Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster are nothing short of miracle workers! Now that our journey is complete, I feel the need to tell everyone how incredible this journey has been, and it’s all because of everyone at SCCRM. The entire process of IVF (and surrogacy) was made simple with effective planning and communication from the office staff and medical staff. As stressful and scary as it can all seem at times, we felt so supported by everyone. I cannot recommend SCCRM enough.Thank you Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster for making our dream to have a family a reality.

Dr. Royster is fantastic. He is innovative, detail oriented, has excellent bedside manner, and is patient and kind with all questions. He took the time to call after every milestone during our IVF process, even on weekends or evenings. I never had to wait for any answers or wonder how things were progressing. Joan Moody is wonderful as well. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SCCRM. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable - and they are innovative and unique with their approach, leveraging cutting edge science. You are in good hands with Dr. Royster and team.

We reached out to Dr. Anderson after multiple failed IVF attempts with a local doctor. The local doctor was not optimistic about our chances with own eggs and recommended we consider donor egg options. Dr. Anderson came across as the world renowned expert that he is during our initial consultation and told us that we have not had a fair shot with our own eggs. At SCCRM, we ended up with 4 chromosomally normal embryos (with our own eggs , at age 39) and had our son last year. We had a chance to work with Dr. Royster on a few appointments and he was always great and was a total pro. The logistics of IVF treatment when you live 7 hours away was a challenge but we are glad we chose Dr. Anderson and would recommend to anyone in similar situation.

Dr Anderson is THE miracle doctor! I have a tough case and the doctors that I saw before him gave me little hope, but he never gave up on helping us build our dream family and we have now had two successful pregnancies thanks to Dr Anderson and his wonderful team! He is professional indeed and what I appreciate is that he is honest, he gives hope without sugar coating things. His personable side comes out once things move along and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with him. He is a leader in the industry and I love that I can trust what he says and never feel like I need to myself crazy researching other protocols or information. His staff is absolutely wonderful, they are warm, thorough and genuinely caring. I have recommended several friends to Dr Anderson and they all have had success, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Anderson and staff are amazing. After just 1 round of IVF with a highly personalized treatment and I have a baby boy after I tried for 2 years. They are all professionals and do their job well without any hype, or fluff but everyone on his staff was super nice and made me very confident and comfortable. This is what I wanted as it’s an emotional process as it is. I liked having him and the nurses as my rock to handle my endless questions and information seeking. I had 2 other consults in OC and could not seem to find this level of professionalism elsewhere.I know two other people who had success here as well.

I am so pleased with my experience at SCCRM and would not have gone anywhere else. I did an exorbitant amount of research on fertility clinics so if I could help even one person with my findings and experience, I would be so happy!SCCRM is the best place to go in California, based on unbiased objective stats. As of this review they have 71% live birth rate per egg retrieval and great volume. I consulted with 5 other clinics in California, and the runner up (a well-known clinic up North) was at 60% live birth rate. It is important to find a clinic that has a high success of live birth rates AND higher volume. Many fertility clinics are scams/not accredited/come up high on Google due to ad-based, subjective ranking (basically, they “bought” that ranking). The ONLY SUBJECTIVE measure is done by the CDC, they do stats called ART or SART. Basically, you have to sift through the success rates.I live in Los Angeles and while there are many clinics here, I was extremely wary to consider them for the following reasons: There are some popular LA clinics that come up on the top of Google, and even one clinic that advertises on their website a 55% live birth rate, but he is not showing up on the SART website, which means he is not accredited! And volume is very low. You have to be careful as there is a lot of shady business with fertility clinics, because in this industry the $ is high cost, and clinics don’t HAVE to be successful. Clinics can just take your money and say “well, our success rate is x% and you were just one of the unsuccessful ones”. So, you must do your own due diligence and be very confident in the clinic that you go forward with. From my first call with SCCRM, the receptionist was helpful, calm and patient. I would say those are tremendous qualities for the 1st point of contact when people are looking for a clinic. It was a great indication of my future treatment at SCCRM. The lovely lady was able to accommodate me with a very reasonable wait time for an initial appointment, which I made with Dr. Don Royster.Dr. Royster is a total gem of a person. I opted for Zoom consult because I live far away, but the day of my appointment I was sick & low energy. But let me tell you, something about Dr. Royster totally energized me. First off, he has a warm and inviting disposition. He seemed conscious of the fact that many patients just trying to get started in this process can be nervous and I appreciated that he was not cold/arrogant like many doctors. As much as I try to relax, I can admit that I am one of those patients with endless questions. As an artist, I am very detail oriented, so naturally I just wanted to know every last detail about everything. I found Dr. Royster to be empathetic, perceptive, and an impeccable listener. He was very thorough and informative, and no question of mine went unanswered. Dr.Royster knew so much about my tricky condition (PCOS) and he actually had conclusive answers for me. I felt he had an understanding of the absolute necessity for humility, patience, and kindness in the fertility space. After our conversation, I was 110% ready to proceed with SCCRM.Long story short, I made a plan with the team and went about my treatment. Each person who works here contributes to the amazing environment and I honestly looked forward to my appointments. I also had the pleasure of treatment with Dr.Anderson a few times, and he is absolutely brilliant, professional, and direct. He has so much knowledge in his brain he must have eat/sleep/dream science his whole life🤩He is a cool guy and I really respect him as a doctor and scientist. I would recommend both doctors to anyone interested in IVF. By the end of my treatment, I had a very successful result and I could not be happier.Feel free to contact me with any questions about my experience, I love to chat. My Instagram is @Angel_the__one and I also posted about my experience.Thank you forever SCCRM!!! ❤️

Dr Royster is EXCELLENT! We highly recommend him. He was able to do what the best doctors at Cornell could not. Explains everything in detail, gives time to patients, works with you to ensure your success.

Dr Royster is amazing! Highly recommend this office and Dr Royster for ivf. I’ve heard from some people that each appointment they would see a different doctor, but not in my case Dr. Royster saw me every single time except for one which was a Sunday check up. The office staff is really kind and really cares. There was a time outside of office hours that I had a question and Dr. Royster called me within 10 minutes. This place is the best.

So what is interesting is that people who dont find Dr. Anderson to be cuddly and fluffy and oversensitive call him names and give him bad review. He is a professional. He says how it is without mambo jumbo staff. I have been on this journey for more than a decade and met different doctors who appear to be softer but give up on you right away offering donor eggs and donor embryos because of age. Nothing wrong with these at all, except that at least give me a chance which Dr. Anderson did give. Very blessed to end up in his office no matter what the outcome. 5 stars for professionalism and expertise. That also goes for SCCRM office 5 stars for nurses and staff. Where else do you find office open at 6:30 during week days and seven days a week! Nurses and staff are very good with paperwork and instructions. I absolutely recommend SCCRM – if you are looking for great experienced doctor who knows his field back and forth and if you are not overly sensitive.

Dr. Anderson worked with my wife and I, using personal phone calls - invites to keep an eye on my wifes progress and walked us through every step of the way. Yes he is not the most touchy/feely/warm fellow, but he knows what hes doing and my wife is pregnant after 5 failed IVFs (4 from one center, 1 from another) (shes 42 by the way, Im 40. Its not about bedside manner, its about knowing the profession and giving women who want children the gift of being pregnant.I am giving him 5 stars absolutely. His office has yet to make ONE mistake and his staff is extremely kind and available 7 days a week, from 6:30am. We have been around the block with other facilities, and this is HUGE.The facility is clean, the staff are well trained, and Dr Anderson is great at what he does (honestly, my wife and I think he is very kind and nice) I really wonder about these other reviews, if they are written in spite/anger, or actual thought of how his office works.Michelle--> 1 star? most of your reviews are 1 star?

Dr. A is absolutely amazing. He was highly referred by 3 different Urologists in 3 different regions of SoCal, all unaffiliated. It was a long road and difficult IVF journey, but thanks to him we have our beautiful daughter and in the coming months will be working on baby #2 with him. Honestly, the man is brilliant and I can’t understand how someone can’t see that just from meeting him.

They really need a better process. I called to get pricing yesterday and was told that the only way to get IVF pricing is to pay for a $275 consultation. I havent heard this from any other clinic. PATIENTS WHO ARE PAYING OUT OF POCKET NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE COSTS ARE.
