Be Well Family Care

Had my first appointment at Be Well Health care and it was a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Miceala Simon my Primary Care provider was very knowledgeable, compassionate and I look forward to working with her. I would highly recommend this practice. Especially for those in the East side, great location in Tempe.

I have been going to Be Well Family Care for many years and I will keep going as they are caring, knowledgeable, and straightforward. Everyone is friendly and they want to take care of you. Melanies care today did not disappoint and Stephanie and, of course, Micaela are absolutely the best in taking care of me and my family.

Ive been treated by Julia for almost 3 years and I feel really cared for here. Julia is fantastic, one of the greatest medical providers Ive ever had. She took her time with me to ensure all aspects of my healthcare were covered and she referred me to other amazing providers. The front office staff is very friendly and attentive as well.

Julia is very attentive and I always feel that she is listening and gives me confidence in her ability to diagnose medical issues I may have. Her staff always get me in fast and are very professional and I never have scheduling issues.

Easy to schedule, I was able to get the date I needed. Front desk was nice. They have an in house lab which was very convenient. The office atmosphere has a young upbeat vibe. I ended up seeing someone different than I was originally scheduled with and I didnt know about this change until they walked in the room. Communication was a little off at first but I think by the end of the appointment it warmed up and I left feeling satisfied with the solutions by the doctor that I did see.

Micaela and her team are always professional and friendly. They take their time and they listen. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for taking such good care of my family and me.

I have been with this clinic for a few years now and they are my favorite! When I moved back to Prescott I didnt think it was going to be that big of a deal to have a new doctors office but quickly changed back. Most of the time I can do telemed appointments but I literally drive down to Phoenix just for them, theyre that good! Ive seen providers Tonya and Micaela and both are excellent! Definitely recommend!

Stephanie Griffin is, was, and ever shall be the Gold Standard for NPs. She is intelligent, articulate, caring, knowledgeable, competent and thorough. She brings a sense of humor to the consultation that is infectious. Her recommendations for follow up treatment were absolutely spot on. I feel incredibly fortunate that I met her.

She is prompt. She does not overbook appointments. She is thorough and professional. She is kind. She follows through. Office location has on premises, a pharmacy and lab testing facilities, so one does not have to make follow-up appointments off-site. Its a wonderful practice.

I chose this practice because it seemed like it was mostly women and because it mentioned a person-first philosophy of care. I got assigned a man who fat-shamed me, ignored my actual problems (carefully listed on the intake paperwork), and railroaded me into letting him prescribe me medications I strongly objected to. Im giving 3 stars because everybody else at the clinic with whom I interacted was wonderful, kind, and funny, and theyre willing to swap me to a different provider within the practice, so I never have to see this guy again.

Ive been coming here for a couple years and have had positive experiences for the most part. Yesterday I came in and saw a different NP than I usually do: Derek Eason. He was nice and he told me I would have to do a swab on myself in an area where I dont feel comfortable swabbing. I asked if I could have a female provider do it for me because I was terrified of doing it on myself. He said he would ask and so I waited inside my room as he went to go ask. I heard him ask the girls behind the desk and all I could hear were negative reactions. Its okay to not be comfortable with something, but I heard something along the lines of You make enough money to do this, so you should, not me. This is totally unprofessional and I got huge mean girl vibes when I walked out of the room, feeling stared at. I wish I said something but I have no idea who made that comment and honestly, I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Im really disappointed because I really like this clinic and everyones always been nice and respectful but I felt deeply uncomfortable after hearing that comment.

I received more personalized and genuine care at this clinic after one visit then I have anywhere else with established primary care physicians. The listened to my concerns, and then went above and beyond to address them. The doctor even called me after hours while at home with her kids to help me figure out a treatment plan to get me through the weekend. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

My husband and I have been looking for a family friendly doctor for years, I stumbled onto Be Well through my insurance and was excited hoping my search for a Dr would finally be over. When I arrived for my first appointment I immediately noticed everyone looked like they were relaxed and happy, everyone had a smile on their face which immediately relaxed any fears I had going into my appointment. I had an appointment withMichelle LaMendola , ANP- C; for my annual, she was awesome!! We actually just had a bit of small talk to get to know each other and after 2 minutes she already felt like family. Everyone was so helpful and diligent, thank you to the whole staff from the check in through the lab work top notch service, I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend this place!!!

Im honestly not sure why you would choose this clinic, especially with a chronic illness. Its very small and seems like theyre often overwhelmed and not the most accommodating, though they are accepting. The nurse was great, providers were just average and I didnt feel heardAnd I mean even the office is tiny (the smallest Ive been to), it feels cramped and like people would have to shove past you especially if you use a mobility aid

Im really picky about doctors and will just not go over seeing a doctor that I dont like. Luckily I found Julie, shes really great and listens to what I have to say. A pig plus for me is I can get my labs done in office too. Always easy to get an appointment including same day so you dont have to ens up waiting forever in urgent care. Youre never waiting forever here and its a very friendly atmosphere I feel out of place in most offices and I dont here.

We are NOT an urgent care. We have 72 hours to respond.Was told by office manager.This was a response when they took several days to respond for a prescription refill and other concerns regarding treatment.Too many patients and therefore unable to provide quality and prompt care.Would absolutely and positively not recommend this provider - or should say, unprovider

This was the best doctors appointment I have ever had. I made an appt. for me and my daughter. I didnt feel like I was just a number like most doctors visits and we were seen quickly. Our wait time in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. Micaela spent the time needed to find out exactly what my daughter and I needed done medically. She then came up with a treatment plan and explained all of it in terms we could understand. All the staff were friendly and the office was very clean. Extremely rude. Unprofessional. Prescribed a steroid for strep throat. No antibiotic. (Crazy, I know.) When questioned about their strange choice of treatment, their response was, You can go somewhere else.Coming from an acute care nurse, I would not recommend going here.

Worst care I’ve ever received. Had a rare type of strep throat but was refused antibiotics. Instead was given steroids (an immunosuppressant) and was told it was probably just allergies meanwhile I could barely swallow or breathe. Later I went to the Urgent care and was given a wide range antibiotic right away because the infection had spread.

One of the best places I’ve ever been to receive treatment. All the healthcare workers go completely out of their way to make sure you’re properly taken care of and get the care you need/deserve.
