Garden OBGYN at Queens Boulevard

I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this facility. I underwent an important ultrasound that was supposed to be sent to my OBGYN clinic and uploaded to the portal for my doctor to review. These results are critical and time-sensitive, as they directly impact my medical care and the decisions my doctor needs to make.Despite calling them over 10 times across more than a week, they kept redirecting me, making empty promises to send the results but never following through. Shockingly, they have now blocked our number, making it impossible to get in touch with them. This is outrageous behavior, especially since we paid for these services and expected them to handle such important medical information responsibly.Their complete disregard for patients and their health is unacceptable. Withholding results and ignoring requests is beyond unprofessional—it’s unethical. I am reporting them to the appropriate authorities for this negligence.I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, and most importantly, their health. Stay away!

Posting from my husband’s account:I had a terrible experience with this OB-GYN office. I was scheduled for an NT ultrasound at their Brooklyn location, and they confirmed my appointment three times before the exam. However, when I showed up, they told me I was never scheduled, leaving me completely blindsided. Instead of taking accountability, the staff tried to make it seem like it was my mistake.They rescheduled me at their Queens location, but that turned into an even bigger nightmare. I had to endure a long wait, and the staff there were incredibly rude and dismissive. When I explained my situation and the inconvenience they caused, they outright ignored me. On top of everything, I ended up waiting for over three hours to be seen.This level of unprofessionalism and lack of compassion from a medical office is unacceptable, especially for a patient dealing with such an important and time-sensitive exam. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. They clearly don’t value their patients’ time or well-being.

It was an amazing experience, when you walked in the bright cheery decor really hit me , it was so uplifting. Absolutely beautiful, the staff were so sweet and so accommodating, last minute I realized I had an unexpected client coming to my house, I was pretty disappointed since I was finally taking care of myself so when I went to reschedule, but the staff said no problem we will make this happen for you and get you out on time. I was blown away at their consideration, they seemed very professional and the NP , was through and gentle. Great experience!!!

Excellent service and first experience as a patient I arrived earlier and was welcomed with warm sweet care team members, the receptionist was extremely helpful during my first visit. The doctor was beyond amazing. The atmosphere felt warm welcoming and also exceptionally clean and classy. Exquisite experience overall. Thank you all! ❤️

Being pregnant with my first baby, I was high risk and petrified. Alina, Hazel and the staff at garden obgyn really made my experience much easier. They are so accommodating and kind. I am happy to be a patient here.

Very friendly staff. The provider was excellent. Clean lovely office. Bit of a wait though but, unfortunately that’s the case at 99 percent of doctor’s offices.

This is my second time visited to this place. AndThe staff was very kind and caring . The doctor was also very friendly and caring . They will you explain to you what does your report say. The environment is so clean and tidy . I highly recommend to my family & friends.

Horrible wait times and impossible turn around times to get docs from doctor. They overbook and you wait for hours in the tiny office. One Sono room didnt have the monitor working so you could even see the baby. They lack care feels like they pump people in to maximize $$.

Had such a horrible experience here. They told me they accepted my insurance then when I arrived in person they told me they didnt accept my insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. Front desk was not helpful at all and now wont tell me the gender of my baby

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The place was beyond beautiful & the staff extremely pleasant..the doctor was caring… she’s wasn’t in a rush, she listen & thats how all providers should be. I have absolutely nothing negative to say…..

Have been going here for years and Ive just stayed with them out of convenience. Nothing is good about this place, they cancel appointment without telling you, scheduling appointments is very difficult with the receptionists, they do not make it easy to access your medical records. I do not recommend this place, they are not a patient first facility.

This was my first visit and I am so amazed by everyone I met today. Every nurse/doctor i met with very respectful, supportive, and caring. I’m very glad I chose Garden ObGyn!

Garden OBGYN needs to stop offshoring their call center to a single random woman who clearly does not know what shes doing. I have had nothing but problems trying to get in touch with anyone from this practice simply because it is impossible to actually reach anyone who works here. A year ago they did not use this service so I am incredibly confused why they have gone this route. It is disgusting and shameless that they have decided to cheap out in this way.I first spoke with this woman and she cancelled my appointment even though I explicitly texted her NOT to do that. I spoke with her again asking her to ask the doctor for a doctors note and to expedite my lab results as they are still not done and are the basis for the procedure Im supposed to be getting. She said she would. But the next day came and I still did not have my doctors note nor the test results. I called again in the morning and she said she spoke to the office manager and they would be uploading the doctors note ASAP. Two hours later I called again because it was STILL not there and was informed that actually the office is closed. What???? I was JUST told they spoke to an office manager??? So they just straight up LIED about talking to an office manager. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Garden OBGYN should be ashamed of themselves for trying to cheap out in this way.My lab results are taking forever and I have been unable to get a doctors note to provide to my workplace. Do not reply with a stupid generic message because I have already tried talking about my concerns.

Very clean, professional and respectable staff. I would recommend just be ready to wait about 2.5 hours for all the procedures to be done.

Office is beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Doctors are not on site but NPs are knowledgeable, professional and also very kind. The wait time a little long but the courtesy of the NPs makes up for it, I guess.

This is a great place to go if you want to spend time and money going to an appointment here without being privy to your own test results because you have to pull teeth to get them. Absolutely go here if you want to spend months trying to get your results because they keep forgetting to upload it to the portal and give you the runaround week after week when you call to ask for them. Well call you back Well tell them to upload the labs to the portal Well look into it for you. The people who can give you the results arent here now but Ill have them give you a call ad nauseum. I never had this problem with their other locations. I havent heard of a doctor taking over 2 and a half months to give results in my entire life.

I love the place, and the staff are very polite and kind. I’m happy that they are well-prepared for any kind of test to be done on-site.

The Queens Blvd location is very convenient to get to. The staff and doctor were great and there was little to no wait time.

Sonographer was very rough while doing my ultrasound . They were confusing me with information. I had asked some questions and they couldn’t seem to answer them.

Let me start by saying I love the doctor who saw me, no complaining there. The staff....several ladies I encountered did not give me any smile, did not explain things. Its only because Ive been through some hospital visits already, I know many questions that I have to get clear answers before I leave the place. If I was completely new to this, I would miss so much information and leave the clinic without knowing what to expect next. Of all the clinics and hospitals Ive been to, I have never seen so many poker faces and so little information explained.

I am not one to write reviews but I have to for this place. It is by far the most alarming gyno office I have ever visited.I am in my first trimester and went to this place when I was about 5 weeks, they took me and took an ultrasound as well as took a urine sample and blood test. These were all good signs as most places won’t take you in until you hit about 10 weeks. I’ve had suffered a miscarriage perviously so I was very nervous and anxious. The first visit they told me everything looked like it was developing and to come the following week to check viability. After that appointment I kept coming once a week, they took an ultrasound as well as blood work and urine sample every single time I came in. Doctors said everything looked great and my blood work looked great, despite me complaining about abdominal pain as well as getting sick and developed a low grade fever. They said it was all due to pregnancy. I trusted the process and trusted the doctors especially since they were taking blood work and urine sample every single time I came in for a visit.After my last visit when they told me everything looked great, two days later I felt really unwell and noticed a significant amount of blood in my urine. I immediately went to the ER where they told me I had a UTI and needed to get it treated immediately especially since I was pregnant. My white blood cells were elevated and it was clear I had an infection. I was in SHOCK because I was going to THIS obgyn for WEEKS and no one detected or noticed my blood work or urine? I was so alarmed and furious.I was contemplating on going back discussing it with my partner if we should or not. But what really did it for me was there doctor. I had a receptionist from this office call me to let me know that my blood work came back off and I needed to see my primary care doctor or an endocrinologist. I had no idea what an endocrinologist was and asked the receptionist what this means she replied and said just see your primary care. I pushed back and said no you said see an endocrinologist what is that and what does it mean, she paused and had to Google search what this word meant. Not only was she unable to answer my questions about my blood work and what was “off” but she had no idea what any of the information she was providing me was. I do not blame this receptionist at all, she was nice and relaying a message. Who is at fault here is the doctors and nurses, if you are talking about someone’s blood work and there is a cause for concern in this blood work even if it’s a minor concern it should come from the doctor NOT the receptionist. I let the receptionist know immediately that this was very concerning that she was reading me my blood work and not the doctor.I got a call from a doctor a day later, I did not pick up because the call came from a no call caller ID number and the voicemail this doctor provided me was so unprofessional it was insane. She didn’t state her name in the voicemail nor did she provide a call back number even though she asked me to reach out to her.Needless to say, I won’t be back here. And if you do go please be on top of your blood work and ask for all paper work. Do not just rely on what the doctors tell you.

My visit to this location on Queens Blvd was pleasant the office is clean and very much accommodating. The staff were professional and kind,however it was very complicated on finding the initial office room. If i may suggest placing some arrows leading to the door.

I gave birth to a beauty and healthy child 💕 my Ob, sono tech and MA went above and beyond, it’s nice to see great health care customer service now a days! If I had to give an honest rating I would say 10/10! ⭐️ I am going to take advantage of their preventative care as well since my aunt passed from breast cancer 🙏🏻 Thank you Garden Ob/Gyn!

Garden is perhaps the best gyn ever, this new loaction is very covenient for me as the rego park location i was required to take the train. usually when i visited past gyn the receptionist always made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable but not here. the staff is always pleasent and accomidating. the wait times were minimal and the the provider had the best personality and made me feel respected. any questions well well explained and understood. there was an issue with my insuarnce but they help me with an affortable payment plan. would def recommend and look foward to coming back :) .

Avoid. They scheduled me here after ive been going to the Austin street location for about 7 years. I get here, the building looks broken down. Finally found the entrance, got buzzer in, no directions to the place. It says it in level a, the elevator doesnt have an a. I call the number, no one knows anything, no one answers. Walking from room to room, after 30 minutes I left. Yall dont go here. Better off being sick than coming here, honestly

My experience at this location was amazing and smooth as it can be, starting with the front desk girls they are very welcoming from the moment you come in, next i would say will be the Medical Assistant she was amazing the way she asks the question i told her all my concerns regarding this pregnancy and she was noting them down, just because for me is like starting again because it been 10 yrs since my last pregnancy and everything is basically new to me. I also find it very convinient for me for the location because its only a few stops away from my house and right of queens blvd as well so that is even better. Then i would like to continue with the sonographer she was really amazing and very gentle and allowed me to bring my kids in not many placed allow this and i like this, my next person will be the Nurse Practitioner she was amazing from the way she introduced herself to all the questions she allowed me to ask i felt very welcoming to this. I would recomend Garden ObGyn in a blink of an eye with no hesitations.
