This was my very first time ever going to arcpoint. I have to say they were very attentive. The young lady that took care of me was pretty awesome. She was actually quite concerned about my feelings and made great conversation while trying to accomplish the task. Im quite the complicated patient when it comes to my veins. But her patients, resilience, and kindness made the difference. And the goal was achieved. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience here; Andrea is amazing. I watcher her handle a difficult walk in customer while taking care of an issue on the phone all while remaining calm and courteous. She was also the person who did my bloodwork and went above and beyond to make sure it was a pleasant experience. What a gem you have!

The entrance has a little sandwich board and it says TSA on the door, but when you walk in it looks like a lab test facility. I was not sure I was in the right place so I had to ask someone. The staff are very kind and courteous. My appointment was for 9:15 am and I had all my documents so check in was easy. I did have to wait an extra 15 min before I was called in. Once in the TSA documenting room, it was an easy and smooth process. If not for the extra wait, it would be a 5 star rating. !

The staff was wonderful and efficient! But they were severely understaffed. I had a morning appointment and waited over an hour and a half. Again, wonderful and patient staff but they were so understaffed I felt so badly for them and for me as I had to call in late to my job due to waiting almost 2 hours for fingerprinting.

Greeted immediately and ushered into a waiting room. In a few minutes someone came and took me to have my application processed. All done very professionally and quickly.

Scheduled an appointment for my twic card, showed up and hour early and was taken care of within 20 minutes. The staff was very courteous and made me feel very welcome. I most definitely will be using you guys again, thanks.

I was taken back promptly. I had 4 children with me when I needed blood work, which is definitely not ideal. The workers were patient and accommodating with each of us. The blood draw was professional, gentle, and efficient. I needed 12 viles drawn. It left no bruising.

Very fast and professional, I was in and out 20 minutes. They were very busy but did a great job at handling the influx of people.

Very efficient, very nice staff. I had an appointment at 10.40am, I checked in just after 10.30am.....I was back out the door and getting in my car at 10.43am! Id definitely use Arcpoint Labs again if I needed their services in the future.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did have a glitch with their system that made the wait time a little longer but the staff was good with explaining it.

I happened to go in a day when some company decided to do a random drug test and the waiting room was packed. The 2 young ladies at the front were super polite and even with all the people I maybe waited 15 minutes. At one point they had so many people they put half the people in a second waiting room. People just kept coming in. The girls worked quick and efficiently I was impressed.

The staff greeted me as I walked in. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The office was very clean and I was seen very promptly. My phlebotomist was very friendly and explained what she was doing to me and why. I felt very safe and comfortable.

We made an appointment for TSA Precheck. We arrived early, and they took us in early. We were done before the appointment start time! Thorough, professional, and quick!

Unable to make my appointment online and went as a walk-in. Even though there were only two techs there and 6 guys waiting for employment testing I was seen in about an hour. Nicole was a great stick!!

I went to ARCpoint Labs of West Palm Beach for my TSA Precheck appointment and everything was very organized and streamlined. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Plus I got a B12 injection while I was there. I didnt get her name but the girl who took care of me was very professional and kind. The guy at the front desk was super nice too. They gave me their names but I just dont remember names well. It was the morning of 4/8. Such a good experience that I will probably go get another B12 injection next month too.

The process was extremely easy and quick. The total time we spent was less than 30 minutes for my wife and I. The staff was very polite and the TSA facility was convenient to access.I appreciated the appointment process and the attention given to sticking to our busy schedules.

Do yourself a favor dont waste your time going there, everybody there does not have a clue!!!!Big waste of time going there with an appointment!!!!!

I went to ARC because of having a facility near by so I can have a 10 panel drug testing done since I am a vendor. The vendor credentialing office has a specific panel needed which I brought to ARC twice. The results were declined both times, negative I might add, because ARC did not submit the required testing needed even when I provided the list to ARC. I literally printed the testing requirements for easy reference. When I went the second time, I even explained why I needed the specific testing according to the list I provided. I was given assurance by the manager that I was going to have the correct panel done. I dont understand why I could not get the testing I was requesting so my credentialing is not held up. I paid out of pocket for this and could have taken my business anywhere.

Office was clean and quiet, soft music played in the background. Service was quick and efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment. After wating for 20 minutes, I asked the person at the front desk when I would be seen. He said when my name comes up on the list. I asked when will that be. He said when my name comes up the list. The woman who did the fingerprints did not apologize for bing 30 minutes late. Other than that she was fine.

I needed to get my TSA Pre-check screening done. I had an appointment at the airport. When I got to the airport, TSA had their facility closed without any warning or reason. I went to ARCPoint Labs to see if they could squeeze me in since TSA dropped the ball at the airport. They were so kind and allowed me to walk in without an appointment. All of the staff were extremely friendly and nice. The process was super fast and efficient. I will be sending the rest of my family to them when it is time to renew their TSA precheck!

I came here for a drug test and everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. Didnt get the name of the guy who did my great but he answered any question I had about the facility (it was my first time there). I also got a B12 shot administered by Nicole; who was very gentle and knowledgeable. Everyone there is well mannered. Special mention to the front desk team as well. Thank you !!

I really would recommend this place I had to do an employment drug screen and they were open and available and assisted me the staff are friendly and professional this will be the place I go if I need any other testing done I didn’t have to wait at all in and out and they also offer b12 injections and all stuff for your immune system 👍

The associates at ARCpoint were very polite and friendly. They took me right away and my appointment moved very quickly. I did not they offered so many wellness checks and wellness shots. I will look into coming back for those services!

My wife and I had a 1:00 PM appointment. We were taken on time. The service provider was at all times friendly, professional, and very competent. The facility was very clean and inviting.

I have always been skeptical about these kind of places. I went yesterday for the first time as I was feeling run down. I fell like a new person today. I would recommend this to anyone. Nicole was awesome. Experience was seamless and recliners were great.

I got there about 5 minutes before my appointment time. They helped me to check in for the first time visit. I barely had a chance to sit dow and they called me back for my appointment. The lady was very friendly and explained every step. It was quick and easy.

I needed to get fingerprinted for a project and my experience with ARCPoint Labs was absolutely terrific. I wish i had gotten the technician’s name, because he did a fantastic job checking me in and processing me through the fingerprint process. He noticed my Veteran status from my ID and we had a short conversation about that experience. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes but I never felt rushed. This gentleman is an excellent representative for his company. I will be using ARCPoint Labs in the future should the need arise.

I came in yesterday, 2/14/24 I had to do fingerprint scan and while talking with Jessica (the gal that helped me with this), she also mentioned that they do a drug test there, too. Im glad I was able to take care of all my pre-employment verification services at ARCpoint labs. They have other great services there, too. Thanks again Jessica for all your help.

The TSA precheck was fast and easy on time and great experience

I had to go in recently for a new hire drug test. The guys that were working the day I went in were great. They helped me right away, the test was quick and easy, and I was in and out. I had a question about the B12 shots for $20 they offer. The guy at the front explained everything to me so I’ll definitely be back soon to try that out. Lastly the facility was nice and clean as well and very easy to find.

I had a TSA pre check appt., but the equipment was not working. No one had the courtesy to call me to not come to the appt. Then I tried to call the location, to see if the equipment was working, and it’s near impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I finally got ahold of someone, they said the equipment was working. I did a walk in, and the staff was very courteous.

Staff was nice and courteous. Wait wasn’t that bad but could have been a little faster but I think the person was a new employee. However satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend 🙂

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very professional, well spoken, young woman, named Li ,who answered every question I had. Li made my son and I feel comfortable and created a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend Arc point Labs for any kind of testing you may need and especially the Delray location where I visited.

Receptionist was nice, but then I and everyone in the waiting room heard a conversation regarding a mother on the phone about a DNA test. Let me just say it was handled less than professionally and was continued to be talked about after the call ended, as were a few other calls. If it was me or anyone I knew on that phone I would advise them go somewhere else. Lucky for you I am not your Risk Manager.

Way more professional and organized compared to quest diagnostics around the corner from them. I was a walk-in and still managed to be in and out in 20 min. Other places will advertise walk-ins then tell you that an appointment is needed then have you waiting 2 hours past your scheduled appointment time. ARCpoint labs is convenient and professional

Staff was efficient and friendly. I was able to get the TSA Precheck done quickly. I arrived before my appointment and was taken early.

Was told I had a 15 minute wait. After 1 hour 30 mins I was told that the computer that does the fingerprints was down but now working and will only be a few minutes. When I asked Why did you not tell me I would of rescheduled?.I was looked at and was told, sorry were busy.

Waiting area had a computer login for when you arrived. After 20 min a human asked me questions & I explained I had logged all my info. She then confirmed. My appointment was at 10am & they finally took me for my TSA prechck appointment at 10:25. They were not that busy!

OMG! So quick and easy! We arrived early for our appointment, and we’re taken right back. Took less tan 15 minutes, and received our TKN by email the following day.

I actually thought I was at the wrong place upon entering the facility, because it said ARCpoint Labs. I had a scheduled appointment for TSA Pre-check on Wednesday but I took a chance and went on Tuesday as a walk-in. I entered the building and the receptionist was very polite he asked me for my documents and I signed in. He also informed me that it was a family of 4 that was ahead of me and that I would me next. After the family was done I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I highly recommend this facility.

Great experience with efficient staff. I just walked in and they took care of me right away. Eveything was done for like less than 10 minutes. I was happy wih theirservice.

They lost my information for TSA precheck. You can never reach an actual person. TSA made me wait 60 days to see if their fingerprints would be sent. Since I couldn’t reach anyone I had to go somewhere else to do them. I paid $78 for endemia (tsa precheck), and over $100 getting original birth certificate and marriage license info sent quickly so I wouldn’t have TSA precheck for an important trip. Did not have on time, so all the effort rushing on my lunch form work and the money were wasted. No one even bothered to call back. Everyone I know got tsa precheck in 3-5 days, I’m over 60 days out and starting all over. Plus everyone on the waiting room is re totality there for weight loss or steroid meds…it’s one of those places that’s creepy, and dirty too. Go somewhere else

Making the appointment online to go get finger printed for TSA PRECHECK was swift and easy. Came in, they checked me in right away. All in all, my total time there was under 18 minutes from the time I checked in. Very happy with the service, place was super clean and staff was very pleasant.

Kind of hard to find the TSA sign but the entire process by ARCpoint Labs was simple & easy.

The only thing is that there was one closer to my house. They should find a way to delegate to other offices so people dont have to spend on gas and time there was one five minutes from my house in Delray Beach. And I had to drive 20 minutes there in 20 minutes back but I still the give me five stars because the service was excellent one more thing find a way to accept. Information with airdrop or tapping the phone thats all I have to spend 10 minutes filling out information when we could just send it to you thats it

In a world where exceptional customer service is hard to come by, this place far exceeded my expectations! Their staff is so kind and easy to work with, the facility is beautiful and squeaky clean, and they go above and beyond to ensure youre happy with the services they are providing. I honestly have not received customer service like this in a very long time, I highly recommend them!

I had such a great experience. The staff couldn’t be any nicer. Welcoming and friendly. The nurse that took my swab was the funniest and most engaging I have ever experienced. The time wait was less then 10min. Just absolutely wonderful.Highly recommended.

I was early they were able to take me early. Had me out in five minutes. Great experience.

My only suggestion is that customers are helped in the order that they check in. That’s just professional courtesy.

Dani and Amparo are a dream come true for my family, as we have a son with special needs who is very hard to draw blood from. Hes a screamer and gets very anxious around needles, so I didnt know what to expect from the visit but Dani and Amparo were very patient and approached him in a way that made the difference and got us what we needed. They were very nice to my son and knew how to talk to him in order to calm him down.We came back two weeks later for my nephew to be tested for Lyme. The test is time sensitive and is a whole process that can be crazy. Tom ordered the kit and called me first thing Monday morning so we can get started. I want to give a huge thanks to him because Tom was very patient and understanding of our situation. His personality and professionalism was deeply appreciated.Brendan was very helpful in getting everything sorted out as well and we were lucky enough to see Dani once again, who got us in and out very fast. Its been extremely rough on our family with two sick kids and going through all that entails but we were very lucky to find this place. Thank you to everyone.. we will come back for sure ❤️

Reception desk was empty for the first 5 minutes and the people in line didnt know how to check in on the screen that was there. Once a receptionist was present all went smoothly.

There was just a short wait beyond my scheduled appointment but the workers could not have been more professional or attentive
