Love this place! They were very fast to get me in and the staff was very friendly. The nurse practitioner was very nice and thorough. Great place to go if you don’t want to sit in a waiting room for hours. Thank you!

That was by far the quickest most friendly and proficient urgent care visit Ive ever had!! The office was very clean and welcoming. The Dr was kind and straight to the point. By far the best visit ever!!! Thank you for being so easy, helpful and friendly. And the scheduling was online so that made it 100% easier and faster.

NextCare staff, including nurses, doctors, and all other members or workers, are friendly and ready to help. I had a good time with them, and they treated me with respect and a highly professional attitude. I recommend that everyone go there without any hesitation. They are quick in checking in and diagnosing. You may not expect how fast they are! Thank you, NextCare, for your help and support.

Made an appointment for 5:00 but I arrived over an hour early. The clinic wasnt that busy and she was able to get me in sooner which I really appreciated. The nurse practitioner actually listened to me and my symptoms and gave me a real solution to my problem as opposed to the answer I gotten from a different Urgent Care a couple days ago. Will definitely be returning if I ever need an urgent care. The staff was great. I was in and out in less than an hour.

This staff is phenomenal. I went on a Sunday morning because my son had an ear infection, and they were so friendly and helpful and compassionate. The provider, Danielle Smith went above and beyond for us. I will forever recommend NextCare on Broadway

6/28/24 After years of dodging the COVID bullet, it hit me. I was experiencing stuffy head, scratchy throat, roaring headache, generalized achiness, elevated temp, fatigue, dry cough, and chest tightness. My home test result came back in seconds, not minutes, so I took a second test thinking the first result was whack. It wasn’t. After the positive results, I masked up and raced to the clinic as a walk-in just before closing. I’m a semi-frequent flier at this location, so check-in was a breeze, even though I was only part way through filling out the forms on my app. The staff were helpful, efficient, and caring. The NP gave me a thorough exam, thoughtfully laid out her valid reasons why she wouldn’t prescribe the Paxlovid I wondered about, gave me Rxs to treat my symptoms, and stressed continuing to use my pulse oximeter and inhalers and to hydrate. She was caring, wise, and compassionate. I’m grateful to receive such excellent care so easily! I’ll continue to recommend the Broadway/Tucson NextCare to anyone who needs competent, fast medical care.10/13/23 Friday the 13th, of course. My rescue Chow is a resource guarder, and I made the idiot mistake of trying to pick up a sandwich that was on the floor after he stole it off the coffee table while I stepped away for a moment. Thoughtlessness on my part that resulted in one hell of a bite. Considered trying to bandage it at home, then made the correct decision to drive over to the NextCare closest to me. I was a walk-in, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and professional. The treating NP, Ignacio Nunez, was skilled and calm, with a positive demeanor. He talked me through his exam and each step of the treatment he provided. Disinfection, steri-strips, bandage, Tetanus shot, and an antibiotic called in to the closest pharmacy. I was in and out in just under 45 minutes, 15 of which was waiting to see if I’d keel over from the jab. The office and staff provided good treatment in a timely fashion, plus they all declared my dog to be deserving of forgiveness because he looks *very cute* in his pics. The Solv app & completing all paperwork online, even though I was already in the lobby, was a bonus. If you’ve got to go to urgent care, I’d recommend this one.

Basic urgent care facility with outstanding staff. I had sliced my finger on a food processor blade and thought I needed stitches but thankfully it was not a deep cut and it was glued shut and covered with a bandaid. There was barely any wait, the facility very clean, and the staff not only professional but friendly. I would not hesitate to use this facility again should I have an urgent need.

The Nice young lady at the front desk helped me to get the paperwork done. I was suffering bad with Arthritis pain when my PCP Retired making me have to get another Dr.I was seen by the Dr. On duty very quickly and she addressed my issues and also gave me great information on how to go about talking to my New Dr. About the issues with my handsOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!👍

I was seeing promptly and everyone I encountered at Next Care was very professional patient and polite. My ear was bothering me and it needed to be washed out and flushed out which the nurse practitioner did very carefully. I appreciate the care that I received there today. Thank you.

Accommodating staffs. Doctor was very nice, and explained will the medicine that I will taking. The swelling subside right after the steroids but the itchiness is still there. I hope it will went away as I finish the medication given. All in all service was good.

The front desk staff was nice, the patient care tech/?CNA was not friendly hurried to do my BP as soon as I sat. I told her to wait for 3-5 min for a more accurate reading and she seemed offended. I explained I was a cardiac rehab nurse and that is standard practice ( especially bec I had just used the bathroom and had a coughing spell) your mid level automatically assum d I spoke Spanish and started with Spanish. I was not pleased bec I had hoped to get tamiflu since I had direct contact with my grandson 4-5 days prior to my symptoms. The PCT came in with one swab for the flu and someone came afterwards to remind her she needed one for Covid and strep. I told her to make sure to get into the nares further and get a good 10 second sample and she did not she barely went in and did it quickly. I was told it was neg for all 3 however went and got a second opinion and yes it was the flu! I will never go back to an urgent care here in Tucson. I live in Colorado; again I’m an RN, my husband is a doctor and my daughter is a PA. I’ve never had to go to urgent care- usually very healthy but I felt horrible.

I got there on time for my scheduled appointment. There was some kind of incident going on there and I didnt get to be seen untll about 45 minutes after my appointment. I did not appreciate having to hang out with sick people for that length of time. The PA appeared to be very stressed out. She was not warm, very abrupt, rushed, and in my experience amoxicillin is not the appropriate antibiotic for a sinus infection. The office was worn and not particularly clean looking. Especially the front desk, there was stuff smeared on it. The assistant had to try three times to get the blood pressure machine to get my blood pressure. I also worried about the cleanliness of it. I came back here because I was very happy with my previous visit but I doubt if Ill go there again.

The Nurse prac we saw seemed rush. She also didnt even touch my daughter to further assess her where the concern was. She just laid eyes on her and diagnosed her. What a poor assessment! This is part of the reason this country suffers from epidemics of incorrect med use.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had had at a next care. I was essentially dismissed with a prescription for pills that don’t necessarily address what I have And upon looking at my current prescriptions, would interact with one of them and increase my risk of seizures. Feels very presumptuous of them to suggest that I have travelers disease when the last time I was out of the country was a month ago, and I’ve been healthy since Alongside my family of eight with no symptoms. Recent symptoms, that aligned themselves a lot with Covid, were not talked about. I would not send my family here, I would be concerned for their general safety. Should they actually have something dangerous as they would probably just prescribe them more pills In order to get them out of the office. I’m going to head over now to TMC.I would also like to note that the girls in the front were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s the physician themselves that were cold, and unhelpful.

It was actually an amazing experience. Honestly! We were in and out within 1 hour, but the Dr (or whatever her title is) who saw me was what made the experience spectacular. Kudos to Danielle Smith. She is an asset. She explained everything she did and why she was choosing that particular method. I learned so much. She would have made an amazing professor! Thank you Dr Smith!

All the staff were very polite and kind. The Doctor who did the physical for my daughter was also very kind and caring.

I have never felt so comfortable with a doctor before. So straight forward yet compassionate at the same time. My type of doctor. If there were more doctors like her, going to the doctor would be so much easier .

The people were very nice but they did nothing and my son ended up with something more severe the next day so I ended up having to go to a whole different urgent care. So , nice service , disappointing result.

7/20/24 12pm appointment the staff and the doctor were amazing. I didn’t get any of there names, but the doctor was to the point. Got my prescription ready and me on my way in 20 minutes.

I was sent over to Nextcare for an X-ray. After going through all the paperwork, vitals, and medical information, I finally saw a np.I told her what I needed and she said that they didnt have an X-ray machines. I told her that it was a wasted trip because I didnt get what I needed.I also saw a lot of signs on the walls that said that they didnt allow profanity, or any other kind of aggressive behavior.Well, who can blame people for getting mad when they dont do anything for their patients. Im already in pain and dont need the extra aggravation. I was livid by the time I left there. I would NOT recommend Nextcare to anyone.I had a similar experience at a different location and I didnt realize that the place my insurance was referring me to was another location of Nextcare.If I could give them no stars I would. What do these people do all day? They certainly arent helping their patients.Im just letting others know that these people are incompetent to be in the medical system.

Was sick as a dog with both a Covid-like virus and a migraine.  I ended up dehydrated and nauseated with a terrible headache and couldn’t get in to see my doctor.  The staff at Nextxare were great!  In fact I have been there k ce before to get stitches in my finger!  Excellent care and great staff.

DO NOT COME HERE. THEY DONT LISTEN TO YOU, ONLY WANT YOUR MONEYCame in here and the first words out of my mouth was I was worried I was having trouble with my thyroid, in a potentially very serious way. I spent about 30 minutes waiting to see someone. When I saw someone, I let them know right away as well I was concerned about my thyroid in a time sensitive way. They proceeded to spend ~10-20 minutes asking me questions. When I asked if they could check my thyroid they said Oh we dont do any thyroid stuff, and it really frustrates me that people refer Thyroid stuff to us as if we can.As if they had no chance to say that at any point up front to me. Im completely convinced they strung me along just long enough to hit me with a bill. If they actually hated when people referred thyroid stuff to them, I had given them ample chance to turn me away before that.

The staff was quick to service and polite. The doctor was professional and sympathetic at every turn, I felt heard. Would refer them to everyone.

Wonderful team and efficient process. You complete your paperwork on your mobile device. I only waited about 2 minutes after that to be called back. The nurse practitioner was fantastic. Took the time to understand the issue and explained everything clearly. I have confidence in her diagnosis and she helped me understand how to manage it. Also called in a prescription and recommended an OTC medicine. Very quick, very easy - Highly recommend.

The staff were very attentive to the needs of my family and I having medical issues with respiratory like symptoms originating amongst family groups during a bereavement process and having COVID like concerning symptomatic affect.. The provider on schedule Erika was efficient and compassionate towards offering excellent medical care along with patient needs met and customer service provisions beyond expectations. Thank you Nextcare staff for being able to take care of my little boys and I during this trying time(s) and all that you do to better the lives and health of those in need. You are truly an asset to the community and healthcare professionalism.

The receptionist and the doctor were both very friendly and helpful and understanding and I was very appreciative of the care I received.

From the receptionist to the medical technician and doctor, all 3 ladies were super friendly and knowledgeable. I got in and out all within 25 mins. Even medication was ready for pickup when I left the urgent care. Thank you ladies for all your help.

My experience was good..Place was cLean and staff was very nice and polite..Made an online appt so no long wait and diagnose was prompt but doctor did do a thorough check to come to my diagnosis..It was a pleasant experience and in my opinion Id come back if need urgent medical care 👍🏽

Longish wait (little over an hour) but a knowledgeable practitioner who diagnosed quickly and knew the questions to confirm her diagnosis.

Been here many times. The staff at this location are truly wonderful. Thank you for the outstanding care you provide to our community.

Closed with a sign flashing open. When you call the machine says they are busy helping patients- misinformation and really unfortunate- my sick child also didn’t appreciate this- second time today with the misinformation. Requesting for a follow up on this and would like to formally complain

Jessica, the nurse worked diligently for 1/2 hour until she dug out a 1/2in thorn that pierced my nail, like a nail gun. She thoroughly explained after care and the signs of infection and had a great sense of humour.

Received good care and all the staff were very professional at their skill of care. I felt very comfortable with the way I was treated. I will recommend them to others.Sincerely,Patricia

My appointment was at 1pm. I waited an hour. The practicioner didnt listen to me when I said I had diverticuli. She poked my belly and said eat fiber.We were done.Never again.

If I could give less stars I would, I waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours just to wait another 30-40 minutes for the doctor to see me. The doctor then told me she didn’t want to give me a steroid shot to stop the pain since that was only a “band-aid” solution and would not solve the sinus infection I was dealing with. I had to beg her for something to take the pain away and she graced me with numbing drops for my ears that didn’t work. When I asked if there was anything else she could do she told me to be on my way and start taking the prescription. This would be fine if they ever actually sent the prescription off to be filled. After waiting the entire next day, and not hearing from the CVS I called them to learn it was never sent out because someone marked that they printed it. Multiple days of work missed, and 3 hours spent in pain that I could have done from my living room. Next time, I will just let the sickness consume me, then at least I won’t have to pay.

Pros: Fast check-in for new patients. Small form to complete. A lot of useful information is provided in the lobby and in the room, on the walls. Very thorough history intake asked in-person instead of having to complete the forms. Free WiFi. VA approved. X-ray and all!Cons: None.

The NP on duty was great but do NOT go there if you need X-rays!!!! They will take payment and then tell you they don’t have a technician at their location-despite the website saying the location does. I had to drive across town to the ONE location that did have an x-ray technician only to NOT get the results and have them NEVER answer the phone. Walking around on a potentially fractured foot, wishing I went elsewhere!!!!!

I tried to book an appointment at my regular doctors office. They had no openings for at least three days. I made an appointment for the same day at nextcare and was able to get seen rather quickly. Wait time was a little bit longer than expected but overall PA was really kind and knowledgeable.

No point in making an appointment here you still end up waiting 45 minutes just to get in the back. All these employees just sitting around talking so loud I could hear them discussing patients information and medical issues, very unprofessional.

Unfortunately I didn’t feel listened to. I have been to urgent care 3 times in the past month and a half and I’m feeling like they are just cashing my check without trying to get answers.

It was very efficient, clean and timely. We got the sports physical we needed and it wasn’t expensive.

At 3;30 i made an appointment for 4.30 but then waited 45 minutes for a simple test. . You must create a better system. Surely by 3:30 you knew you were so backed up that you should have not had that 4:30 available. Very frustrating.

There was no one else to be seen, so of course I was pleased, very attentive, interested in what was going on with you. Very pleased.

The front desk staff was wonderful, I went to 3 urgent cares before I chose this one. All my decisions are based off how you treat me as a customer, the girls were great, understanding, and extremely helpful, not once did I feel rushed or any sort of rudeness. 10/10 customer service, I was in and out in 30 min! Sports physical for my high school child. Scheduling was quick and easy, almost no wait time, and the appointment was fast.

I received excellent, immediate care from a combat nurse ,very knowledgeable and skillful !

What a joke! The nurse practitioner there is ridiculous. They just tell you everything is a virus and don’t do a thorough visit yet charge $130. My daughter has a sinus infection so bad her nose bleeds, but she was told it’s a virus . She didn’t even look up her nose to see the swelling. She made the motion to look in her throat yet asked if she still had tonsil. The lady didn’t even know what tonsils look like.

The check in process was nice and easy ! The employees were great very helpful and knowledgeable . The Ma Michelle was great and so was the doctor. I was very impressed with the care .

This place is horrible. The lady at the front desk does not make eye contact makes appointments, the whole 36 mins of waiting and she never checked us in !! Never again will I take my kids to that place ! Although the doctors are fantastic it’s just the person at front desk is HORRIBLE !!

I was seen quickly and the nurse was nice and very informative.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I booked a night appointment for abdominal pain. Arrived early just in case they could squeeze me in. They could not which is understandable. During my wait my pain became unbearable and by the time the dr got to me my stomach couldn’t be touched without tears and immense pain. They did absolutely nothing for me aside from taking a urine sample they didn’t bother testing or sending out. This site advertises imaging and lab work but the doctor said she could do neither and to go to ER. When I asked, through tears, if there’s an ER she recommends she got visibly upset with me and stormed out of the room and told the nurse “she has questions I can’t answer go talk to her”I finally received care at TMC UC and a private ER that found the problem, it was my kidneys. If this doctor had bothered to have my urine tested or offered any sort of help I wouldn’t have sat in pain for an additional 4 days. Don’t go here. Save your money for a more reputable location with empathy.

I’ve had to go in several times now and everyone is really kind and helpful; from the front desk, to the MA, and including the provider. (Even at the height of the pandemic when I went in for COVID symptoms.) I feel like they really listen and I always get the help I need. Highly recommend.

I was a walk in and seen relatively quickly. The office was helpful in explaining their discount fee option.The Dr was great. She asked probing questions, and listened to what I had to say, without rushing me out the door. Took time to explain exam results & what was being prescribed. Good experience.

I’ve consistently received quality care and respect from every one of the medical professionals I’ve interacted with at this location.I’ve visited this clinic many times when I can’t get in with my primary physician, and they’ve always seen me quickly, with little to no wait. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.Rochelle at the front desk has been there to check me in for each of my visits over the years, even through the thick of the pandemic - she’s always greeted me with warmness and professionalism, and deserves recognition for showing up the way that she does, day in and day out.

Absolutely not Urgent, and they dont Care.Please read the other one-star reviews before trusting this place with your healthcare. They will take your money, charge you bogus fees and refuse to help you. Expect a long wait and rudeness, youll probably leave sicker than you arrived. Hard pass.

This place helped us out so much. Made an early appointment. Brought my son in after he injured his thumb playing basketball and we had his assessment, x-rays, and referral to the orthopedics office within less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and just so pleasant. Thank you! I dont think we would of been home if we had gone to the ER any time soon.

I didn’t have an appointment but came here because it was on my way home from my kids’ school. I walked in at 8:25 and was seen by 9:00. The woman at the front desk was warm and friendly and the medical assistant was fast but thorough. The NP, Erika, listened to my concerns and treated me for an ear infection and bronchitis. I was hesitant to go to urgent care today, but I’m so glad I did. Thank you to all the staff at NextCare Urgent Care!

Was extremely lucky to have been able to get in and seen same day and early morning. But the staff at this urgent care was EXTREMELY great! Explained the situation in detail and provided exceptional service.

I have asthma and its important to be seen in a timely manner. But the receptionist took her time never got off the chair just scooted around then they left me In The room while they talked about personal issues and were laughing and caring on... Im coming back. I love the nextcare on pima and Wilmot!!! Just go there!!!

Friendly front desk staffs and nurse practitioner. We made an appointment online and waited for about 40 mins after the appointment time, which I think is not bad. There is a live wait status in the app after we checked in, which is a great feature since we can just wait in the car.

Good experience, was able to get assistance and a referral for my foot to an orthopedic doctor.

The nurse prescribed me antibiotics for my ear infection. I left there, Didnt take them & saw my ENT specialist instead. I was told I dont need antibiotics because theres no ear infection. Its neurological & bad migraines causing the discomfort. THAT example right there is why you shouldnt trust this location. Plus, she was rude. She kept speaking over me. Glad I trusted my instincts & didnt pump myself full of meds!

I visited this NextCare on Thursday last week. Everyone was kind and helpful at the front desk when I got checked in but the doctor was unprofessional. I went in because my tonsils were swollen. The doctor attending me was Shafer and rather than straight on addressing my current issue with my tonsils, she told me I needed to diet and exercise. It was not advice I needed nor invited to the conversation.

I am leaving 2 stars because the medical staff was competent. That said, we just spent 2 HOURS at the location for a 15 minute athletics physical for my sons. The front receptionist was rude, not just to us but also to other people checking in. Who is rude to a hard of hearing elderly person?! We made appointments ahead of time and we were not seen until almost an hour after our appointment time despite being there early because the receptionist kept taking walk-ins and sending them to be seen ahead of us. After the physical it took the receptionist 45 minutes to return our paperwork to us. Next year, we will head to our PCP rather than this location. With a different front desk/registration person, our experience would probably have been perfectly fine. Please NextCare, do a better job of either training or screening your reception and check-in staff, they are the face of your businesses and the first point of contact with your customers.

Came in with ear infection, they saw me quickly and were very friendly. Professional place, with medium comfortable waiting room.

Dr Ericka is amazing. Been seeing her for years. She has bonded with my son. The front desk staff on 9/14/22 was excellent. Never too busy. They schedule appointments close enough together where your not waiting long. Online check in is a breeze.

Incredibly helpful and professional staff. My fiance and I took our 3 young boys in for covid tests as they were all exposed at daycare. The staff was amazing from walk in to exit. Great with insurance, pleasant to us, and great with the kids. In out quickly (5 of us were seen). The facility was clean and well decorated as well. This is not the closest urgent care to our home, but will definitely be our first choice from here on.

I wish I would have known about next care years ago, it beats spending hours and hours at the E.R.. If its not an emergency and I just need a quick check up I set an appt here and Im in and out within the hour. Staff are always friendly and overall my experiences here have been great 👍

Exceptional service and professionalism! Made an online appointment and checked in online when I arrived. Minimal wait and all interactions were professional. The PA assessing me went above and beyond trying to find a site with a doctor who could help me. When no one was available,, she put in a referral and gave me some contacts that may be available to help me. Make an appointment and complete all paperwork online for easy in and out.

The front desk receptionist are no help. I asked to see a provider in person and they transferred all my information to another location saying “there’s only 2 people waiting at that location”. I get to this other location and there are 8 people waiting in front of me in line. I told the receptionist what I was told at the other location she said “they lied to you”. The receptionist at this location lied to me and I find that very very unprofessional.

The NP was great. Very caring and thoughtful in her treatment. Issues getting the prescriptions sent which took an extra 15 hours to get the antibiotic we needed in a timely manner.

I had a bad pulled toe nail that kept getting more and more agitated (two little boys), and went in to get it checked out. The staff was great, very kind and professional. They made me feel well cared for! I had the nail removed, which went well. Very good instructions for after care. Overall a good experience :)

I came to FastMed for the first time to seek treatment for a rash I have developed on my face due to wearing face masks. The receptionists (Barbara & Alex) were incredibly welcoming and kind. They kept me updated of when I was going to be next and made me feel comfortable, especially it being my first time there. Tim was the practitioner who took my blood pressure, temperature, etc. He is very good at what he does and answered all questions I had, kind and funny as well. Kevin was the doctor who had diagnosed me and treated me. He was too very helpful & kind, as well as funny and reinsuring of what I can do to get rid of my condition. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and these people that work there are the ones to thank for that. I would certainly return again.

They were quick and friendly. The RT took time talking with my son and the PA was amazing. She listened to all of our concerns and explained everything in detail to us before we left. Very thankful for this Urgent Care

I have to say I was hesitant to visit. Normally I’m the “only go to primary care doc” kinda guy. My wife, the wiser of us for sure, said no you’re not waiting I’m making you an appointment at FastMed by your office.Online appointment making? Yes AND it works from a mobile device. Score!Showed up a little early. Not a problem. Office is clean and staff is helpful.Checking and intake paperwork on an iPad. Worked flawlessly included digital images of cards.Waited maybe 10 minutes to see the doc once I was in the office. More than acceptable in today’s environment.She had great bedside manner, knew her stuff. Made recommendations and sent me on my way.Overall it was a great experience and if all locations run like this one I wouldn’t hesitate to visit one.

Had an infection. Made an appt online. Filled out medical paperwork online too. I was in and out in an hour. Staff was courteous and helpful. DR was kind and understanding. Location was VERY clean. Followed Corona virus protocols. Very impressed.

So easy start to finish. You can set up an appointment online and fill out all paperwork before going. Then they facility was clean and the front desk staff was easy to work with. There was little to no wait for us (myself, 4yo and 1yo). We were there for a rash on my 1yo. The RNP Ericka, diagnosed quickly and even brought in her phone to show me pictures to easy my fear and talked me through it. She was very good with my 1yo and even helped with the 4yo; she has an amazing bedside manner. This was my 5th Urgent Care appointment in 2 weeks (traveling and picking up bugs) and this was by far the easiest! Thank you so much from a very tired Momma!

This location is a nightmare. They gave a incomplete referral to radiology . Wasting my time to make an appointment, wait, fasting, waited at the radiology for the appointmentand got send back to this Broadway location for fixing that referral. after waiting all day for that, I called back and got an answerthat they cant give the referral, and the clerk just hang up on me. They took my payment, but did NOT do their job and did NOT fullill their responsibility to their patient. Dont waste time come to this Nextcare Urgent Care.

Medical scam. If you prefer to get medical attention, go anywhere else, because unless you just want Tylenol, theyll tell you they dont provide those services today, even though they tell you ahead of time you can get X-rays, labs, or sutures done here. You can, however, get racism from your provider included in your copay.

Had to wait a little while, however, appointment was quick and thorough.

It took 4 days--from Tues to Saturday--to get strep culture result -- these can be turned around in 24 hours, so apparently NextCare contracts at a low pay rate, in exchange for a slower return time. People need to know strep culture results (the rapid tests have a high fail rate) to know if its safe to be around other people, go to work, go to school, etc.Bottom line: the for-profit system fails to serve patients once again.

I wish i could remember her name but she was one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life and may have even saved my life.

Tha experience at Fast Med was very welcoming. The staff was awsome. I was made comfortable and the receptionist even offered everyone some water if needed. Practitioner was very dismissive of our daughter and our daughter felt unheard in her care. Our daughter also reported that while waiting for the practitioner, she heard her fighting with the manager of the clinic. Very unprofessional. That said, the manager did listen to our concerns and the office staff were pleasant.

We were treated like someone seeking pills. All we wanted was advice. And I understand we need to see our primary for the reason we went in but still advice would have been helpful. The nurse was extremely rude even slamming the door after taking a throat swab. I have been here before and never treated this badly. I would never recommend this place.

I was moving and stepped on a board with nails. The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, fast and efficient.The PCT was okay, he seemed rushed and not really personable, but got the minimum job done.The NP was very kind and quick.Although I was surprised that they didnt clean the injured area.I got the basics of what I needed and got out quickly.

I am always pleasantly surprised at how quickly I am seen as opposed to a traditional PCP, as well as how quick the appointments go. In and out in less than an hour. I genuinely wish all Healthcare could be this efficient.

Fast Med was great. Needed a bridge prescription refill while I changed plans/doctors. NP Elaine was very kind, understanding, and non-judgmental. The other staff was very courteous and helpful. I registered online, was seen right away, and had very little wait time. Great experience!

Barely missed my appointment, and I mean barely, due to the construction on Broadway. They refused to see me until the next day. Cmon have a little compassion, after all people are coming for medical issues…. nope not here. Super unhelpful and rigid. Lucky I was able to find another urgent care in town that was willing to see me same day. I’d recommend driving a little further and going elsewhere. Go literally anywhere else.

Tim the nurse practitioner gave such great service. He was kind, gentle, and communicative! Being in such a nerve-wracking environment was something else but Tim made it all the better. What an asset to this Location and Fast Med. The Front desk young lady was also wonderful. She was faced by much adversity from some of the other patience but handled it with grace. These guys are awesome.

My experience at FastMed was excellent. Went in and filled out some paperwork and was called back almost immediately. Nurses were very helpful and kind. The doctor was incredibly thorough and had walked me step by step through the diagnostic process. When we found out the problem, she was able to explain exactly what was going on and what to expect over the next few days. 10/10 would return again.

Same day appointments usually available with minimal wait time if you book on-line. Friendly, professional staff and providers. NextCare on Broadway is my first choice when I need an appointment ASAP.

If you have an urgent medical need near downtown or University area I would not recommend anywhere else! Ive been to this location twice, most recently last Friday (12/14/18) with an acute asthma attack. Upon seeing I was struggling to breathe and could not speak, the receptionist immediately called staff who rushed me back to check vitals and administer emergency treatment. I didnt realize until later how dangerously high my blood pressure had spiked and how critical their quick & competent responsiveness was. It was a scary ordeal and every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, made sure I had everything I needed, and that I had a safe way home as I was by myself. I felt like they really cared about me and took my concerns seriously. Billing/payment was quick, easy, and affordable. They are the best!

Arrived at 8am , and the doors were locked . Me and a few others waited . A guy drove off. The door gets opened at 8:05. And was about to be checked in when I am told the Nurse Practitioner is not in yet. And for me to wait out side . Around 8:15am she arrived . Was asked to come back into the lobby and began filling out paper work . It is now 9am . An hour and half long ordeal for a drug test.Only good side was the front desk guy did his best to keep cool with 5 people waiting on the Nurse Practitioner. Ill ask my supervisor have me go to a different location for the company.

Seemed like a good place to me. The receptionist was nice and professional and so were the vitals person and the PN. The nice young lady who took my vitals knew some sign language which really made my day. My case wasnt too serious but nice people. EDIT *from five to two stars*: They did NOT communicate with me AT ALL about charges. Just sent me away and sent me a big bill later.

I came to this urgent care a couple of weeks ago. I usually dont come here because the cuatomer service i get from receptionist. As soon as we walk in the receptionist is quick to ask if we had a mask said no but dont you guys have some for the patient who dont have one? Her responds was we do but its for the staff only and were running low. She did end up letting my daughter and i get one each. I really didnt want to get it because the tone of voice she was using towards me while we interacted with each other. Medical field and thier running low on mask, okay! I thought she was being prejudice yes i said prejudice because how i was dressed, or she just doesnt like her job.Then her boyfriend came to drop her off some food. Pobresita!she was hungry! The medical assistant who took us back greeted us with a huge beautiful smile, very professional. The dr she was also great. Anyhow i hope she get corrected about her professionalism because i really wanted to run out the door and go somewhere else. I didnt cause it was for my daughter, who thinks when going to seeking medical attention and because you didnt bring mask your going to get mistreated. Never again will i seek medical attention here for my family members.

I wasn’t feeling well so I made an appt online the morning of my visit which was easy. I showed up and was greeted with a bright smile from Rochelle (front desk person) who brought me right back to the room. After a few minutes Tim (MA/RT) came in got my vitals, went over my symptoms, he answered any questions I had and was all around efficient and friendly. It was a bit of a wait to see the provider but I understand we’re in a pandemic, it’s busy and the staff is doing what they can. Although there was a wait, Rochelle checked on me several times asking if I needed water or anything. The provider Kevin was thorough, was able to rule out Covid with a rapid test and treated the symptoms I was having. The visit was smooth, online check in was awesome and the staff had good vibes.

I was extremely sick when I walked into the clinic. The staff were all very friendly and sympathetic.. The wait was a mere 20 minutes to see the nurse.. They listened to my concerns about taking antibiotics, which were necessary for treating my sinus infection. They prescribed an appropriate med, and faxed the request to my pharmacy..I was home, with my script, in little more than an hour ...I would recommend this clinic to anyone who finds the immediate need for Doctor consult.They even did a follow up call a few days later to check on my health..Thank you to all at this clinic....Kate

Waited 45 minutes in the lobby 35 minutes and the room and I had an appointment, according to them appointments dont mean anything. Nobody came to the room not even to communicate what was going on .... Ended up leaving and if I wouldnt have told them they probably wouldnt have known.. .

My wait time was around 5 minutes after filling out the paperwork, which I thought was very fast considering I had never been there before. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. I would definitely go there again if I needed a checkup between my primary care physician appointments.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion even I was here. Most of the people were nice (although one dude, V., was pretty standoffish). The facility was clean. I paid 100 dollars and got ZERO services except for my blood pressure and oxygen levels taken. I do not recommend this place, although Im glad they texted my afterwards asking me to write a review.

Location was clean and roomy. The facility was bigger than a lot of the others. We were seen on time for our appointment and we’re in and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was courteous and respectful.

Clean facility but online appointment setter is basically just to save your spot, tells you no information on pricing nothing. If you have Achhs just go to ur normal pcp.

It was not busy when I arrived; I was the only one in the waiting room. So it only took about 30-45 minutes to get to see a Doc which is much less than a hospital ER. The Doc was nice, professional and thorough. I received a prescription. I was also referred to my PCP Doc for another issue that was discovered. The only bad part is the staff could not tell me which insurances they took for payment. I hope if I go back I get the same Doc.

Received excellent service - from the phone call to verify that they take our insurance until we left (with ten stitches in the arm). This facility is great, professional, caring, and able to laugh and make you feel relaxed.Will return, hopefully, not too soon.

Everyone there was so nice. Sherry was at the front desk and very kind, Camille took my vitals and was super thorough, and my provider Elaine answered every question I had in reference to my health. I was able to check in online and I was in and out in 20 minutes! Pretty great stuff you guys rock

Great customer service!!! Nurses are so nice and everyone working here. Went yesterday to get my covid 19 test and it was so quick and fast and got my result within less than 24 hours. Very nice people highly recommend going!

Accessing care was not difficult, front desk was okay and the wait was reasonable. As I have read on other reviews here the NP Greg was rude and uncaring. He gave me half of a prescription which required me to find another practitioner five days later to complete my medical care $$$$. What a waste, never again!!

Ive always used Nextcare and have always found them to be professional and savvy - It is extremely helpful to know I can have any medical concern taken care of as its impossible to go to my doctor on such short notice. Thank you, Nextcare!

4 stars for the actual medical attention but I would give it a 1 to the person admitting me. She was annoyed almost that I had not logged online before going there (My chin was bleeding and I was dizzy...who thinks about online stuff? not me I guess). There were a few hic ups with the sign up, but then finally I was admitted. At check out, she was charging me more than my co-pay. She was mentioning how I had to reach my deductible when my card clearly said 60$ UC visit. She was surprised complaining how small that was, and she thought it was 80$ but would trust me and make me pay 60$. Know what your insurance is before going in, if you can, so that you know what you should be paying.

This urgent care is dirty and unprofessional. The doctor on staff was using pens out of the “dirty pen” bin and did not clean them. They check you in with an iPad and do not wipe it down in between visitors. Also I had an appointment and waited over an hour despite there only being two other people in the waiting room the entire time. They obviously only have one person on staff.Also a man walked in very clearly sick with no mask and was not asked for one or turned away or was given a mask. Do not come here I wish I hadn’t.

I went in for a rash on my leg. The doctor prescribed me two medications. A cream and an oral medication. I received the oral meds, but did not receive the cream due to insurance issues. The pharmacy contacted this location a few times to let the doctor know she needed to prescribe me a different cream, I even called. Nothing. The rash has now went from my leg to my knee and foot. Maybe the cream would have helped, maybe it wouldnt have.. either way, not ok.

At Fast Med I have always be greeted with a Hello, been attend to quickly, Signed in ,asked the reason for the visit,my issues have been taken care of in a professional way . The Lobby and roomsare always very clean.

Ive tried to let it go but after months of contiplation I am reviewing this specific location negatively due to inadequate care by specifically Jessica. I saw her many times and wouldnt again.

This is by far the best place for non emergency issues. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The doctor that seen me was the best, nicest, and informed doctor that Ive ever seen. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I absolutely love the ladies that treat you here at this fast meds. They are always so nice and they always do anything they can to make you feel better before leave. Since February I have struggled with breathing problems and everytime I have been in for treatment they go above and beyond to help me with it. So I would like to thank Erika and all the ladies there for everything they have do to help me.

Had a very nice experience with a test I thought would be very uncomfortable and was told it would hurt by people who went to other urgent cares. Staff and NP we both welcoming and professional. Facility was also very clean and waiting area set perfect for social distancing.

I dropped in on a Sunday morning with no appointment while they were totally booked for COVID testing and was still fit in for a test. Mind you, I was told it might be 3-4 hours wait until a spot opened but got one in about an hour. Very polite, patient and helpful!

Very fast and attentive help. The nurse practitioner I saw was amazing. She listened to me and provided a thorough check up. They even took an xray at the facility to ensure I didnt have pneumonia! Outstanding service and I would recommend my family seeing her as well. I only wish I would have chosen a different medication. She offered two different types of cough medicine and I picked the wrong one. Note to self dont take virtussin for cough and chest pain, it does no good at least for me.

I had broken my toe about a week ago. I was having some pain throughout my foot so I decided to have it checked out. Ive gone to an Urgent Care before. I found FastMed online, it was close to home and the reviews were good. I found the experience to be professional. Everyone was very kind.

Kevin Manchenton, PA was informative and kind. He asked a lot questions and listened to my concerns. I felt like he took very good care of my health. His MA, Tim was very knowledgeable and polite. For me, this was the best experience at a medical facility in quite some time.

Urgent care was very quick in getting me in and they took great care in checking all possibilities to my lung, cough issue. Fast X-Rays and got back to me even after I had left the building to let me know what the results were. They got a second opinion to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Probably saved my life. I was visiting family and being from out of town the staff was friendly. I Went in due to an allergic reaction, was seen at my appointment time, the facility is very clean and front desk clerk was very nice when I messed up the check in procedure on the iPad. I recommend them to anyone.

After attempting to visit there 6th st location where there was no provider on staff, I called this location and was told the same thing. Im not sure what the point is of even being open and how 2 locations minutes from each other could both be missing their providers.

Ms. Walker PAC was awesome. Her diagnosis was quick and accurate. I had 2 other misdiagnosis from a different medical facility and she knew what was going on with me very quickly. I was sick for 1 month. After seeing Ms. Walker I felt much better after 24 hours of taking antibiotics. All of the staff I dealt with practiced superior professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone needing accurate medical services.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was perhaps the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. I called corporate to share my grievances. Erika was the attending practitioner. I felt like she was in a hurry to get me out of the office and could really use a refresher on bedside manner. She didnt even fully examine my throat or lymph nodes after I explained that I have a history of strep throat. Nor did she take into account that sharing my complete history offered valid information on how to treat me with compassion as a client. My discharge paperwork didnt even have my chief complaints documented correctly and NO ONE ever called me back with the results of my strep culture. When I called the office well after the 3-5 day grace period, the woman looking at my records couldnt even be sure if she was reading my results from the rapid culture they did in office, or the one they sent to the lab. It took corporate at least 3 days to get back to me and the woman who called me back made it very obvious that she thought I was looking for my money back. Now... Listen. One hundred bucks for a co-pay is outrageous when it comes to feeling like you are not heard or seen when you are concerned about your physical health... and it was definitely the icing on the cake when I didnt get a call back with my lab results... but all I want is to never have to go through this again. I dont want ANYONE to have to go through this! Its called URGENT CARE for a reason. People come into places like this when they are afraid about their well-being, and they (WE) deserve much, much better than the care I received at FastMed.

Experience was friendly, all emps were good. Xrays didnt show why my hip is pained, showed no arthritis or abnormalities or fracture. I can barely walk for 3 days now. Id go back for non emergencys

Most of the staff was pretty indifferent. I dont feel like I got the best possible care. Nurse practitioner said she assumes I have a sinus infection after a really brief exam, and that didnt sit well with me. She was reluctant to write me a work note. I chose fastmed bc the location on swan and grant had been great to me before. Definitely do not like this location.

Waste of time.... I think theyre concerned about money or something. Have a major back issue. Cant even stand or walk on my own. Was told by multiple people I need an x-ray and an MRI. Went to Urgent Care. Doctor was very knowledgeable but would not give me an x-ray or a referral to orthopedic. Which is why I went there in the first place. Told me to follow up with my primary. I cannot get an appointment with my primary for a couple weeks and is why I did not go there. So urgent care was a waste of time and money!!! Also I have a scar on my left hand from skin cancer surgery. Ive been told it looks like tracks from drug use. Every time I go to Urgent Care the doctor starts evaluating me like Im in there for drugs. I dont take or like pills I barely even take Ibuprofen. But thats the kind of care you get when you go to urgent care!!!

Been coming to NextCare for years I strongly recommend the Next Care facility to everyone. X-rays sometimes labs very good treatments at Broadway and Grants location in Tucson and Houghton

Erica was kind and understanding. The front office was fast and efficient. The back office was also very efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I was doing yard work and I twisted my ankle. At first I didn’t notice any pain nor was I aware of an injury. Later that evening and for the next two days I could not walk without hopping on one leg with that leg having an artificial hip hmmm. So I went to the urgent care location at Broadway and Tucson Blvd. I received excellent care, had X-rays, had my ankle wrapped, and later Erica called me and told me that there no broken bones. Everyone was friendly. I forgot the man who took my vitals and X-rays but he was extra attentive as was Erica. Thanks to all of you.

It took a very long time to get me back to an exam room. I waited about an hour and a half after my appointment to even get seen but when I did get back they were quick, efficient and very respectful. Overall I would recommend going there for simple fixes that arent very urgent.

Athletic Physical for a student- I appreciate that Fastmed offers a coupon and appointments to help minimize the wait time. PA performed the exam, was friendly and efficient. Spoke to my child and asked if he had any questions about the exam or his health.

First and last time seeking care at this facility. When I turned in my registration papers the receptionist was gone for a solid 5 minutes if not a little longer. I was in pain, so the delay of getting me in the computer was annoying. However, if she had to attend to matters right then and there, a little communication with me would have been nice.The nurse seemed to hate his job, very monotone and avoided eye contact.The doctor or PA did not listen to my concerns at all, I kept repeating information and he even admitted that it was going in one ear and out the other. As soon as I told him one symptom, he seemed to latch on to that and not listen to my other symptoms. The worst part is while I was in the exam room at FastMed, I could hear the PA and the nurse talking about me and my symptoms. They sounded so smug that they knew exactly what was going on with me like I didnt believe them. On top of that, if I could hear them in the exam room, Im sure other patients could hear him as well. When the PA returned he was very combative like I was arguing with him which I wasnt, I was just trying to explain my other symptoms. I was so angry that I could hardly speak to him. I wish I had called him out, but I just wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. He prescribed me a medication that I had to go from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for only to find out that the medication is virtually discontinued (and really expensive). I followed up with my regular doctor the next day and he seemed very confused why the PA even prescribed that to me. He ordered the diagnostic test the PA recommended just to be safe and it was normal, but told me that he really didnt suspect that based off of my other symptoms.I work in the medical field and listening to the patients concerns and empathetic communication is so, so important.I would not recommend any one go here.

I reluctantly went in at the insistence of my granddaughter who is studying to be a Phydicians Assistant. I thought J only had the flu and it would be gone soon. She spouted some of her knowledge and I agreed to go to Urgent Care, we chose the Broadway & Tucson Blvd location. I grabbed a robe and they drove me there. The Nurse Practitioner very quickly ruled out the flu and went deeper into my history and asked for a urine sample. What I was so sick and weakened by turned out to be a UTI. Had I not gone I would still have been suffering with what I thought would have gone away quickly. How wrong I was. I am most grateful for all the kindness, empathy andconcern they showed. I even got my first dose there I didnt have to wait for the pharmacy to fill it. I was invited to come back if my symptoms continued or I got worse. THE NP Very thoroughly described the antibiotic she chose to give me. Later at home I checked that prescription and she was exactly right for my age and symptoms. I will happily go there again. I think that is a good alternative to emergency room where you will wait for hours on end. I was out of Urgent Care in about 1 hour. We registered on the phone and waited comfortably in the car til they were ready for me. Thanks to Fast Med Urgent Care I feel 90% better in 2 days.

Does what it says on the tin. Fast medical care. I came in after feeling sick for a few days. It happened to be Halloween that might have explained why there werent many people in the waiting area but it only took me about 20 minutes to be seen by an RN. Another 10 minutes to get checked for strep throat and 5 minutes to get out of there afterwards. Insurance covered my costs so essentially it was as fast and as efficient as a trip to the high school nurse for a Band-Aid.

The front staff of this health care facility were very polite and professional. Once back to be evaluated by the fnp Mr. Gregory Bates, I received an insufficient exam, from him, then quickly discharged without a mutual plan of care. The discharge information was no help to me, as I have been currently doing these discharged instructions. He discharge diagnosis is incorrect, and not my chief complaint. Thus, my co-pay being 50.00$ was spent on information I am well aware of. There was no value in going to this clinic.

Horrible. The manager is an arrogant self righteous know it all who knows nothing. She threatened to call the police on me for leaving my mom there when she had an appointment. I told her to go ahead. They then did xray on my mom and said she is fine. I took her to the emergency the next morning and they admitted her for fulminate pneumonia with sepsis. I will avoid this place unless I have a death wish.

They did such a a great job. Professional ,kind and very considerate all the way around. I was hesitant at first just because a fast clinic is new to me bit they really do have great people persons .

Monday was a very busy day with a lot of people in the reception area. The receptionist did a great job of dealing with sick people with issues like no ID or lack of skill with the app.

Next care urgent care was really good to me. They called me an ambulance, ACCCS said that they couldnt give me a ride to the Emergency room at the hospital. So the doctor at next care urgent care,called an ambulance and the ambulance transported me to banner hospital and at banner hospital Ive been in the waiting room for seven hours now and Im still in severe pain and I still havent seen a doctor and iam still in pain and Im still not to be seen yet

Long wait because they were very busy (probably a good sign!) but they took care of my problem, and were kind and considerate. I would definitely use them again.

Made an appointment online and they called me back as soon as I got there The PA that saw me she was by far amazing I wish I could have her as my PA Thank you for the good care keep up the good work and your bedside manners You are amazing

This is a great place. Check in online, it’s easy and fast. Very little waiting. Good service, professional. Better than the ER actually. Very satisfied. Had a raging flu in my lungs. After 2 days doing much better.

For a place called “fast”, it was anything but. Only came in for a simple nasal swab test and it took several hours to do so.Plus they “had to” take vitals and everything just to do a simple covid nasal swab so I could travel. Seems to me they wanted to be able to charge more than a simple test.

Don’t go here. I came in for urgent care regarding pain. Was offered a medication but was then denied because the NP, Erika Soderman copped an attitude and decided against helping me for the sole reason for My visit.This establishment shows signs of leniency around code of ethics when it comes to charging insurance companies for services that are only half completed.Faith in humanity (medical) was not restored this day. I urge others to think twice before wasting your time and premium on FastMed Urgent care especially at the Broadway and Tucson location.

Everyone there is always very friendly! Best Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had! Fantastic staff and providers. Happy to have found them.

Was seen quickly but also was dealt with just as quickly i understand they arent a primary care doctor but went in for ear pain and when it wasnt an ear infection was sent on my way. Only through my own research do i think it might be TMJ related but there was no other help from staff about what could be the cause of the pain and discomfort. Guess i should have sent Web MD $119 dollars

The front desk guy was ok, but the MA was not friendly and just short and the NP was worse didnt have any care or clue was short no compassion what so ever and , put a different diagnosis on my paperwork then what i was there for. And they make you leave a card on file to take money from you if insurance doesnt cover. BEWARE!!!

Excellent and speedy care. On my way to healing 20 minutes after I arrived. Would have taken days with my primary care physician just to get an appointment. Thank you very much for the help and very pleasant staff.

Walked in at 4:15PM, with 3 people in the waiting room. They’ve checked 2 people in so far and it is 6:13PM- still waiting. I’m NEVER coming to this brand “urgent” care again. How do you only have 1 Nurse on duty?! It’s flu season! This is absolutely absurd. Funny how the reviews on the website only show 5 stars!

Staff was friendly and being able to create appointment online and fill out forms online made the process much easier. Also was able to get a quick diagnosis.

I went in with a laceration on my hand. It was a 45 minute wait as they only had one NP on duty. I was treated by Gregory Best, who was very good. The rest of the staff was friendly. I would go back, but hopefully wont need to anytime in the near future.

Excellent experience. I came in on a weekday about noon, was out by about 1:15. Very reasonable cost, and the staff was great. Dr. Gohr was friendly and answered my questions, I did not feel rushed. I have been to other FastMeds in Tucson, I will be coming to this one from now on.

I would put 5 stars but my appointment was at 2:00pm and i end up been seen in an hour and a half later they were so behind theres was people from 12:15 pm appointments still wating to been seen. Other than that the nurse the people in front desk and the doctor they were nice professional and explain every single step ill will recommend here sor sure

Took my mom to FastMed on Broadway about 7pm on a Friday for pain in her arm. Everyone was very nice. Mom got a couple of exrays, an arm sling, and instructions for adding Ibuprofen to her regular medications. The NP was particularly nice and helpful.
