Avoid at all cost! Understaffed and extremely disorganized . The staff is very friendly and kind when not MIA. It’s been over 4 weeks since being prescribed medication and still no medication. They have canceled or rescheduled my injections on the day of the injection randomly, says the provider was delayed “ whatever that means”. Arrived 3 times during normal operating hours for routine injections to find them randomly closed without explanation. Called corporate and was told we aren’t sure why they are closed. Please avoid this place , they are clearly not ready for prime time . Delayed/cancelled hormone injections are not something to mess around with.. Please don’t depend on this place for TRT you will be left hanging in a bad way.

The clinic staff at this location is good.i spoke with Alex there one day and tells me he will look into why I have not heard anything.It has been 8 weeks for insurance verification and still not completed with no way to contact their office.*update*Spoke with Alex again and he did discover that insurance was just submitted after 8 weeks. So still waiting to see if insurance covers the replacement therapy.*update*Can’t get ahold of anyone anymore in regard to insurance. Corporate stop responding or answering phone calls.

Getting my hormone replacement therapy here, it’s great. I feel young again with lots of energy, focus, and drive! Also have awesome vitamins that help with wellness goals. Great providers and staff!

I was one of their first customers...been since the beginning. Im always super easy, and never would argue about the 10, then 20, then 30, and currently up to 1 hour waits in the room for someone to sit with me for 2 minutes before getting my treatment.Today, having covid for the first time, I inquired as to the protocol. I have been without symptoms for 5 days...they said no way, we need to protect our staff from you...ok. I said I need my treatment, can you write a script so I can do it myself from the pharmacy? No. Do you have any solution? No...just a negative test. Why do they call themselves a medical clinic?Imagine spending over 5k at a clinic and them trying to shoo you off the phone when you have legitimate questions.Anyway, I found a new place...closer to my home. I should have left 6 months ago when the place started to turn terrible. I told the lady I had to leave a review, to which she told me do whatever I want. Now I pay half price (I can get my trt in 2 sessions instead of 1, which is way healthier).

One of the best places I have been to for testing, they are careful and observant, they keep a clean atmosphere while having positive attitudes. It is free testosterone testing and you get your results back quick! I would definitely recommend this place to strangers and family!
