I called ahead of time with no answer and when I arrived they were not open. After calling multiple times, I got a call back on the phone the man was aggressive and yelling at me!. I was not treated like a patient nor like a human being. If you are testing for talent do not go here.

I went to get some labs done which normally takes me all day and it’s annoying. Well this time it was a whole different story. I went there and Carlos was already waiting for me, he is so friendly and funny. I was literally in and out in less than 20 mins. He also speaks Spanish so we were just switching languages for every questions which I enjoyed. Thank you Carlos!

Most comfortable that I have felt while having blood drawn. Greeted as soon as I walked in, everything explained in detail to me and all my questions answered. Carlos was very friendly and engaging, didnt even notice he was drawing my blood. Definitely glad I came to this location.

When they say Anytime, they truly mean anytime, as I called on a Sunday and within an hour I was scheduled for the same day as requested.The staff was extremely friendly and professional; made the whole blood drawing enjoyable!Last but not least, the price was very affordable and got results back within a few days.Highly recommend to anyone in the Tampa area!

This was the only clinic open after hours and I needed an urgent test. Carlos met me at night and was very energetic and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I needed a drug test for a new job i am starting. Labcorp was not available as they stop drug testing process at 1pm. They recommended me 247 Labs. Very efficient and quick service. Would recommend anyone needing a drug test services. They are open till late.

Best lab in the Bay. I was in and out in 15mins. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I even got a discount. This place is pretty good in my book. It’s a bit more of a personable experience rather than those other chains like Quest where you sign in and wait.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Carlos over the last few months. I have NEVER met someone who was so pleasant and willing to help me. I was having issues trying to get bloodwork done and my doc recommended this place. Not only was he happy to help, but he was also efficient and timely. The actual lab accidentally sent my records to the wrong hospital. I called him back a few months later. And yet again, I had the same wonderful experience and within 2 hours of the call, he had my issues resolved. You do not get this sort of excellent treatment in the medical field nowadays. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and a pony. Lol Thanks again, Carlos! You and 24/7 Labs are a force to be reckoned with!

Be warned.————————————They said I had chlamydia, and I did not. I asked the other men that I’ve been with to get tested, and they did and all came back negative. I got tested again at another lab and came back negative.So that was a lot of wasted time, wasted money, and awful, awkward conversations. I do not recommend this place. They will take your money.

A guy named Carlos took good care of me, very cool down to earth guy. Very polite and professional, knows what he is doing. I felt comfortable in there.

My husband went to do a paternity test and they mixed up the DNA Test and now we are waiting to see how they fix the problem because a child has gone without a possible father because of their inability to do the testcorrectly!!! I pray they make good on this!!

This place is fantastic! I have really difficult veins and I have never been to a lab that was able to get blood in one prick. However, Carlos was not only able to draw blood in one attempt but was also extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a general screening!

The main phlebotomist works with YOUR schedule...ANYTIME lab testing! I mean that literally... ANYTIME!!!

This place should should not be operating.- the staff seemed very unprofessional. The first lady didnt know how to handle a person w a fear of needles so I had to be pricked multipul times on both arms and moved from a chair to a table in the middle of it all. When she couldnt do the job, the lead technitian did it and although he was able to take my blood properly, his manorisms were awful to deal with. My boyfriend told me in all seriousness that he seems like a coke head b/c of his manorisms. Also his lack of knowledge when I asked a simple question about blood replenishment.- we walked in and the place was a mess (dead plants on the front desk, junk/clutter EVERYWHERE, a to go container of eaten food just left on the floor, the bathroom had dish soap instead of hand soap, no paper towels to dry my hands, urine sample cups and used rubber gloves in the open bathroom trashcan instead of a bio hazard bin, etc)- other things of note: they printed out my recept and there was barely any ink to show the itemized services. Also they didnt know the pricing for their services. She had to call her supervisor to find out the pricing.- Close this place down.

Went to do a job screen due to other places being closed after 4. Although taking any test makes me have anxiety i can say that the tech (carlos) made the whole process a brees, specially when he took the time to carefully describe everything meticulously. I will highly recommend this location
