The individual who worked with me was extremely kind. I am usually a difficult lab draw because I was in the hospital a lot as a child and young adult and for some reason as I got older my labs became increasingly more difficult to obtain sometimes where people would try 8 or mores times. She was kind and patient with me even when several other people were coming in for their appointments. She strategized and was able to get my blood work done. I am very happy with my experience.

First experience was great with getting the lab done. Had to go in today for the results because they never were sent to me. The lady had attitude and was unpleasant. Literally goes “it’s in your email it’s under a portal”. So I asked her what it’s under and then proceeded to not be able to pull it up. She complained the whole 2 minutes it took her to print a sheet.

I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE at this Lab. The staff was AMAZING, VERY HELPFUL and VERY UNDERSTANDING of my situation. I will recommend this place to all my friends. I had a post DOT accident urine analysis and the staff was ABSOLUTELY A BLESSING!!!! Thank you SO MUCH Any Lab Test Now. 👍🏾

I just had a follow up for a blood draw and this person isnt rude shes overwhelmed because shes greeting customers, shes answer the phone and shes performing the tests. So that deserves 5stars because I could never do that. Thank you for doing your best !

Ronda tge lady working was so kind and patience with me when I was there to get my finger prints done!! If I need any labs done I will go back there! Thanks for having really good customer service..

I had a great experience at this lab. The staff, (didnt get her name) helped me to schedule my appointment over the phone. I was so happy my results came just in time for my doctors appointment. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with a lab! :) Would definitely recommend this lab to friends and family

Very rude personnel and very bad service.We schedule an appointment online for a random testing for one of our employees. Our employee went there, took the test, sign the paper that they provided to him and left. When he sent us the picture of the form we noticed that there is a different name and different DOB, so we called them to let them know about this mistake. The lady who responded to our call started to blame it on us that we scheduled the test for the wrong person, we were trying to explain to her that the bar code that is on our employee’s form, doesn’t match with the bar code she put in their system to look up for the appointment. She didn’t wanted to listen to us, she was very rude and didn’t give us any explanation, she just hang up the phone in our face. Mistakes can happen but at least be nice! They charged the payment too, and now we have to repeat the test and spend extra money. Besically our employee provided his sample for another person.

I walked in having a bad day and left with a smile after laughing! All I needed was a fingerprint done and got more than that. The two lady’s in the front should be on tv! They are comedy themselves!! Thank you to those lady’s for that and I recommend this lab for anyone

I walked out and scheduled with Akron lab because the lady at the front desk was unbelievable,the absolute rudest person Ive ever met. I drove 45 minutes to a different facility to avoid that woman. She needs to never work with the public.Never.Has anyone else encountered her?!Go to Akron on White Pond Rd facility.

This was my first time coming to the facility and Ronda greeted me and helped me figure out what I needed done. It was an easy process and took no time. I highly recommend this office!!

I had such a good experience at this location. The very nice phlebotomist had dealt with a crabby customer right before me but she really did not allow that to ruin her day! She was extremely personable and we joked while she drew my blood. My Peekaboo gender results were back within 2 very short days (and we’re having a BOY)! I appreciate the ease and the distinct lack of bruising on my arm where she drew from. :)

The lady that did my fingerprinting today was honestly one of the rudest people I have dealt with. Her attitude towards me was terrible and I was nothing but nice (in the beginning). When she asked me for my 2 forms of ID I handed her my driver’s license and said I can also give my social security number. When I told her I didn’t have my social security card, but I could give her my number she gave me the dirtiest look and threw her head back. She started walking towards the hallway and when she got to the hallway I could barely hear her say “come with me” (with attitude). When she was taking my fingerprints she wasn’t even helping to make sure I was doing it properly, and then got frustrated and said “you literally have to have your fingers flat on the scanner”. When I was done she handed me my license and said “here’s your license you’re done have a good day”. I knew from the first little bit of interaction I had with this lady that I should’ve just walked out and rescheduled it for another facility. She needs a major attitude adjustment if she is going to continue to deal with the public.

This place was great staff was very friendly quick services and everyone was professional and hassle free thank yall so much for making this process easy for me

I had a very horrible experience. The attendant was as rude as rude can be. I was there to get Fingerprints taken for my job. And bixby completely got upset when my fingerprints wouldnt take talking to me like I was stupid and im not doing it right. I didnt get her name but it was the canton office. Somebody needs to do something..

Scheduling was easy and convenient. Time spent in the facility was efficient.

When I got my first test, they told me I’d have results in less than three days. It took over a week and I had to call and ask for them that I can live with.Then I went in for my second draw. They said I would hear back within three days. I never did get results from that test. Two weeks later was still trying to ask them what happened with no answers.They finally told me the lab had spilt my sample.So I decided I would go back to them one more time. Online said they were open Saturday so I called and got no answer. So I called other branches and they all confirmed that they were open and that one should be open. I drove over and of course they were not open. I did not have one but three bad experiences with this location.So I called and asked for a refund. And instead of immediately give me a refund I have to wait for an owner to call me back. Really!?I am self-employed and would not wanna leave anybody a bad review, but this is ridiculous.

Great knowledgeable staff, convenient location, and I had my results in 48 hours. I highly recommended this facility for anyone who needs lab work!!

I didnt catch her name, but the woman who helped me was super nice and very helpful to me. She helped me pick a different test package that was more economical than the way my doctors office had ordered it. Thanks, Ill be back! (even though I hate needles haha)

Called 12/4/23 a few minutes after 8a. I was explaining to the woman I spoke to who I didn’t catch her name, that my doctor gave me a Natera NIPT test, and that I spoke to my insurance to confirm if the test was covered or not. Insurance told me I needed a Lab Procedure Code and to call the location I was planning on doing the test to get this code. I called this location because it was listed as affiliated with Natera. I was explaining this information to the lady I was speaking with, on my end it didn’t sound like I interrupted her but she let out the biggest sigh in the world so I stopped speaking and with a massive amount of attitude says “let me know when I can speak,” I said “sorry go ahead,” she then said something along the lines of we’re affiliated and do Natera tests if that’s what you’re asking. Which it was not even close to what I had asked her. I don’t appreciate the attitude I received on the phone, it was unnecessary and her snarky ‘answer’ wasn’t even remotely close to the information I was trying to obtain.I will not be using Any Test Lab in the future as this experience was off putting, and not the kind of people I want to interact with again.

The day of the test was fast and smooth but we were told it would take a week and a half for the results and its going on 4 weeks now with no results. Everytime I call and ask, they tell me that theres nothing they can do and theyre waiting on the lab. They advertise 5-7 business days. I understand it could take longer, but not this long. Every day we wait, more problems are caused in our household without these results. I am not a happy mama at all.

Quick and painless! Exceptionally clean facility and personable lab tech. My appointment at 8 AM was done by 8:10AM, with all the information I needed, to know when to expect my lab results. I will use Any Lab Test Now again!

The people who work here are absolutely amazing! They were able to get my PCR covid test done and results in under a day! They saved my reunion trip to see my family abroad after 2 years of pandemic, as the results for my first test from CVS never came in. The inside is extremely clean and comfortable as well. I have nothing negative to say about any lab test now! Keep being awesome guys! Thank you again for all your help and assistance:)
