Planned Parenthood - Canton Center

Accompanied my friend and we waited a long time for her to be seen past her appt time. That’s fine, I get it.However they somehow got her mixed up and put her on an antibiotic it turned out later she didn’t need. I’m really hoping this was a one off super rarity bc this is very not okay. Who ever put her on the antibiotic also didn’t document/chart the UA results? They did call to correct their mistake and that’s appreciated.Not sure what systems they have in terms of checks and balances and/or folks not doing their due diligence, but they definitely need to get it together and quickly.

The staff were caring, efficient and very personable. Im new to the north country, so I went for a yearly checkup, and couldnt be more happy. They were thorough with my intake and I left feeling heard, seen and taken care of.

Kindest staff ever, came in scared and they calmed me down and helped me. I couldn’t get the help I needed in my home state and they helped me with everything I needed. I am eternally grateful for this company and staff.

Receptionist that I spoke with was unwelcoming and curt.
