place.. Great doctors for the kids.. they have alot of other good services there...

Honestly this place is a joke they could care less about you as a patient and don’t value their patients all they care about is going home and what their next meal is going to be I rate this place 0 stars actually

This is place is unreal I never seen any more lazy workers in my life the receptionists are a joke and I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option

Worst pt service from adult to children telling me I have to call at 8 am to have my child seen that day what if my child starts getting sick at 11 theres never any space for them to see ther pediatrician Im sorry for my kids but I will be changing their pediatric

I have been attending this clinic for several years but since Sun River Health began mediating phone calls, I cannot resolve emergencies that arise with my scheduled appointments because I cannot communicate with the clinic directly to find out if they can assist me further. sooner or later than my scheduled appointment and for this reason the Dr checks me more than once when the problems that required me to see the Dr. have passed. Please resolve this problem.

Well, I take care of my health there and I have always been satisfied, I recommend it.
