Michael was the main worker taking care of me here. He/They was so attentive and accommodating. Answered all my questions and was very open to provide new information and recommendations about their services etc. I went for a STI/HIV test, which I do 3 to 4 times a year just for urinary checks. Everything was performed so quickly and efficiently. I just walked in and 10 mins after I was being taken to get tested. They were so professional. I would recommend it.

This place is a blessing for the people of Philly! I went in for testing, and the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Aisa Thomas made me feel comfortable right away, easing all my stress. She is diligent and highly attentive to her work and best healthcare worker I ever met. The front desk representative was also very welcoming. Amazing experience overall!

So today I came in for my routine testing. I had the pleasure of being tested by Ahmea Branch Very professional and Her Vibe is very exuberant. I love the wealth of information she gave and even the open talk she gave to challenge me to make better decisions.

The man who works at the front desk is great and really helpful. And the people who conduct the food pantry and STD testing are great and have really great customer service. However, I had a horrible experience with the nurse practioner at the medical clinic. Absolutely horrible. She was so uninformed about basic womens health terms and even asked the receptionist a medical question. I literally caught her in a lie. She initially told me that I tested negative for something, then I questioned her, and she admitted she didnt even test for that particular issue. HORRIBLE. Im glad it was nothing extremely serious. She also did not provide adquate information during my exam or when she contacted me for my results. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and harmful. When I asked about my lab results, she stated didnt we talk about that already during your visit. I was like well...no. Im just hearing my lab results now and Im asking you about those results. Just horrible. If youre a BW going to the medical clinic, I would recommend just avoiding the nurse practioner and ask to meet with an actual doctor. I met with a doctor here before and he was compassionate and open to listening to me. However, after my experience with the nurse, I wont ever go back here. Much love. I really didnt want to leave a review, but after my experience with that nurse, I just wanted to give ppl a headsup.

One of Philadelphias best kept secrets. Providing culturally sensitive services to those impacted by HIV, AIDs, STDs and/or they are disconnected from health and social resources. Highly qualified and committed team.
