I opted for Arcpoint for a drug screening required by a potential employer. My experience last week was highly unusual.Positive: The facility is located in a nice office park in Westerville and is well maintained and clean.Negative: The staff member at the facility appeared to have little to no training. She struggled to log into the system and needed assistance via FaceTime from the owner or manager. She couldnt locate the * on the keyboard for the password, requiring me to physically show her where it was. Once logged in, I was given a specimen cup with no further instructions apart from filling it and returning it. When I asked what to do with it once fillled she simply saidbring it back to the counter. After returning with the specimen, she openly poured it into another vial on the counter, leaving the original cup exposed. This process raised concerns about the integrity of the testing procedure here, which is normally very stringent. Although I had no intentions of manipulating the test, the lax procedures at this facility could potentially allow it. As an employer seeking accurate screening, I would hesitate to use this facility. The entire experience was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this business.

This is by far the most professional lab ive ever been in. The cost was so fair I wanted to tip them. The ladies care about you and your time. I highly recommend
