We’ve been coming to CRH since August of 2024, and have enjoyed our time there so far, as hard as this is to go through. We love being under the care of such a knowledgeable doctor that Dr. Robins is. That’s the most important thing to us. The nurses are all so kind and we truly feel comfortable whenever we come in. Hoping for our miracle soon!
We had a wonderful experience here! The nurses are phenomenal and so kind. Dr. Robbin’s is very knowledgeable and to the point, which I appreciate greatly. I distinctly remember meeting with him again after my husband and I had taken a break from treatment. He went through all of the facts, the steps we had already taken, and then looked at me and asked, “What do you want to do?” It meant so much to me that a doctor wanted to hear my opinion and what I wanted rather than just telling me what to do. Dr. Robbin’s and his team are the reason we now have our beautiful little girl, and I could not be more grateful to them for that!
Dr. Robbin’s is amazing! We have our sweet miracle baby thanks to him. The nursing staff is 12/10! They are the sweetest and make you feel so special! Every time I walk in the door, they know my first name immediately! We can’t wait to do round 2 with this amazing clinic! 🤍
Dr. Robins may not have the best bedside manner, but he makes up for it by surrounding himself with an amazing support team. From the financial coordinator to the nursing team, I always felt that they had my best interest at heart and supported me through this difficult journey. Though this did not end with me being pregnant, I would still recommend them for the amazing support you will receive from the staff.
After being with another clinic for 8 months, we got a second opinion with Dr. Robbin’s and his staff. They have been wonderful! I actually meet with the doctor at my request, the entire care team is responsive and incredibly empathetic. Would recommend CRH to anyone struggling with infertility.
Dr Robins is a straight to the point kind of provider and we love it. We’ve seen 4 providers due to moving and he’s the easiest to understand and work with. We also absolutely love his staff! We’d like them to be in network with UHC, but you can’t win them all.
We went here a few years ago when we restarted our fertility journey after getting married. Doctor Robbin’s and his team are so wonderful, kind, supportive, compassionate, and communicative during every step. While they were unable to help us conceive (due to my personal health issues) I’d still recommend them to anyone who’s going through fertility struggles.
Ok, so heres the thing. Yes, Dr. Robins doesnt have the best bedside manner. Hes a little awkward and aloof at times. That being said, his nurses and other staff more than make up for that. Im convinced hes just incredibly smart and his brain is constantly onto the next thing, thinking about what protocols he would use, what he needs to do next. If you take him with a grain of salt you can see past the gruffness and I genuinely believe that he cares. Hes passionate about his practice and in the end thats the type of doctor I wanted on my team. His nurses were beyond amazing and while treatment was crazy hectic and there was a bit of the herding feeling on lab and ultrasound days, it was simply because their practice is so busy. In the end, his numbers speak for themselves. His success rate is way higher than the national average and I attribute it to his intelligence and the efficiency of his practice. I just kept in constant contact with my nurse through both IVF cycles and did my absolute best to follow every direction I was given. It was not always easy and I had several times where I had calls and questions, but in the end I trusted the process. They are the experts. Because of them my husband and I were blessed with our two youngest kids. I will never stop being thankful for this amazing group of people and everything that they did for us.
We are just starting our journey and although this is a difficult time in our lives, we have felt so comfortable coming to our appointments with Dr. Robins. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, so encouraging, and they really root for you! We are so excited for what’s to come! Highly recommend!
Dr. Robbins and his team are amazing! We were able to get pregnant with our now toddler in 2022 thanks to the work of his team. Every staff member is so warm and welcoming; they make infertility not feel so overwhelming! I would definitely recommend CRH!
The most stressful experience I’m hoping to ever have to go through but I’m thankful I chose this clinic. The nurses are amazing and very responsive (pretty sure Karen lives there). A lot of people complain about the doctor’s bedside manner but he’s not a pediatrician for a reason. He’s a scientist, incredibly smart, and truthful. I don’t need him to hold my hand, I need him to help me get pregnant.
We were blessed to be patients of CRH in 2022-2023. Every single staff member is extremely pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Robins was amazing at explaining the process of ivf to us prior to us starting it.We were blessed with our maricle with our first transfer. We could never thank Dr. Robins, our nurse Sammy and the rest of the staff enough for guiding us to our baby. We have since moved out of state, but when it is time for baby number 2 we will be traveling back.
We struggled to start our family and so we were referred here from out of town by my midwife. All of the care that we received at CRH was excellent! If you are also struggling, I would not hesitate to call and make an appointment with them to get your plan of action started right away! Thanks to CRH we have our sweet little 14 month old boy now, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything that they did for us. 🩵
I can sincerely recommend the CRH team and Dr. Robbins to anyone struggling with fertility issues. We did a couple of IUI rounds that were unsuccessful which led us to the IVF road. It was something hard to process but the team made it clear and easy to go through. They were very prompt at replying to emails and calls. The process and financial details were made clear from the beginning. We started our IVF treatment on October 2023 and had our transfer this past January. It was successful and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy on October. I can’t be more grateful for our bundle of joy thanks to the CRH team.
Me and my husband had a great experience with CRH. Did one round of IVF and got out sweet baby boy couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Dr Robbins and his team
Definitely recommend CRH. We had IVF sucess through IVF and Dr Robins is very transparent. Love the staff, especially our nurse Alissa ❤My OBGYN even recommended the office and reassured me by saying Dr Robins would not take you on as his client if he didnt think he could get you pregnant
Dr Robins and his staff were amazing! They helped us through every step of the way. They explained each step as it came and didn’t overload us with information.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. My experience with this fertility clinic has been incredibly frustrating. Its difficult to communicate with Dr. Robbins, who lacks bedside manner. To make matters worse, the nurse who was guiding me through my IUI journey quit, and they replaced her with someone completely unqualified. Unless you can perfectly time your cycle with their limited office hours, good luck getting pregnant. I wish I had known there were other options in town besides the Center for Reproductive Health. All I’m getting here is the runaround
Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. I was referred here for an ultrasound only. I arrived with probably 10 other women already in the waiting room. Seemed apparent that we were all there for ultrasounds as we were taken back one by one by the same MA and placed in a small, individual, little private waiting room as we waiting for our turn for ultrasound. The doctor and MA assisted with the ultrasound. The doctor was very unfriendly. I didn’t receive a hello, an introduction, or any sort of communication at all from him. No eye contact. Nothing. Interesting considering it’s his own private, single doctor practice. My appt took about 3 minutes tops. Yes they are experienced and know what they’re doing. But it was very much a “get them in- get them out” mentality feel. Extremely rushed. Makes me feel like this clinic is the only one in Spokane given how busy it was and how rushed!! Not impressed. I won’t be returning (on my own) unless I get referred here again.
Sharing my experience so that maybe it can help others that are struggling with the same sorrows and difficulties surrounding infertility that Ive faced...My husband and I came in for a consultation with dr. Robins after struggling to get pregnant for 2+ years and having finally got pregnant and suffered a miscarriage. It was really a horrible experience. First off, he told us the baby we lost probably wasnt a viable pregnancy and could have even been a false pregnancy whatever that means. (Based on what my OB said, that was ridiculous; we lost a REAL baby when we miscarried). He totally denied the life and dignity of the precious baby we lost. Then he proceeded to tell us ivf was probably the best route and we should go straight to that if we wanted kids in the near future. When we scheduled the appointment, maybe we were naive, but we were looking for answers. Wed obviously been able to get pregnant once and wanted advice/resources for making it happen again. Instead, the doctor invalidated our pregnancy and pushed us to expensive treatments that already have a very low success rate. In addition, he pushed me to have invasive internal exams (at an appointment I thought was just supposed to be a consultation). He was pushy and inconsiderate and His bedside manner made me feel very uncomfortable and humiliated. If you are going down the road of unraveling any infertility issues you may be struggling with I highly recommend you get any analysis done at SRM as they are much more sensitive and compassionate. That said, I recommend doing your research and seeking out alternative treatment such as diet change, acupuncture, and supplements. We conceived on our own a few months after this appointment with zero help from the doctor and zero expensive fertility treatments. Also, if you truly care about the destiny of your potential children, please realize fertility doctors are not pro-life and many babies will be discarded along the way. Youll be told they just werent viable...but that simply isnt true. If you want to carry a child but are unable to conceive on your own, please consider snowflake adoption. Its a beautiful option for families unable to get pregnant.
I was referred to CRH by a friend and I am so grateful. The staff is absolutely amazing and Dr. Robins is so knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough!
After my wife and I struggled to have a child for years we had to resort to IVF. We now have a healthy 6 week old baby boy due to this clinic and we couldnt be more grateful.
We first had a consult with Dr. Robins after several years of infertility. I wish we had seen him sooner! He gave us a plan immediately, and his confidence gave us hope for the first time in a long time.We then did both IUI and IVF, and each experience was as smooth as it possibly could be with the team at CRH. Our nurse, Alissa, was always a quick email or phone call away for literally any question or concern I had. Financial stuff was very up front and no surprises.Long story short, we now have our miracle baby, and its all thanks to Dr. Robins and the team at CRH. I will forever be thankful to them all!2024 Edit: we have now had TWO CRH IVF babies. We are so grateful!
I wish I could accurately describe how amazing this office is because five stars doesn’t seem like enough credit for how awesome they are. Dr Robins is very knowledgeable and kind and his staff is the best I’ve ever encountered. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They get to know their patients and go above and beyond to make you feel like part of their family. I was fortunate enough to graduate from their office but I was incredibly sad to leave them for my regular OB. I wish I could’ve stayed with them for my entire journey. They’re simply amazing.
Cannot say enough good things for Dr Robins and his team. Truly some of the kindness, empathetic, genuine people weve known. We had a long journey to becoming a family and even in the hardest points, we felt loved and at home at Dr Robins office. He gave our case just as much attention as any other and always took time to answer questions and alleviate concerns, and so did his nurses. We have one year old twins today and owe so much to CRH!
We have spent our entire invitro experience with Dr. Robins office. Very professional. The staff is the best, they really care about you, root you on, sympathize with you through the stress and struggles and celebrate with you the joys of life! I am so thankful we found them and were able to work with them like we did. I love their new (within the last couple years) office-absolutely stunning-right on the river walk.
I very much appreciated Dr. Robins and his staff. While this can be an emotional process I felt he was realistic and up front about the issues we faced and course of action. After my miscarriage, Dr. Robins advocated for testing that generally would not have been done until I had two or more additional miscarriages. I am forever thankful he did because without that testing I would have gone undiagnosed and continued to lose any pregnancies. I’ll always remember when I went in for a hysteroscopy after my miscarriage and Dr. Robins taking my hand and expressing his sympathy. He was compassionate and I felt like he really cared about my husband and I having a successful pregnancy. With his help we have a beautiful little girl.
It worked for us. Dr Robins is hard to relate to and the testing seems to go on forever, but it worked. We have a baby.Update: Round 2, the nurses and staff we deal with have all been replaced. They cost us a lot of money by severely underestimating our cost after insurance for our FSA. In response they said Oh well, its not our job to know what our services cost. The new nurses are just here for a paycheck, they are not very helpful with the process, and dont seem to care about their patients very much.I left 3 stars because it actually works. Service is 1 star.Down to 2 star. Procedure seemed rushed and the nurse had trouble communicating. Round 2 didnt work and then they appear to have doctored the bills to use up as much money as they could even though they didnt see us for the preliminary office visits. Last time we saved time and money by going to the local clinic for office visits.
Egg donors beware - Dr. Robbins has zero bedside manner and I left my first appointment completely traumatized. He did not explain any touching he would be doing in a highly sensitive area (during a transvaginal ultrasound and exam). I was visibly confused and shaken during the exam and Dr. Robbins had not uttered one word to me, didn’t even say hi or introduce himself when he came in the room. I had to find out who he even was from other staff. I decided the $5,000 was not worth coming back for the same treatment. The office ladies are wonderful. That’s about it. This happened 5 months ago and I still have pause about getting a pelvic exam by my normal gyno. Dr. Robbins - shame on you. The women you come across not only help your business, but are people that deserve transparency and warning in such a vulnerable position. I wanted to help a family through egg donation, but I truly only left with trauma.
Dr. Robins is amazing! I highly recommend him if you are having trouble getting pregnant or keeping a pregnancy without miscarrying, like I did. He knows what hes doing and has the results to prove it. In addition to Dr. Robins, his support staff is amazing. I 100% recommend going to Dr. Robins. He genuinely cares about his patients. Even after I was discharged from his office, he made time to see me right away when I needed to speak to a doctor.
After trying to conceive on our own for nearly 5 years, we went to the Center for Reproductive Health looking for help and guidance. The entire staff were very knowledgeable and the process was clear and concise. My husband and I were told the cost of all treatments up front which helped decrease our stress levels. I was always able to get in contact with a nurse if I had questions or concerns regarding my treatment plan. I was quickly notified of any test results. Without their hard work out son wouldn’t be here. We’re forever grateful!
I have two life illnesses that stop me from natural reproduction and after my husband and I tried for years to get pregnant naturally, we found Dr. Robins. Dr. Robins and all his staff were so thorough throughout the entire process as well as helpful, understanding, kind and professional. IVF is a tough road for anyone who goes through it and my husband and I felt like we were in great hands the entire time. We were so blessed to only have to go through the process once and since then, we have been blessed with a beautiful healthy baby boy! I would recommend Dr. Robins to anyone who needs his services.
I would give 10 Stars if I could, a beautiful baby boy definitely 5 stars. But the staff and Dr Robbins add another 5 stars! It was a difficult time leading up to my first visit at this office, but after my first visit all the way through success I felt very happy and comfortable with the entire teams support. I highly recommend Dr Robbins office to anybody and everybody!
The Center for Reproductive Health is a wonderful place! Dr Robins is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, honest and caring! The nurses are super caring and helpful! We have a wonderful baby now because of them, and literally medically could NOT have done it without them! I highly recommend them!!! 💗👼
Dr. Robins and all of the ladies here are simply AMAZING! We came in knowing very little about what we needed to do to conceive a baby and had no clue what to expect - the process was explained every step of the way and our nurse handled all of our questions/comments with such compassion and grace it made our whole process much less stressful! I can not say enough great things about our experience here and how much we appreciate all of the staff for everything they do!
Dr. Robins and his entire team are beyond amazing. Miranda is a blessing from above. Dr. Robins is so knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. If you have the slightest chance of getting pregnant, he will make your miracle baby happen. We switched to this clinic after a horrible experience with SRM. We did 2 IUIs at SRM and 2 with Dr. Robins. Our second IUI with Dr. Robins worked and our miracle baby will be arriving in November. They pay so much attention to detail and switch up protocol if the first doesn’t work. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. So grateful for this blessing. Thank you to the entire staff for making our dream come true!
There is no other team like the team at the Center for Reproductive Health. From the very first phone call they made it clear that they would take care of us- something you desperately need when going through infertility. The level of care and attention they give each and every one of their patients goes above and beyond. Our baby was born in January and not a day goes by that we dont think of this incredible team of miracle workers with gratitude.
I wouldnt recommend this place to any one. I am a 26 year old breast cancer patient who was exploring her options before I started having chemotherapy. My nurse resource Jennifer had recommended that I visit Dr. Robbins just to get some questions asked. I had been on the fence about having children before my diagnosis. My boyfriend and I went in and met with Robbins and we were met with someone who clearly thought we were wasting his time from the second he walked into his office. He was snide and condescending, and not really taking our concerns or plans into consideration. He was trying to use my cancer and my fear to get me to consider his practice. He even tried to put down our idea of adoption by saying that kids that you get are usually older and have messed up brains and problems. By the end of our very brief meeting (probably less than 20 minutes) he was taking about how he treats fertility and his practice like a business. This man doesnt care about his patients, he only cares about your money. I am now being charged for $115 our of pocket just for talking to this man. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere if you are interested in preserving your fertility.
Dr Robins and the CRH family are wonderful. Supportive from our first conversation on the phone all the way until last month when We got a hey, how are you doing. Our ivf baby is almost 4. We were patients from 2012 to 2014. Two cycles of IVF and finally one baby. We couldnt have done it without them. I cant say enough good things about all the CRH crew who helped make our lonf awaited dream come true. I continue to share our story and recommend Dr Robins to everyone who us having fertility issues.
Without this team, there is no way i would have my miracles! :)
Very disappointing. They are not clear at all about the additional fees. They seem very wishy-washy about things. After we achieved pregnancy they start hitting us with a massive amount of extra feed. Over $2000.00 extra and counting. They arent very personable. When we wanted to do two embryos the doctors had the audacity to tell my wife that I have know idea what its like to care for two children. Like I wouldnt be involved. I suggest you find a better place!
I was a patient in 2013. The staff was great, I love our nurse Christina. She was easy to get ahold of and answered all our questions. Our baby wouldnt be here without them!
Dr. Robins is one of the very best Reproductive Endocrinologists in the country. His technical skills combined with his compassion creates successful reproductive outcomes. By the way, the Center for Reproductive Staff are phenomenal!
The staff here was always caring and compassionate when I was going through fertility treatments several years ago. I always dreaded going to doctors, but when I was a patient here my nerves were always calmed because the environment was welcoming.
Dr Robbins was able to get the job done, and I am forever grateful for that. We now have a beautiful baby girl. The downside is, he has horrible bed side manner. He also seems more concerned with making money, rather than helping people, while making money. In my eyes, fertility treatment is something that can be very sensitive, and he fails to see that. While in the lobby, it almost feels like youre being hearded like cattle. The nurse I had, messed up on the timing of medications, and testing. Thankfully, I caught it, so we didnt have a wasted month, and they paid for the meds we bought, but since we had to miss work, and living so far away, it still put is back over $500 between gas, and my SO and I both missing work that day. Not to mention, we had to get up at 3 am to get to our appointment on time. After we received our bill, that said FINAL BILL stated on it, we paid it in full. It was a few thousand dollars. Again, we sent the payment in full. Over a YEAR later, we received another bill, for over $100. I called, and went over everything. I told them the last bill we got, said final bill, and that we sent them a few grand... They said it was valid, but offered to write part of it off. So, I made the payment for the rest of the bill. I now have collections calling me, saying that I owe $136. That was not the agreed upon amount, and I paid the bill anyways.Theres a fertility doctor located in Coeur d Alene, Idaho at Health Care for Women. Located not far from Spokane. Hes much cheaper, and much, much nicer. Unfortunately, I dId not find out about him, until after my daughter was born. I would suggest seeing him, over Dr Robbins.
Dr. Robins and his staff are amazing! I was so blessed to have them during such a difficult time! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their office!
Amazing staff that made this whole process so wonderful and Dr. Robins is top notch! So thankful they have helped us have 2 successful IVF rounds and we now have 2 beautiful baby girls!
They were the most supportive, friendly, amazing people that have entered my life. They made my dreams come true and were there to hold my hand every step of the way. Amazing group of people ♥️ Samantha & Russell Nix
We are so grateful for everyone at CRH. All the staff was very supportive, and Dr. Robins is amazing at what he does.
Dr Robins was amazing and kind. His staff was out of this world! Couldnt have asked for a better overall experince!!
I just started here but so far it has been great I cant wait to see what our future holds, hoping to be future parents thanks to center for reproductive health. The staff I have met is so is so nice and understanding.
Amazing, patient, and kind staff! They walk you through the process step by step and are super understanding of what a stressful process this can be and try to help in whatever way they can. I really appreciated all the positive, kind staff.
The whole team has been amazing. We love our nurse, Miranda. Feels like family!
Thabkful for this clinic and all the staff. Dr Robins is knowledgeable and straight forward, which is imperative in this process. Highly recommend this clinic!
Staff were great all the way from the front desk To the nurses and to the doctors Im very excited to start my journey with them.
We love the Center For Reproductive Health. The staff is wonderful and our family is complete thanks to them. Highly recommend
Thank you to everyone ar CRH for not giving up on us, #6 IUI resulted in twin BOYS, now they are 17 months old and VERY busy! 💙💙
Every one is very kind and helpful. The overwhelming IVF procedure is made easier by Dr R and his staff.
Amazing staff! They made me feel so comfortable during all parts of my tests ❤️
The staff is honestly amazing! Thanks for making the experience so much better!
Great experience and friendly staff, we had so many questions and they were great about answering all of them or pointing us to the people that could answer them.
Staff always very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you when needed! Facility is very clean and free parking!
Absolutely heartbreaking experience made worse by a distinct lack of communication, unprofessionalism and quality of care from this office.
Efficient, kind staff, open and honest, and knowledgeable. Process seems to run quite smoothly.
Very helpful and mindful experience was 5 stars and everybody was super caring.
Everyone is super nice, understanding, and great to work with!
Everyone was very friendly, considerate, and eager to help.
After struggling for almost 6 years of infertility, my husband and I are finally pregnant with our miracle babies. We couldnt have done it without Dr Robins and his team.
This place does magic! ❤️
Everything was wonderful.
Amazing and professional!!!
