The entire staff that treated me were excellent, from the time I walked through the door until the moment I left. I was having an issue with my insurance and the front desk administrator worked with me until she figured out our issue! Jas (the nurse) was so friendly, professional and kind. Jean Marie, the PA that was working that day was the best! She is experienced, knowledgeable, funny and was patient with me and my hundreds of questions. The facility is clean, organized and bright and cheery. No one wants to end up at urgent care, but if you end up at this one, you will be well taken care of. Especially if you are fortunate enough to be cared for by Jean Marie!

The nurse saw me quickly, the physician was great and efficient. But I went there bc the website said they have x-rays, but when I got there they told me they havent had a technician to DO the X-rays for 8 whole months! Why is it still listed as a service online if they havent had it almost a year? Then I had to hobble to a whole other location on what may or may not be a broken foot!

I was kindly welcomed when I showed up for my appointment. The office is very clean and the team were very friendly. It was not too busy when I came in. I go to this vybe specifically. Cut my hand a little deep, went to one urgent care, she took a very quick look and said I didn’t need stitches. Went to this one the next day and got a lecture on how I should’ve came sooner cuz I did actually need stitches.When I schedule an appointment I’m seen within 5-10min of my appointment time and also have yet to spend too long in the back either. Not to mention the awesome dr’s and other staff both at the front desk and in the back!

I had the most pleasant experience here; Unlike anywhere I’ve been in any healthcare establishment (with the exception of CHOP) that serves Philly’s public. I was in extreme pain, toothache pain, the unbearable, want to kill someone kind of pain. I walked in & was catered to immediately. From the front desk staff and intake to the MA’s and Dr. that I saw, everyone was so nice and understanding as I UGLY CRIED in there! Thank you SO MUCH for being kind and professional! I don’t foresee myself going any where else in an emergent situation!If the bosses see this, please tell the front desk girls (Jasmine, especially) that I wouldn’t have made it through that hour without their concern and laughs! Very genuine, very sisterly affectionate, very demure! 🥹🫶🏿 Thank you, truly!

The staff is kind, professional and attentive to the needs of the clients.The team specialized in and displayed an attention to detail regarding privacy, time management and care. My nurse literally told me she didn’t want to be there and then the doctor came in saying I didn’t have strep throat but I got a second opinion and yes I do so yeah wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone.

The clinic is nice and clean the people at the front desk do not smile. The nurse practitioner that waited on me. Today was horrible. I came in for Covid symptoms and she treated me like I was Covid positive and she did absolutely nothing to help me will not be going back.

I had a very unpleasant visit today when I was waiting one hour after my appointment time on top of that I waiting another hour and half to be seen and told I couldn’t be seen unless I pay out of pocket due to miscommunication on the staff behalf and was told it’s nothing they can do for me until I come back with a bunch of stuff they needed when involved with workers comp I can’t believe they had me sit there all that time just not to see me very unhappy with my service it won’t let me post with out giving them a star so if you wondering why I gave one I didn’t want to I wouldn’t give them any stars not even a half

I had my first visit here and it was a very comfortable experience. The entire staff was helpful.

My wife and I walked-in with what we thought was the flu. Check-in was easy, we were called in separately and each seen immediately. They were straight to the point. My RN gave some tough love about me not getting better because I was failing to drink fluids (which was true). My wifes RN thought her sickness developed into pneumonia and set her up with several prescriptions which were sent to our pharmacy and ready to pick up within the half hour.

Very Respectful, polite and extremely professional from entrance to exit. I would definitely visit again.

This place treats you more like a dollar sign than it does a human being and a patient. I had to come back because the medicine they gave me the first time didnt work, so I made an appointment online. I showed up for my appointment on time and first thing they did was charge me a copay, then told me it would be over an hour wait, even though I had made an appointment. Then I was told I couldnt leave to go across the street to the convenience store to grab a drink and a snack while I waited for an additional hour: If I left the office, my appointment would be cancelled and they would have to treat me as a walk-in when I came back. Ive had ATMs with more empathy.

Had bloodwork done and no one ever got back to me. I waited two weeks thinking maybe there was a delay in the lab, come to find out a receptionist tells me no one ran any tests! Nothing was posted in the portal either! What the heck happened to my urine and blood sample? Was my blood sold on the black market. I want answers and I will escalating this and reporting it!

Quick fast and effective.. I had Strep throat, found out in 5 mins tops. The staff was so nice and friendly .. the front desk lady .. i even Over heard her tell someone she just had a loss in her family and she still was so pleasant even dealing with a tragedy.
