I had the worst experience here. The receptionist Anna was extremely rude and I overheard her talking nasty about other patients. I will never reccomend anyone here. I hope management reprimands her. The things she was saying and how she not only treated me but other patients is attrocious.

Love the therapist my son is seeing. But other than that it’s extremely unprofessional!!! In a middle of a therapy session, “SECURITY” interrupted to let my son therapist know that if it’s not family therapy that includes all the members, no one else can be outside in THE WAITING AREA, waiting! My husband was outside with my 10 year old daughter and 3 year old son. I definitely kept my composure because my son was in the room but I felt bad/angry although I was fully aware it was an indirect specifically towards MY FAMILY! I don’t like to cause a scene but in all seriousness, they need better security with better people skills, work ethics, and professionalism. My husband also left the building because of this incident. We are now considering searching for a new place for my son to get the help he needs because of this horrible incident we experienced. His therapist is awesome, however everyone there also makes you feel uncomfortable and it’s not a welcoming place. Not a friendly environment!

This company have the worst HR department ever. Eveyone pushes you off to someone that still can not help you. You have to fight to get information from them and she was being very rude over the phone. Good luck to those who work for this company.

I think they care for the clients and have a great welcoming family oriented business going on. You know, love conquers all!
