To be honest, the whole process of egg retrieval is very overwhelming. There are so many medications and so much to do to get it done. I am so thankful for the folks at SandsRx. The communication is on point and so is the customer service. I received a huge box of meds that I had no idea what to with or how to use. SandsRx has a service where they will go over EVERYTHING with you. I was so stressed out but once I had my video call with Amy H. I felt so much better. I really liked that they offered this service to go over all the medications and that it was a video call that I could take from home. I would recommend SandsRx and Amy hands down to anyone who goes through this process. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had called a few weeks ago to get some refills on my prescription and Valerie was so helpful! She was quick to send over the refills requests and called me back once they were done.Such a sweet young lady, she made the process super easy so thank you Valerie!!

This used to be a reliable pharmacy, but the service has gone downhill in the past year. Phone wait times are consistently over 15 min and they have messed up my dosages several times. Twice they have been out of the compound and didn’t notify me. When I’ve tried auto ship, they ship out way too early, which ends up costing more money. I plan to switch pharmacies asap!

This place is excellent in service from the who gave us the medicine 💊 and checked us out. We came to the wrong location and she swiftly took care of us by calling and getting it switched over and the Pharmacist was excellent too, he was very detailed about the medication we were gonna use. Had a bit of a problem in the beginning with a prescription . Got a call from Brian and he made arrangements to have my prescription delivered. Same day. He went above and beyond to save my perception of a pharmacy we have used for years. My faith has been restored thanks again.

Updated Review: Im editing my review after a conversation I had on the phone with someone from the pharmacy. Id left fewer stars because the pharmacy does not routinely file compounded prescriptions with insurance companies. The person I spoke to listened with empathy and took into consideration some ways that the pharmacy could be more transparent up front about their business model; I also listened with empathy about the stores need to place their employees in the positions that would keep their business sustainable and their employees compensated fairly. All in all, Sands is really a phenomenal pharmacy. They took the extra step to call my insurance to see if the medication was covered (it was rejected, even though the insurance rep assured me that it was covered), so in a situation that is naturally stressful and confusing, its nice to see that they try to make accommodations where possible. Thanks, Sands! Old Review: I like this pharmacy, but they refuse to file compounded prescriptions with your insurance company even when the insurance company confirms that the compounded formula is fully covered. This policy shifts the paperwork and expense and stress back onto the patient, so rather than being a source of comfort, the pharmacy becomes a source of anxiety and frustration. Please consider changing this policy. There’s no reason why you can’t file a prescription with an insurance company who is willing to cover it.

After multiple attempts to get everything in order, Valerie was a big help and walked me through the process of getting my meds ordered. It is my first time, so we shall see going forward if everything goes as smooth as I am hoping it will be.

Shout out to Lluvia and her team !! my doctor was dropping the ball and these guys go out of the way to call the doctor and call me right back to fix my problem , so I can have my medicine on time !! We’ve been using SandsRX for 2+ years for IVF medications. No problems until recently. It was time to order more meds and we were told not to use the messaging feature. We have always placed our orders this way. But no big deal. We called a few times and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Kinda sucks when you need time sensitive meds. So we changed pharmacies and got prompt service.

Excellent service. They were quick to send a quote for my prescription and made it easy to make a payment….AND they deliver. All very fast and for less than my pharmacy down the street!

It is 6 days past the date of delivery. I call daily, no one seems to tell me if and when I will receive my purchase . Rx was accepted from Dr, money was accepted by bank, yet still no product. Hmmmm

Everyone at SandsRX has been great. Customer service, response times, and detailed information each step of the way are top notch! They also can have things delivered in a really timely manner. For my particular situation, there are a lot of prescriptions coming across so Ive had a lot of communication with them:) Amy jumped on a video call with me to run through the medication and how to administer. She too was incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Overall great experience and Id highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Unreliable and unresponsive. Told me my prescription would be ready the day I called; then told me it was delayed until the next day; When I came to pick up the following day they then told me it wouldn’t be ready for another week. Ultimately took a month to get my prescription filled.

Bad experience at the pharmacy lluvia had an unpleasant attitude gave me a very bad mood. Wait times are consistently over 25 mins and they have messed up my dosages several times. 😒

My fertility doctor sent my prescription to Sands and from the very start I was impressed with their prompt response, convenient way to communicate with their staff and professionalism. They answered all my questions and guided me through the whole process. Some of the people who helped me were Kaylie, Lesley, and Sarah. They are wonderful. They went above and beyond my expectations. When I thought I needed one medication the same day, they helped by giving me different options to obtain that. They even contacted my doctor as well and he said the next day would be fine and so I was able to order through them. Their next day delivery was prompt and everything was packaged very well. I have never been more frustrated with a pharmacy. I had a local pharmacy that was wonderful and unfortunately closed down, so my dermatologist sent an Rx that is no longer available locally so that it could be shipped to my home. The first time everything went smoothly and the Rx, which is to be refrigerated prior to dispense and cannot be above room temperature once dispensed, was shipped on ice packs. The second time, it was shipped without ice, but the weather was mild; however, the medication was no longer as effective as it had in previous months. Most recently, it was left on my doorstep, in the sun, in 93F weather. No tracking number was sent to me prior to delivery, so I had no notice of when it was coming, thus it sat in the sun for several hours. So, I tried contacting this pharmacy three different days during business hours and could never speak to anyone. Finally, I got through and transferred around to various people. The last person I spoke to spoke with two pharmacists. The first said that the medication was fine. It is not! The box clearly states that the medication should not be above 77F and I already saw reduced efficiency previously. The second pharmacist said that I had to return the medication at my own expense and only then would they consider sending me a replacement. This is blasphemous and gross incompetence of their pharmacy staff. This medication is in the hundreds of dollars without insurance and they have already claimed with my insurance so I have no benefit to get a working replacement this month.

Ive been trying to get 2 prescriptions filled since the 8th of Jan. (still dont have them)This pharmacy is VERY hard to make contact with. You can EXPECT to be on hold for at least 15-30 mintutes. (3 Star)UPDATED REVIEW::: Within 30 min of posting this review yesterday, a gentleman by the name of Brian reached out to me, and we discussed my issue and he said he would make a call to the lab and call me back. He was very prompt to getting back to me. Brian apologized for the delays, and informed me that my meds would be processed and sent out that evening. I just received my meds just like he said. The service he provided was top notch and very appreciated. I was considering moving to my local pharmacy, but now I think Ill keep my meds here with SandsRX.Thank you Brian! (5 Star)

I was unable to speak with Mahdi, but did speak with the pharmacist. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my dilemma. After discussing options, I opted to try the prescription again. He was amazing, Sands does have excellent customer service, and very understanding as well as empathetic. I will also receive a replacement as soon as tomorrow. ***Communication is all that it took to resolve my issue.*** My hesitation is no longer valid and everything has been 100% satisfactorily rectified.

Great compounding pharmacy! The RX shipping service is very slow, be sure to get your doctor to get refills in BEFORE you need them, which is almost impossible. Had to pick up my Rx this time, pharmacy is nice, clean and well stocked. Carries PURE line for supplements, vitamins.

SandsRX was always very responsive when I would message them questions. Everything was delivered so quickly and not damaged! Also I almost ran out of meds and Paige went above and beyond to help me get what I needed, even on a weekend. I also greatly appreciate Alex who drove all the way from Birmingham to deliver me some medication on a Saturday! Great staff and would definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service. I needed fertility medications filled after hours on a Saturday. The pharmacist met with me to get me my medications on time. I dont know of any other pharmacy that would do this.

Theyhave been great for the last 2 years until about 4 months ago. The price almost doubled for my prescription and went from 48 to 72 hrs delivery to 2 weeks plus. They totally botched it this time and have offered no reasons. I wonder if there was a change in management or something, there has been a definite change though. Finally got a excuse. They were out of ice chest. Sounds a little lame and made up. I dont know. I have to give credit were it is due. Thefolks at sands contacted me and absolutely assured me the problem had been addressed and made it absolutely right. This guy was sincere and wasnt just giving lip service. I couldnt have been more impressed with the thoughtfulness. Sometimes we learn more from mistakes and how they are handled. No one is perfect but Im convinced they are trying. Thanks Sands

Im so thankful I was referred to this pharmacy for my fertility medications. At first I thought they were just great because they were the cheapest, but their customer service has proven time and time again just how amazing of a company they are. Each time I order its a smooth process and they ship out same day for next day delivery. I even had a situation where FedEx didnt deliver my meds and Melissa went above and beyond to figure out why, contacted them, filed a case and make sure they delivered them as they were temperature sensitive. I wont go anywhere else for my pharmaceutical needs!

Location was difficult to find. Didnt handle the medication that I needed. Staff did try and help suggest another pharmacy. I appreciated the help!

I was having a problem with one of the compounds that was made for me to help me with my diabetes. The pharmacist took the time to listen to me and work with me over a total of five weeks to try different approaches to solving the issue that I was experiencing. Most pharmacists would not have gone to the extreme levels of genuinely trying to understand why my body was not accepting the compound, but this group of pharmacists took the time to understand me and put me first over finances. I can’t thank the Sands RX team enough for doing everything they did to help me. I have dealt with 3 different pharmacies including SandsRX at hey we’re the only one to get the prescription and fill it same day. They were the cheapest and their customer service representative were kind knowledgeable in the process and medications. They made the process easier than the other two companies I dealt with.

As a pharmacy customer, I am very impressed with the exceptional service provided by Julie in having a compounded hormone prescription speedily filled and delivered in record time. Julie is an asset to Sands Rx.

I’ve dealt with quite a few specialty pharmacies since beginning IVF and SandsRx has been the best experience by far! The staff are so friendly and treated me so kindly. It can be overwhelming making sure you’re getting the right medication you need and their staff were so patient with me along the way and made it so easy! I was truly blown away by the care they provided me as a customer and will certainly return to them with any medication needs!

Edit: I had originally posted a negative review because I was frustrated about the lack of communication regarding several medication refills. However, SandsRX Pharmacy reached out to me to rectify the situation. They offered to reimburse me for the medication refill, plus pay for my next two refills. Thank you to Lisa for helping me out! I had an amazing experience with SandsRX for my fertility medications. The process of IVF is unbelievably stressful but Ivan and Leslie made such a major impact on my journey today. Ridiculous price increase on my med. Was $60.00 now $85.00.Called another reputable compounding pharmacy and Im now getting the same med for $45.00! I should have checked prices before even having it filled here the first time.Not sure if its true but when I called my doctors office to let her know about this she mentioned that she thinks they changed owners.

SandsRx made the process of ordering fertility medication simple. I called multiple times and each time the staff was so compassionate and easy to work with. Annette really went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease. I would order from them again in a heart beat. My package arrived within a day of processing and was organized so neatly and easy to understand.

I was alittle skeptical doing a Google meet, but once connected everything went beyond great. I was able to see visually step by step things I will need to know..and any questions I had were answered on the spot. Mrs.Hicks was amazing and recommend her for any future clients.

I stopped in to pick up a prescription for my husband last night expecting to walk in, get my script, and walk out in a matter of minutes. Luckily for me the script was not ready. Typically this would be a point of contention for me since I am always in a rush but it so happened that this was not the case yesterday so I was content to wait on it. Like I said lucky for me I needed to wait a short while for them to finish the process. During my wait, Julie, the extremely kind lady at the front counter noticed what products I seemed to be interested in and came out from behind the counter and engaged in a conversation with me about the products I seemed to be interested in. It became clear to me that she wasnt interested in just a quick sale; she wanted to make sure I knew what I was purchasing, and when appropriate, she would draw from her personal experience from products she tried. She was very knowledgeable, patient and truly interested in my concerns/questions about the various products we discussed. It was such a pleasant surprise. During our interactions a gentleman by the name of Mahdi also engaged with me to talk about my prescription and any product questions I had. He too was extremely nice, patient and kind. It was clear to me that he was headed out the door but instead of rushing me and trying to get my questions answered because he was leaving for the day, he took off his coat, addressed my order, and made sure my script was filled quickly and accurately and with a smile the entire time. Not a courtesy smile, a GENUINE we are glad you stopped in type of smile. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! In the day of modern technology and this fast paced world we all live in nowadays it was nice to know that SandsRX and its staff dont see you as a quick sale, they see you as a person and a valued customer. What a refreshing change. Like I said in the beginning, lucky for ME my script was not ready because if it had been I may have missed out and knowing the full extent of their attention to details and extraordinary customer service. This pharmacy is hard to reach. I have difficulty every month with my prescription. Again called 8 days ago no response. Never know if my script will be filled. It’s frightening not knowing if my script will be filled on time

My doctor sent prescription in to Sands on Sunday evening.9I have used them before and wanted to help a local business). I knew they were not opened so I waited until Monday at 12:50 pm to call. I was on hold for 18 minutes before anyone picked up the phone. I was told they had received my medication and they would be calling me back. Never received a call so on Tuesday morning I called once again. This time i reached someone immediately. I asked what was the status of my prescription. I was told that the pharmacy was reviewing the prescription. She put me on hold, and then told me that they would have to order the medication and it would take a day or two. It would have been nice if was told that on Monday!!! The nice lady did how ever transfer my medicine to CVS and called to let me know that it was transferred. If you need you medicine quickly do not used this pharmacy! This was an antibiotic and an inhaler.

I’d like to start by saying how incredibly kind the staff is… every person I spoke with took their time with me and answered all of my questions with ease. (Shout out to AJ for being extra kind to me and just being a genuinely awesome person!!) Now let’s talk about cost, my mind was BLOWN with the price difference. I am currently going through IVF and it’s not cheap. Using this pharmacy truly saved us financially! Also, when they said overnight they legit meant overnight! My package shipped out at 7pm and arrived before 11am the next day🤯. I am forever grateful for my experience with SandsRx! I cannot thank you guys enough!!

Christian was fantastic in helping to ensure that my prescription was delivered in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond to ship it to a new location, overnight and out of town, so that my daughter could take it with her to camp! I appreciate the great customer service and bias for action!

Seriously the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Every worker seemed miserable and uninterested. I called early and asked what time I could pickup the prescription and when I arrived was told “let me check if we even have that”. Ummm, why did I drive all the way here if you don’t have it and who the heck did I talk to on the phone that said you did. Next, I was told give us 10 minutes…30 minutes later still no prescription and the front counter worker seemed so upset that I was even asking about the progress of the prescription in the first place. This is a “family” owned place but I would avoid if I were you

What a fantastic experience! We came here for fertility medication. We were actually supposed to go with another pharmacy but our rx was sent here instead. This group of people was so easy to work with, very attentive and provided impeccable customer service. When we found out we made a mistake, they were so kind about it and understood and cancelled our prescription. We then had to battle to even get the other pharmacy (well known) to be responsive to any inquiries. After 4 attempts to get answers, we were at our whits end. Sands rx happen to make a follow up call with us and still continued to be so kind and helpful, we went ahead and went with them. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID! Thank you to this team. Everyone we spoke to especially Adarsh, went above and beyond. Highly recommend this team!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy! I have been using them for over 4 years. I first used them for all my fertility meds, and found out about them from my doctor. They are always great about getting everything delivered in a very timely manner and having everything stocked. And I now have a healthy, beautiful 3 year old! One time there was a hiccup with one of my fertility meds and the way it was run through insurance which was my fault, but they handled it great and went out of their way to make it right to make sure I got the most for my money - above and beyond service!I also order all the supplements that I take daily from Julie each month. She is fantastic about reminding me so that I can take advantage of their monthly discount. She is readily available for all my questions, a great resource and my order is always correct and delivered which is a major plus! And when I needed to order extra supplements when the big C hit my household, she made sure that I had everything I needed!I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough!

I was out of town and in need of specialty medication. This location was 1.5 away from where I was staying but WELL worth the drive. Everyone from the call center to the girl at the front register and the pharmacist/owner were amazing! They worked as quickly as possible to get me my time sensitive medication and would check in with me every so often as the process moved along. I am forever grateful they were able to help me!

SandsRx has the absolute best customer service I have ever dealt with! When my daughter was born she had acid reflux. The pediatrician recommended an acid reflux product that had to be compounded. I found SandsRx in Wylie, Texas. When I arrived to pick up the medication, Mahdi, the pharmacist came out to the lobby to discuss the medication. He didnt just discuss the medication, he asked me all about my daughter and genuinely cared about her well being. Everytime I went in after that, Mahdi and his staff asked about my daughter and her wellness. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service at any other pharmacy. When I started my IVF journey I called around to almost a dozen pharmacies. SandsRx has the best prices on almost everything. The customer service has been amazing. Free one day delivery has really taken a weight off my shoulders. I called to refill my medications on Wednesday and they were at my door Thursday. I can’t recommend SandsRX enough to anyone going through infertility.

SandsRx was extremely quick to give a price quote and apply the discounts I qualified for. The customer service was amazing!! Fast and thorough responses. Fast shipping and good cash prices for American costs. They had the cheapest prices I could find out of the 10 pharmacies I received quotes from. I ended up getting the bulk of my meds from an overseas pharmacy but I did order some from Sands!! If I end up needing emergency/overnight meds later, I will gladly use Sands first.

Simply the best compounding pharmacy, from pharmacist and technicians working there. I needed assistance with my wifes medication and the compounding pharmacist took the time needed and explained all. My wife very pleased with her medicine as well as Sands Pharmacy. The staff at Sands RX have been so helpful and supportive. They were the cheapest pharmacy I could find and have had the best customer service. They respond immediately to questions and were really helpful in educating on my prescriptions.

Not only are the representatives that you speak with at Sands Pharmacy highly knowledgeable, but they fill prescriptions as economically as possible. I discovered that, even though my insurance would pay for my scripts at a different pharmacy (CVS, boo!), the co-pay was $1,100 MORE EXPENSIVE than Sands Pharmacys out-of-pocket cost. Im going to say it again: filling my scripts at Sands Pharmacy saved me $1,100. Sands ships next day, and packed very securely. Im thoroughly pleased and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

SandsRx’s customer service is second to none! A couple of weeks ago I experienced a delivery mishap, wherein a time sensitive package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. I called Sand’s in a panic upon discovery of the missing package and they immediately went to work tracking it down. Sand’s contacted the carrier and worked tirelessly to ensure that my package was recovered quickly and promptly delivered. They kept me updated each step of the way, and really went above and beyond to reach a satisfactory resolution. I am very grateful for the service and assistance provided and will eagerly recommend SandsRx to any and everyone.

I left some of my medication out over night un refrigerated, it wasn’t good anymore. So I needed a replacement on a Sunday Afternoon and Madhi at SandsTX helped me out! He drove up to the pharmacy and opened it to get me the medication I needed for that night. It was such a relief and he was so helpful and kind. I am blown away at the Customer Service provided by SandsRx, specifically that of Paige. Paige worked so diligently to help find solutions for me. One of their partner pharmacies they typically use was out of a certain medication I needed. Not only did she find an alternate pharmacy, she still honored the lower price that was originally quoted. Not only that, but she personally called me to ensure all the medication I needed arrived timely. She really brought such a human caring aspect to what I typically wouldve expected as a transactional relationship. What really stood out was later in the process. My doctor notified me of a medication needed in the afternoon on a Friday, for a medication I needed to take Sunday. Unfortunately, SandsRX had to use a partner pharmacy for this item as well. That partner pharmacy did not deliver on the weekends, potentially leaving me in a really tough spot. Paige blew me away with her generosity. She offered on her own personal lunch break to pick it up and overnight it to me. To say I am impressed with this pharmacy, and specifically Paige, would be an understatement. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to any friends or family. So thank you SandsRX for all you do for your customers!

Customer service is above and beyond! Datycess helped me with my prescriptions and I could not have asked for better service. She called to confirm my script before I was even out of the doctors office! I received another confirmation of when my prescription would arrive. The 1:1 virtual med injection class was very helpful in preparing for our first IVF cycle! It settled my worries and the additional videos are a great reference for a refresher!

I do not recommend them at all. We normally use a different pharmacy in Allen that has great service, very quick and efficient. We needed fertility specific medications and were referred to this pharmacy. The amount of stress they cause and the time you have to wait is NOT worth it. Being lied to by staff is also completely unacceptable. I was told on the phone a 1-2 hour wait while I had already been waiting at the pharmacy for 20 min. I heard the woman in charge say in the back ground “I told her i’d call her!” then when she came out to CONFRONT me, she said that they never told me 1-2 hours. Very rude and disrespectful to customers. do not go here!

This post was originally one star, but now its 4 stars, as explained and updated below:Oh My Goodness! I cant believe it. Im going to be cliché and say, I havent written negative reviews before but this is it.I really wish I could have experienced the same service as others have fortunately had. And Im a nice lady. Im patient and understanding. But what SandsRX has done for my mental health is disappointing.My Dr. sent over my prescription on Nov. 1st at about 3:30pm. I visited SandsRX the same day at 5:30pm (mind you, from my experience with other pharmacies, my meds have been ready within the hour). They confirmed to have received the script, but hadnt done anything with it. The front desk lady began processing my order with my insurance. After 20 minutes, she requested my info again. Then, she said shed check to see if they had my medications. At 6:15, I only received one out of five.I returned Monday, Nov. 4th, with the understanding that most pharmacies dont process scripts over the weekend... so I went in at 1pm... and I received two out of five. Im now missing my antidepressant. I was told itd be ready later in the day and would even text me when it was. I called Tuesday, still nothing. Again, promising a text, I gave them another shot.Its now been a week without my antidepressant and Im starting to feel the withdrawal. Needless to say, its sh*t.Target CVS always expedited my medications if they werent in stock (longest I waited with them was half a day) because they understood that when it comes to psychotropic meds, you cant have gaps.I only sent my prescriptions to SandsRX because of insurance. But now, Id rather spend the $70 I did at CVS than experience what I have with SandsRX.Im really disappointed and sad (maybe if I had my antidepressant, I wouldnt feel sad... #foodforthought).**UPDATE**The pharmacist in charge was about to head out to hand deliver my medication as I walked in to (finally!) pick up my meds. We spoke and he apologized and explained the situation. I appreciated that he reached out and felt deeply about what had happened. Ill be keeping my prescriptions with SandsRX in hopes of no more mistakes and timely delivery of my medications.

Customer service is AMAZING!!! We have 14 diff. scripts in my house and keeping up with them was a nightmare BUT Sands RX is putting everything on auto refill and then shipping it to my house. When I was not going to get something in time the owner drove it to my house! No more Walgreens line for me! I love this place!!!

My prescription was on auto refill & for almost a year I didnt have issues. Sands did a great job of delivering my prescription to me before my shot was due... until last month. Last month my reminder came up for my shot & my prescription hadnt been delivered. I called & was told it would go out that day or the next. 2 days later I still hadnt received the prescription. I called & the tech informed me the prescription had not gone out and assured me I would receive it the next day. The next day I finally got my prescription.This month, same thing occurred. I called Saturday the 15th and was told that I would receive the prescription on Monday. Monday I received a phone call from another tech needing the new coupon code & she also said it was setup to be delivered same day. I called back within 5 min with the info from the website.As of 10am this Tuesday I still hadnt received the medicine, so I called Walgreens, had them transfer the prescriptions & by 12:30 I had a confirmation from them that my prescription was ready for pickup. I am very understanding that mistakes happen. But after being told 2 months in a row that my prescriptions would be delivered on a certain day & then it not happen... I had no choice but to ensure that this would not happen again & this transfered my prescriptions to Walgreens. Im extremely disappointed in Sands.

I cant say enough about Stacey from Sands Rx Pharmacy in Wylie. A mix up in my prescription led to Stacey going above and beyond to make sure I got my delivery prior to me going out of town. She went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. It is not often have that you find people that take time out of their own personal life to make sure you get what you need. I am a forever fan of Stacey and Sands Rx in Wylie!

I recently used this pharmacy for specialty meds. They were amazing each time I contacted them, and they were so dependable for overnight delivery and delivery of cold medications to my home state. Thank you, again!

My doctor contacted them and they contacted me. Super nice and helpful. I called when I needed the meds and they arrived fast. They needed to be kept cold. I love their packing but It would be better if the meds could have been attached to the ice packet. There were two ice packs and the meds in between them. There was a little too much room so one med was cold but the most important one wasn’t as cold as it should have been. Thankfully I got home early and was able to get it into the refrigerator quickly. I don’t think they would have lasted much longer.

This was the most frustrating experience. I was trying to get a prescription refilled. I was given such a runaround for almost 10 days, that in the end I asked my doctor to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. Who filled it within 10 minutes.Here is an update. One of the pharmacists reached out to me to apologize. This was a nice thing to do. So I amend my review to 3 stars.

I want to take the time to acknowledge the head pharmacist Mattie at Sands Rx Pharmacy. My husband and I realized we didnt have enough medication to prep us for a procedure scheduled on Sunday. We called the pharmacy after hours and Mattie called us back within 5 mins and allowed us to come pick up the medication from the pharmacy almost 2 hours after they had closed. Cant say enough great things about him. He really helped us in this time of need and we really appreciated him. We will definitely come back to this pharmacy in the future.

Liar, dishonest people. You get a text that says it is delivered but actually it is not. You get the package the next day. they are supposed to deliver it to you within 1 or 2 days but mine took 5 days. I can prove what i just said above if any SandsRx manager wants. I am not going to order anything from these dishonest people. I had enough. I dont see there is any that we can complain. Management is just bind they think they do great job.

Was given a expired product. I’ve been using a specific dermatologist recommended brand item that I had multiple prescriptions of. I was filled out one too many at a certain point and have been using it over the course of a year.My new unopened one back from June had already solidified when asked about this issue the staff informed me that the product loses potency after a certain time.Don’t know how true that is when I still have another prescription from a later date that works and looks just fine from a different pharmacy. Either I was given bad product or they don’t have a temperature suitable environment for their prescriptions. Not likely to fill here again.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers, they really treat you like family here, always greeted in the kindest way and if I ever have a concern, they are quick to provide me with any information or help in any way possible. We need more pharmacies like this, that actually care about the person behind the script. Thank you guys!!!

Great customer service. Getting my prescription on time is no longer an issue since switching to Sands. Love their Mail order system. Very convenient.

AJ was great! Helped me find coupons and other discounts that helped lower my costs. He also called with a follow-up to make sure my RX was received on-time.

Long story short, a young man by the name of Mahdi went above and beyond to help me get my meds in time for my daily dose. Not to mention the pharmacy is closed on Saturdays. He took the stress off and made it happen!!! SandsRx really has been a pleasant experience!!

Everyone who works here is super nice and goes out of their way to be helpful! I had a prescription called in late on Friday and wasnt sure when I needed to pick it up and they bent over backwards to accommodate. Highly recommend!

James the manager was wonderful! He explained easily what precautions were needed. He was so friendly and a pleasure!

The staff is very professional and extremely helpful when filling perceptions. The staff also takes the extra time to know you as a customer so you are always met with a friendly face and a happy greeting when you walk in. I would highly recommend using this pharmacy.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 2 years and have consistently experienced excellent customer service and personal interaction which keeps me coming back. In addition to prescriptions, they have a wide selection of Standard Process products and quality supplement labels which also makes it a one stop shop for my health needs.

I figured i would try this pharmacy due to its ratings but i am very disappointed.My Physician called in a prescription around 3pm and i called to verify and ask if it would be ready for pickup because i needed it TODAY!!!! RYAN said it would be ready before 6pm. I called while on the way there to pick it up just to make sure that it would be ready and told no it would not be**Update: 10/17/18I was disappointed indeed about what happened above...but i was contacted by two concerned people one being the Owner i think and the other person was the Pharmacist in charge. They felt very strongly about my experience and wanted to re introduce me to their pharmacy. I get it...it’s just a learning curve, someone was new...but again customer service is VERY IMPORTANT and they agreed with me. They wanted to make it right, and fix the breakdown that happened the day i called for my prescription to be filled there. Taking the time to call me twice said a lot!! I guess it was just a bad day that i called, because as you an see they have 5 stars from everyone else. I forgive them and will give them another try for sure.

SandsRx is my favorite compound pharmacy in the DFW area! With an added bonus, Julie is amazing at directing and helping you find exactly what you need for your OTC needs. I will never go anywhere else!

My fertility doctor used this company and it was so simple. They send a text, you call and your meds are at your front door next day. Wonderful company!

1 week turn around on scripts....? I wont be a repeat customer. I had a prescription called in on a Friday morning and still do not have it in hand as of Monday evening.I called this morning to follow up and was told I would have it this afternoon, when i called again to see why it had not arrived this afternoon they said I will have it tomorrow evening. If I would have known the timeline I could have just picked it up. Glad it wasnt an emergency.

These folks are amazing. Hands down the best pharmacy i have ever used. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If for some reason there is an issue, they take care of it immediately.

Great customer service and great price. Phone call, text notification were efficient. All the staff members were professional and courteous. I used both delivery service and pick up at the location. They both worked well.

Sands Rx sets the bar in pharmaceutical care!! I cant put in to words how much I appreciate Stacy and EVERY SINGLE staff member who is employed there. I was given a prescription from my doctor for migraine medication and I had been suffering with over 20 migraines a month. I tried to fill it at CVS and was told my share of cost would be over $600. Once my doctor got wind of that information he had Sands Rx call me and they went above and beyond to not only fill the script, but reduced the cost by over $400 and to top it all off they allowed me to make payments AND held the script for months while I tried to get there to pick it up. These are the kinds of people that medicine needs more of, as does the world!! My hope is that they open more locations because the only tiny drawback is that the only one I could get to was in Wylie but it was still completely worth it!! That pharmacy and the people who went above and beyond to help me changed my life so THANK YOU FOR CARING IT MEANS EVERYTHING!!

They made me pay 17.00 dollars out of pocket. they billed my insurance company almost 700.00.. My ins paid it in full. So why bill me. They are stealing from people. Have not seen a refund yet to hit my bank account.

After mediocre service from Walgreens for years, Ok service from CVS, then deplorable service from CVS, my doctor suggested I find a Sands RX. Thankfully there was one right down the street, but even if they arent close to you they are well worth the drive or they deliver. A+ Sands RX!

The only place your doctor can write a prescription to for semaglutide (wegovy) that is only $95 for lower doses or $185 for higher doses instead of the retail name brand that costs $1300/mo.
