Jennifer Price NP is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable, and she takes time with her patients so they feel heard and confident in their own health care. I am so happy to have found her! I have also seen Emily Stem NP who is great as well!

Everyone is so nice and caring. Jennifer price is AMAZING. She helped me with a problem I was dealing with for 2 years. She figured out a solution when no one else could figure it out.Definitely 💯 recommend.

I had a baby earlier this year and while she arrived healthy, I felt that this office could have given better counseling for lactation and natural birth. I had no idea hypno-breathing existed until I gave birth, no one mentioned to look up or practice breathing exercises in all of the doctor appointments I had there. Out of desperation, I had to concede and get the epidural. I had not planned to put this poison in my body.I also received insufficient lactation guidance as almost every doctor had simply asked if I was planning to breast feed, but not giving any information on how to be successful. (Asked if I was planning to breast feed with no follow up advice or questions)My daughter’s birth ended up being scheduled at CC hospital and I could not produce milk right away no one told me to have her on my chest, they fit me with the wrong flanges (size 24 and I am a 17) the skin ended up ripping off of my nipples. The nursing staff berated me into putting her on formula. I had no other option. If the doctors at this office explained (when they schedule my birth, mind you) that if you schedule a birth milk will not come in right away and to hang in there, put the baby on your chest. They could have also offered more information about breast pumping like “make sure you buy a pumping bra” or “buy extra flanges and filling bottles”, as I only had a machine and thought that was sufficient.After giving birth and feeling worthless over the breast feeding failure, I had to seek medical advice about breast feeding on Google and YouTube (which I find totally ridiculous).Last note- Bola and Dr Buchanan are the best here. They are the doctors who actually delivered my baby and did a fantastic job. My review is for the prenatal care, they need to provide more information and guidance to women, not just push the agenda for the formula and drug companies.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at Capital Womens Care. Despite my high-risk pregnancy complications, including elevated liver enzymes, preeclampsia, gallbladder issues, severe migraines, and all-day sickness, I felt that my well-being and the health of my unborn child were not prioritized.Throughout my care, I experienced significant delays in receiving lab results and responses to medical concerns, often requiring weeks of follow-up calls. Additionally, I was not consistently acknowledged or informed about my questions and concerns.I was seen by multiple healthcare providers – three doctors and five different midwives – which resulted in repetitive explanations of my medical history, despite it being documented in my chart. Furthermore, I was advised to continue working despite my complications and physically demanding job, which was unrealistic and neglectful of my health needs.I hope that by sharing my experience, Capital Womens Care will take steps to improve their patient care and address the systemic issues that led to my disappointing experience.

They are really good at least the doctor I see. She’s very understand and caring. Along with listen to the concerns and does her best. The only issue I will say is when I have multiple times been told they would send me for the info, for the specialist for endo I havnt ever gotten it and I’ve been on dealing with it now going on month two. I did tell my doctor and she said she would send another message through so hopefully I get the info I need.Other then that their great and accommodating for me and my service dog.

TBH I wasnt going to write a review at all, but Im honestly frustrated with some of the encounters Ive had I would prefer to give 5 stars because the practitioners who really care do an amazing job, but I am giving this place 3 stars because the providers who didnt care to listen ruined my confidence in this practice.The practice recommends you see all of their providers because you never know when youll go into labor and being familiar with everyone means you should be comfortable with anyone who might be on call or at the hospital when you have your babe... I dont disagree with this, I respect this recommendation. They arent wrong.Im currently pregnant with my second child. I went through my entire first pregnancy with this office and only encountered one provider that I was upset with and it was because she scolded me for not having my covid vaccine... sure some of you reading this might feel the same way she does - but the problem wasnt that she recommended or suggested it - the problem was that I was scolded and given a hard time for not having gotten it at all, which is not the place of my provider. The place of a provider is to recommend treatment and help address and treat medical concerns. - needless to say every other provider I saw I had no issues with and really liked most all of them.Now this time around with baby number 2 on the way - 2 months ago I brought up an issue to the doctor I was scheduled with. He old me oh thats normal, you dont need to worry about it. which didnt sit well with me at the time and I was upset about it in the car all the way home with my husband.Fast forward to my most recent visit, I saw someone Ive never seen before (my first pregnancy or this one) and I told her what was going on and I explained that I understood it is to be expected to have changes when you are pregnant, but that I was still uncomfortable with the issue I was having and she showed the empathy I would have expected from the previous provider AND provided me with suggestions to figure out if it was normal or not and explained to me the reasoning behind her wanting to do what she did... today is Tuesday, I saw them Friday. She took a sample at my visit and got the results back... guess what? I have not just 1 but 2 infections that could have been addressed MONTHS AGO. These 2 infections explain a lot of issues I was previously having that I just got used to because I was told thats normal.While I do like this office - I dont appreciate being invalidated.I am one who usually will always advocate for myself and Im not afraid to tell someone when I dont feel like they are hearing me - this doctor ignored me when I said I understand it might be normal, but Im still concerned... he spent all of 2 minutes in the room with me and my husband and ran out as quickly as possible, but then at my most recent visit I heard a couple discussing him and his treatment recommendations and then I see him advocating at the front desk for this patient to have certain types of appointments scheduled in the office, so he obviously likes certain types of patients... but the image he portrays is that he doesnt like patients like me.So now I set here wondering if this will effect my unborn child and if it does who am I supposed to hold accountable for it? I can almost guarantee he didnt document the concerns I brought up with him in the clinical notes from my appointment, so there wouldnt be a record of it because he pretty much told me it was normal and not to be concerned.At the end of the day, everyone has to shape their own opinion about the providers in this office.I choose to continue going to this office because I genuinely appreciate and like the majority of providers that are here. The office usually respects when your request not to be scheduled with another provider again in the future. I just wish all of their providers would show the same compassion and empathy for all patients and never devalue the concerns and expectant mother has.

In 2022 at 21 years old I had to go to Capital women’s care and I have not been to a gynecologist since then due to the treatment I got from Dr Nagy. After expressing concerns about IUDs after having a friend have a severe reaction to it, I also expressed that I have post traumatic stress disorder due to sexual assault. Dr Nagy had no bedside manner to speak of. I was made to feel ignorant after telling her about my friend who went through the wringer with her IUD. I felt scolded and looked down on and she genuinely tried to manipulate me into getting an iud after I detailed how my friend had had muscle spasms in her whole lower abdomen from her iud. I’m 24 years old now and I think about this experience all the time. Since having been sexually assaulted I continue to have issues with vaginismus, which I feel I cannot seek help or treatment with due to the way I was treated by Dr Nagy. I genuinely hope she’s changed since then, or doesn’t work there anymore. It’s a shame to have a woman waste an education like that being a rotten person. Instead of being a building block, people like Dr Nagy are brick walls.

Hilles is amazing! I have been seeing her easily 20 years plus years! I follow her everywhere, this is by far the furthest drive, it’s so worth it! She actually cares and listens to all your concerns.

Showed up for my appointment on time but the kiosk never actually checked me in. I waited about 30 minutes before going up to the front desk to ask about my appointment, and when we had realized the check in kiosk didn’t actually work I said I could come back a different day because I didn’t want to mess up their schedule. Instead of rescheduling me they insisted I still come in and each person I interacted with sincerely apologized for the mistake. Dr. Jen price was amazing and thoroughly explained the exam before beginning. Would highly recommend this place!

I called Capital Womens Care in Westminster, MD on a Monday morning at 9am because I had a concern. I was NOT a patient there and they had zero information about me. After the woman listened to my concerns, she got me in to see Dr. Miller at 1pm the same day!! I was very surprised as I expected the appt. to be weeks away since I was not a current patient. Dr. Miller took his time with me, read through all the reports I brought with me, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and gave me a thorough exam. I found everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the women at the front desk to the medical staff to the doctor, to be kind, courteous and professional. Ill definitely be a patient there moving forward.

Christos Ballas was my doctor at this time. And my patient info and name is private under privacy laws but I want to share how badly I was treated by this practice as a woman in her 30s who Ballas wouldnt listen to when i complained of mental fog, fatigue and weight gain with good diet and workouts. He told me my thyroid level of 6 was ok. He sent me away. I was later diagnosed with Hashimotos. He should have recommended treatment or cared. He violated DO NO HARM. Horrible doctor

I have called this office THREE times in the last 2 days trying to get an appointment and they NEVER return my calls. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and haven’t even had my first prenatal appointment and this is leaving a REALLY bad taste in my mouth. I’m ready to find a new OB at this point because their lack of care for their patients is truly appalling

Jennifer Price is wonderful- very caring and informative. On site ultrasound was convenient! And they have real patient gowns and drapes- Not Paper !!!

Jennifer, who gave me my wellness exam, along w assistant Cheyenne were terrific! They were so kind and made me feel comfortable, despite them apparently having had quite a day today!

I was a new patient coming in so I was confused on how the process goes. But the receptionist was very nice and welcoming and led me the way. And even helped with further information needed. The doctor and nurse that helped me as well were very nice. The doctor was very thorough and explained and narrated everything he was doing which is very considerate and good rather than it being unexpected.

Jennifer was a wonderful doctor, she sat and listened to my concerns and didnt rush me through the appointment.

Emily Stem NP at Capital Women’s Care is wonderful. She is gentle and easy to relate too. As the regular yearly GYN appt is already uncomfortable, she makes it as comfortable as it can be. The staff is also very friendly. I def recommend this health care provider facility and staff.

This building has 3 floors. From the front entrance, youre on the 2nd floor. It has a single elevator, and that is the ONLY way to access the 3rd floor. Capital Womens Care is located on floor 3. In their defense, I never made it up there. Maybe its the building decision, and not theirs, to lock the stairway access from the outside. If so, I apologize for the 1 star review, but you really need to fight to grant access to your business via the stairway. The entire 3rd floor is one elevator malfunction away from becoming inaccessible. I suppose, in that scenario, the response would be that they would then unlock the stairwell door, to which I would respond with if thats a possibility, why not just do it now? Its 2024, this is a medical business that should be promoting exercise whenever possible, and you lock the stairs off and force elevator usage.I imagine this is somehow perfectly legal. I completely disagree, but without any legal discourse, all I can do is abstain patronage.

I was a new patient and first time to have a gynecologist. Feels like a lot of confused about the thing. But Dr.Taro Adachi makes me feels comfortable he explain to you well and polite to thier new patient. I highly recommend Dr.T Adachi,

I have been seeing Dr. Miller since Dr. Barnett retired and he is great. Makes me feel super comfortable! He explains everything in detail. The office keeps getting larger and larger which I dont love but as long as I feel comfortable and the necessary time is taken with me... I will continue to go. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Miller♥️ The front desk staff is always super friendly as well as the medical assistants/nurses.

I went for a routine visit. At the end, I was asked by the provider, a nurse practitioner, not even a real doctor, if there was anything else she could help with. I asked a related question on a post childbirth complication and was given a pamphlet on the topic that was readily available. It took no extra time. When I got the bill, I was billed for two appointments. I called billing thinking it was an error. Apparently, asking a question about your female anatomy to the gynecologist is now outside the routine exam and billable. They billed over $800 and $320 was for handing me a paper pamphlet. Scam #1.The pamphlet was from a high pressure telemarketer. The NP gave out my information to a telemarketer that wouldn’t stop calling even though I told her I was not interested. She kept calling to make payment arrangements and offer a special deal. I had to block the number. My insurance won’t cover their “device” for $1,250. You can buy it on Amazon for $145. Scam #2.Customer service is appalling and they are out for every cent they can squeeze out of you. Disgusting!!

Dr. Jennifer is awesome! She takes the time to listen and provide feedback to my concerns and provide advice on health issues. She makes you feel comfortable and puts you at ease. The office and exam rooms are very clean, and its a very nice, calm atmosphere. The ladies at the desk are really nice as well. They have check-in hubs for checking, changing/entering new information, and scanning ID and insurance cards to make the process quick and easy. I was also able to get my flu shot as well!! Would definitely recommend to any female needing an OBGYN!!

This was my first visit to your practice. From the first greeting by the receptionist to my leaving the office, I experienced caring. I was apprehensive and I was treated with gentleness and great skill and knowledge by Jennifer Price, CRNP. Cheyenne made me feel welcome and heard. Dr. Herbst has been my doctor since I was 18. I now have daughters that are 32 and 35. We love him. He has treated me, my in laws family, , my daughters and my mom. Very professional and extremely compassionate. He can also be credited to saving my mom’s life after he discovered she had cancer when it was missed by another medical facility 14 years ago and he was a tremendous help recently in diagnosing my daughter with a medical concern.. she was pregnant and we are now expecting our first grandchild! So grateful for him.

My first visit was great but at my second visit the same Doctor didn’t want to order bloodwork or do hormone testing even thought it’s what I wanted. Offered birth control in a rude manner instead and was stressing how safe IUDs are when my family has all had issues with them. Also started my pelvic exam before allowing me to finish crying about a personal matter. I felt disrespected, and unheard about my severe pelvic pain. I will never return.

As a new patient, I got an appointment super quickly. I was in and out for my appointment with little to no wait time. Everyone was friendly, PA took her time answering any questions. Couldnt really ask for more!

As a survivor of many traumas, going to see the GYN is very difficult. The moment I stepped into the office, I felt comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the swift movement and short wait to being seen were amazing. Jennifer was kind, fun, and very relatable. She took an experience that has been traumatic historically, and made it a nurturing and safe event. I was dreading going to yet another new practice, and I left thinking that I’d definitely bring my daughter here when the time comes. Thank you for a healing experience, and keep doing great work!

Emmerita is amazing. She champions my wellness and doesn’t force me to use medications or treatment that is not necessary. The staff at the front desk have always been kind and helpful with me. During my pregnancy my ultrasound technicians were amazing. During my pregnancy I chose to have a rotation of dr’s which worked with my schedule, I felt safe and valued by all of them. I have settled with Emmerita organically, although I can say that the other OBGYNs, wet nurses and clinicians were informative and caring. Dr. Ballas performed my C-Section. It was a quick and healthy procedure and I was able to recover quickly

And her teams wonderful too!!This time I got an unexpected bonus. I chose to get my flu vaccination while there. Sure was easier than all the hassle I usually go through for a flu shot. The waiting was only about 10 minutes, and it wasnt very busy or crowded, which was really nice. The people at the desks were nice and did their job well. I saw Emily, and she was incredibly sweet. This was my first visit to an OB/GYN ever, and it was also emotional for me because of certain reason why I had to end up going, but she was patient and very kind to me. She made me feel comfortable and cared for, and I didnt feel rushed or unheard. I couldnt recommend her enough! Ive heard many horror stories online of peoples OB/GYN visits, and I was worried it wouldnt go well, but it went as well as it possible couldve! I couldnt recommend her enough, and Im incredibly thankful that this was my first experience at an OB/GYN instead of what other people have had to go through with different places. Im happy my doctor recommended me to go here, and I feel a lot less anxious about future visits.

Dr. Herbst and his staff is phenomenal. They are all very pleasant and helpful. I recently returned to this practice after a few years and the bedside manner and professionalism are still top tier. Scheduling is very accommodating as well

I had a mammogram over 2 weeks ago. I have called multiple times a day for a week. They keep saying a nurse will call and no one does. I have never had a problem getting test results anywhere else. This is so unprofessional and beyond frustrating. How hard is it to make a phone call. God forbid my results are important. Do not recommend this place at all

I Travel from Joppa MD just to see Dr L Herbst. He is an amazing doctor. Ive been seeing him since I was 16 years old. He delivered all 3 of my children. He also sees my youngest daughter for the past 3 years. I would Travel anywhere to see him. His staff is also very nice.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had today. I am a new patient as my previous GYN retired and I am amazed by this facility! Everyone I spoke with was so polite, they were efficient without making me feel rushed and the overall environment was wonderful. Dr. Price is the best!!! She made me feel so comfortable and genuinely felt like she cared. I will be telling all of the women in my life to use CWC.

I like going to a well clean place with caring. Friendly. Knowledgeable and respectful people. Will continue to go and I am from Dundalk MD. I have seen Dr Herbst since I was 24. He delivered my 3 children and my 2 grandchildren. I will go wherever his office is until he retires.

New patient, first visit. It started with getting an appointment very quick, which I didn’t expect. The check in kiosk was easy, I was taken back before my appointment time, the staff were friendly and professional. I was seen by a wonderful NP , Jennifer Price, who gave me her undivided attention with me being new and the office being busy. GYN appointments are usually dreaded, but this was a pleasant experience. Then to top it off, they scheduled a mammogram the same day, that was quick, easy and the lady who performed it was great! I made the right choice in my search for a new doctor!

Nya the phlebotomist was an absolute Angel. She was patient and listened to my needs and concerns. (I’m a hard stick and have anxiety around getting my blood drawn. I just had to highlight her for how wonderful she is.

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Alam at the Eldersburg location today and she was amazing. She was extremely accommodating to my medical needs and I was very pleased with her professionalism and kindness. The check in process was very easy and completely virtual (kiosk). The office was very clean and all the staff was friendly and pleasant.

From scheduling to my appointment it was a smooth and easy process. Getting in for an appointment was not only quick but very easy. The office is clean, plenty of parking, the check-in process is extremely convenient with the kiosk, wait times were decent (from when I got there to the end of my appointment it took maybe an hour tops), and I really liked who I had my appointment with (Jennifer Price.) She was friendly, kind, professional, and was very easy to talk to. I have zero complaints and based on my experience I reccomend them.

I got my 40 year mammogram. Woman was very kind and quick in a good way. I saw Dr. Price for my annual. Shes very friendly can makes great small talk, which puts you at ease. She didnt rush, made time for any concerns. I left smiling, which is uncommon for women visits.

I loved Jenn And the lady that came in with her. Is they were so great and funny. I have not had a pap smear in sixteen years. So it was refreshing to see that everything was so different now days. And the personality of those two ladies were absolutely fantastic.

Dr.Adu is great! He addresses every issue or concern you have one by one and actually listens to your concerns and makes sure what testing and exams need to be done get done! He has a great bedside manner! He is a people doctor not a money one!

Jennifer Price is WONDERFUL!!! I initially was referred to her after an assault, and she’s taken such good care of me and eased my nerves. I feel extremely comfortable with her, along with Jillian. The two of them are sure to make your visit as smooth and painless as possible.

Dr. Alam was very approachable and knowledgeable during my visit! Made me feel comfortable for my first visit and so happy I went with her for my care going forward!

I saw Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Price, today. She answered all my questions and has a wonderful bedside manner and puts you at ease. I was also able to get my mammogram during the same appointment which is very convenient.

Dr. Buchanan, nurses Megan and Jenna, and receptionist Donna made my moms visit a 5 star experience. Knowledgable and kind equals excellent care.

I’ve been going to CWC since I was a teenager, and have had nothing but great experiences each time. Hilles has been my provider since I was 16, and is absolutely incredible. Warm, kind, considerate, and just all around wonderful. The entire staff at CWC take such great care of their patients and take away all of the awkwardness you’d expect at a GYN visit. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great experience. The check-in process was a little lengthy at the station, but I was seen promptly and Dr. Miller took the time to thoroughly explain and answered any questions I had. Much improved!

I have been a patient of Dr. Herbst for over 27 years. Although a GYN appointment does create nervousness with any patient he always makes me feel comfortable and at ease when I see him. He is a great listener and is very patient and understanding. He IS the best!!!! I am a patient for life.

My 1st visit, being a new patient. Moved to the area recently & was searching for a new practice closer to home. Apprehensive at 1st knowing Id be seeing a new Dr. I saw Dr Buchanon & shes amazing! Made the entire experience very comfortable. Very nice, personable staff as well.

Everyone was so welcoming, calming and friendly. Dr. Buchanan made a treatment plan for me to follow step by step and I got my next visit scheduled within a week. Her assistant, the lady who was training and the receptionist at the front desk were all very helpful and cheerful. You can tell everyone here enjoys their career and that says a lot. Dr. Buchanan is now my new GYN and I couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend this practice to any and everyone.

I received great service at Capital Women’s Care in Westminster, MD. I saw the doctor at my designated appointment time. All of my questions were answered and I was given some personal advice and encouragement! The facility is clean and has a roomy waiting room. The associates were polite and very professional!

Making the appointment was very stressful. This was my daughters first visit to a gyn & it was an emergency room follow up. They told me we couldnt switch Drs between offices within Capital Womens Group because the dr my daughter wanted to see was in a different district. We settled for whoever could see her first. The office staff were not very friendly. This was our first impression of the office before we even met with the dr. Doesnt set a good tone for the practice. I hope things get better & maybe it was just a off day for the staff. The dr was nice and answered all of our questions that we had.

I went to wrong office which caused me to be late and they were so kind about it at both places. Had minimal wait time when I arrived at the correct location and was in and out quickly. Dr. Ballas listened to me and provided suggestions regarding a medical issue unrelated to my visit with him.

Whole process was quick for mammogram and well woman visit! Everyone was kind, considerate and made my visit a great one. Best news? No PAP after 65 so I had my last one ever. Wahooty!!! Thanks for keeping it light Capital Women’s of Westminster.

I see Emily Stem and she is very thorough, caring, and professional. She really takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns and is super helpful. The kiosks for checking in upon arrival are easy to use and make the process quick and efficient. The office staff is also very friendly.

This place is so weird because I had good experiences with them. However I was very surprised the way I was treated the last few weeks by them. It’s about a prior authorization to insurance. The insurance claims they need more information, the office is like we did that. Regardless of whether insurance is the one who is slacking, their job is to work with patients and insurance to get us the meds we need. If insurance says “ we didn’t receive anything.” And your response is “we already sent it.” Ok? Send it again because without the information you possess they can’t make a proper decision. Also , the last person I spoke to basically said “ we sent it in F off “ because they are annoyed by the fact that I needed to jump through hoops to get what I need. I’m just as annoyed ok? And that is very unprofessional of you to speak to a patient. This situation is sad because 1) I’m not getting what I need and 2) they couldn’t care less how important this situation is for me and my health. I suggest that you go to another office because everyone from time to time has to deal with insurance and medication coverage. This is a horrible experience I’ve had and it’s over an important issue. I’m actually really ashamed of them for being so rude to a patient in need. Very very sad.

Love Dr. Ballas and Emmerita Morris their Nurse practioner! They have been amazing with my care! I also love that I can have my mammogram and yearly exam all in one visit. Such a great practice and staff.

Today was my second visitat Capital Womens Care. It was once again very nice. I have been Dr. Herbsts patient for many years and it was great to see him once again!He is the best gynecologist, so friendly and very professional . The other office staff person and the nurse were also very good and very friendly. I always look forward to returning there in the future. Thank you for all your help and special treatment.

The entire staff is aware of modesty and privacy. Every person I came in contact was very pleasant, kind and came across as happy. Dr Ballas seems to work well with his staff and is a very good practitioner. He listens, advises, teaches and never makes me feel rushed out of the office. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Ballas!

Jennifer Price was excellent. So accommodating for managing pain and discomfort, and she walked me through my exam step by step (crucial). She had crystal clear answers for all my questions. Based on my experience, I would recommend her to anyone with anxiety surrounding routine pelvic exams.

Dr. Ballas is amazing. I have had three surgeries by him and he is wonderful. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He takes time with his patients and cares for each and every one of them. He is the best!!!

Its a great place to go for your medical needs, I was late to my appointment, and they were able to accommodate me, which I appreciate so much. Dr. Herbst is the best OBGYN ever!

My first time at this location since moving to MD. I saw, I believe her title is NP Morris. She was amazing. She didn’t make me feel bad about my questions nor the issues I was experiencing. She didn’t brush off any of my concerns. She validated my feelings, calmed my nerves & quickly gave me options for taking steps to correct my issues. They also have a lab onsite and the phlebotomist was phenomenal. I had no idea she had already inserted the needle until she was drawing the first vial of blood. I required a lot of blood work and she didn’t bat an eye, flinch nor react to the 5 other things trying to pull her attention. She was extremely personable too.For first impressions this location knocked it out of the park!

Dr. Miller took his time and was very thorough in answering my questions and concerns. He was able to quickly assess my need for further treatment and able to easily schedule the additional testing and procedures required.

Staff is incompetent. There have been 2 times in the last year that I could not get a response in order to get a routine prescription refill. Each time I called a week in advance and each time I had to make a trip to the office in order to resolve the problem.Secondly, I was recently diagnosed with a new medical condition and called to ask if I could continue on a medication prescribed by one of their doctors in light of the new diagnosis. They actually told me to call another doctor, that I have never seen and will not have an appointment with for 3 weeks, to get an answer to the question. UNBELIEVABLE!If course, the new doctor would not give an answer because I am not his patient until I get the appointment!Capitol womens care may be the only game in town, but I will go elsewhere in the future - even if I have to drive a bit.

I was lucky enough to get Jennifer Price on my visit yesterday. I would recommend her to anyone. She was so caring and gentle, I was afraid to go as I haven’t been to a gynecologist in many years. She took away all my fears and treated me so kindly. She needs to be put on your website. She is a lovely young lady.

Dr. Miller delivered both my daughters and my niece. Hes a very good doctor and makes you feel very safe and cared for. When I went into labor at 29 weeks he was there with me every step. Even after I was transferred to Baltimore..as she was a preemie.. he called to make sure we were doing ok. He was always available to answer my questions. Hes just a great person and doctor.

Very smooth Doctors appt.My Doctor is terrific!

My wife is a new patient there as we just moved into the area and she is pregnant. Drs, you dont see just one, seem pretty good, but front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Firstly does your office close at 4:30 or 5:00, bc when I call at 4:30 Im told the office is closed. Second when you say youll call back, ensure you actually call the patient back. Lastly, how is it that it takes multiple attempts to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy. Never had this many issues with a Drs office, and if this is the level of care that can be expected at the very beginning, Im scared to see how bad it gets through the rest of the pregnancy.

The doctor was great, she listened to my concerns and addressed every question. She followed did a thorough exam and I felt comfortable. I will definitely go back.As a new patient (it being my first time there), I was kind of lost and didnt have much direction from either the front desk receptionist or the nurse that assisted me. I was hoping for a little bit of guidance, especially after leaving the examination room, no one pointed me in the right direction, I kinda wandered about, hoping I was going the right way. I then had to figure out on my own where I was supposed to go for checkout since there wasnt anyone to point me in the right direction. I mean, obviously this isnt a big deal, I will be going back, but from a patient service standpoint, it was a turn off

Friendly staff, doctors, nurses, and technicians! No waiting! Great COVID cleaning procedures. I saw a staff member wiping down the waiting room 3 separate times and I did not wait long for either of my 2 appointments. Was able to get my yearly check up and mammogram the same morning with 2 back to back appointments. Very convenient! Mammogram technician was super kind and cared about ensuring quality images. I drive over 45 minutes each way to visit this facility because of the quality care.

Everything went smoothly for me. I like having a the Mammogram and then followed up by the yearly exam. I get to get it all done in one appointment, in one day. There was lady there that had an appointment for the mammogram and then her yearly exam was set for a much later time and she ended up waiting over an hour. I would not have liked that at all. That would make me think twice about setting them both up at the same time as my time is valuable to me.

I saw Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Price, for the first time today. I absolutely loved her. She was very informative,& thoughtful. Very knowledgeable and an excellent bedside manner. I will definitely see her again in the future, at CWC’s Westminster office.

I unfortunately had to switch practices since my OB/GYN (single doc practice) was retiring. I had one child with my previous OB/GYN. I never liked the idea of having rotating docs (throughout pregnancy). I was originally very nervous and not thrilled to go to an office with many providers who rotate (once pregnant) but my experience for my first new patient visit from the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the provider (Emmerita Morris) were all exceptionally wonderful. Everyone definitely put me at ease and I know I’ll be in great care (pregnant or not)! 🙂

Physicians and techs have always been great but today I waited over an hour for my appointment. When I asked for an ETA to be seen I was told there was no way to give me one because my provider had been double booked for the entire morning. Had I not asked, I’m not sure how long I would have continued to sit waiting to be called. There should be better communication to patients up front during check-in when circumstances like these arise other than waiting for someone to proactively try to figure out what is going on with their appointment. 60 minutes of waiting with no communication is unprofessional, but I am updating my overall review because the doctors and the care have far outweighed the one bad experience.

Jennifer price is the best GYN ever!!!In addition, this CWC practice is quick, clean, organized and no fuss. Love it.

Everyone was professional yet warm and friendly. Every area was is super clean and modern. My provider, Emily, was very easy to talk to, didnt rush, and answered my questions thoroughly. Being able to schedule my routine exam and my mammogram in one place consecutively was super helpful in my crazy schedule.

Dr. Rivera is a very good professional and personable doctor and the office personnel are extremely friendly and professional as well !

Havent been to an actual GYN for years as my PC has taken care of everything. However, I started having issues that needed more than a PC. The Elderburg staff could not have been more caring, friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a fair amount of time, and had no problem getting my questions answered to my satisfaction. I would recommend this office very highly to any woman looking for a new practice, as Dr. Ballis was very kind and compassionate.

First time patients (2 of us). Dr. Muna Alam was awesome. Not just full of humor and friendly, but also very gentle with her hands (often not a case with gyns). Definitely will be back. :)

I have been a patient of Emily Stem for several years. She is highly recommended for listening to your concerns, never rushing you, and always asking if you have any questions. She is very friendly and personable.

I have been going here since I moved from Fort Campbell back to Maryland. Ive been going here ever since. All 3 kids were delivered by the awesome doctors who cared for me and my babies. Even the doctors I didnt know who stepped in while I was in labor were amazing. Dr Emmerita is so awesome. She takes time to explain things and answer questions. She is gentle when giving exams. She is also super sweet and nice and gives off this positive energy that helps a lot and is needed and comforting at these appointments lol. I cant say enough good things about my experience with this office. Everyone I encounter is so nice. Ive been going 13 years and have never once thought of changing providers. Prenatal care was amazing for me. I saw someone say something about being judgmental, but drscare supposed to be honest and blunt. If anything, I felt more judged by the nurses who worked at the delivery ward at Carroll Hospital Center. One nurse from there was so rude and gave me a panic attack after my c section. Ive heard of friends who were addicts and on addiction maintenance medication and being treated horribly by nurses at Carroll Hospital Center. Those same friends who went to this office never felt judged or looked down on in any way. That says a lot about the integrity and dedication and understanding these doctors have with their patients. I cant say enough positive things and experiences Ive had with this group.....even during a labor gone wrong, I felt safe and that I was in good hands and we would be ok. And we were! Props to drs who empathize and sympathize with their patients. I totally recommend this office for gyno/ob care.

Had my first visit at capital woman’s and my experience was wonderful. The midwife we saw was to attentive, thorough, and made us feel like she truly treasured our baby and valued our healthy and knowledge throughout our second pregnancy. Grateful to make the switch!

For my 1st appointment ever with Capital Womens care, the appointment was an emergency situation. They got me in within an hour of my call and had the most amazing bedside manner and empathy to help ease my stress. Since, Ive met several of the nurses, front desk personnel, Dr. Ballas and Dr. Rivera who are all amazing. Very impressed with this facility.

Im very surprised by the reviews Im reading. I get through to someone every time I call. Ive seen a couple different practitioners and been impressed by them all. Recently had surgery performed by Dr. Hubbard and was grateful for the care Ive received. Ive been to two other practices that missed my condition and did not take the time to deal with me. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Jennifer Price, CNP was outstanding! So terrific I will be scheduling an appt for my 22 yr old daughters first gyn experience. Jennifer was knowledgeable about a not-so-common gyn condition I have and prescribed the perfect meds and regimen. She was friendly, kind, funny, intelligent and, as I said, knowledgeable. Her exam was thorough, gentle and she explained everything she was doing. I just loved her and the care I was given.

I have been seeing Dr Ballas for several years, I recently went to ER and need surgery for a cyst ASAP. I called to schedule appt with Dr Ballas and the staff is completely unprofessional,rude,ignorant. I spoke to several different girls in the office. Apparently I owe an outstanding balance- which I was not aware of. I was told needed to call the collection agency and set up payments then to call back to get appointment scheduled. I did just that, made payment, set plan up. Call back to the office and am told that I need to pay in full before I am scheduled! It’s not that I owe alot(it’s only $1000). And was never aware/ nor is this on my credit report. I now have to find a new GYN which I am very uncomfortable with. Dr Ballas is great and I trust him. However the staff needs to all be replaced. I have never been treated like I was. At one point I was hung up on. Being in medical field myself for over 20 years, I can not ever imagine treating or speaking to a patient like I was. Told I was misinformed! So here I am in pain, trying to get in with a new GYN and get surgery scheduled. I hope someone with some power at capital Womens care will actually read this and actually care about how patients are treated!!

Emmerita Morris is one of the best Gynecologists I have ever seen. She is all around just a wonderful woman and provider! Highly suggest going to her. The rest of the staff are very friendly and polite, but she shines so bright with her vivacious and knowledgeable personality.

Good luck getting a call back regarding your health or any test results or actually getting through to speak to a person. Also, good luck getting seen for the reason you booked your appointment. They changed that AND my nurse on me day of the appointment WITHOUT informing me and were very obviously trying to rush me out the door. I havent had 1 good experience in the three times Ive been here.I left my appointment this week and immediately found another OB/GYN.

Dr. Herbst has been my OB for years but this is my first time seeing him at Capital Women’s Care. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking, and no long wait times. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Dr. Herbst makes the visit very comfortable and listens to my concerns with the intent to make me feel like priority.

I have been coming to this office for years. When my Dr retired I chose Dr. Buchanan for my new Dr and my experience was great. Dr. Buchanan is a very kind , compassionate and thorough doctor. I felt very comfortable with her and her assistant and look forward to many years ahead with her as my Dr. Thanks Dr. Buchanan!

I found the ladies at front desk helpful and one even called me by name after I filled out the paperwork and brought it to her. Did not have to wait long til I was called for my appointment with PA Emily. Since this was my first visit, she took some time and asked me some questions and even let me know what she was doing step by step w/ my pap smear. She was sensitive and made an uncomfortable situation much easier. Emily asked me some more questions after and gave me some good advice about experiencing menopause. I will be coming back and will recommend Capital Womens Care.

I’ve been coming here for years. There is absolutely zero reason for there to be a busy tone during business hours, 2 1/2 hours after open. It is 1030. It is absolutely uncalled for how unavailable this place is. You don’t get seen until almost an hour after your appointment time and you are always kept waiting. They over book their appointments and rush them out. I’m looking for a new office who actually cares about me and my baby. If you guys are so busy that you don’t have time for your own patients, you’re doing something wrong. There are allot of rude women in this office, this place needs to get it together.

I don’t recommend this office to anyone, especially if it’s for prenatal care. They are unorganized, run behind and then rush through your appointment. The only provider who made me feel cared for and understood my questions and addressed them was Hillary, who is a midwife. The front desk is rude, one of the girls is extremely rude to all patients, as I sat in the waiting room she snapped at each patient that she came across. And this has been multiple times I’ve noticed it. They say they don’t fax notes or forms that they fill out but the fax machine is right behind them.. the patient is definitely not first priority in this office. I will be switching practices.

The NP was so kind and friendly. She took time to listen to my concerns and ensure that all of my questions were answered. The office at the My Airy location was also very comfortable, clean, and inviting. I would highly recommend.

This was my first visit and the entire staff was very helpful walking me through the process. They put me at ease and were very attentive and efficient. I am very happy to have found them and definitely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a new womans healthcare provider.

Following my initial appointment with Dr. Alam (who was wonderful) to discuss my ovarian cyst and an episode of severe pelvic pain, I came back to the office for a follow up ultrasound and exam. This time I saw Dr. Miller, who completely invalidated & belittled my concerns, and caused me distress with how he conducted my appointment. Dr. Miller did not even think I had a cyst when he first walked in, even though the entire point of my visit was to follow up on a confirmed ovarian cyst and it’s likely burst that almost sent me to the ER. He admitted “I hadn’t looked at your chart much yet” and suggested that I may dealing with IBS or similar digestive issues. I have dealt with ovarian cysts & pelvic pain for years now- his inability to listen & learn my history was insulting & made me question why I even came in. Then he proceeded to give me the quickest exam possible with 0 bedside manner, and tell me to throw my clothes on and meet him in his office. I wanted to just leave as I was extremely upset at this point. The end result was a prescription for a birth control that, so far has given me longer periods when it should help stop them for 3 months at a time…Capital Women’s Westminster as a whole is a professional office with very kind doctors and staff. That being said, I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Miller based on my experience.

Dr. Nagy at capital womens care was absolutely wonderful! She addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions.

I love Dr. Ballas! He typically runs on time (apologized profusely today when he wasn’t because they had two doctors out). I love that he does the exam and then chats in his office afterwards. I normally am in and out with no concerns, but did have one this time and he made me feel at ease and offered solutions and I 100% trust his judgment. The staff is very friendly also.

Today is my first visit to CWC. Dr. Price is amazing. She makes me feel comfortable. She took great care to ensure my exam was a good experience. I 100% recommend Dr. Jennifer Price.

Very pleasant visit. I arrived early and was out by the time I was scheduled.PA Whitney was thorough in taking my history and Dr. Emmerita was kind and attentive per her norm.

Only waited about 3 minutes before being called back. Everyone was very nice. My gynecologist took the the time to answer any questions I had. She explained everything as she went along with the exam. Had a 3D mammogram afterwards with no waiting time. Highly recommend Capital Womens Care.

Dr Miller is the best!! Hands down he has always taken time for me to explain whats going on so I understand, squeezing me in for ER appointments..delivered my son cesarian and helped me threw my first pregnancy with ease when I was having complications his bed side manner is hands down the best in the business..He preformed my tubal ligation and cervical ablation procedure because of complications I had my whole life with horrible debilitating menstrual cycles and cervical pap abnormalities.. That procedure itself was and still is a life changer for me ....could not go without saying I recommend Dr Stephen Miller and the Capital Womens staff hands down...thank you for what you do daily for the women and children of Carroll County long time patient..love u guys..

I go here just for check ups as I am not pregnant not have I ever been. I see Dr Hubbard when I go there, Ive been going to her for about 5 years now. The staff is nice and helpful in my opinion and I feel like they as well as Dr Hubbard genuinely care about my health. I give them 4 instead of 5 stars because the waiting room looks if-y currently, there are big stains on the carpet but they are renovating so maybe they will change that as well. The new check in system is very modern and nice. I would recommend to other women or girls who have never had a gynecologist before

Doctor was fantastic. Office could do better at communicating; IE when prescriptions will arrive and if there is an issue with ordering one. I had to wait 2 months to get my birth control and that was not cool.

Despite my perennial confusion between the Phyllis Green Building and the Professional Center next to it, I managed to find the suite of Capital Womens Care. (Professional Center is correct, btw.) I walked in wind-blown during a rainstorm with glasses fully fogged feeling confused and always a little nervous about the annual gyn appt. Everyone there was kind and patient. I was directed to use a kiosk to log in. I was only there a few minutes before I was called to go to the exam area. The nurse who took me to the exam room was welcoming. My former gynecologist retired, and the new nurse practitioner was cheerful and supportive, reviewing all of the paperwork I submitted and interacting based on my answers to various questions on the forms. She encouraged me to attend to other health needs I am prone to neglect. She was attentive to my level of discomfort during the exam. After the exam, I had my overdue mammogram, and again, the technician was kind, patient, and caring. Throughout my visit, I never felt rushed or neglected. My only possible improvement to suggest might be getting paperwork in advance so I could complete it at home; there were several sheets to complete. After pausing during Covid, its good to have a local center for womens health care that makes me glad I returned.

My check- in experience was fast! And my appointment was fast, but thorough.

I have been with Hilles 33yrs and would follow her to the end of the earth. She is the BEST of the BEST. I do miss where she use to visit with you in her private office at the end of your appointment to catch up and discuss things and concerns. She did that at GBMC and Sinai but Capitol Womens Care she doesnt. They need to allow that time for her and her patients. That always made a difference.

If the doctor asks if there any issues you have been having during your regular exam, be sure not to answer or youll get charged for an additional office visit. Its a great exploitation of the weak healthcare system we have to ask patients about any concerns during time you already have scheduled with them and then charge more because it somehow took more time and resources just to talk about it. This is why people go years without care. I understand that this is a greater weakness in our healthcare system overall and Dr. Emmerita is very good, but its always beyond disappointing to go through this with a practice that doesnt seem to get how problematic this is or understand that this will deter me from discussing my health during routine exams going forward.

Friendly, welcoming staff and Dr. Ballas takes his time and really listens to my questions and concerns. He delivered all three of my children and performed my ablation surgery. I trust him to always provide the best care.

Jennifer Price is the best gyno I’ve ever had! she makes what some would say an uncomfortable experience actually pleasant. Highly recommend!

Was there yesterday, had a 2:45 appointment got taken back on time, nurse ( Erica) was very sweet and nice, I have been with Dr. Barnett for over 10 years ( he saved my life) he caught a problem before it killed me. I have seen Dr. Hubbard she also is a excellent doctor, they are my two favorites. I have never had an issue with CWC, yes sometimes your appointments can go over and they dont see you exactly on time but what doctor really does, I usually sit half an hour - 45 minutes overtime at my regular doctors office.Sometimes emergencies come up with other people and they take them priority to your appointment which I understand because if dr. Barnett would have not took me above everybody else I would have died. long story short three weeks after having a child I had a severe infection in my stomach, from another doctor from another office. Patience is always a virtue.

Dr Buchanan and the nurse were very kind and professional great bedside manner. I just moved and started going to the Eldersburg branch really enjoy the facilities and most importantly enjoy not having a huge wait time

I dont think Ive ever felt so relaxed at an exam. Wonderful care from the moment I walked in at 7am until I left. This will be my new practice and Dr Emily Stem will be my new provider

Dr Miller was great and personal.. but waiting for 1 hour 10 minutes + in the waiting room just for blood work was NOT cool. How can they be that far behind...? One of the front nurses is short and dismissive.Update: it gets better.... A video then I get to go do to the lab for the blood work great.. more time but because they dont take blood in office.

Honestly disappointed. We moved to the area last December and I was delighted to learn my existing OBGYN provider had a location near our new house. Unfortunately it’s been disappointment after disappointment. My very first appointment was rescheduled after I had already been waiting in the exam room for a doctor. Their reasoning was that “they never got my ultrasound from the hospital sent over and they wanted to confirm my pregnancy was viable”. Ive had 3 appointments scheduled with a particular person only to have a completely different person walk into my exam room and when asked about it was told “I don’t know” BOTH times. THEN i had my most recent appointment cancelled which I was notified of the night prior to my appointment, when I called to reschedule it they told me my appointment was already rescheduled for the next day as a virtual one. Excuse me? No notification? NOW I’m 50 min into waiting for my VIRTUAL appointment. This doctor is at HOME and is almost an hour late to my appointment. What is the excuse now? I’m beyond disappointed I’m disgusted at this point. Their time is not more valuable than mine.

I have always been very happy here, however, my visit today was a mess. They didn’t know that I didn’t have my mammogram done prior to my exam and were trying to check me out before my mammogram was done & then they couldn’t find my paperwork. It was very confusing. This has never happened before so I was a bit disappointed.

Dr Ballas is just an amazing human. So kind and reassuring. The staff are fantastic and pretty good at what they do. I honestly have no complaints.

If I could not give any stars I would!! You cannot find proper care in Carroll county for OB. I waited for 50 minutes one day and had to reschedule for the next day and again had a wait that was beyond acceptable. I have had to use time from work to sit and wait and maybe not even be seen. I have called with an urgent matter and was told the nurse will try to get back to you. I ended up taking myself to L&D. This practice makes me not want to have anymore children!!!!! I would rather take my chances and drive an hour or more for proper OB care and to be seen!

It is the first time I have experienced Capital Women’s Care. The nurses were pleasant and helpful. The doctor (who I have been a patient of for over 45 years in other practices) was prompt and his usual caring efficient self.

Fast and easy appointment. Very smooth transition from mammogram to yearly check up appointment. A lot of care given today and everyone was professional and pleasant.

I had some pretty bad fears regarding going to a gyn, but this place completely absolved them :) theyre very friendly, gentle, and caring. And most important, I feel comfortable coming here as a queer person. So if youre getting cold feet about getting your downstairs checked out, this is definitely the place to go.

This is the first gyno I went to and it was one of the worst experiences. Don’t recommend going at all. The staff is inconsiderate, the doctors don’t listen. I went because I’ve had severe pain thinking it could possibly be cysts and I explained I have been in so much pain I throw up and can barely move (usually laying on the bathroom floor because it’s so bad). My first doctor felt my stomach (I told her it was painful) she said I didn’t have any cyst. I also said it was so bad one time I took a tramadol and that barely touched the pain, she completely ignored how bad my pain was and suggested birth control only. I went back again and had a sonogram of my ovaries, turns out I had three cysts and two of them were very large.Recently I called again because I’ve been feeling nauseous and the nurse was very inconsiderate and again I didn’t feel like I was acknowledged.I can say almost every appointment I wasn’t heard, they only suggests take a pill and don’t get to the route cause. I’m very disappointed and I wish I could give them a “0” rating.

Anyone else feel judged? Two of the 5 midwives I have met with asked me accusatory questions without giving me a real chance to explain (weight gain, number of pregnancies etc) . It was petty, Catty, and its been weeks and I still cant shake the comments they made out of my head. Not looking forward to delivering at Carroll county.. Anne arundel Mc was by far my best experience. But here...nothing feels equal with some of the midwives. Staff are really pleasant. Love the lady that does sonogram. Nurses and desk clerk are all really nice. But the comments...I really cannot shake.

I’ve taken a few days to reflect on what I wanted to put here. It was a new nurse practitioner I’ve never seen before and the first thing she asked me was if I’d just had a baby. I was horrified. I said no and she said, “sorry, thought I read that.” She then asked if I planned to have children and I said not for a few years, I’m pretty busy with my work and with my special needs cats at home and that they were my children. She then laughed and said I won’t love them once I have a kid and will take them to the vet to be EUTHANIZED. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Once she saw how horrified I was she said she was just kidding. Who makes a joke like that? Then the entire examination was extremely awkward as she used a tool that was too large and said she didn’t have anything smaller when the nurse said, “here’s a small right here.” She ended up not even using it… I can’t believe I experienced this from a professional and don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Dr. Barnett, as always was a dream. Hes always attentive to my concerns, makes sure all of my questions are answered and has great bedside manner. That said, you can tell this place is very corporate. The sign in process is all done at a kiosk and you scan your own things. Less interaction with people. But I know thats the way these corporate places run.

Emily Stem is very professional, caring and concerned about your health. I will continue with her as my health provider.

The staff is always extremely helpful. My only surprise was still being asked to show up 15 mins early and waiting in the waiting room, not your car. It was a very full waiting room, yes we were all masked and distanced from one another, but I was very surprised it wasn’t wait in you car and be texted when they were ready Gir you.

I have never had a bad experience at Dr. Barnett’s office. I was with him before it became capital women’s care. Dr. Ballas and Dr. Miller are also superb physicians and listen to any concerns or questions you have. The front desk is always nice. Also, they are on time most days which is so important because as the patient, we have places to be too! I used to sit at my previous GYN’s office for 30-45 mins before she even took me back! I recommend capital women’s care for all your OB & GYN care.

I will not be coming here again after I wrap up from this pregnancy - you simply cant get a return phone call! The nurses and doctors were great our whole pregnancy, but on the day I went into labor, they would not return our phone calls to the office - even though we called multiple times explaining that I was having contractions 5 minutes apart and noone called us back over the course of several hours to let us know if we should go to the hospital! The next time we heard from the office was at 8:30 the next morning when our son had already been born!! I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but then they have again ignored my plea for a response with a painful postpartum infection that flared up this week... called on a Thursday hoping for a response with no luck - since its now the weekend Ill need to just go see someone else. I hate to leave this review but what is the point of having a practice if they cant even give you a response in your time of need - my labor and recovery has been made a lot more stressful and painful by their inability to answer my questions, get back to me with results or schedule follow-up.

Very simple & efficient check-in process. Always a friendly and inviting experience from the staff. And the doctor always makes my experience relaxing and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Seen Dr. Alam. She was beyond professional and extremely courteous. Answered all my questions, even discussed some different topics and options for me. Was very glad to be heard and not judged based on my research and glad that she agreed with me on those subjects.

Dr. Miller is a very thoughtful and gentle doctor. He takes time with you to resolve questions and is thorough in his assessment.

Dr. Hubbard did not give you her time to talk to you I was a new patient and she did not make me feel as though she were at all interested. I was there for my yearly she barely spoke to me. She completed the test and said make an appointment for next, you will get your test results in a few days. Well that was a year ago still no test results!! I contacted them 3 times their answer we are very busy right now can you please leave your number and we will be back to you. STILL WAITING!! I will find another Dr.

Receptionist very pleasant. However the person in charge of sending a doctor order sent the order to the wrong radiology location even after I asked if she had the correct location. Displays lack of interest to correct detail.

Never again will I come to this office. I’ve been a patient since I got pregnant with my son in 2017 and because of a $30 balance from 2018 that went to collections (can’t afford to pay right now) they are refusing to see me. I’ve never been more disappointed in their customer service than I am right now! Their $30 is more important to them than my reproductive health and that’s disgusting. I will never support this establishment again
