I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my visit. The two nurse aides on duty were exceptional—both were professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.When the doctor came in, I was impressed by the thoroughness and clarity with which they explained my situation. Their feedback was phenomenal, and I left feeling well-informed and cared for. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism shown by everyone involved.Thank you for providing such excellent service!

This was my first visit to Vybe. I waited less than five minutes for my schedule appointment. The facility was extremely clean. And the personnel were kind, courteous, and professional. It was an extremely stress-free experience. I will definitely be using this facility, should I need urgent care, again.

First time at this location, everyone was pleasant. I didn’t have an appointment came in as a walk-in and still had fast service. I would definitely utilize them again.

Well apon coming in it was dark and receptionist was laying her head down… Rather unprofessional but other than that service was quick and efficient.

The receptionist was very kind nice and I felt as though she was very genuine. She was wonderful.The nurse/ health care provider that took care of me was very nice understanding and very helpful. I will go back there if I had to and recommend others to as well.

My first visit to this place was pleasant. I was very pleased and I hope to have the same experience during each and every visit.

The receptionist, the triage RN, and the xray tech was amazing. Very pleasant and helpful. The MD however, was exceptionally nasty and unprofessional. She entered the room and her bedside manner was atrocious. She never introduced herself, barked at me to, remove my clothing. It was one of the worst bedside treatment Id receive in a long time. Her attitude and demeanor was UNACCEPTABLE!

The staff was very attentive to my concerns. Also very kind and knowledgeable

All the staff members were very nice & accommodating. Would definitely come back here if needed in the future or recommend to a friend.

This was my first visit to vybe urgent care. The check in clerk was very nice. Almost immediately I was called to be seen. I was asked some general questions by nurse Heather. She was great and pleasant, and informed Dr. Kristina about my situation. Dr. Kristina was also great, pleasant and knew my issue. After accessing details about my knee and probing where the pain was, she knew exactly what I was dealing with. Prior to this visit, I was searching videos on other issues. I was engaging in strength exercises/stretches which were just aggravating my knee and prolonging my healing. Each day after my visit to vybe urgent care I have been doing much better. And Im following the suggestions given except for the over-the-counter medication (just a personal choice). I am athletic and I feel Ill be back to 100 percent soon!Thank You so much vybe urgent care!

Nice clean facility….front desk receptionist very polite and helpful …..and attended nurse & doctor very nice and informative on my daughter’s situation….and we were in & out …..I will definitely be using this Urgent Care for future emergencies…..and I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for and Urgent Care!!

I’ve gone here a few times for minor things and every time the staff have been quick and kind. The space is clean. A great place to go for non-emergent issues.

Samara the guest receptionist was absolutely wonderful! I didn’t have my paperwork with me for my physical and she printed it out for me. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I strongly recommend this facility.

My 2 visits to this urgent care have been pretty good. I’m giving it only 4 stars because in my last visit, I felt like the PA rushed me.

I have never written a review before for any establishment. But having been to this urgent care on 3 occasions I finally feel like I need to say something, particularly about the service from the medical assistants. While the providers and front desk person are always kind and professional, the medical assistants consistently have a horrible attitude and are not friendly at all. They hardly say a word, give the impression that they couldn’t care less about their patient interactions, and don’t even introduce themselves. Having been a medical assistant in the past myself for an urgent care, it was disappointing to say the least.Something else that may be minor but set the tone the MA was giving me from the start of my most recent visit was when I entered the room, I was going to sit on the exam table but the paper wasn’t pulled down. The MA just pointed to a chair tucked in the corner to sit there. Just felt lazy to me, as sitting over there was inconvenient to be examined and she simply just had to pull the sanitary paper down over the table. I moved myself when she left. In addition, when I said I had flu -like symptoms she left the room, didn’t say a word, and came back with a mask for me to wear and handed it to me without saying a word. I am fine with wearing a mask but it was literally the lack of speaking the whole time and coldness that was appalling. This particular MA should not work in healthcare.And pretty sure none of them even know how to get a manual blood pressure.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the Dr. has excellent bedside manner. Although he is not a pediatrician, he was great with my grandson; and the visit didnt feel rushed even though we were in and out with hardly any wait at all. I wish they could be my new primary care office! 😁

Have to have patience when waiting for only lab work. Some have appointments and some walk in. Walk ins please be patience due to others appointments, I did but just wish they had more people working in the lab area.

The patient in me that just left fuming wants to leave 1 star. But the past several visits, this place has been great.Today, the person that took my vitals was cheerful, assured Id be feeling better in no time. Does she know that? No. But its great bedside manner.The second individual (protecting identities here) strolled in after several minutes, seemingly unaware of the myriad of symptoms Id just rattled off to the first person. She stared at me as she interrogated me and gave me advice I could have read in Being Sick 101. Youre not drinking enough water, after I stated that I drink nearly 2 gallons daily. This impractical nonsense continued. She wasnt a human, she was a walking textbook. And while I disagree with her prognosis, my core issue is the lack of listening. I wasnt a person, I was a case. Perhaps this place hired one bad apple.But they texted me with a plea to review them. So... here ya go.

Very friendly, professional and efficient care and service. However, they are very hard to reach by phone - the script didn’t arrive at the pharmacy and I had to call 4 times before I got an answer.

The staff at the front desk were very good, the doctor was not good, I was given a covid test and was told I would be notified if the test results were positive. She prescribed nasal spray for treatment. I didnt receive any calls pertaining to my test. I went to the emergency room on Sunday and tested positive for Covid so i will never recommend anyone to this facility....

Although they are nice in attitude they charged me $60 for the doctor to listen to my heart and the nurse to take my blood pressure. When I asked the doctor if they were going to do my height and weight and he asked the nurse if she could do it she said she did but she didn’t. All she did was ask me and I gave her my estimations. I did let her know I was unsure. The process was very half assed.

Pleasant and competent medical staff. Quite pleased with my experience.

Great overall experience. Pleasant front office and back customer care. Attending physician, Adam has an excellent demeanor. Very patient, non-condescending in his explanations and responses. I only came because I fell. I have a PC but needed an appt right way, so went in as a walk-in. The only downside was my $60 copay (Humana) but that is not on Vybe. Just giving a heads up to any Humana members. Nice clean office.

I came in because I put a q tip in my ear and cant hear and they are telling me nothing is in there and I still am clogged.. gave me ear drops .

Absolutely amazing experience…As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by security and the front desk staff. They were very nice and helpful. It took less than ten minutes for me to go in the back. The nurse and doctor went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were both extremely patient with me because I was in so much pain. DO NOT GO HERE I’ve never written a review before, but it was so bad here I actually have to write one. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The place is clean and the ladies working are all extremely nice. The doctor on the other hand genuinely doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing or talking about. To give back story for anyone that might be reading this…. I had a snowboarding accident 2 months ago and have had horrible back pain ever since. I’m in college so I decided to go to an urgent care that had an X ray machine with a request to get one. I know my body more than anyone and know there is something seriously wrong with my lower right back bone. Anyways when I told the doctor the pain I was having he asked me to touch my toes. Because I was able to touch my toes he believed I was fine and just needed PT. He didn’t even LOOK at my back where I was saying it hurt. He didn’t even FEEL where I said it hurt. God forbid something could be seriously wrong and he didn’t even care to CHECK IT. He literally just guessed what was wrong. I asked for an x ray because I know there is something wrong. He Denied it and said I didn’t need one. Such a waste of my money and so unprofessional I am so angry because I still don’t know what’s wrong with my back and wasted money going to this stupid place. I’m sure they will reply back to this saying how sorry they are that I had such a terrible experience. They’re only apologizing due to embarrassment if anything. Most disregarding doctor I’ve ever encountered. I won’t dis the nurse tho she was very nice and helpful when I had questions but I could go on about how unprofessional that doctor was. I think his name is Curtis or something I don’t even know. Anyways don’t go there if you’re looking to get an X ray or anything honestly.

Amazing customer service by Sabriah so pleasant over the phone. Looked up our information since i was driving. This girl is great at her job. She deserves a raise. Helped me set up an appointment, and had us checked in soon I arrived. 5 stars across the board. Location clean and quick service. Jen my daughters xray tech was the sweetest ever, took care of my baby like her own very personal able and just caring. Will only go to this location. Christina her doctor was also very nice. First time I used urgent care and I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff, how efficient they were with my diagnosis and how quick I was called back for my exam.

I felt that I was given the best care, o felt attended to and that all of my concerns were valid. The pa mister curt is incredible as well all of the staff. I would definetly recommend this urgent care to everyone

I went in with an arm and wrist injury. I had an excellent experience. First of all I was very grateful for the fact that they provide a parking space for patients. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find parking, and with my arm injured, I really didn’t want to do a lot of driving to find parking. And then once inside, I was seen right away and everybody was extremely nice and did a great job taking care of me. Based on my experience, I would definitely go back there again.

Easy to use. Was able to make the appt online. I parked, came in, waited about 10 min and was immediately seen. Staff was friendly. Online portal was easy to use to view any medical tests and/or billing.

The Desk Representative was very welcoming and attentive.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. It was bright and the rooms were neat. The NP was concerned about my situation also. I would recommend Vybe and would return if I needed care!

Came to get my DOT card renewal, I was seen at my appointment time(which was a walk-in appointment). Everyone was polite and helpful.

The whole staff was so great. I had dislocated my shoulder and they did everything from helping me fill out intake paperwork, being really gentle with movements and such, and ultimately popped the shoulder back in place with minimal pain.

The facility is clean and the young lady that checked me in and did my intake and vitals was a great asset to this facility. However, I was seen by PA Kristen M. And she’s very concerned just seems to be in the wrong profession. I did like how she was speaking to me and being honest, I was in too much pain to even respond the way I wanted but everything happens for a reason. This person did not take my pain serious and totally dismissed my experience. I made an appointment with my doctor for tomorrow and hopefully we’ll get to the bottom on the swollen throat are and even swelling.

This was my first time at an Urgent Care Facility and it was a very good experience! The staff are all, very professional and have a very caring manner with you. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

From the friendly receptionist to getting diagnosed, it was a very short wait to see the doctor and medical staff, who promptly checked vitals and provided a complete diagnose. As someone who is travelling, it was a stress free experience which provided me with peace of mind. Would definitely recommend A++++
