However, we are now 11 weeks pregnant from our first frozen embryo transfer!Dr. Abharis kindness and support during the chemical pregnancy were invaluable. He helped us process our feelings and kept us focused on our goals. I’ve had a wonderful experience at CCRM. From the moment you check in, the staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The work culture here is outstanding, and it shows in how attentive and supportive everyone is. Brooke, the RN, is incredible. She’s always on top of my medications and ensures that communication—whether by email or phone—is seamless. She’s made the IVF journey so much easier to understand.Dr. Abhari is truly the best! He’s hands-on, transparent, and goes out of his way to ensure we fully understand every step of the process. He also has a way of making you feel very welcomed and comfortable, which I appreciate immensely. The phlebotomists also deserve a mention for making every visit smooth and easy.The IVF modules are amazing—they really helped me grasp all the details of this journey. My experience working with Dr. Dilday and CCRM was very positive. The team is very caring and you feel like they are rooting for you from beginning to end. She is kind, knowledgeable, a great listener and has amazing bedside manner. Dr. Dilday made my partner and I feel safe and comfortable during our process; I would recommend her to anyone seeking fertility treatments.Everything about this facility is awesome. Medical facility is spotless, is easy to get to, no problems with parking and the medical office validates parking vouchers.Other members of this office are just as kind as Dr. Dilday!

I chose CCRM Newport for my egg freezing back in March, and now my partner and I are choosing them once again for a fresh round of IVF freeze-all (freezing embryos!) because we were so impressed with our experience. Dr. Dilday is an absolute delight—she is so knowledgeable and does an excellent job of providing patients with the information they need to make their *own* decisions. For example, she felt that I would benefit from one more day of stims, but ultimately left the choice up to me.Everyone else at the clinic including Doris, Briza, Lauren, and Kyra were warm and knowledgable. Finally, the facility itself is gorgeous! It feels modern, extremely clean, and comfortable. The day of my retrieval, I was even given a warm pillow and blanket directly from a linen warmer—these little touches make a huge difference! We couldnt be happier about our choice in clinic and theres no one we would trust more with this uniquely life changing process.

Everyone at CCRM is wonderful and caring. Dr. Abhari has been amazing to work with and I even got a hug from the PA and phlebotomist when I broke down in tears one day. It’s a tough and emotional process. Briza and Nurse Brooke are always easily accessible and responsive if needed and I appreciate that as there are definitely a lot of steps and questions in the process. Both of my retrievals the nurses have been extra caring and so sweet. Highly recommend CCRM.

We went to a Q&A session at CCRM Newport Beach in November 2023 with Dr. Abhari. The seminar was informative and Dr. Abhari was friendly and approachable. We never felt pressured in any way, but we felt confident that this clinic would be a good fit for us and scheduled our consultation for after the holidays. After that it was full speed ahead.The staff is wonderful here, and Dr. Abhari, Mayra, Nurse Brooke, Briza, Katie, and the other girls made my husband and I feel very much at ease. They were very communicative and responsive, and when I had issues with medications or labs from outside of the facility, they advocated for me and made sure I was taken care of.I wasnt bombarded with too much information all at once, and they guided me through the process one step at a time, which made what could be an overwhelming experience a lot less daunting. Every visit was pleasant and I never left the clinic feeling anxious or stressed. My husbands TESE procedure, and my egg retrieval experience upstairs also went well, with the staff being very kind and attentive. The only time I ever did feel any sort of anxiety/pressure was after my embryo transfer, because of the dreadful two week wait.Through their expertise and care, and the stars aligning, we became pregnant with our first baby - after ten years of trying, and nearly giving up. They really did make our dreams come true! I will never forget Briza calling me to tell me the good news after my first beta. Everyone was genuinely happy for us. The continuing visits were something I looked forward to every week, and graduating was bittersweet.Thank you, for such a wonderful experience, and our greatest gift. We are so grateful and appreciative for everyone at CCRM.

I cannot say enough good things about CCRM, Dr Abhari, Nurse Brooke and the entire team. Prompt, knowledgeable, kind, professional, honest. I am beyond satisfied with CCRM. No wait time at the clinic, both doctors and nurses are extremely prompt in answering emails and phone calls.I always felt cared for and that everything was my decision. I felt heard and was NEVER pressured into anything.I rarely post reviews but I am so happy with this business (after having a bad experience with another fertility doctor) that I want to make sure anyone looking for help knows this is the place to go.I would recommend CCRM to anyone and will absolutely be back to them in the future!

I am compelled to express my profound disappointment with CCRM Fertility Newport, an experience that has left me emotionally drained and deeply disillusioned. The staggering financial investment of $20,000 wasted, coupled with the toll on my emotional well-being, makes this a particularly painful review to write.Initially, I was optimistic about pursuing IVF based on my personal history—a prior successful natural pregnancy, being considered young for IVF and no underlying issues. I was led to believe I was an ideal candidate for IVF and was hopeful for a positive outcome. However, the reality of my treatment journey was marred by critical failures and a shocking lack of professionalism.One of the most unsettling aspects of my IVF cycle was the lack of continuity in care. I was shuffled between three different doctors (Dr. Kan, Dr. Abhari, and Dr. Dilday) and a random nurse which undoubtedly contributed to the disarray of my treatment plan. Dr. Kan, in particular, seemed disengaged and uninvested, given his impending retirement. This constant rotation of physicians left me feeling neglected and unsupported.Moreover, the absence of a reliable point of contact for questions or assistance was distressing. At a critical juncture, I was shocked to find no one willing to demonstrate the proper administration of injections in person—an essential and nerve-wracking aspect of the process. Instead, I was emailed a generic video tutorial that proved inadequate and added unnecessary stress to an already taxing experience.The ultimate blow came after my egg retrieval, when I learned that eight out of my 14 eggs turned into embryos but had all ceased growing on the same day (day 3). Initially, all 8 embryos started out healthy and were growing at the normal rate. Dr. Kans response was callous and indifferent, offering a dismissive Sorry, I don’t know why. His subsequent technical explanation, riddled with medical jargon, only deepened my confusion and sense of betrayal. His conclusion that all 14 of my eggs were bad felt like a gross oversimplification and a refusal to take responsibility for substandard care.In my gut I knew something wasnt right. Its not normal that all 8 of my embryos stopped growing on the same day. Therefore, I sought a second opinion from a renowned specialist in failed and high-risk IVF. His initial response, “Your case is very unusual to me.” He was surprised that out of my 14 eggs retrieved not one was a successful embryo, especially knowing my background. This expert diagnosis revealed several critical flaws in my treatment—premature retrieval, inadequate medication dosages, and potential mishandling in the lab. The new doctors insights underscored the shortcomings of my treatment at CCRM and left me feeling validated in my disappointment.This experience has been a profound disappointment. Three months wasted (which is a long time in someones fertility journey) and $20,000 later, I am left feeling misled and let down by CCRM. I urge others to research thoroughly before choosing an IVF clinic, as the expertise of your doctor can significantly impact the outcome. My subsequent experience with a different specialist has been a testament to the stark contrast in quality of care. The level of detail and personalized attention received since switching providers has been exceptional and restorative. Please learn from my experience and choose your IVF doctor wisely.

Dr. Kan is a top class doctor, I never thought we would have children until I found Dr Kan. He and all the staff in Newport Fertility Center were professional, kind and caring. Dr. Kan was my main doctor, he adjusted my protocol for each IVF cycle until I had the best result, Dr. Dilday stepped in when Dr. Kan was off, she was thorough and took the time to check everything and answered all my questions very patiently.PA Keara took over after I was confirmed pregnant, she was so patient to check and make sure everything was all right during each visit, she answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. It was so nice to listen to my sons heartbeat and I found thats the most enjoyable moment during these visits.The girls at the front desk are so lovely as well, Julie always greeted me when I arrived, she remembered my name and always checked me in very fast. Special shout out to Katie and Laileha who gave me clear instructions on how to use different medications and always responded to my follow up questions in an efficient manner.I was so grateful to have Dr. Kan and his team help us to make our miracle happen, we can not thank them enough for what they did. They are the best people to talk to if you have reproductive problems and we would highly recommend Newport Fertility Center to anyone who struggles with fertility.

I have been a patient of CCRM NewPort for 1 egg retrival and 1 embryo transfer which landed us pregnant with our 2nd IVF baby!! I cannot Dr Kan and all the amazing nurses enough!! They are straight to the point and don’t try to stress you out. I highly recommend this team if you want fast results!

First of all if you are reading this know you are not alone and many women/families experience Infertility.Second, you have come across the best Infertility doctor in Orange County if not everywhere else as far as I’m concerned.Dr. Kan became my doctor in Winter of 2016 and I’ve never looked back. We had seen other doctors but what set Dr. Kan apart was his care, compassion and approach to us growing our family.In addition to the care you receive from Dr.Kan the nurses and staff are second to NONE. They feel like family and are so patient, compassionate and thorough with their care/follow through.Lastly, the lab/embryologist team is fantastic! The care we have received their is always wonderful and the facilities are well maintained. The staff is so kind and caring which is so helpful during these anxious times.

The Newport Fertility Center was in a great location. The office itself is very clean, neat and welcoming inside. The front desk and nursing staff is very sweet and attentive. The office is run like a perfect, well-oiled machine. The Doctors are extremely efficient and do not make you wait at all. They also have a lot of appointment spots available so it is easy to get a timely appointment instead of with other fertility centers you have to schedule months in advance. I had such a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking.

First Impression are everything! The Receptionist Michelle there seems to always be irritated, annoyed, or fraustrated! Today was not my first visit but, today I just couldn’t handle her unkindness and her horrible attitude. Regardless for anyone’s reasons to be there, that offices job is to make you feel welcomed, and be made comfortable! Michelle your attitude stinks and you need a refresher course on customer service!

Dr Kan & his office staff go above and beyond. I could not be any happier with this office. Dr Kan takes the time to actually get to know his patients as well as address any questions you may have. I would recommend him to anyone.
