Absolutely loved my experience here! A walk in clinic that actually cares about their patients and listens. Most places spend 5 minutes and just prescribe anything to get you in and out. I felt heard and taken care of! Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies that were there and made it such a good experience! Highly recommend!Also they was little to no wait time! 🤗

Generally good care but it looks like they billed my insurance for two visits? I only had one visit. They stated in text to me that they bill that code regardless of services. Is that how insurance works? Now I am stuck calling my insurances fraud hotline which isnt a fun time. Wish billing was better so I could recommend!

My family has been using Approxie Urgent Care for 5 years and we LOVE them. Dr Shah is an absolute angel on this earth. He saw my daughter when he was supposed to have the day off just so she wouldn’t have to be sick another day. I genuinely can’t say enough good things. Thank you Dr Shah for truly caring for your patients. I wish more doctors were like you.

Narquita was my check in nurse. Very efficient, friendly, and quick. Kind and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you! Will return to this urgent care. The rooms are my favorite part. So nicely decorated and calming for anxiety people like myself.

This Urgent Care is a great place to visit. Very clean and professional.I had to get stiches. The Dr. that did my finger was AWESOME!! No pain at all. I recommend this place for your unseen emergencies.

Edit 4/1: I had a negative experience that changed my review, but after speaking with the owner (who called me personally) I am placing it back at five stars. The people here really want to take care of their patients. Dr. Shah was wonderful and caring and made sure to make it right for me after my last visit.The staff here is efficient and lovely. Even when I lived in Huntsville I would drive to this specific location just because of how nice the girls are in the office and how fast I know that Ill be in and out. I always recommend ApproXie to friends when they need to get to an urgent care.

This was my first visit at this clinic. All of the staff were kind and efficient. The service was quickest I’ve ever received at an urgent care walk in facility. For any urgent needs I’d highly recommend them!

The level of care is great. But the billing and coding they do causes patients to be charged instead of insurance covering the cost. I contacted my insurance after being overcharged 90.00 dollars. They said you miscoded your charges and it should not have been charged to me. I called you,and you never adjusted or fixed this. My other co worker just had the same issue. You need to do better.

They never disappoint in their service from the check in point to the provider, you will find courteous professionals. The office is clean and appears sanitary. Most important is the great service and accessibility for appointments even when they are busy!!

Fastest and friendliest urgent care I have ever been to! So many available appointment times and convenient locations. I bring my entire family here when something comes up suddenly or we cannot get into our primary doctor right away. Highly recommend!

An absolutely outstanding visit. My first-ever visit to ApproXie Urgent Care- Madison to remedy a severe case of poison ivy. The staff- Lauren, Urja, and Alicia- was very responsive, polite, highly capable, informative, and effective. Treatment was thorough and prescription ordered expeditiously. Went here on Friday, 09/06/2024 as my elderly father had fallen & his front teeth went thru his lip & he needed stitches. The only PAs present werent certified to stitch within the lip line. They called Joe Hwang & he drove in right away to take care of him. Joe was so wonderful and I cant praise him enough for his work ethic, bedside manner, and taking the time to walk the other PAs thru what he was doing (agree asking our permission to use our visit as a teaching moment)! Joe agreeing to come in saved us HOURS of sitting in an ER.We went back today to have the external stitches removed. Their whole staff is so friendly & they get you in and out of there quickly while still ensuring complete care!

The team at Approxie always takes great care of me and doesn’t make me wait for hours. I was in and out in less than an hour and they did a great job in listening to me and diagnosing my issues.

This review is in response to my previous review. Then I could not offer a rebuttal as of 715 tonight, I was contacted by my pharmacist and told me there was a new prescription submitted, but it still had the 1 week hold date. So yes, I did reach out to my pharmacist, and he reached out to me. Because he believes that this is ridiculous.A person should get what they pay for I feel like ive been robbed you took my hundred seventy five dollars and did not offer services rendered

Daughter went in on a Saturday after running fever and sick for a few days. Doctor chose not to test for strep because she has already had her tonsils out so didnt think it could be strep. Tested for flu and said it came back negative. Took her to her pediatrician on Monday and they tested her for both and both came back positive. Very frustrating that they chose to not test for strep. Pediatrician grew the culture for flu and that also came back positive. Complete waste of a trip to Approxie.On top of a waste of a trip, they also charge a $25 fee for any visit that is after hours of a pediatricians office. In my opinion, that is the point of an urgent care. Get care when your normal doctor is not available. But now they charge extra on top of your copay. We wont be back.

Three of my children and I have been coming to this clinic for a yrs. I never had an issue expect for today. There is a girl that works in the front office with colored hair, I believe it was pink or purple. This lady came for me. She called me to the front to just to ask me if I had a problem with filling out paperwork, which I did but never expressed it but I said yes since she asked. She refused to give me ID/Credit card. We were arguing and she cursed at me saying she didn’t give af. What has me hotttt is this lady literally called me to the window to start an argument with me. Then refusing to give me my items if I didn’t apologize. Her coworkers kept telling her to stop and she kept going. I was asking for the manager and by her attitude she didn’t care I was asking for a manager, you can tell her attitude was like whatever the manager not going to say anything. This lady is unpleasant and unprofessional! The other employees were professional and nice as always, but this lady will tarnish this business name. ****UPDATE**** The owners called me personally to hear my concern. They are a wonderful couple who take pride in taking care of their business and patients. They assured me that the issue will be taken care of. As I expressed to them, their client is my to go to and I have never had any issues. I trust that appropriate actions will be taken.

Quick but thorough appointments, very minimal wait. Everyone is so friendly! You dont have to wait for your scripts to be sent into the pharmacy either, theyre on it fast. Nurses and staff were excellent with my sick 4 year old and I appreciate their patience. 5/5 stars!

Everyone knows with this pandemic the medical system and it’s workers have been under stress.Approxie urgent care was a shining star for my husband and I. The care we received was prompt and friendly from the entire staff. The nurses, assistants, doctors, and nurse practitioners answered all of our questions and didn’t treat us like a number. I highly recommend ApproXie Urgent Care!!Side note: this was the only place in town I could find COVID at home test kits.

Extremely friendly staff. I was able to get my daughters sports physical the same day & it was alot cheaper than any other place. We found our new Urgent Care!

I have been to this urgent care several times over the past few years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will drive out of my way to come here. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Haven was my provider and she was awesome! Tiffany was the receptionist and she was sweet. They are very knowledgeable and kind here.

Friendly faces greet you at the door, clean waiting room and offices, and very little waiting time! The wait was 10 minutes to see a doctor, after the flu/covid test the doctor was in within 10 minutes and I was out in under 30! Very efficient.

One of the best clinics I’ve ever been to. That’s probably why their copay is so much🤣 The staff was very welcoming!Big shout out to Urja! She did my blood work which is usually a long and painful process But, I must say that was the quickest I’ve ever seen anyone get it done.

Went here for my 4 & 6yo - they had ear infections while visiting family. This facility has a solid workflow with streamlined processes from the moment you walk in until leaving! It’s by far the best urgent care I’ve been to. The doctor came out to recommend filling paperwork out to triage patients faster, and the medical staff were all sweet and took time to explain things to my kiddos. Everything was organized, clean, and easy. Highly recommend!

I had not been here since 12/2020. They were very prompt on this day so I decided to try them for 1/1/2024. Arrived a little after opening. Staff extremely nice. Was called back very quickly. Medical assistant (forgot her name) thanks for listening & Haven the NP were very knowledgeable/understanding regarding my condition. Chasity gave me a shot with very minimum sting. Entire process was quick and easy. Work excuse was offered & provided. Best urgent care in Madison. Thanks ladies. Very appreciated!

The place outside look old, and the place inside looks old too. Which is fine for us. My son have injured from school baseball and got 7 stitches. Our 1st visit is fine. But the second visit not going too well. Is the visit that have to take the stitches out. This lady I think she is new there. She have a job to take my son stitches out, she pulling the stitch off and try to cut while she pulling but the scissor not sharp, she keep pulling on the skin and try to cut 3-4 times each stitch. She keeps saying sorry for scissor not sharp, her hand is checking all the time., I think she is nervous. And it’s make my son pain even more. It’s was not a good visit this place because of old equipment that their had. They need to update with some equipment. that’s the reason why I give them once Star at 1st.By the way, the doctor had called me. He is very nice and helpful and I really appreciate that because he tried to take care of the patient and try to take care of the place, so here I am going back give him five star. For me, it is very important for the doctor to check up On the patient that have a concern. 😃

In and out! It’s great when they are quick, nice, and thorough. This will be my family’s place now when we get sick! New to the area so happy to have found them on the first try!

Sliced my finger and went right to them and they were able to patch me up and give me a tetanus shot. Quick and easy.Great helpful staff

Went to see them for a possible UTI and possible flu. The practitioner did not do a urine specimen. Do not believe she was a doctor. As I left the lady asked if I needed a work excuse. I replied yes. She asked me when I wanted to go back to work. The nurse was caring and friendly.

There was a line for check in, but I got seen in a very reasonable amount of time and was out fairly quickly, too. Great staff all around.

Heather took great care of me helped relieved my infected finger. I’m a big ole baby with needles but she was very comforting and so very kind. She really knows what she’s doing!! If I come back I hope she is still here. The environment was very pleasant. From the person checking my vitals, the people preparing supplies to Heather providing me some pressure relief in my finger. I hope Approxie stays this amazing and keeps their staff happy!

My visit went well. The front office staff, nurses, and PA were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Additionally, I was in and out in a timely manner.

I have been using Approxie since they opened and have always received exceptional care. Nemil, Heather, the other providers, and their office staff do a great job and offer kind a compassionate care. As a fellow health provider and business owner I appreciate the work they do and today as I bring my wife in for a sick visit I am thankful, not only for the care, but also for the comfortable waiting area and Kuerig! It was easy to make an appointment. The facility is very clean and the staff is kind and compassionate. We always feel like we are in good hands with the staff and providers at ApproXie.

If you’re sick, RUN, don’t walk, to Approxie! They take such great care of me and family time and time again. I don’t know what their secret sauce is, but it truly sets them apart. Every staff member is friendly, wait times are short, treatment is skilled and efficient, the office is clean, and did I mention how quickly they get us in and out? If you go to another urgent care, you’re going to the wrong place.

I came in for a fairly common problem. I was in and out, complete with care and medications sent to my pharmacy, in less than an hour. And that was with being a new patient, so the paperwork took up a bit of time. The wait was short and the people were kind. The lobby was full but everyone was going to the back pretty fast. If I need care on the weekend in the future, Id come back. I did set an appointment so Im not sure how much time that saved me over just walking in.

My experience was pleasant and warm. Staff was friendly and polite. Wait wasn’t that bad and staff knew what to do accordingly so that everything went smoothly. I was treated for sinus infection after being tested for the flu, Covid and strep throat tested negative so I was offered steroid shot and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy immediately for me to pick up. Now I am home resting.

Fast and Great service!!! So friendly!!! Plus, the black nurse that drew my blood, Marquita, was FANTASTIC and So Fine!!! 😍

The staff is super nice! This was my first time going to this clinic, so I was a little nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable! Their mobile app is also very easy to use!

I came in for a TB Skin Test and had the most wonderful experience. Aasim treated me exceptionally well, even greeting me as I walked in despite the fact I had never visited the clinic. He made sure I felt safe and comfortable in the new environment, even making a few jokes during my visit to alleviate my anxiety. Cerisa was the woman who actually administered the injection and she was wonderful. I had gotten a TB Skin Test done previously and it had really hurt. But with ApproXie and Cerisa, I barely felt anything! She did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and doing the injection as smooth as possible. ApproXie, you have two absolutely delightful employees working at your clinic!

First time at Approxie and had a great experience from check in to check out. Clean facility, friendly staff, and thorough doc visit.

This place is a gem! In the past two weeks they have treated my entire family from toddler to adult quickly, efficiently, and effectively! I have never experienced staff so personable and effective from the front desk at check in, to the nurses, NP, MDs, and front desk at check out! They make you feel like family! The number of times we have been in you’d think it was our second home, because they made it feel that way! Everyone was very attentive and sensitive to everyone’s needs, even when they were short staffed because people in office caught the flu too! Hands down the best urgent care in town!

Truly sad to see that they have gone so far down-hill. We have always come here for our urgent-care needs, and they were historically awesome. However, the lady at the first window on the right was exceptionally rude to us today, and she had compassion at all. They tried to get us to bribe them. We were going to have to pay $75 to see a doctor, as its the new year, but because Blue Crosss website was down they said we would have to wait however long until it came back up or we could pay an extra $100 to be seen immediately.We have come here for YEARS, and they had a medical expense card on file that they made us sign agreeing to be charged any excess fees.With all of that, the Karen at the front desk had ZERO compassion. I will never send anyone here again, and I was truly proud to before.

This was the best place to go when they first opened up. Now the patient care has declined. I do not recommend 😐

I love approxie and have gone here for years. I had a long wait because I had to refill paperwork and my family of 6 comes frequently, we are all in system with no changes. They have a new policy which requires you to pay $75 with insurance to cover anything insurance doesn’t cover and then they will refund you. There new staff is not what I am used to when visiting. I am usually in and out, today I was here for an hour and a half. I can’t believe I was so disappointed this visit.

I was in twice to have an infection check this past week. I had been in the er and couldnt get into my family doctor. They kept me out of the hospital and handled my diabetes! I get some brain fog if my sugars are off. They were unbelievable fast, professional and customer service based. They generally wanted me to feel better. The front and back staff are amazing! My whole family uses them, so I highly recommend. They are open till 5:45 so you can go after work! 10 /10!

The staff are always incredibly kind and understanding. I ALWAYS go here for urgent care needs and have always had great experiences with them. I had to go today and saw NP Brolsma and she was great, so caring and kind. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about the staff.

Took my husband when he had a bad case of stomach bug and dehydrated. Gave him an IV with medicine and helped tremendously. Every person we had contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Hope we don’t have the need for urgent care again but if we do, this is where we will come to!!

Took my mother in today with severe pain in leg. They were very attentive to her needs as quick as they could and bent over backwards to help her out. The intake nurse was extremely helpful and incredibly nice. The dr came in and was working with us to try and find her relief and a solution even as we were so close to Christmas. I can’t thank everyone in that office enough. God bless them all!!

Extremely long triage. Front desk was nice, but the young girl who triaged me took over 20 minutes to just type into the computer asking me everything I had just spent 10 minutes writing on the papers. Then copay was $5 higher than all other Urgent Cares in the area. Dr was nice but gave me minimal help with strep throat along with other symptoms and It was strange that NO ONE picked up that I was diabetic. Maybe they just need more time in medical practice.

I went in with a broken foot. I was seen almost immediately even though the waiting room was packed (I did make an appointment but arrived an hr early). Everyone was super nice from the NP to xray tech to receptionist. The NP worked with me on the medication that works best for me. I would definitely recommend this facility.

There was a line so i thought oh noos but it moved both politely and efficiently. Everyone was alert and gave you their full attention every step of the way from signing in to checking out. The techs, nurses, and doctor were also 5 of 5 stars! I never expected to experience such a well run walk in practice - staffing, facilities, speed, thoroughness... Im so glad I didnt procrastinate until Monday.This will definitely be our go-to walk in clinic from now on. Again, a wonderful patient experience here today.

We needed a strep/flu/covid test done and we were worked into the schedule in 10 minutes. There was an option online to set up an appt, but we decided to go earlier. The appt was 1.5 hours from the time I used the website. Some new hires were training and were being supervised well. Everyone was kind and patient. The MD was patient as well and asked plenty of questions, never felt rushed. The facility is clean and well run. A DX was determined and Rx sent to preferred pharmacy. We will definitely use them again as our GP doesn’t do sick visits any longer.

Approxie has a great staff and clean facility. They are knowledgeable and caring. The wait time took was so short, that my instant coffee couldnt even finish brewing before it was time to go back. I appreciate that they not only asked me questions pertaining to my illness/symptoms, but actually listened to my responses in a way that suggested that they cared about what I had to say. I wish more doctors offices were like Aprroxie! 10 out of 5 stars and a BRAVO ZULU for a job well done!👏 👏

Best urgent care experience every time I go! I never spend more than 30 minutes total when I go, and every employee makes it a pleasant experience. I drive 30 minutes to go here because they’re the best.

I’ve made two visits in last few weeks and absolutely happy with the quick and convenient process you have. I am able to make my appointments online, show up and within minutes able to see the provider. Even proscription are set up online and get notified within minutes of leaving the clinic. You have become my go to urgent care now.

I visited the office at Hays Farm and was very pleased with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal. The CRNP took plenty of time to talk with me and answer questions. I would definitely go there again, if needed. Glad to have you in south Huntsville!

The care I received at ApproXie Urgent Care on Sullivan Street was wonderful from start to finish. Super quick and easy to schedule an appointment online, a single sheet registration form upon arrival, courtesy staff, minimal wait time to be “called back” minimal wait time once in a room and the nurse practitioner (Lauren) was fabulous!! All of this in under an hour once I arrived at the facility. I definitely would recommend ApproXie Urgent Care and will gong back if the need arises!

The doctor Paige was amazing so understanding and informative on Yeast and BV symptoms.

The office was very clean, nice, and prompt. I broke my arm in 7/4 and went in the next morning to get an X-ray to confirm.. although she couldn’t confirm for sure it was broken she suggested I get into the orthopedic asap. (Which I’m glad she did because the orthopedic confirmed it was broken) They gave me a shot to help with the pain and told me where to go. They all super nice, helpful, and thankfully so gentle!!!

This urgent care is wonderful!! I didn’t have a long wait time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cal and Lydia in the lab were great. Making sure I was ok and not in any pain. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at ApproXie. I waited no longer than 10 minutes, and most of that was filling out paperwork. I saw a nurse and the NP so quickly after getting into a room. The staff was efficient but not at the sake of kindness or communication. The provider was clear about what she was doing and testing for and when an answer wasn’t immediately clear she told me what they were planning on doing, what I could do for relief in the meantime, and under what circumstances to seek care again. She sent samples off and the next day I received a call with my results and what to expect. I have never had such a good experience at an urgent care and I’m happy to have such a compassionate and efficient place locally.

Ive been here twice and while my first visit went well, my impression today was quite poor. I went there with my daughter (who has a stomach infection and vomited several times last night) and I found the nurse practitioner to be pretty rude. She did not seem interested in me describing my daughters symptoms, and interrupted me whenever I would try to answer a question that she had asked. Thats the reason for the 2-star review today. The practitioners need to understand that its important that they allow the patient to describe their symptoms. Some basic amount of courtesy is important, and that was lacking today.

Everyone was very nice and efficient. It seemed like there were a lot of people waiting, but I only waited as long as it took me to get my paperwork completed. A great choice on a weekend or when you’re in a hurry!

Efficiency is unbelievable!!! Total of about 15 minutes from the time I walked it to vitals, PA initial triage, X-rays on my hand, summation from PA and Tetanus shot. Super impressed and the reason I prefer coming to Approxie. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I like that they have weekend hours. Online appointment scheduling and check-in makes the process fast and efficient. I was seen within 20 minutes of arrival. The nurse and doctor provided great service and took time to ask questions and prescribe treatment. I felt confident in the care I received. I also like that a doctor is on staff, other urgent care facilities I’ve been to do not have doctors!

Went to approxie in Madison to get checked out after a NASTY tumble down the stairs. Mrs King the CRNP was my provider and she was excellent! She was very timely and made sure if got the best care and medications needed to handle my symptoms. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes.

Super impressed with the staff. Starting with the girl at the front desk, she was super helpful and sweet. The doctor and nurses did a great job taking care of my child. Finishing with another front desk lady who made sure our details were correct. I was impressed by the speed of this place, and on a Saturday. Thank you!

I went in for a Covid test. They also tested me for flu without my knowledge. I received a bill for flu test charges. My complaint is why wasn’t I told about the flu test? When I spoke to billing I was told the charges are valid. The payment is $15 but it’s the principle of the matter. I was billed for services I wasn’t told about. Worst breech of trust I’ve ever experienced from a medical establishment.

I arrived at this establishment around 8:15am this morning. I checked in and the young lady at the front gave me a clipboard and a half a sheet of paper. I was unsure how I was going to fill out paper work so I went back up to the front and asked her how to sign in she said once I fill out the paper I will receive an email. So I asked so am I just waiting to be seen and she said yes. I sat and watch multiple people come in after me to be seen. The other young lady with the reddish hair had been calling other patients to return their information. Not one time did she ask me anything. All she did was call and close her window. I sat there for almost an hour and still nothing was said. I told myself if another person comes in and Im not seen Im leaving, so I did just that. I gave my clipboard back and said dont worry about it because I havent been seen yet and multiple people have in after me. The young lady with the glasses said did I fill out the paper work. I politely told her maam you never gave me any paperwork but the small sheet of paper on the clipboard. I ended up having to leave because I didnt have time to wait any longer. They really need training on customer service and making sure every patient in their facilities needs have been met. Nobody opened their mouths to ask me anything. I honestly dont think Ill be back. If I could I would give them a zero.

What a joke-total SKETCH place!!! Smelled, rude receptionist and Dr. Will never go back!!!****RESPONSE TO THIER REBUTTAL*****A COMPLETE LIE that I threw your mask box, wow. Add that to the list of why not to go here. You-trying to make me the bad guy solidifies to others why to not come here. You made me feel completely unwelcome from the time we walked in the door. You said I am never welcome back and we will do just that. No wonder others warned me about this place, what a shame.

Let me start by saying the owner and the staff are not only very professional yet also so polite. This urgent care is a team that cares for their patients, and your health is in good hands! Also Dr. Shah is beyond fantastic with not only answering my questions but being fully empathetic and making sure any concerns are met with a solution!

I have no issues with the doctors or nurses here they are great. However, their billing representatives and department could use some work. I had an appointment TWO YEARS AGO that they claim they billed me for (never received it, never got an email call or anything). They then sent it to collections and i am just now receiving it (again from TWO YEARS ago). They also filed my insurance wrong which caused a big mess as well. Again, no issues with doctors or nurses, but i would be very cautious with their billing department and triple check everything because they will mess up and the billing representatives arent the kindest or most helpful.

The staff was quick and efficient very friendly was concerned about my condition. The doctor was excellent. The nurse that gave the shot was very polite and did a great job. All I have to say is what a wonderful experience I had even though I feel bad it was uplifting.

Man this place is FAST and affordable. They had me in a room in less than 10 minutes and a doc in there in maybe 30. We did self pay and the doctor helped us pick the best pharmacy so we could stay cheap. All in all, this probably costed less than 200 dollars and now I won’t have to deal with this ear infection for much longer. Well worth it, I’ll be back.

The office visit was great. Seen very quickly, diagnosed and medications dispensed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was neat and spacious. It would save a little time if all paperwork could be completed online, and not just basic intake information. Also, access is a little tricky since it is near the intersection of Sullivan and Madison Blvd (Wall-Triana and Hwy. 20). There is ample parking though. Note that as of this visit, masks are still required. This was our first visit, but will be our go-to when our PCP is not available.

There was zero wait time. I dealt with two nurses whom were extremely nice. I can’t recall their names unfortunately and Haven who was super nice. Highly recommend this practice!Kate Bodden

Sad to say I can’t remember my nurse practitioners name, but she and everyone did great. Also I was in and out so fast, not sure if that’s an every time situation since it was my first visit but the quickness was appreciated!! I would recommend and return myself.

Not a friendly staff and there is no DR. Preasent . for the price I paid $175 i expected to see a Dr. But a nurse was all they had on staff the building is very dark with limited lighting the workers all seemed depressed felt like going to a chop shop, I.E. a revolving door they get there money and out as quickly as you walked in no time to explain all my symptoms.I felt like I was bothering them by walking in, and checking out the guy had no people skills he made it seem as if I was checking out of jail or something I would not recommend this place not even to my worse enemy... you can get better friendly treatment cheaper some where else.Id been much happier and would have been glad to paid more going to the E.R./ Hospital for the right care/treatment..

I have been here once for me and 3 times for my son. I absolutely will NOT go anywhere else if I need urgent care! The staff is very professional and friendly! We have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen! My son had to have x-rays taken on our second visit and they were very quick to get them done and give us the results! I love the people who work here...they really make you feel comfortable (even if you are sick or scared). My time is important to me and they do not waste any of it! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The office is very spacious, beautiful, new, and clean. Their hours work with my full time work hours so I can get treated if I need to after I get off work or on the weekends. I can NOT say enough positive things about ApproXie!

I came to Approxie to get my blood drawn for a lithium level and comprehensive metabolic panel. The lab ladies were super kind and empathetic! Sarisa (sp?) did a fabulous job drawing my blood. Had to visit this health facility with excruciating low back pain, seeing how I was unable to get into see my primary care doctor for a week, and the pain became unbearable. ApproXie Urgent Care ❤ was definitely the right choice for me. My wait was less than 15 minutes, the doctor decovered the core of my problem immediately, pulled muscle, bone spur and inflammation. An injection in both hips by the sweetest, most gentlest nurse Sarah. She is awesome! Woke up the next morning, my pain is my back was at a very low minimum. The health professionals at this facility is just that, very professional. Need an injection and hate needles, ask for Sarah, I didnt feel a thing, so kind, caring, gentle, and fast. Thanks guys. Very professional and did not have a long wait time. Nurse Practitioner Hayden was very helpful and down to earth. Even when the pharmacy I had picked (due to holiday and multiple ones closed) was giving all of us problems with filling the medications I needed they helped out to the best of their ability and I was able to get my medications. Thank you to the front desk staff and everyone I interacted with today.

Money grab place. What kind of doctors office charges you $75 ( just in case ) stuff doesn’t get covered. Then refunds you money ? So you’re asking us to trust you, but they don’t trust patients to pay. This is what companies who care more about the dollar then the patient do.

Like everybody, I’m short on time and don’t really have time to be down sick or to go to the doctor. Both times I’ve been to ApproXie, I was able to walk in at my convenience and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Minimal paperwork, really nice staff, great place to go especially when you are short on time.

Their appointment system works great. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for the experience I had here today. This was my first visit to ApproXie, and I had to come here on a Saturday. They essentially gave me an appointment after I arrived so I didn’t have to stay in the waiting room and wait for my turn. So I was able to leave and come back. When I came back at the appointed time, I was assisted within minutes.The Nurse Practitioner named Haven was wonderful! She had excellent bed-side manner and was extremely helpful and professional. She listened to me, answered all of my questions, and treated me with kindness and dignity. I feel very blessed to have been assisted by her today, and am very satisfied with her course of action.Literally every person I interacted with here today was kind, polite, and professional. I am completely satisfied with the service I received here today, and am so relieved to know that such a good facility with such good people is in my community.

I walked in on 3/21/23 with my 87 year old mom to be treated for a cough, we were seen immediately. The staff was very kind and helpful. Called back on 3/27/23 to ask if her cough medicine could be increased. Brooklynn answered the phone and was so polite and concerned, she said she would ask the nurse practitioner and call me back. I was amazed within 5 minutes I received a call with my answer. For me to find a polite and caring person on the phone is unusual but to get a response and in a timely manner is AMAZING! I have visited ApproXie Urgent care five times this year (including today) and have received EXCELLENT service each time. The entire staff is awesome, especially Bria. I also appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and “no wait” mission. I have never waited in the lobby more than 5 mins to be seen. I have an autoimmune disease and Dr. Heather, as well as Dr. Shah have done an amazing job treating me! I HIGHLY recommend this clinic if you’re interested in short wait times and a respectful/caring staff.

Very friendly, personable Urgent care. Dont be fooled by the buildings previous life as a restaurant. It is bright, clean and very professional inside. The waiting area is comfortable and naturally lit with all the windows, also offering coffee, water and a TV for your wait. And my wait was not long at all. The doctor and nurse practitioner made me feel so welcome when I came in the door. The husband and wife team have created a really nice atmosphere. We just moved to the area a month ago and since i am still waiting for a new patient appointment I was told to try out urgent care. Im glad i did! By far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! This facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. There was a steady flow of patients when I went in to get a deep cut stitched. Yet from check-in to check-out, I spent *maybe* a total of 15-20 minutes there. The quality of service can’t be beat.

I am new in town and woke up with the worse uti. At 3:30am I made an appointment to get some antibiotics. This is the best Urgent Care I have ever been too. By far the BEST urgent care I have been to. Despite being busy, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The paperwork is minimal for a first time patient (less than 5 minutes to fill out). The waiting area does not feel like a traditional doctors office waiting room. It felt inviting and less like a doctors office, which put my white coat syndrome at ease.Waited at most 10 minutes before getting triage and put in a room. Lady came in, listened to my heart, lungs, checked my ears/nose/throat, took the time to listen to my concerns. She made a diagnosis of a sinus infection (which I already knew it was), and I let her know which antibiotic kills my stomach and which one has ALWAYS worked to defeat my sinus infection. She took my advice into consideration and I was able to get the antibiotic that always works for me.2 weeks later I am better and all thanks to ApproXie Urgent Care! I will never go to another urgent care. Friendly, fast, and accurate. What else could you ask for in a doctors office?

This was the BEST experience at an urgent care clinic- trust me, Ive had my far share of visits due for personal as well as my children. They were fast, efficient, and super sweet. They had complimentary items, such as tea, in the waiting area. I loved how they had an essential oil diffuser and sprayed each room after use-- very clean!

Quickest urgent care I have ever visited. I was being seen within 15 minutes of walking in the door, including paperwork. The reception/admin folks are very efficient and friendly. This is not to say that you are rushed. The doctor asked detailed questions and explained exactly why they prescribed exactly what they did. I needed another prescription the next day and they even stayed a few minutes over because I was late picking it up. Only place I will go when visiting the area from now on.

Ive been to ApproXie urgent care numerous times for various reasons, and the staff has always welcomed my family and me in the politest and friendliest way possible. Theres no judgment, the team listens to your concerns, and the care is top of the line. Beyond the care, theres water, coffee, and tea in the waiting area, with magazines and a TV. However, youre not in the waiting room long enough to truly enjoy these amenities. Also, the facility is always clean and smells fantastic. Ive never had a bad experience here, and I will continue to go to ApproXie for as long as Im in the area. Best urgent care ever!

Me and my family have been going to ApproXie for years and have always had the best experiences. Even throughout the pandemic, they have always greeted us with smiling faces and are happy to help with whatever we have going on during that visit. They are very quick - even just this morning (1/12/2022), there was a line around the building for testing and I was in and out in under an hour. Even if they were backed up and it took a long time to see someone, its worth the wait! Please dont hesitate to come see the staff at ApproXie if you arent feeling well! Theyll take good care of you 😊

I came here sick as a dog to get a Flu test. Of course the second the doctor came in she explained that they do not have ANY rapid flu tests. (What?! This is an urgent care!!!) I explained to her that I wouldn’t have come here if I had known that. She then sends a male doctor, Dr. Shah, in who tells me “You need to calm down. You can leave if you want and wait three hours somewhere else. Good luck. ” Along with other misogynistic comments. It honestly got to the point where one of the female techs came in to see if everything was alright. If you are a woman and your only option is to go here, I would NOT let him be your doctor. He belittled me about my health and treatment options. He was NOT nice and NOT helpful at all. AND he’s the OWNER!!! The staff seemed TERRIFIED of him when I asked. One girl literally said “I mean he’s nice sometimes.” Anyway, only come here if you want to be belittled about your health and disappointed in the service YOU pay THEM for. Not to mention the place was so gross. No lining on the beds. Dents in the walls. It looked like someone came in here and got in a fight. I will never come here again, trust that.

Took my daughter in this morning because she was too sick to drive. When she checked in (she had an appointment) she was denied service because she had once left ApproXie a bad review. I wonder if they care more about their reviews than they do people. It appears to be so but if they invite patients to leave reviews, then they should be prepared to not only get good reviews but bad ones too. Now they not only have 1 bad review from a few years ago, but 2 new ones. I feel that this was a very very poor reason to turn my daughter away especially since she was extremely ill.

Stop looking for an urgent care now that you’re reading this! I cannot recommend ApproXie Urgent Care in Madison (AL) highly enough! From the moment you enter and check in, you will feel like everyone there wants to attend to you and help you feel better. The waiting room and patient rooms are very clean and tidy. Every single person there is so friendly and very attentive. Dr Shah is wonderful! He listened to me and then answered all of my questions very patiently. Forget the times you have had to sit and wait for hours for the doctor to walk-in after you had finally been put in an exam room. Once you are put in a room at ApproXie, the nurse comes in and takes down all your info on what brought you in. Literally moments after she left, Dr Shah walked in. I have been there twice and both visits were simply wonderful! Choose ApproXie.

This is my second time going to this urgent care and for the second time, my experience has been great!! The service was extremely fast and easy! Both providers are really great and showed true concerns about my conditions! Mackenzie (I hope I spelled her name correctly) have me a steroid shot and I didnt feel a thing! I have been using ApproXie Urgent Care for 2 years. Recently went there due to what I thought was a bad cold. Well it was the Flu. The service is awesome. The people are awesome and the care is bar down the best in town. I know they are overwhelmed, but they are awesome and cant thank them enough

I have been going to this urgent care for a couple of years and they really are exceptional. The doctors and staff are always kind and professional. The wait time is minimal even when the waiting room is full. They don’t make you feel like a “number” and rush you out the door. I rarely write reviews but after my experience just now regarding a billing issue I decided to make a post. Not only did the wife who is part owner call me, she was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. She explain in detail why a charge was made and the reasoning behind it. This office is more like a true physician office. They make you feel like you’re their patient. Not just someone who’s their for a quick in and out. The only reason I would go anywhere else would be if they were closed or I was out of town.

I was very pleased with the care and pleasantness of the staff at our new urgent care facility Approxie Care in Madison on Sullivan Street. I was diagnosed and treated for COVID-19 last week. After testing positive, I was given a steroid injection to boost my system, prescribed a 6-day Z-PAC of antibiotics, 10-day decongestant and liquid cough medicine.I would not hesitate to use this facility again should I not feel well or get hurt.And the best part was that the wait to be seen was very tolerable!

Minimal wait time, professional and courteous staff and knowledgeable nurses that have helped me and my family. From diagnosis to treatment they’re all fantastic!

WELL WORTH THE DRIVE! ApproXie Urgent care has knowledgeable and caring doctors that are quick and efficient. The Urgent care in my town is very slow with my average wait time being 3 hours. I can be at ApproXie, be cared for and back home before the other Urgent care even takes my vital signs. ApproXie is wonderful for adults and children. My only wish is that they open a location in Hampton Cove.

I have already called all my friends and family and bragged about this place and I just now left lol. For anybody that is looking for a quick appointment, this is the place to go. I swear they had me in and out within 15 minutes. My friend told me to go here this morning and told me how quick they were and honestly I did not believe her at first but seeing is believing. My first visit was very warm and welcoming. The outside of the building can be deceiving but its a nice atmosphere inside , along with the staff being kind. Ill use Approxie Madison again if I have medical needs.

If you need Rx sent to a pharmacy DO NOT expect to get it in a timely manner. After going in circles for two days I found my prescription in a completely different city than requested. Not ideal with a sick child .

From the front office staff, triage nurses and nurse practitioner, everyone was courteous, professional and extremely efficient. Also, I really appreciated the new system that informs you via text regarding your prescriptions.

What a welcoming staff, relaxed clean environment and a kind knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Shuh emailed me prior to my visit. He explain what was to be done, why, and the out come. I to had to have IV therapy so their nurse Mackenzie drew my blood and started IV. She was so quick and easy. She located my vein easily and got it the first time without having to poke around. Gentle and painless, as a cancer patient, more than qualified to make this assertion. Once drip started I was brought coffee, offer remote and checked on every few minutes by the staff as well as Dr Shun. Their receptionists were really sweet too, it was a great experience from the moment I walked in. And happy to say, outstanding people, atmosphere and staff.

I walked in to the office, checked in, got taken back and tested, got my results and was walking out the door in about 20 minutes. They are very kind and attentive and you can tell they actually care about their patients but they were efficient and made sure no one was waiting for too long. I’ve never been to another doctors office, during a pandemic or not, and been treated that quickly but also with that much compassion. Would definitely recommend approxie!

Awesome experience. Have always gone to AFC in the past. I like them but Im always there 2.5 hours. My wife talked me into trying ApproXie. Honestly, I almost decided to leave when we pulled up. Its an odd building on the outside. Everything changed once I went inside. Very clean, updated/modern, and organized. Entire staff was extremely friendly. Keep in mind this was my 1st visit. Ive been to this facility several times, and the staff is phenomenal. Dr.Shaw always explains why things are the way they are, and the nurses are amazing and kind. I have lupus and the doctor always makes sure that Im not going to get a secondary infection. They treat their patients so kind, and actually care. The folks at ApproXie Urgent care have always been great to my family when we have needed them. They have always been quick and friendly. My wife and I both went to get Covid tests today and though it was super busy and the wait was longer than usual, they still were kind and happy to help us when we got in. Dr. Nemil Shahs ApproXie Urgent Care in Madison, AL, is absolutely one of the best urgent care clinics Ive ever been to. Courtesy, efficiency and good medical care are the defining characteristics of this clinic. The moment you step in, you begin noticing that the whole facility is geared toward making the visit a pleasant and quick one for you. You fill in the forms and hand them to the receptionist, and take a seat in the absolutely gorgeous waiting room. In a few minutes, a nurse with a smile invites you into the patient room, does the basic routine, and lo and behold, the doctor walks in. Dr. Shah is attentive and a good listener. He also welcomes questions and answers them patiently. You can discuss the various treatment options, as well as the prescription drugs. He will do his best to accommodate your concerns and needs.

Perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything about my experience today was exceptional. The reception area, waiting room, and exam room were spotless. Everything was so fresh and clean. The medical team were all very nice, and efficient. No question, I was in capable hands. Dr Shah, very quickly diagnosed my illness, but what I liked best, was he made sure the treatment was best for me. He truly listened. It was an excellent experience, and hopefully not soon, but I will be back!! Thanks to the whole team!!

Literally the best Urgent Care or Walk-in clinic I’ve been to. After I turned in my paperwork I could barely sit down good before I was called back; did not have to wait at all. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with the proper prescriptions waiting on me. I’m already starting to feel better the next day. HIGHLY recommend.

I was absolutely shocked and amazed at how outstanding the service was at ApproXie! I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at a doctors office. I didnt even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room after checking in before they called me back. I was in and out in 20 minutes! The person who spent the most amount of time with me was the nurse practitioner and she was very professional and thorough.

Wow! What a great experience I had at this clinic. I went today, June 26, 2020, after having spent several days battling an infection and not being able to get in to see my family physician. I finally gave up and went to ApproXie clinic because of the amazing reviews that I read. All I can say is my family physician may have lost me forever! Haha.... It was a very short wait time, minimal paperwork, and everyone is so very friendly. The doctor was so nice, so professional. He listened to me, didnt rush, and made his suggestions for treatment. I was in and out in an hour - even on a busy Sunday. They quickly confirmed that I had broken my foot. They have the ability to perform x-rays. Their staff was outstanding from reception to medical staff. They were kind, efficient and compassionate. Would definitely recommend for urgent care.

Amazing experience. I came in feeling awful and within 15-20 minutes was being seen by a provider. After running tests for COVID and the flu and both coming back negative, I was still running a high fever with a high heart rate so they hooked me to an IV, put ice packs under my head and on my wrists, and even brought in a fan to blow on me to help me cool down. Three or four different people came in to check on me every few minutes and make sure I was comfortable and okay, and they didn’t let me leave until the felt confident that I was on my way to feeling better. Would absolutely recommend this urgent care to anyone!

My experience summed up in three words, Fast, Efficient & Friendly!First time visiting this office and walking in with what feels like the upswing of a horrible sinus infection after an 8 hr work day, it was an unexpected but welcomed change to be greeted by this vibrant friendly staff. From the friendly receptionist to the two caring nurses & doctor the whole experience was a refreshing difference from previous visits I’ve had at other local (Madison & Huntsville both) Urgent Care offices. Within ONE HR, I had filled out paperwork, been seen, diagnosed, treated, prescription called in, picked up & I had made it home. To me, that’s extraordinary!I hope as this office grows this level of patient care remain true. I’ll highly recommend them & be back when in need of urgent care...hopefully no time soon.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The new patient form was short but collected all necessary information. I was called back within 4 minutes of handing in my paperwork, had my vitals taken and then was taken to an exam room. The doctor was in to see me within 5 minutes. The entire process was smooth, seamless and everyone was experienced, caring and professional.

From the time we walked in the door, we received exceptional service. The entire staff was polite & attentive. Business Details:-Visit Type: Walk-in 10am Sunday Morning-Wait time: Less than 30min with 6 people in front of me-Reason for visit: pretty ugly infection on my hand-Cost: Out of pocket cost was less than $30-Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), had no issues whatsoever.-Facilities: Very clean, comfortable, with enough space to socially distance from other sick people.Personal Impression: From the get go I felt like I had come to the right place, there are a lot of urgent care options in the HSV/ Madison area but I followed the reviews, got an accurate estimate on wait times when I called ahead, and I got an out-of-pocket estimate on the visit cost in case my insurance had issues which was $175 all things included. Considering that my spouse is a nurse, knowing the general costs of medical treatment, and regarding the nature of what I needed with a possible quick procedure (lancing an infected wound) I thought this cost was relatively low since they would need to use a fair amount of resources to treat this compared to the average visit.Visit timeline and impressions:Reception: Jill was my receptionist and she was professional, courteous, and very expedient. The intake form has a QR code that took me directly to the form which processed immediately into their system without any delays. They have paper options as well. The process felt streamlined and once my ID and insurance information were received they were processed in short order. No delays, no issues. I was grateful to Jill and company for getting me through that quickly since I had my 17month old daughter with me.Intake: I think Cassie was my intake nurse, although it might have been Katherine. Regardless she took my vitals and did a quick triage of my wound (which was extremely painful) and was very professional. She also took a bit of time to talk to me and interacted with my toddler which made me feel at ease. Having had bad experienced with medical staff in the past, I felt like I was in good hands and I was confident she would adequately communicate and advocate for my needs, since my toddlers naptime was quickly approaching.Treatment: Dr. Moran had GREAT bedside manner. He was personal, relatable, and immediately put me at ease. I appreciated the conversation and I felt disarmed enough to share the details about how I injured myself, how I failed to treat the wound, and the steps I had taken before visiting. Without judgement or scolding he immediately got to work and presented me with several options for treatment. I opted to have him lance the wound with a scalpel. Even though I was very anxious about being stabbed, the option was presented to me without pressure and I made the choice that I thought was in my best interest. After making the decision Dr. Moran quickly set expectations, there would be pain, gave me the steps he would take to administer the lidocaine, and walked me through how and where the procedure would be done. He also added that he had done this many times before and so I had no question that he was competent. Teyona, Katherine, Cassie, and Dr. Moran were present for the quick procedure. All of the support was appreciated and they were a welcome distraction for my toddler since she was getting grumpy at this point. I was numbed, but I suggested to the doctor to be very liberal with the numbing application because I had issues with this in the past, I am somewhat resistant, and he did not hesitate to administer extra lidocaine to ease the pain.The procedure went quickly and I felt very little discomfort. After the procedure was over I had a prescription and was out of there in 5 minutes. Most importantly, it was THE RIGHT diagnosis and prescription, my infection immediately subsided, and the large pus pocket from the infection popped several hours after the first dose of anti-biotics since the swelling had subsided. I am confident Dr. Moran made all the right decisions. I will return to this facility.

This is fastest doctors office experience I have ever had in my entire life! I came in to get my stitches checked and didn’t even have my paperwork filled out before I was seen on a walk-in. Then I was brought back to a room and was still filling out the short 1 page back and front information sheet when I was seen. I had to finish my paperwork during checkout it was so fast!Excellent care and service and very very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I visited Approxie not sure of what to expect because so many urgent care clinics have lost their personal touch these days, but I was truly impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen and the nurse practitioner and doctor were extremely friendly and professional. My husband and I were both seen and we didn’t feel rushed and they answered all of our questions without hesitation. This place it’s by far the best urgent care clinic I’ve ever been to and will continue to see them for my urgent care needs!

I didnt much care for this place. They told me to go to the ER and still charged me a sizeable copay even though they did nothing to or for me. They explained that a copay must be paid for sitting in a room for a couple mins even if no one examined me.

Went in for extreme stomach pelvic pain. The xray girls were very childish acting and unprofessional. Didn’t offer privacy to remove my under cloths, door wide open and very insensitive. Went back to get my blood drawn and told it would be about 4 days. What is the point of urgent care ? The NP felt dismissive and judgmental. You get this alot as a black women when we say we are in pain. I wasn’t examined at all. She had a very poor bedside manner. She told me she could give me a shot for vomiting. I declined because I don’t need any medication prior to speaking to my primary care. Because nothing about this visit was helpful or felt medically appropriate. I am still in pain but now scared of the bill fromHere and going to emergency room. Close down if the point is just collecting money. Because that’s what it felt like.

Let me start by saying WOW! This place and the staff is beyond anything I have EVER encountered from a walk-in urgent care clinic! I went in yesterday after a long day at work with sinus stuff going on and feeling miserable and I almost decided not to go because of the “typical “ wait times at walk-in clinics. I AM SO GLAD I GAVE THEM A CHANCE, THEY ARE AMAZING! The place was very clean and smelled like eucalyptus, which was amazing with my sinus stuff! everyone I met there was so nice. OK so the best part- I was in and out in 13 MINUTES! YES 13 MINUTES! Which included filling out new patient paperwork, vitals taken, talked to doc about best treatment, also got my flu shot then paid copay and on my way. Also the medicine was sent over to pharmacy so it would be ready when got there! APPROXIE CARE MY FAMILY WILL GO TO NO OTHER WALK-IN ! I went into ApproXie Urgent Family Care on one of the bad winter days where the roads were getting really treacherous very quickly. I had a migraine and needed relief and my family doctor couldnt see me until later that afternoon. And the roads were only going to get worse the longer I waited. They are located in a building that used to be a restaurant on Sullivan St. From the outside it just looks like the old restaurant but the inside is completely redone. Very professional medical facility. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the actual doctor (Dr. Shah) at the front desk! I was welcomed and asked if I wasnt feeling well and asked me to sign in and gave me paperwork to fill out. He stated that they wanted to get me out of there as quickly as possible since the weather was getting worse by the minute and didnt want me to be out on the roads. I signed in and started filling out my paperwork and not even five minutes later I was called back by a really sweet nurse. She said she wanted to get me taken care of before the weather got worse. My experience with her and Dr. Shah was extremely positive and they were very authentic in their care and concern. Dr. Shah came into the room right away and listened very astutely as I described to him what my symptoms were. He examined me and was very thorough with really focusing on what my complaints were. He gave me his opinion and took the time to really explain why he came to his conclusions. It all made sense and we conversed about what treatment would work best for me at that time. He made me feel like I was a human being, not just another patient. I HIGHLY recommend ApproXie Urgent Family Care. I have lived here for 11 years and have been to my fair share of Urgent Cares in the area, and theyre are A LOT to choose from. However, this one stood out to me. They nailed it. Not that I am promoting not using your regular family doctor (I really like mine), but Dr. Shah would be a fantastic choice if you dont currently have a regular doctor. And most definitely the BEST choice as far as Urgent Cares are concerned. Again, dont let the outside appearances fool you. There is a gem on the inside.

I visited ApproXie Urgent Care today after them being previously recommended to me and encountering a massive flare up with my back injury. When I first entered I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and beautiful, unique decor that made me feel right at home. Every staff member I interacted with during my visit was nice as can be and even offered me coffee, tea, or water while I waited! Dr. Shah was very professional, he took the time to listen, answer any and all questions and showed genuine concern. I was blown away, not only was the experience second to none, but I was in and out in less than 30 min! I cant recommend this place enough.
