Get Well Urgent Care Of Madison Heights

I have been to a lot of urgent care facilities and this location is hands down one of the best. Clean facility and prompt, caring staff. Miranda was exceptional and truly made my visit 5 star quality! She was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease while I was waiting for the physician, incredible bed side manor. 100/10 recommend.

The wait wasn’t long at all, they allowed me to do all my paperwork online & schedule my appointment. My nurse was sooooo nice bless her heart, and so were the ladies at the front desk! The physician Assistant (who was very nice as well) was also very attentive and absolutely understanding. They took care of me quickly and efficiently, and the bedside manner in this urgent care was so comforting. The pharmacy was in the same building right next-door, which was a plus as well. Even the pharmacist was nice. My visit was really smooth although I don’t plan on any more injuries, but if I need to, this will be the place I return to! Thanks to all the staff who helped me as well! Blessings!

Been coming here since they first opened. I love this place they take care of every patient and is always a blast coming even when you’re sick. PA Emily and staff are always amazing. Emily and Matthew are one of the best. Thanks for taking care of the city of Madison Heights and other communities around. :)

Had a great experience last month with an urgent care provider at Get Well Urgent Care. She was very insightful and knowledgeable. She tended to my needs right away and my wait time was only 15 minutes! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of acute medical care.

Went in for the first time, reception was helpful and professional. The Doc came in quick, she was amazing. Very trustworthy clinic with great prices. I would highly recommend.

I came in with a cut on my knee that I knew needed stitches. I went in worried they’d be like most Urgent cares(take your co-pay, can’t complete the service and sent you to the hospital) but not here. The check-in and registration process was quicken and easy, also there was minimal wait time to no wait time(during the time it went). The staff acted fast, was friendly and gave me comfort in my situation. The Physician was amazing, talking me through treatment and providing comfort. To be honest, I almost didn’t want to leave because they catered to me so well. Additionally, I love that they’re open to midnight with a pharmacy onsite as well.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for all the airfreshnerI’m only leaving this review as a warning for those with asthma/ copd/ lung conditions/ fragrance allergies. They have copious plug in air fresheners and incense all around this facility. Came in sick with breathing issues and coughing and left feeling way worse due to all that. Things like that are banned in hospitals for good reason. Causes headaches, cough, chest pain, tightness. Had to shower and wash my clothes and whole body cuz I left smelling like a whole air freshener which I didn’t wanna do while so sick. It’s unfortunate when places don’t consider those with asthma when they’re coming there for help. However still giving 3 stars cuz I told them what was going on and they made sure to prioritize seeing me and getting me in and out quickly. I wish I could make this my new pharmacy and urgent care because they were amazing other than that! But due to all the fragrances I cannot come back. If you don’t suffer from any lung issues it’s great!

From start to finish, everything was perfect. Scheduling, directions, and pre registration before your arrival. I just walked in, and the receptionist greeted me by name to show she was expecting me. Practically zero wait time in the waiting room and exam room. The best part is that they have their own pharmacy, exray room, etc. All combined in one place. The doctor on staff had excellent bedside manners, was very knowledgeable, and communicated what what was going on with me, what she was going to do, and what I needed to do. The doctor even followed through with a phone call to go over her final standings. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I had a great experience for myself and bringing my kids here. The doctor was really friendly as well as the employees. I am glad they are now open until midnight and they also opened up a pharmacy inside. It saves alot of time going back and forth with your pharmacy when you can just get your prescription right then and there. Aly in the pharmacy department was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to get my prescription at all. I would definitely recommend this place

Went on a Friday for a DOT physical. No wait, professional staff, zero hassle. Cant speak to the urgent care aspect, but if you are looking for a DOT physical, this is the place to go!

First time going there. I loved it the staff is so caring and friendly. It’s extremely clean and the best part I was in and out. This is my new urgent care facility.

The worst experience ever. I waited in the room for more than one hour.I had to step out to ask the staff to be seen by someone. They totally forgot me in the room! And then I was seen by a senior nurse not even a doctor. They dont take their patients seriously or they dont like doing their job.Other patients came with me or after me were all gone. Even I had an appointment. It is not that they were busy. I will never come again here for any medical reasons or recommend this place to anyone.

Super clean and very friendly staff. Not to mention Mike was the absolute best pharmacist he went above and beyond for my son and I ensuring we had everything we would need for a speedy recovery.

My 16 month old fell and cut his eyebrow. Cara thoroughly evaluated him, and even through his hysterics, was able to treat his wound. We don’t live in the area, yet I drove out here due to the fantastic reviews. No one wants to go to urgent care but my experience here was fantastic.

I have taking my daughter to this location twice and she has been treated very well and I Appreciate that the staff made her feel safe and comfortable and listened to her even though she is only 5 years old. Thank You from one Pleased and Happy Mother 😊! Keep up The Great Work!!

Great, friendly, fast service. Office and rooms were very clean and sanitary. Staff was very friendly. Dr was very nice and kind. Explained everything and made me feel a lot more comfortable.

Very friendly staff, nice doctors, the closing hours are amazing for late night emergencies! My only complaint is that I wish the exam rooms were a little cleaner . Floors look like they weren’t mopped in a while.

My daughter cut the pad off of her finger while cutting watermelon on the 4th of July. I rushed her up here and the people in the office were very nice and gentle. They took her right away and started to bandage her up. They did a fabulous job it has healed up wonderfully! I would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try. If I ever need help again I will be going back!

I have many chronic health issues and landed myself in a position without insurance and tight on money since January of this year. I’ve always loved this urgent care but especially since this year, they are no short of exceptional care. At times I wish this place could be my primary, that’s how much I love the care and compassion here from this staff. I had a very scary experience two nights ago with a peritonsillar abscess that was cutting off my airway and I lost my ability to swallow or move my jaw. They gave me two injections and three prescriptions to take home because I was terrified of the debt I would land in if I had to get this drained in the ER (this is normal procedure for this diagnosis). I went that evening Monday and by today I feel almost entirely healed. GetWell Urgent care is not only open late, incredibly convenient with their own pharmacy, but also some of the kindest staff I’ve seen in healthcare in a while and helped ease so much anxiety on Monday as I could barely breathe!! THANK YOU!!

Seen real quick, easy get into schedule. Staff real friendly, not fake friendly like other places, just genuine good people. Very knowlegible. Paharmacy right next door, same prices or better than anywhere else. Be seen and on with the rest of your day. Ive actually been using instead of my family doc. Its like the world should be place.

Get well urgent care is one of the best urgent cares around they are understanding and do not judge you in any sort of way. The doctors and nurses are always extremely kind and supportive and the front desk staff is the best. Each time me or someone in my family isnt feeling well they have us in and out. I love this place they are pretty much mine and my son’s primary care lol. They are always very kind, sweet and helping. They have helped me and my son many times and for that I am very grateful and appreciative. Also they now have the pharmacy attached which is very convenient and it dosent hurt that the gentleman that works it is kind and Awesome.

I recieved care just yesterday for strep throat. The experience was quick, the staff is nice and professional, they took my insurance, the doctor I saw listened to me and gave me all I needed to get well quickly. The pharmacy there filled the prescriptions in just a few minutes so I didnt even have to make another stop on the way home. The entire experience took maybe only 45 mins. After only a day of the antibiotics I am already feel much better. I definitely reccomend this urgent care.

DO NOT GO HERE! FIND A REAL DR. All I wanted was a diagnosis of the flu, which I knew I had. Instead this place and its personel took my heartbeat which was high, probably because of having the flu and fighting off bodily infection. My high heartbeat was taken for a health issue that supposedly couldnt be handled by the clinic after they did an EKG$$$ with all my upper parts hanging out the so called doctor kept coming in and out of the room so casually while others could be walking by that could see my ta tas. Needless to say I was pissed off and stressed. The lady I assume was a doctor immediately called for an ambulance without my consent. After answering the EMTs silly questions to make sure I was competent, because they figured such a high heart rate would make me mind numbed. I was still sent into the ambulance after proving I was ok . After a while that seemed like forever, I was finally able to be let go for home after I refused being sent to the ER. Probably a thousand dollars later in future bills and I still never got my flu diagnosis like I needed in the first place! I was so mad I called my family doctor in hopes they would have a quick spot and luckily they made an exception for me an hour after I left this hell hole. I was finally diagnosed within minutes with Flu A positive, given the appropriate prescription I needed, heart and blood pressure checked and was normal for me and I am feeling so much better. I and anyone I can convince will NEVER go to this clinic again. UPDATE: Just got my bills from November and January it is now June, never got a bill in the mail. But a reminder on my phone! Save up your money for your future bills from this place they dont have an organized system or competent people. I will pay the amount which is in bill code so might be a scam, but I family, friends, neighbors. will never be seen here again.

I really like this urgent care, the doctors are pretty awesome, even with kids. But last time I went it wasn’t super clean.

Wife came here for a pre-employment drug screening and physical. Got here at 10:30am and still in the parking lot an hour later waiting for her. Other people have came and went and she is still in there. Apparently they were having issues with the hearing machine today and so that was the issues my wife informed me that they are very nice and courteous and was with her through all the testing, apparently it was much more involved than the typical urine and such.

Wasnt feeling the greatest and was looking around at local Urgent Care while Im in-between changing PCPs. Im certainly glad I landed here as not only were they quick, simple, and easy to check in and out at the time of service but they also have a pharmacy right on site for simple medication pick up. Everyone who helped was wonderful and would highly recommend a visit when your not feeling your best. Really, one of the better visits Ive had to an urgent care.

This is my go to urgent care, ever since Covid. They’re friendly, efficient and listen to your concerns. I love that there’s a pharmacy now at this location too!

I visited this urgent care with my dad and little sister 30 minutes before closing time, and the service was beyond exceptional! They did a proper check up on all three of us (x-ray included), and took the time to understand the reason for our visit. The pharmacist next door offered us coffee, refilled the water, thoroughly explained our medications, and carried great conversations with us even though it was already 45 minutes past closing time. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending this urgent care to others !!

The front staff was very nice and attentive. The PA (doctor), Lauren, was very professional, helpful, specific with her words, and answered all of my questions! She helped me with two issues without hesitation. One of the issues was severe pain in my knee and she gave me free ace bandages, and scripts for topical pain relief gel and several other medications for pain relief. Im incredibly impressed! Theyre fantastic!!

Everyone at the front desk is so welcoming and professional. They process the paperwork quickly. Sara was the practitioner that came in at the end of my visit. She was very kind and answered all my questions. She explained everything throughly.The establishment is new and very clean.I came in around 10:00pm and was able purchase medication from the pharmacy. The pharmacist was so kind and walked me through my prescriptions.They all seem to value and respect their patients.I would 100% recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again.

Well this was my 5th time seeing dr Sara amazing as well as her staff is as well! I walked in at 2:16pm gave me heads up that my friend driving to be at work by no later than 315,! And Vals girls at the front desk, reassured me don’t worry we’ll have you in and out with prescriptions before then and hopefully traffic cooperates and will be to work on time. Keep in mind I am manager at work. That’s an excuse for being late anyways if it wasn’t for her when she did, I could’ve went septic or something worse like gangrene what the doctor said was a bacterial infection that was never correctly treated from a outpatient collarbone surgery. I had back in the beginning of October, and it causes spread through my whole entire body, making it to the point where my left leg is the size of an elephant ankle, really small mosquito turned into bullet holes on my ankles said I was in and out of there by 2:55 with the diagnosis medication and a return day of Sunday to keep an eye on it and I was very lucky I came in when I did because if not, I could’ve been worse or deadly so I thought that being said thank you to your staff you are amazing seeing you soon. This place or finding a doctors office practice in your hometown because you’re definitely not just the name of the computer with this “Urgent Care“ is more of a practice than anything I’ve ever been to, thank you to all of you and my heart

The staff doctors nurses all were wonderful quick in and out they listened they paid attention to what I was saying they didnt rush me I would refer this place to anybody they are amazing I even got my prescriptions there at their prescription place no charge and didnt have to go running all over the place being how I felt if you have any emergencies or even just a simple cold I advise you to go see the staff at the Urgent Care in Madison Heights theyre amazing

Great urgent care but recently I have noticed that it is very dirty. Exam rooms and bathroom were filthy.

Great Urgent Care! They have absolutely everything you need in one building. I was taken back quickly, checked out promptly, my provider Kayla took care to listen to everything I had to say and talked with me through her thoughts and treatment options. Everyone was kind and caring and I would definitely return if needed. Even filled the necessary prescription at the in-house pharmacy and was on my way! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Keaira, Yasmeen and Sarah were absolutely awesome. Its already a difficult process to get COVID testing done, but when you have people who make you feel comfortable, it makes the world of difference. This review isnt just for the patrons. Please inform management that these 3 employees go above and beyond. Also note that I watched as they handled everyone that came through. Staff was very welcoming with smiles on their faces .. I did not have to wait a long time to see the doctor... I got my results back really quick... I loved that they have a pharmacy in the facility as well...I was able to get my medication there which made it more convenient instead of going elsewhere especially when you dont feel good! My experience was very good. The whole staff was professional and friendly. I was the last patient of the day and walked in the door about twenty minutes before they closed. Plus the night before a holiday I’m sure they would’ve rather have left early. Regardless they all greeted me with a smile and took great care of me.Thank you so much

Everyone was so nice and I forgot his name but he works at the pharmacy and he was so quick to fill my prescription and have me all good to go. I highly recommend this place it is a wonderful place. I was sick and they got me all tested and figured out what was going on and helped me to get better with instructions and all.

I have brought both of my children who age ranges 10 and 2 years old.. my experience every time coming here is quick and very thorough. Every single person on staff is extremely nice and professional and always make sure they help you feel better. They always do a follow-up just to make sure everything has cleared up. Went into urgent Care last night for my daughters leg as she had a start of cellulitis I was in and out within 45 minutes. In this time frame of 45 minutes my daughters prescription was filled in house! This is a new feature at this location and let me tell you what it is extremely convenient!! Will always take my kids here for anything urgent! Thank you guys !

0✨ UPDATE 4/18/23 After providing proof that my copay was paid at the time of service and they stated the billing on the account has been stopped, I received another email today stating that I still owe. Seems like legal actions might be needed to either get them more honest and organized or even putting them out of business to prevent people from being scammed in the future.UPDATE 3/3/23: DONT GET SCAMMED!!! I just received a bill from them stating that I owe a $50.00 copay for a service in April of 2022. I have a flex pay card and have never had an issue with paying any of my medical bills, also they always ask me to pay my copay before I would even be seen. I requested an itemized invoice but even if they can provide one I will still dispute it because I know my copay is always paid at the time of service.Their process for covid testing now is horrible. Before I would be able to come in and fill out a form then go straight to get swabbed and be out in maybe 10 minutes but today took over an hour. Waited in the lobby for while then told them I was going out to wait in my car until they call me when ready. Got the call then had to wait in a secondary waiting room for them to call me back to go through two different exam rooms before getting swabbed. All three could have been done in the same room by the same person. It would be nice if they could find a way to expedite the process or go back to their old way but until then I will not be using them for the covid testing. Took my 11 year old son here for pink eye. Wait time was less than 5 minutes after I finished the paperwork. The CMA came in right away and was super nice and welcoming. The doctor came in within 5 mins and was also very nice. This was my first time visiting this urgent care and they did not disappoint.

The staff was so nice, when I walked in the clinic the lady at the front desk noticed I needed a wheelchair and brought one over to me right away and wheeled me back to a room. The PA who saw me was nice and took her time with me. Thanks to all the staff the customer service was excellent, and I was treated well with no long wait.

Came in at 8:50 pm (10 minutes before close) and they were great with getting me in and out while still giving a correct diagnosis. Submitted an order for my prescription which was ready 15 minutes later. Best experience I have ever had with an urgent care.

My appointment was perfect I was there to take a drug test & physical !I was greeted as soon as I entered the door with smiles and great service! My wait wasn’t long at all and they were assisting everyone in a timely fashion! The rooms where very clean and the doctors assistant did a wonderful job! She was very informative and explained everything I needed to do clearly, and gave me my physical with a great attitude! After checking my ears out and my sound test, the doctor even offered to have my ears cleaned out from extra wax built up and impacted! I’d recommend this location and urgent care to friends, family, and even any strangers 5 stars from me!

The nurses in the front was nice they was considerate of my situation and got me back within 5 minutes. My doctor was on point I knew exactly what was wrong and she said the same thing even ran a few extra test.. Im a member of the LGBT and I was treated as equal. So if your wondering if you should visit Go! What are you waiting for.?

My wife took my son to their urgent care this morning and they got her in super fast! Made my wife and son feel comfortable! Will definitely use them again! They also have a pharmacy right in there and the pharmacist was great!!

We have been to numerous urgent cares in the past but this is by far our favorite one! Staff is always so polite and smiling faces, Drs and PAs are compassionate and understanding. They get you in and out as fast as possible, which is normally pretty quick. I have spent numerous hours at an urgent cares in the past and I will not go back.

EXTREMELY nice and knowledgeable staff here always. I have always received great care here but reallly it stood out today. From the front desk, Keara to my initial nurse to my physician Sara Naji, this office is thorough, above and beyond. The worst thing u can feel when sick is mean staff with no empathy and these folks, at my age of 40 have finally made me feel less scared of the darn doctor! Genuinely happy and impressed with all of them.

I brought my 9 year old daughter there because she tripped and busted her lip open. She needed stitches on the top and bottom. The staff was very pleasant and professional! The medical assistant and doctor that helped her today did an amazing job! Im very impressed and pleased! Thank you so much!

I’ve been here twice and have nothing but great things to say about the staff. When people don’t feel good the last thing they need is someone being rude to them and everyone here is so incredibly kind and makes sure that you feel that someone is there for you.I also appreciate the pharmacy attached, only thing I wish they had was an ultrasound machine capabilities.

This was the first time going to your urgent care clinic. Everyone was kind, polite & professional. They took time to answer my questions, along with being knowledgeable. Pharmacy was great, I did not have a long wait to get the prescriptions. Definitely recommend Get Well Urgent Care.

Needed to get some blood tests done. I saw online that this location offered this service. To be safe, I called ahead to make sure they did in fact do blood tests and take my insurance. She said yes to both. Being on top of things, I let them know that I would be there within the hour and that my doctor had just sent over the labs.An hour later, I arrive and kindly fill in the lady at the desk. After some time waiting, I was called up back up to the desk and told that someone in their office must have shredded the labs before I arrived.... Yes, you heard that correctly. I just spent about 15 more minutes calling back my doctor to have them resend the labs to the urgent care. She printed them, took my insurance, and then I was brought back.During the appointment, I was asked to pee in a cup. I walked down the hall to the bathroom, completed the urinalysis, and went back towards my room. The doors in the hallway were all closed and I did not remember which room I was in, so I asked someone behind the desk who then asked for my name. She quick told me room 3 and went back to talking to the others. I went into room 3 and a different patient was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor! I quick closed the door and the lady said oops, actually room 5. I was mortified.I left when my appointment was over. Later, I receive a $296 bill in the mail for the labs. After many headaches, it was discovered that the Urgent Care never sent in my insurance with the labs. My insurance company even tried calling the urgent care and was hung up after being on hold for an hour.In short, not every place is perfect. Use your best judgement but Id recommend taking your chances anywhere else.

This is a wonderful urgent care. It’s the second time I’ve been here and the staff is very kind. The doctor, Sarah, listened to all my concerns. The nurse was also very nice. Pharmacy in the back and very clean. Highly recommend coming here

Fast, friendly, and professional. Everything was explained to me and I was granted the opportunity to ask questions. They have a pharmacy in the same building and my 3 prescriptions were ready within 5 minutes of walking out of the room.

The receptionist was very polite and prompt with getting me checked in. I was placed in an exam room very quickly. The medical assistant as well as the provider were both kind and professional. I am always amazed at how quickly they are to room me as well as have a provider come in to see me. I would highly recommend going to this urgent care over any other company.

I went in for a covid test for work. The facility was clean, and all staff were very nice. The medical assistant and PA were wonderful. Very genuine and seemed to care about how I was feeling. Definitely would recommend.

Very friendly staff! Always smiles and never had to wait very long which is always amazing when not feeling well. Pharmacy right next door open late which is also very convenient when later in the evening. All around always a great experience! Thank you!

This place is always amazing! The girls at the counter, are always fun, nice, and helpful! The lady that takes your vitals when entering the room is so nice and a treat to talk to. Then the icing on the cake was Sam Manni! She took great care of me. She ordered tests that were appropriate for what I was in there for and truly listened to what was going on! She is an amazing lady all around! My favorite place to go when I have a medical issue!

This Get Well Urgent Care medical staffs are so nice, beautiful and they have very good smile on their face even my blood pressure came down to normal they are so friendly and well trained they know how to talk to the patients that’s make them feel better ,also very clean when she drawn my blood she used a clean new medical disposable paper towel which was very nice of her I fell good and safe. If i ever fall sick again I will go back to this place I give them 5 out of 5 stars,Staffs and Doctor are very nice and friendly every time i visit this clinic I don’t have to stay in line too long my experience was very good when I went there second time, this always going to be future clinic .

This was my first visit but wont be my last! My experience was amazing! Everyone from the front desk staff to Sammantha PA to the pharmacist were all amazing! The pharmacist did a great job explaining how to properly take the meds I was prescribed as well.

Its clean everywhere. The people at the front desk are kind and professional and efficient. The doctors are quick to come in the room and listen to what you have to say address your problem. They have always followed up with a phone call to make sure your ok. If I didnt like this place I wouldnt come back. The medical assistants wow are awesome. Im a hard blood draw and she was spot on didnt feel a thing. If you cant get into your Dr. Right away I would suggest this urgent care office.

Came here twice already and both times were amazing. I was seen immediately, there were hardly any people there so I was brought back right away. Staff is always great and nice. Samantha the PA spotted the issue before I even explained the reason for my visit. I was in and out within 20 mins. It was also very convenient having a pharmacy right next door because it saves me a trip from going to the pharmacy and the prescription is ready by the time I’m ready to check out. I drive 35 mins to come to this specific urgent care and it’s worth it.

Love this urgent care! We were in and out very quickly. My daughter has autism and usually freaks out at doctors offices and she was calm the entire time. The entire staff was great with her especially the doctor! We will definitely be coming back.

Best urgent care I’ve visited. Took 5 minutes after walking in to be seen in a room. Has a pharmacy on-site to immediately fill orders. Very friendly and happy staff that want to be there. Will be returning again.

This is my familys go to urgent care. I was seen today and they were the busiest I have ever seen them. It took about an hour from the time I checked in to leaving, but most of the time it takes about half an hour. Every doctor I and my children have seen has been excellent. The staff is always kind. If live in the area this place is great when you or your kiddo need a quick visit.

This was my first time visiting Get Well Urgent Care. This was the most efficient urgent care visit I have had in quite some time. Also, the staff and PA were very friendly. They listened to my concerns and addressed them, you don’t get that very often anymore. Total visit time was 30 minutes, I really appreciate the quick service. Thank you for taking care of me, I will be back in the future if needed.

Consistently provides inaccurate diagnoses. I am in the ER right now with a kidney infection that the urgent care completely missed!! They also treated my nieces for UTI’s they didn’t have

This place is a scam and likely doing insurance fraud. They charged my grandson’s insurance for a few services that weren’t even performed. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this facility to the Attorney General for the State of Michigan. To top it all off the lady introduced herself as a “Doctor” and ended up being a Nurse Practitioner… that’s got to be illegal.

No one ever likes feeling sick and this place understands that. Very nice staff, very comforting, very considerate.

I see exactly why this facility has such great reviews!! I drove out of the way to come here for my daughter. It is hard to find great care and great staff all around that cares about their patients.From the time we walked in to the time we left, it was overall the best care and it was genuine not forced or fake. This staff enjoys their jobs/careers because it shows in the time and effort they take to make the experience & care their 1st priority.My daughters pediatrician has never made me or my daughter feel so at ease the way all the staff I encountered here did. What is the point of being an urgent care if your employees arent masking with n95s during a COVID surge? And none of those flimsy surgical and cloth masks that havent done anything since 2020. Even the rooms arent ventilated well. You could walk in COVID free for a test and walk out having caught the virus. I get it, theyre annoying to wear all day. You know what is more annoying? Becoming permanently bed ridden and disabled because you caught COVID again. You are healthcare workers. Care abput your patients health *please*

I went in cause something (house spider) bit me on my lip. Went in and they immediately ask the right questions and gave me a steroid shot and Benadryl. Told me if I felt my throat closing or had any difficulty breathing to let them know and I would be rushed to the hospital. Thank Gid I got there in time and the medication they gave me stopped the irritation and swelling. I came home and haven’t had any pain or problems. Thank you. Fast , efficient.and professional. Great place.

Me and my son go here pretty much all the time. Sad but true lol. They give you excellent care all the staff are genuinely nice! They make sure that you leave satisfied they will run every possible test to diagnose whatever is going on with you. I absolutely love this place I recommend all my friends and family to come here! Also they are so nice to my son each and every time he comes.

Edit: Has been like 2 years since Ive had to go to urgent care. Came today on my day off. My review still stands... BEST in our area. I love the staff. The Dr themselves came in and offered me water while I waited because she could hear me coughing and carrying on. Just a lovely experience and super clean/fast.BEST URGENT CARE EVER!!! I came in yesterday feeling very under the weather. I was dreading the idea of waiting for hours before being seen, but it was quite the opposite. Everyone was quick and helpful, one who stuck out in particular was a PA named Samantha. She was very kind, very professional and helped me get the right tests and medications I needed to feel better. Hopefully, I don’t need to come back and my health remains in tack but if that’s not the case I will be coming back here and hoping the same PA is working that day.

This Urgent Care has always been a very good facility. They have been very responsive to my needs and quick to take care of their patients.

The staff was welcoming, the wait time was low, the staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. There is a pharmacy in the office building as well which is super convenient and they are super fast as well. Exceptional service all the way around !

I was treated for a stomach bug and Nino managed to place an IV in for fluids even though my veins were not easy because of dehydration from vomiting. Thank you Nino!! Also, they stayed after close to allow me enough time to receive my second bag of fluids. Very sweet and kind of the staff. Thank you all.

Doctors always know what they’re doing, and I’ve always been treated well there. I’ve even had contact with the owner of the establishment for conflict resolution and they were very professional and helpful. Pharmacy staff are also very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. I have to make repeated visits to urgent care and this is the only one I go to!

I was referred to Beaumont at 12& Dequindre by Beaumont on shoenherr Amanda looked it up on her computer and said no wait at this location. I walked in and was treated so rudely. We’re closed Mam this lady’s been waiting two hours. Beaumont on Dequindre is a dump.So I left. I’m extremely nervous about going to another Urgent Care I walked into Get Well on 12 mile and felt so welcomed and safe. The staff was so kind and caring and the office is beautiful very well Maintained. I was seen almost immediately. Turns out I had Covid-19 for the very first time.Such a bummer. But I highly recommend this clinic. I’ll never go anywhere else. Again the staff is just amazing!!!Thank you 🙏

I slipped with a knife and cut my finger very deep. Luckily I only live a few blocks away. They took me into a procedure room in only a few minutes. I was cleaned and prepped in a few more. The doctor numbed me up and did the stitches. Overall I was there about 30 minutes.After 10 days I went back and had my stitches removed. I waited in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes. The removal took 10 more and I got to go home.This place nearly has 5 stars and they deserve it!

Just so slow…here 1.5hrs is too long. Registered online ahead of time too. When they come in the room to see you they are fast and efficient but man, the wait time.

Their billing practices are dishonest and shady. They say I owe for a visit from 9 months ago, even though I paid at time of service. I sent proof of receipts to the billing company. They told me they cleared it, but a month later I’m getting texts saying I still owe. Billing company was unresponsive to calls and email but when i finally spoke to someone she couldn’t resolve it and said they’d call me back but they didn’t. Urgent care office is unapologetic and takes no accountability. I can’t tell if they are scamming to get more money or they should get a new billing company. It doesn’t matter if these companies are separate, the billing dept is still a representation of you and part of the patient experience. I had no issues with the urgent care themselves, I had been here a few times through the years and they were fine, but this billing error has ruined my relationship with you. I could never trust they will handle my money correctly so I will never go here again. I cant keep going back and forth like this.

Very impressed with the staff, they made me feel very comfortable from the start. Very nice and made me feel at ease , had to return for follow up visit and that couldn’t have gone better. Really awesome staff and experience. Came in yesterday and I was out within an hour or so (that’s with x-rays and treatment)! The PA and MA that treated me were very kind and helpful. They made me super comfortable the whole time and treated me like family. The Physician Assistant examined me and came up with a plan then and there. Amazing patient care, thank you so much!

Update: they called me back for a follow up and apologized for my visit. It’s not that my visit was bad or anything, I just would’ve liked to be better informed on what was going on. I appreciate and admire that they called me back and I’m glad that they care about their reviews. I will continue to trust and visit this urgent care whenever I need to.The wait times felt long for a Tuesday evening. I didn’t feel fully understood during my visit. They didn’t ask a lot of questions or have much response.I would’ve liked the doctors to explain what was going on (ex. “I’m just going to run this test, I should be back in 20 mins”)Also, it just felt like at some points certain people didn’t know what they were doing with me. Overall not bad visit.

Most places would have turned me away because they didn’t put them there in the first place, but they didn’t. I am 60 yrs old and have been to quite a few clinics. If needed, I will only go to this clinic from now on. The care and friendliness, that the staff and Dr gave me today, was unlike any other clinic I had to go too. They were very thorough, and it didn’t make me have to miss a half day of work. Their as fast as they are professionals. I’m so glad I was driving by and happened to see this place. Excellent place when you can’t get in to your Drs.

Love this place! Ive been going here since the pandemic. Been about 5-6 times and they have always been the most pleasant staff. Its usually a pretty quick wait time, but I never feel like they are rushing to get through my consultation.

Visited GetWell Urgent Care on Christmas Eve due to a suspected ear infection and our daughters pediatrician being closed. We had a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, attentive and quick. My daughter and I were in and out in about 30 minutes. The physician we saw was kind and understanding and addressed all our concerns. Very satisfied with our experience and if we are ever in need of an Urgent Care again will keep GetWell in mind. Thank you!

I have never had such a good experience in any urgent care facility. I brought in my 97-year old mother for monoclonal antibody infusion.They have a really large, competent, and high quality staff. My daughter (12yr) and I have been going to Get Well (Madison Heights location) since they opened in 2019. Christina and Sara are both AMAZING providers. As the practice has grown and evolved, theyve brought in more staff and providers and, while Christina and Sara will always be our favorites, weve loved every single provider weve seen. Over the last 4 1/2 years since they opened, my daughter and I have accumulated roughly 20 visits between us so weve been able to watch as the practice has grown and made many great additions, particularly the on site pharmacy that recently opened and the pharmacist behind the counter who is beyond kind and helpful. Even though we have a primary physician, we will ALWAYS remain loyal Get Well Urgent Care customers/patients. The entire team from the physicians, nurses, and techs, to the staff at the front counter AND the new pharmacist, are AMAZING and Im so thankful for the care and kindness they have always shown to my daughter and me at every single visit.

Staff was courteous and kind, brought my daughter in this morning and they took wonderful care of her. They were very patient and explained her care plan in detail to me. Considering how long the line is, the staff is very quick and so incredibly sweet!! I called beforehand for instructions and the person on the phone was so polite and informative. Front desk was friendly and thorough when taking my information, and the person who swabbed me, apologized more than once for the wait (which is not their fault), knew how nervous I was and was so gentle and kind and even handed me water when I left.The only complaint is that I had to park at a school because there was no available parking, but with a line that long I would expect it. Worth a 35 min drive for the great service!

Went Sunday morning and there was no wait. It is clean and professional here. The whole staff is personable and efficient. Especially Nino and PA Kristina. I’ve been before and will be back again for after hour needs.

Like others I have also been receiving an endless amount of texts (since Apr 2023) for covid tests back in December 2021.Back then I was told that my insurance would cover all the tests so I don’t understand why I’m getting charged 1.5 years later?Thankfully I got it disputed by the billing company (who said those charges shouldn’t be there) or else I would have been scammed out of $280.

The office staff was very professional.The dr was in to see me within minutes of the nurse checking my vitals and running tests.The office is clean.If meds are required they call them in promptly following my visit.

I want to take a moment to call out the incredible experience I had at Get Well Urgent Care of Madison Heights. Upon my arrival I was quickly taken to a room where Medical Assistants, Amanda and Upi listened to my concerns, took my vitals and insured that I was comfortable. The Provider, Christian, then did his own evaluation, which was very thorough. At no time did I feel rushed and his Bedside manner was professional and empathetic. I left feeling very optimistic that I would be feeling much better soon. I highly recommend the center for a comprehensive, high quality evaluation and diagnosis.

This urgent care was the most clean and inviting branch I have ever been to. All medical professionals/staff were masked, friendly, and quick.

Everyone on staff is extremely nice and helpful. The wait times are not long (usually less than 5 mins, slightly longer if they are really busy). The doctors are really thorough and kind. Ive been here multiple times for my kids or myself and always had a wonderful experience!

I felt safe. I was able to tell the truth to the treating physician and instead of receiving judgement, I was treated with compassion and mutual respect. I would recommend this office to another or their family members and I would return at a future date for myself or my children.

I came in with a gnarly cut on my finger requiring stitches immediately. Thankfully, Arsenia got me all fixed up in no time with the help of Yasmeen! They handled the situation with a very friendly and professional attitude and I’m glad they were there to help me out when I needed it most. I wouldn’t have rather gone anywhere else!

The clinic is extremely clean. Everyone was professional and friendly. I brought my 10 month old in for a cough, congestion and fever. They ran tests, and made sure any questions I had were answered before we left. They were very thorough.

I had never been to this urgent care before. This place has definitely set a new standard for me for urgent cares. It felt like a quaint doctors office, complete with a nice little kid play area, and friendly staff. I only spent a few minutes in the room waiting for the doctor, who seemed incredibly intelligent/knowledgeable as well as compassionate. I have incredible doctor anxiety, and this was a huge breath of fresh air. Bonus, my treatment plan is working very well! Will absolutely be back, and have already been recommending to my family.

When we cant get into our regular doctor we often come here, its always clean and the staff is friendly. They get you in and out fast as well!

Urgent care was super clean with VERY pleasant staff. I was taken to the exam room very quickly. Did wait 30-40 minutes for the doctor. But that’s fine by me. I was diagnosed with inner and outer ear infection. Also notified by the doctor 90 minutes later that I had covid. Overall, sure beats hours upon hours in an emergency room

I was in and out within 30 minute and everyone was very polite and professional. I got text notifications and emails with links to my test results so I could see them as soon as they were ready. Fast and efficient, a great experience overall as far as COVID testing goes.

This is my UC of choice. I have been coming here since they opened some years ago and have never had a bad experience. Always kind, helpful and professional and when I need help with my insulin script for instance they are always amenable to writing supplies to ride me over until I can see my PCP. I definitely recommend this facility.

Generally in my experience, most urgent cares just try to get you in and out. Not the case here. They actually take care of you here. The staff was very friendly! Everyone had a smile on their face and was very welcoming. Sara the PA was awesome, very informative and concerned about my issues. This was the best Urgent Care Ive been to and I would highly recommend. Services were fast, but I was there when they first opened; it does tend to get busy, just have patience because its definitely worth the wait!

Had another positive experience at Get Well Urgent Care in Madison Heights. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. The PA that I saw was very informative, caring and answered all of my questions. I feel they spend all the time you need with them without feeling rushed through the visit. I would recommend them for any time you need care. I have gone several times for different treatments and never had a negative experience.

Second time I was here and I was very happy/pleased with the care and service. The tech took my vitals. The PA Christian was exceptional! He ask all the good questions, he explained everything and why the tests. He was concerned with my health after coughing for two weeks. Had me take X-rays of lungs to rule out pneumonia, did flu testing and Covid testing as I work with small children. He was not in a hurry to be done. I was very grateful for this facility. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Fantastic service!The facility is clean; the staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Ive never been helped so quickly as I was at Get Well. I was nervous when I was told I needed some pictures taken, because Ive had X-Rays done at other urgent cares with less than fantastic results, but Get Well was by far the most painless and professional. Honestly, I spent more time at the pharmacy (not the fault of Get Well,) getting my scripts filled than I did in the urgent care.I dont hope to be back anytime soon, but I would come back for sure.

The doctors here have always been attentive, thorough, and responsive. I’d like to find a PCP who I hold in the same esteem as this place. Excellent care for a variety of issues I’ve seen them for. Thanks y’all

I have been to this clinic several times and have always had a positive experience. I work in the medical field and am impressed with the high quality of care provided at Get Well Urgent Care. The staff are excellent. Kind, welcoming, supportive, efficient and its evident they care for people. Theyre definately not there just to do the job for a paycheck like you see at many places. The medical team of docs, PA and NPs are excellent! Supportive and caring. They are very thorough and educated and take time with their patients. The quality of care is exceptional. This clinic is fast, efficient, no long waiting. They call back to follow up. The docs will personally call me if there are any problems. I would recommend going to this clinic above all others!!

I was really impressed with the professional service they provided. I came with my son who had fewer and sore throat for more than 5 days despite all the OTC meds I was giving him. The doctor was very nice and knolwledgeable. She knew right away what was wrong with my son. No waiting time. In and out in 20 minutes (it was Sunday afternoon).

From check-in, the PCA, to the PA & Physician, everyone was kind & attentive. The wait was not too long. I also like the updates that are being made. It is spacious, so social distancing is still possible, clean & attractive. It is my “go to” Urgent Care. I am happy to have it close to my home if/when needed for myself & my family.
