I have received entirely wonderful and caring service from every staff member I have met at this clinic.The ultrasound tech (nurse? I’m not sure), Jackie, is truly the most kind healthcare professional I have ever encountered. She has answered all of my millions of questions, has been patient with my doubts and concerns, and has been fundamental in helping me deal with a very difficult and emotional experience.Dr. Schloesser has been extremely informative and kind as well, helping me weigh every single option without any sort of bias or trying to lead me in a specific direction. When I finally have a baby, I’ve spent years thinking I would want to go with a midwife, but now there is no one else I would rather have in the delivery room than her.Even in the worst circumstances, I have felt personally cared for, heard, and acknowledged at this clinic. My husband has also been treated with nothing but respect when he has his own questions about what might otherwise be considered “female-only” issues. I am so appreciative of this team and will continue to go here as long as I live in the area :)
