I was randomly selected for a Drug and Alcohol test by the company I work for. They sent me to ARCpoint Labs of The Woodlands to complete the requirements. The facility is very clean, and it was a good impression. The representative (Cecilia) was courteous and friendly. With a soft voice, she guided me through the process, and completed all paperwork and tasks very efficiently. The entire testing took little to no time. I strongly recommend ARCpoint Labs for these matters, or any other testing you may require that is offered here.

My physician sent me here for serum tears--I was DELIGHTED with their customer service, from making the apt to the actual blood draw (they use this brilliant little blood draw tool that makes it virtually pain free). The owner spoke with me and explained the whole process, and was kind and educational. With regards to the serum tears, Ive been using them for 24 hours and my eyes already feel significantly better. I would give them TEN stars if I could.

If I could, I would give this place negative 10 Stars!!I was sent to ARCpont Labs of The Woodlands by a potential employer for a standard pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. I arrived at the location and was met by a VERY rude receptionist that asked me as I was entering DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINMENT??, I replied with I dont, I received and email requesting me to come here ASAP for a pre-employment screening and I handed her my printed Q Passport. She responded even more aggressive and told me that I could go down the to another facility and refused to look at the paper I had in my hand. She told me I could go make an appointment and come back in 3 hours (very aggressively and rude). I expressed to her I took off work to take care of this and couldnt come back in 3 hours. She responded with a extremely nasty tone with IM BUSY HERE! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO, TELL THIS LADY SHE NEEDS TO WAIT WHILE I TAKE CARE OF YOU?? (The parking lot was empty and only myself and another lady where in the facility.)EMPLOYERS - I would avoid this place like the plague! If you are asking a potential employee to have a pre-employment screening in a timely manor, this is NOT the place to send them! With the unprofessionalism I just witnessed, I would seriously doubt the competency or accuracy of anything coming from a place run like this!I seriously question all the 5 star reviews for this place, it looks a lot like friends and family members are trying to bury all the negative reviews (IMO), as you dig through them, you see very similar reviews to mine - dont be fooled!*** RESPONCE TO ARCpoint COMMENT ***Please review your video and prove me wrong by posting the video here. Arc labs is a good school the staff are kind and the instructors help you with ur mistakes so u can improve and the school is bigger with more space for students

Cece was AMAZING!! I wish I knew about this establishment during this 3 year fight for my children. Not only is she very professional and very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is also a very understanding and caring and quite frankly one of the nicest women I have met in a long time. If you’ve ever been through a situation like I have been through and am going through, you understand the absolute necessity of somebody treating you like a Person or friend instead of an animal. Best place by for for DOT tests. Got here at 3:05 left by 3:20 for a pre employment. Will continue to request them when needed.

First I called to see if I could move my appointment time to an hour sooner and she wasn’t very nice. But when we arrived she had me fill out paperwork for the sneak peek (gender testing). Although she didn’t give me the right info to fill it out. I was supposed to have a barcode number and well as other things from the testing kit to fill out on my paperwork that she had no idea about . She was quick to fix the problem but was a bit confused and all over the place saying it was a new testing kit and she wasn’t familiar with it . That left me a bit uneasy hoping that the results will come in correctly, if at all. When she took my blood she did perfectly fine with the needle but ended up getting drops of my blood in many different areas of the room. Which I’ve never had happen before. My husband said he is thankful it was a one time thing because he didn’t want to have to go back. It works if you’re in a pinch but definitely not the most professional place.

I made an appointment and I was seen at the exact time that I was scheduled for.

Ive been to ARCpoint twice for different services and both times the staff was friendly and helpful. My appointments were on time and I did not have to wait longer than a couple of minutes. Services were quick and results received timely and as promised.

I go there every 2 weeks for a vitamin B and C shot, it doesn’t hurt at all the people are so friendly. I’ve even got blood work done there and my results come back so quickly with an expiration too!

I made an hour drive to this location for a TWIC card background check. I opted to do a walk-in instead of appointment. The receptionist was very rude and discourteous to me. It’s not what she said but how it was said combined with her body language. Communication is over 50% not verbal. I was informed that it was a 3 hour wait for walk-ins and I should have made an appointment. In my opinion I think walk-ins should not be an option if they are going to be rude about walking in.To the owner…. This woman working your front desk is the first thing people see and interact with. From one business owner to another, replace her.

Fingerprints from PrintScan are here, btw. The machine is sensitive, but the people are friendly and patient. I had to redo my pinky and thumb like 5 times lol

I schedule an appointment yesterday at this place for biometric for my TWIC Card.The staffs are nice. The waiting time is decent. I bring the required documents: US passport and Driver license. They scan my passport, they took my finger print, took my picture. Pay the fee $125.25.And they give me the paper receipt and I got a confirmation transaction on my email.Thank you guys. That was pleasant experience.

Could not have had a better experience. I used this team for a corporate event that needed onsite testing for international attendees. From start to finish, professional, friendly, easy and cost effective. The manager, Mela is amazing. You cant go wrong with this service.

While staff was courteous and very apologetic, I had an appointment with their facility since last month. They did not call to inform me that a machine that was needed today was broken until after making the drive to the Woodlands.

I am generally not a complainer, but I felt the need to inform potential clients.I would HIGHLY discourage the use of this facility for TSA Precheck. I waited for 30 minutes after the appointment time. When finally seen by the representative, I walked into the appointment room and sat down. The representative looked at me with a blank stare, so I stared back. After about 30 seconds, she raised her eyebrows and said, “I’m waiting for your documents. Come prepared.” Note—I was fully prepared at my appointment time. I went to hand her my driver’s license, as directed by TSA’s website, and she said, “I don’t need that. I need your passport.” During the fingerprinting process, I took my hand away too soon. I apologized and she said, “put your hand back! I’ll tell you when to remove it.” The experience was extremely unpleasant, much like a TSA agent at the airport. While in theory this makes sense, the representive has no reason for this attitude since she sits all day, listens to spa music, and sits beside an essential oil diffuser.NEVER AGAIN. Woodlands residents, I highly encourage you to make the drive to Houston to save your time and sanity.

I am not a fan of blood draws (who is) but they made it so easy, I felt very taken care of, and was in and out in no time! Highly recommend.

Crece was so nice and sweet to me

Very long story short, through a Google search, I met the Woodlands team over a year ago when COVID first kicked off. My Company needed their services, and Ms. Kathleen and her team were quick to oblige. Their location is convenient, and their Customer Service is top tier! Mela is a gem! Shes the real MVP! Whenever we need her (which is way more often than Id like to admit), shes readily available. Our Executive team, HR and Safety departments use this location for business and personal reasons, primarily for COVID testing and vaccine administering (individual and mass) for ourselves and families. Never any issues, always consistent. Ive personally used them for other services outside of work and am very happy. They have set the bar indeed!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks. Ivarrived on time. I waited 40 minutes to be told the fingerprint machine was down. They do not reschedule so I had to wait for them to fix the machine. Do not recommend this place!

Our family had covid testing done here. The location is convenient, they have same day appointments available online and there was no wait once we arrived and no other patients waiting around. The test results were available quicker than stated. Overall a great experience.

They were nice and easy when giving me the Covid test, I have been tested twice at other facilities and they were rushing and rough when testing me. I would highly recommend this place for any type of testing, you won’t be disappointed at all P.S. your results will be back in 15 min with rapid testing and the prices are worth it!

Requirements for boarding before a cruise required a Covid test 48 hrs. prior to boarding. My wife and I went to a major pharmacy yesterday at different times for a PCR test. When she went some 30 minutes after me she was told that my sample had just been sent in, but hers would be sent that evening. At 10 AM the next morning neither sample had been received by the labs.Fortunately when my wife was told the sample would be sent in late, we immediately called Kathleen at ARCpoint Labs who graciously scheduled us in two hours later for an antigen test. The staff was very efficient and professional and we received results some 15 minutes after leaving the lab!!!So if you are needing travel related tests, call ARCpoint Labs!!! Very well worth every penny!!!!

I am very particular when it comes to who I choose for any vaccines or shots due to past experiences. The team at ArcPoint was fantastic! I felt completely at ease completing all of my preliminary paperwork. The environment of the labs was calm and soothing despite the fact I was there for a shot. I will definitely be using ARCpoint labs again!

I reviewed and phoned several sites for getting a fourth booster shot and also a PCR test and found that ARC services matched my schedule and strong positive reviews . I went for a Rapid COVID test in order to travel internationally. Traveling at this time is super stressful with all the requirements. The staff at ARCpoint Labs were very professional and supportive during this stressful time. I am very grateful to them as they eased my anxiety by getting the results so quickly and easily.

From scheduling to the actual experience this was by far the easiest covid test I have done. I scheduled online, completed the online necessary paperwork and walked in within a few hours. I also received my results within an hour. The whole experience was quick and easy.

Great service. Staff was great and so kind. I was in and out. Results received almost immediately. The only issue for me was they were a tad costly, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life at any place of business. I came by to do a voluntary screening for a new employer. Apparently I did not produce enough of a sample and was told that I had to wait there for two hours and try again. I explained that I could not wait because I had to take my son to another appointment and that I could come back as soon as I was finished or could reschedule for the next day. The lab assistant then proceeded to threaten me with reporting me to my prospective employer as a “refusal” of the test. I was spoken to as if I was a criminal and she was my parole officer. This is completely unacceptable on all fronts and I will be filing a complaint with the bbb.

Nice lab with helpful polite staff.Dont prepay unless you are sure you are going to make the appointment.They do refund your money, and are happy to do so, but it gets a little disjointed.I use this lab a lot.

Unfortunately PCR test did not come in within 48 hours and had to miss my flight. Obviously I am not impressed. There was no quick way to get their response neither on the phone nor website. would have been nice to get the result direct from their web.After the initial writeup, Kathleeen from ARCpoint called to rectify the situation on Saturday. It was quick, identified the problem, she immediately sent the result. Thus, I revise my rating. Thanks.

I went to have have my Covid vacc done and seen Cece. She was very fast, I was in and out in no time. The place was very clean also so that was a plus.

Highly recommend this place. I got my covid test done here, and I got the result in less than 20 minutes (they had said 1 hour). I had the test done at another place and it was horrible, here, they were so gentle and it didnt hurt as much. Everything looked cleaned and staff was very nice!

A lady who doesnt enjoy their job (obviously) answered the phone, but wouldnt (or maybe couldnt?) answer a simple question after I confirmed its appointment only -- What times are available, if any, today for me to come in and complete my test? The only response she wanted to give was very rude & condescending. Ill go somewhere else.

Weve had our 1 year old tested for Covid here twice, its brand new, super clean and the ladies who run it are extremely nice and patient with a crazy screaming kid. I feel much safer taking my child here for testing than a hospital where they can get exposed to many more people and potentially many more illnesses. Also, with kids, drive thru Covid testing just doesnt work. My husband will also be going here for Covid testing before he travels overseas for work as its required for travel. I highly recommend ARCpoint labs for any lab work you need done.
