I took my son, Rigoberto Rodriguez, here for a style he has on his eye and all the wonderful staff were attentive and helpful. It was a quick, simple, and easy in and out situation which made it better. The nurse was very sweet and gentle when it came to his eye. This location is one I would recommend to anyone in need of a fast Urgent Care to help them out. All of the staff were so welcoming and kind. Thank you ladies!

I am extremely pleased with the services provided by the Midwest Immediate Care facility in Skokie and give it an excellent rating. From the reception on the phone and on-site to the care taking by the staff was great. I have utilized this particular facility numerous times over the past several years and each time it was efficient and thorough. Most recently, I went for a Covid 19 test and was seen quickly and assessed as not having the virus but was encouraged to return if symptoms were present.The PA, Meredith, was compassionate and respectful and I appreciate her skills and commitment to offering good health care. Thank you to all at this Midwest Immediate Care Center.

They were friendly, efficient, professional and communicative. Were upfront about costs and wait times. Was excellent care and customer service / bedside manner - plus they were able to refer me to receive a test I needed and get me scheduled in less than 2 days.

The office was helpful from beginning to end. They’ll likely have a line. But they’re straightforward with the wait time. Just go to Old Orchard next door and return when your appointment is ready. The doctor helped take care of the issue directly, and she treats you like an INDIVIDUAL. Not just a number on the waitlist. Highly recommended. Flexible with insurance as well

Great place to get exam results. They make it fast here and they accept all kinds of insurances including Medicaid. They do complete checkup when needed and can write prescriptions and can do vitamin B12 shots. Great place and nicest people!

I’ll start by saying I’m not one to go to unknown health care providers. Ive never been to an urgent care before today. I went with an open mind. I read the reviews. I have to say they were all extremely pleasant and professional. From the front desk to the doctor. The doctor found I had something less serious than I thought. Recommended some over the counter medicine and some exercises. I’m impressed that the doctor didn’t default to big pharma meds. Very impressive bedside manner. I highly recommend this location if you need help. As for all the low reviews, stop it! Maybe it’s you and not the urgent care team. Thank you for taking care of me !!

I came in because I had a clogged ear. Merideth the nurse practitioner was very nice. And she explained that I had a fungal infection from swimming. Great bedside manner. Katie her medical assistant was also great. She cleaned out my other ear that had wax. Although it was somewhat painful, she got me through it with patience. Very nice medical team. And they took me at the end of the day!😊

Love this place. With two young children there is always something or another going on. Their pediatrician never has same day availability and other urgent cares I end up waiting 2-3hrs at minimum. Once I came here, I haven’t gone anywhere else since. All the staff is so cheerful and welcoming. Nurse Practitioner Maryam is so wonderful with my kids, they seem to like her more than their own pediatrician 😂. She is so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what is going on and things I can do to help with certain symptoms. Oh and at the end of the visit they give out goodies, such as tiaras, bubbles, and superhero masks which my kids love. My kids are usually excited to go to the clinic because they know what awaits! Highly recommend! 5 stars for sure.

This is my go to place whenever I am not feeling well. The wait time isnt too bad here and I can see someone and get prescription if needed much faster than trying to schedule an appointment with the doctor. Great place for helping with infections, viruses getting an exam and they also provide x-rays if you need. Whenever I go, the staff is always helpful. The only con that I have is sometimes the prescription is sent to another pharmacy than requested. With that being said, I still prefer going here because of the great staff here.

I have taken my son here several times and the service has always been satisfactory. We have been able to walk-in and be seen right away, get results same day and receive prescriptions quickly. I had to finally go myself for a foot injury.. I was in lots of pain. I was initially told I had 8 people ahead of me.. to my surprise I was seen, X-rayed, given pain meds crutches and wrapped up within the hour.. WOW!! The entire staff was helpful and nice. I would recommend Midwest Express Clinic to everyone!!!

Went as well as it could.Very courteous from start to finish. Not sure if I just got lucky, but it went super fast, too.Went for my young child, and the RN who saw my child made my young child very comfortable and happy.Great experience.

This clinic was fantastic! Great friendly fast service. On a Sunday most of all! My daughter was sick and they took her in right away. And even gave her the princess treatment.Thank you so much!

I came in for a school physical and everyone was very kind, personable and informative. It’s really nice to have a versatile clinic nearby without having to go through the busy local health systems. Out of pocket pricing is reasonable for quick things but they do also accept a lot of major insurance. Great experience.

Michelle is an excellent doctor. I had a fear of getting stitches from an earlier trauma and she was very informative and patient, explaining what she was doing each step of the way. She also pays attention to how she does sutures, ensuring they are small as possible with minimal scarring. In the case I ever have to go back (hope not), I’ll ask for her!

It was my first time at this clinic; I’ve had bad experiences (long waits even with an appointment, unkind staff, etc) with previous clinics/urgent cares. This was in between my job and home so I decided to give this one a try. I booked a same-day appointment online about an hour in advance. Front desk was very nice. I was taken in right at my appointment time. I waited maybe 15 minutes for the Nurse Practitioner. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable and made the whole process being there a lot easier. If I ever have to go to a clinic in the future, regardless of distance/proximity, I will be choosing this location. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

My child wasnt afraid of the injection and left happy) I dont know English very well, I was supported and tried to understand and help!

Midwest Express Clinic exceeded my expectations! As someone with a severe needle phobia, I was incredibly nervous, but Amina was absolutely amazing. She was so compassionate and took the time to ensure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire process. She even brought me juice to help settle my nerves. Aminas kindness and professionalism truly made my visit exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic for their caring staff and excellent service!

Amina was very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and helpful not only to me but to others that came in while I was waiting. Lean was also a great help and gave good information. Maryam was my NP and she to was very kind and compassionate and helpful. These ladies explained each step and did exactly what they said they would do. Very good experience for me at this clinic.

The atmosphere is immaculate and the service is superb, from the receptionist to the healthcare team!!! I felt like it was all about me!!! They catered to all of my questions and concerns!!! I have recommended Midwest to many of my colleagues, friends, and family!!! They offer many services and that is awesome considering the fact that they aren’t a primary healthcare provider!!! But the best part about it is they accept Medicaid!!! I think it’s safe to say, I have found my new favorite go to place when I need a quick health check visit!!! I am supremely grateful!!! I love this immediate care center! The facility is clean, organized, and efficient. They get you in and out! You walk out with your prescription and your done. Definitely recommend when your not felling well. I hope they stay here!

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially Nurse (Lean ) was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I had a wonderful experience yesterday! Everytime I’ve ever been to an urgent clinic they try to pass it off as allergies yet at Midwest, they actually listened. I was in and out of there in 15/20minutes max and had a wonderful experience. They truly listened and cared about helping me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SKOKIE TEAM! I will definitely be going back if I ever need them again!

I really like the nurse practitioner who helped us out with my nine-year-old granddaughter. Her regular pediatrician would never give her medicine. The nurse pediatrician gave her medicine and she’s all better. Thanks.

All the staff was caring and professional, eventhough there were many patients they tried to provide treatment as soon as possible for everyone.

I imagine urgent care clinics dont get a lot of love, lol, but I was extremely happy with my experience here. I came in (unbeknownst to me) extremely dehydrated and in terrible intestinal distress after a trip to Mexico (ahem, yes I know, yes I was careful, happened anyway).Dr Jess was so compassionate, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that didnt make me feel stupid. They were playing 80s hair rock in the hall the first visit which I thought was hilarious and kept me in good spirits during my inevitable bag of IV fluids. (The next visit was soft pop so imagine they like to mix things up).Everyone from the front desk to the nurses were so helpful and friendly. Im also a cash pay patient and I appreciated knowing up front what I was going to be charged.I’ve since been back for follow up appointment, and a B12 shot and my experience has always been that they are fast and courteous, at least when it’s not super busy.I cant say I hope to grace their doors anytime soon, but should the need arise I will come back with no hesitation!

Best urgent care around. They are so kind and helpful. The girl at the front desk answered all my questions and made the check in so easy. Miraya was so nice and gentle with my daughter. Great, fast, efficient visit. The waiting room has been remodeled and expanded and it feels more open and less stressful than before. I was seen really quickly, my nurse was really nice, and the woman who checked me in was also really nice.

The front staff and the nurses and the doctors including nurse Amina are so great!! We love this place for immediate care for the whole family. They do their best to get you in and out within an hour.

An excellent clinic when you have a problem that can be solved immediately. The space, the staff from the reception to the doctor is for 10⭐! It is a great thing to know that there is someone to take care of you when you are not well. High recommendation for this clinic.

Rude receptionist has a tattoo on her neck. I asked to be seen and she was very rude and dismissive and tried to get smart. I matched her energy and they made me wait and fill out paperwork for 30 min and then turned away my very sick 9 month old baby girl for a visit. Bad karma will come back to these people. Go to other better clinics in the area with actual doctors on staff.

I was on a business trip when I injured my back. I stopped at the Midwest Express Clinic and received excellent care. They also assisted me in identifying a local pharmacy to fill my prescription. Everyone was very helpful and caring.

As a visitor from Canada I appreciated the help I received from the nurse practitioner and the antibiotics that helped me enjoy my visit. As I travel here frequently I would always consider this clinic when necessary.

I’m the biggest baby when it comes to getting my blood drawn and Kattye was wonderful, I didn’t even feel it going in . Normally I always feel some type of pinch but she made it painless and didn’t leave any marks Super kind and considerate staff at this Midwest express

My doctor was very pleasant. Was able to adress my concerns and explain while past medical advice from the ER was wrong and steps to treat my symptoms better. I’m already feeling better

I was almost positive I has a sinus infection and didnt have time to see my general practioner. Im so glad I went to this particular clinic. I got in right a way. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I couldnt be more pleased with my visit. Oh and I did have a sinus infection and my medication was waiting for me at the pharmacy when I went to pick it up. Usually it takes hours but mine were ready within the hour!

Needed a sports physical for my son. I was able to schedule an appointment online, come in, wait 5 mins, see a nurse and 20 mins later, We are done. This was easy and totally convenient.

Staff was great….efficient and kind. They kept their cool as it was very busy. My mom and I both went in together because we weren’t feeling well and ended up having the flu. We were in and out of there in and hour and a half which was great considering how busy they were. Dr. Penny was wonderful!

If they had an option for Zero stars I would have Gave them that , they’re so unorganized and two ladies that are in the front desk are so rude laughing when I called them about my results and my prescription their so immature they don’t take their job serious at all . It took 2 hours to get check not even @ a hospital have I ever waited that long I did not like the service at all was my first time Coming to this location and to be treated this way is so disappointing they didn’t even gave me a receipt I self-pay they were just ready for my money and that’s all …..

I made an appointment online so my wait time was minimal. The physician assistant that met with me was thorough and addressed all my concerns.

Kattye was so charismatic and kind. She gets straight to the point and explains everything very clearly. The people here in general are very welcoming and that’s why I will continue to come here.

Went twice, once for the initial visit and the second for a follow up on my lab results and both experiences have been great. Courteous, professional, front desk women. Both the women who took my history and vitals were also fantastic and the NP I had was very professional, but also very empathetic and went through over all things with me and toom the time to explain things and not just rush me out the door. No one likes having to go ot urgent care but if you have to, this one is a really good one to go to.

I like the clean and pleasant atmosphere. Good place for urgent care. I was so worried about my kids, they were exposing with viruses every winter. Trying to call to get in to his own PCP. They are always busy and unable to give treatment on time. In this frustration, i found this clinic and was able to get the treatment on time for my kids. Its a bit longer waiting time for walk in patient but totally worth it. I would highly recommend to go to this clinic for urgent needs. The staff and Doctor treatment you nicely. I had a very good experience.

Did walk in and was waiting in lobby for 45 minutes after check-in. However, the staff took another patient who walked in after us.The receptionist/clerk was covering up saying system was running slow and started apologizing.Had bad experience today.

Got in right away and the friendly staff quickly processed my registration. The doctor diagnosed my sinus infection in short order and had my script at the pharmacy immediately. In and out in 30 minutes!

Was in the area visiting family and came down with strep. Visited this clinic and the wait times werent bad. I checked in on my phone and was in and out in about an hour with a prescription and some helpful advice on getting through my illness. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place! They take most insurance - I was able to use my out of state United Healthcare insurance with no problem.

I love this place! Mireya checked me in and made me comfortable. Maryam is so kind and went out of her way to make sure and check my heart thoroughly. She checked all the boxes and I was in and out within an hour and already felt better just because of their good service! They are the best!

I had to go here on New Year’s Day because my son had a bad ear ache! I was so happy they were open. The receptionist was able to squeeze him in due to the schedule being at capacity and I was so grateful she did that. My son ended up having a bad ear infection! Overall experience was great! Highly recommend. The staff and doctor was so nice.

I filled out everything online ahead of time and barely waited 5 minutes to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was friendly & efficient.

I really like this urgent care office. Ive been here a few times for my kids. Best place for school physicals, theres are $30, the pharmacies cost $90. But also if youre kid is sick or something they take insurance. The staff are all really pleasant and its a super clean facility. The wait gets really long around 5 when people get off work but they work pretty fast and are efficient we like being able to come here when we need to.

I love this place! Every time, if necessary, we immediately go here. Very friendly staff 😍. They will always help and they have pleasant surprises for children😘.

First time in the clinic and it was so clean. My wait time was 5 minutes which I’ve never had happen else where. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was feeling anxious and the provider Ms Vali put me at ease and made me fee comfortable. Thank you!

My nurse practitioner, Galina, made sure I understood my medical situation enough to make an educated decision on my next course of action. She made me feel heard. NP Galina worked with me and brainstormed treatment/action plans while considering any and all of my limitations or hesitations about what to do next. Katie at the front desk was kind and working hard to make sure I and everyone was taken care of even though it was a late night for them.I highly recommend their location. Please, PLEASE, be patient with their team when you go. They offer medical services with compassion and understanding, make sure you respect their time and efforts- they deserve compassion and understanding as well. While I understand that pain and discomfort can escalate a person’s frustrations, don’t be mean to the people just trying to help make you feel better and take care of you.

Went in for some sort of upper respiratory infection. First appointment of the day and was out in 20-30 minutes. Friendly staff who listen to your concerns yet are efficient enough to get it done! Very pleased with Xiomara’s knowledge and care.

My visit went by smoothly. The entire staff was helpful and nice. I was super nervous walking in but they were all so friendly and helpful it helped calm me down some. 5 stars all around.

Honestly the is the best urgent medical clinic in skokie area I have been to. My family and I been there many times, walkins or appointment, we get very good service, very clean, friendly, and efficient. Recently I took my mother in there, she left very happy and pleased. The staff and the doctor took very good care of her. I would definitely recommend this place. As for us we will still continue to visit this clinic if needed. Thank you 😊

After being turned away at two separate unrelated urgent care offices for not having space, it was such a relief to go to this location! They were so warm and friendly throughout the whole experience. Even though I was the last appointment of the day and they were getting ready to close, they were incredibly thorough and patient throughout the whole process. Thank you to everyone there! I would highly recommend this location!

Nothing fast about “express” at this Clinic. Spent 20 minutes online to pre-fill all info required and “reserved” a time slot/appt. For 11am. Arrived on time only to be told my appt slot made online didn’t mean anything and there was at least a 1 hour wait. Waited an 1 hour, only to be put in a room for another hour for the medical professional to examine my daughter for less than 30 seconds and was told we were free to go. Extremely disorganized and inefficient. Not a terrible place if you want to wait for 2 hours. With that kind of wait time, Better off just going to the hospital and seeing a real doctor.

I was in severe pain with my neck and shoulder for the past 4 days before I ended up at Midwest Express Clinic to get some relief after going to 2 others closer to my home.From the moment I got to. Midwest Clinic they were efficient, friendly and well organized. I filled in paper work-and within 6-10 minutes I was taken to an examination room. Everyone I came into contact were very kind. From the front desk to the nurse to the Dr/PA., who was super terrific. She listened to everything that was going on. She was empathetic and best of all able to make an appropriate diagnosis-then prescribed what was needed and off I went.This morning I woke up and finally felt 90% better and I know will be 100% by the end of the day.If I need immediate care, I won’t hesitate to drive the extra 20 minutes and return to Midwest Express Clinic.Thank you all for helping me so much.

This facility is almost always well staffed and a relatively quick trip to get treatment for simple ailments such as strep, flu, ear infections, etc. We come here regularly instead of making a doctors appointment, and it works very well for our family. With kids in schools and all the different sicknesses they spread/get, we cant survive without this place!On occasion the wait times can get very long and once weve had an issue with wrong dosing Rx for an antibiotic, but overall this place is pretty solid.

The folks at the clinic were super caring and friendly. They managed to move me through pretty quickly despite being down a provider. I had an infection that needed semi-quick attention and a prescription for antibiotics that they helped with on a Saturday afternoon so I didn’t have to wait until Monday to figure everything out with my regular provider.

The worst midwest express location! i just left this location. i came in for my weekly vitamin shot and the person in the front, amina was horrible. i left embarrassed and frustrated. she refused to get me checked in or seen because she said i had past due payments— i go to the northbrook location but today just worked out that i was closer to this location. i called the northbrook location & they even said how insane it is that they refused to see me for a missed payment i did not even know i had! no compassion, no understanding or whatsoever. 0 stars, stay away!

This couldnt have been easier and more efficient. I was able to fill out paperwork ahead of time online and schedule an appointment. My wait was 10 minutes. They did a throat culture and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Everyone was so nice! And I didnt have to wait 1 weeks or longer to get seen.

Personnel were very attentive; attending physician was acknowledging and understood my issue.

I just left the clinic and it was a waste of time. They dont offer some of the services listed on their website and there wasnt an MD on staff, only an NP. I think these clinics are set up to collect money while providing the bare minimum. Im going to contact my insurance company and tell them about my experience with the hope of them only paying for me coming to be told “Sorry, we are limited here.” Why are you open if you can only do the bare minimum? Ugh!You better off going to the ER, instead of coming to this joke of a place.

XIOMARA warmed up my heart!! I have seen many, many doctors in my life! But if I could give her literally 100 stars I would! She is the sweetest and most precious doctor! I have never felt such ease after leaving a doctors office. She felt more like an amazing mom! This specific location is the luckiest location to have such an amazing women for them! First time going to Midwest Express Clinic and I have to say the wait was not bad at all better than at Northshore urgent care I waited for an hour to see someone. Linda, nurse practitioner was very down to earth. She took her time and listened to my daughter. Monica, radiology Tech was very friendly. Every person we encountered was very nice and professional.

They stole money from me.They made me put a card on file even though I dont like doing that because companies can try to unfairly charge you. I wasnt wrong. I paid my entire bill 2 business days before their auto-charge date. I noticed they still charged me and I was like ok, this should reverse because what reputable company doesnt balance their financials and pay back its customers? Wrong. I had to call their financial department after a month+ of the charge staying. I was told oh we dont refund customers until they call in.Extremely upset, please dont keep customer cards on file and then overcharge them with a bad automated system.Having said that, the care is good, fast, and friendly, Ill be thinking twice before going back. Please dont steal.

Quick service! I came in to get a hand X-ray and expected to be there for a while but I was in and out within a hour. I never waited for more than 5-10 at each interval. The nurses were friendly and took enough time with me. The follow up was great as well. Next time I need to go to urgent care I’m definitely coming back here.

This is my 2nd experience w MEC. Each time the staff was friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. The wait time was reasonable - less than an 1 1/2 hrs. Very efficient. Will definitely recommend to others, & will use again in future. And this was on New Yrs. Day! Thank you for your service!!!

I visited the clinic Thursday evening for a sinus infection. The wait time was very reasonable. The young woman who checked me in (sorry I didn’t get her name), Ariel, who did the initial evaluation and Alex the PA were all professional, patient, and very pleasant. All my questions were answered. I left with some prescriptions and a feeling of relief. Good people!

Today (06.26.2023 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm). I visited a medical office to get a refill for my birth control pills. Three months ago, I was prescribed the medication by Dr. Maria (the excellent doctor and true professional). However, today I encountered absolute unprofessionalism from the receptionist and the nurse.They told me that in order to get a refill, I needed to have a full visit with the doctor again, costing $120 (if it really necessary, I agree to it) and take an additional pregnancy test. This seemed strange to me because Ive been taking the pills for about 4 years and have obtained many refills and prescriptions from different offices, but nowhere was I asked to take a pregnancy test, and its not a mandatory requirement by law. The office staff insisted that the test was necessary and without it, I wouldnt be able to get my refill, even though it wasnt required during my previous visit. The doctor had prescribed the medication without the test. Physically, I didnt want to take the test, but during the waiting time, I thought I could do it. After waiting for 40 minutes, I was called into a room and told to take the test. I realized that I couldnt do it and told the nurse that I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow when I would be ready. The nurse brought me water and told me to drink it and take the test. I understood that I wasnt ready today and once again said that I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. The nurse rudely said that they wouldnt refund the visit fee, and tomorrow I would have to pay an additional $120, that is, I need to pay $240 for one refill. I argued that if I didnt receive any service, why should I pay? She told me to go and discuss it with the receptionist and warned me that she would say the same thing. I wasnt allowed to speak with the doctor, and I believe the doctor wouldnt have treated me so rudely and would have given me a refill as they did 3 months ago, like any other clinic would. I would like to consult with the doctor about this situation, but I wasnt even given the opportunity. The whole situation seems like the nurse acting on her own accord.I approached the receptionist and asked for a refund, explaining that I wanted to reschedule the appointment for tomorrow. However, the receptionist refused and said she wouldnt refund the money, claiming that only the manager, who wasnt present in the office, could do it. The receptionist didnt explore any other options for resolving the situation. I could have agreed to have the visit tomorrow and keep the payment for today. But I was told that I would have to pay twice. I asked to speak to the manager, but I was denied. As a customer service worker myself, I know that she can issue a refund, but she kept refusing, coming up with different reasons. I was very surprised and genuinely upset by this attitude. During the conversation, she finally said that she could process the refund within the day, later within 1 hour, and later within 2 hours. She clearly wanted me to leave, but I wasnt. She said that when the manager arrived, she would process the refund within 2 hours. I agreed and said that I would come back in 2 hours today, and I left the office. I got in my car, and the receptionist called me, saying that she had processed the refund as soon as I left the office.I was very surprised by the service this time. I have used the services of Midwest clinic before, and there have never been any problems. I would like to see a friendly attitude towards customers, rather than being faced with the ultimatum of taking the test now and receiving the service or leaving and paying double.Even after the unpleasant conversation with the nurse, where I was given ultimatum, I wanted to go back to the clinic, because I really like doctors working there. However, after experiencing the same attitude from the receptionist, I realized that I wont come back here anymore.

The best place ever،When you are sick and you dont feel like sitting down, you usually want to see the doctor very soon and go home to rest. I was there twice this week and both times my work was taken care of in less than five minutes I was surprised. I have to give a special thanks to all the staff of Immediately care in that location.

The staff at the clinic always make us feel like regular valued patients, not just ‘walk ins’. They really try to establish a relationship with their clients and I think the care they offer is excellent.

I had a bad ankle injury and needed some quick X rays to see if broken or sprained. Midwest express came thru with quick service and kindness. Front desk lady even went to my car to get my drivers license, bc I forgot it in there. I paid cash and off I went - way quicker and better service than any hospital I’ve been to!!!!! They really take care of you there!!! Thank you Midwest clinic I really appreciate it!!

Knocking off a star because the wait was over 55 minutes even with a reservation. Staff was polite and helpful in seeing my child. Care was good and detailed. All staff was very polite emphatic and handled my child’s illness with utmost care which was appreciated

There is no way to improve on Midwest Clinic! Seriously…I had heard this is the best urgent care place in the area and they absolutely confirmed it! From the first warm “hello” to talking to Monica (who is amazing and actually made this fun) through the sweetest most human Doc, the whole visit was great. It was reassuring, easy, upbeat and they gave me meds that finally broke this cold/flu thing I’ve had for weeks! The X-ray on premises shortened my potential ordeal and everyone stayed late to finish my treatment so I wouldn’t have to come back.In an age where medical care is a crazy challenge and finding my own doctor a mystery, I feel very lucky to live near Midwest. Their level of professionalism and care are rare these days. I hope I don’t need them any time soon, but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - kids or adults - that require competent medical care.

I had an appointment which I feel is important. The I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The staff was friendly and professional. The exam room were clean. The equipment was new.This location is my go to for all my medical needs.

I was impressed by the staff beginning with the receptionist to the MA to the FNP who took care of me. It was clear they cared. I walked in on a Friday at 4:15 and was taken off efficiently and with compassion. I’m sad that it would have probably taken three months to get an appt with my primary but that is the sad state of affairs. Thankful that Midwest is taking care of patients so near me!!

Professional and courteous. I brought my mom here a few months ago and we were both impressed by the care she received. Based on my previous experience, I returned for myself when I was unwell, and even though I had to wait a bit, they kept me updated on my place in line and apologized for the wait.Even though there are other urgent care clinics two minutes from my home, Ill always make the drive to Midwest Express. Theyre terrific.

We went in at 30 min before closing on a Friday. My 6 year old daughter had a cut on her toe and I was concerned that it was possibly infected. Check-in was quick. Waiting was not long at all, probably 10 min. Everyone was so nice to us and treated my daughter so well. She felt very comfortable. The medical assistant was fast and efficient. The Nurse Practioner, D., was so nice, proficient, and professional. Overall, probably a 30 min visit. At the end of our visit, they gave my daughter stickers, a princess tiara, and a popsicle (to celebrate 4th of July)--treated like a princess 😊. Ive been here before for health issues of my own and I am always so happy with my visits. Now with this great visit for my daughter, it only seals it in how great this place is. I highly recommend for anyone. Place is so clean and easy parking.

The entire staff was very helpful and kind. I have never been to this location but my doctors office was closed and had no other choice. I felt like I knew them and they knew me they were so kind to me it made my experience there the best Ive had in an urgent care facility. Supper friendly staff. I called ahead to ask about wait time and they try to have you out within the hour. And I was out in 45 minutes. I liked that the doctor heard me out and actually gave me antibiotics rather than to just tell me to continue over the counter medication. A bit of a wait but they were super apologetic and tried their best to keep things moving. Great PA Dr D and Sebastian the nurse. They had great bedside manner! Comforting and playful with my young daughter.

I went at a bad time Saturday (not when they opened but lazy Saturday sleep-in kinda way) and it was (obviously) busy and that is on me. They did their best treating everyone for all sorts of reasons. I never get sick but when I do I go HARD (pink eye, ear, AND sinus infection) they told me Im in line and that itll be at least an hour and a half long wait. I went home to take some Advil bc I didnt think of that and came back. They treated me with care and took their time with me once I was being checked on. I dont know how they do it but WOW. I even forgot about an additional blood test I wanted to get done since I dont know when the next time Ill get checked will be and was able to get my blood drawn later that day under the same charge immediately upon coming in. Wonderful staff and therefore service = ]

Second visit, went there several months ago for minor problem was impressed with this clinic so Sunday went to Midwest. Glad I did!

The provider I saw was attentive, kind and took time to answer my questions. The staff were efficient and nice. My wait time was only about 15 minutes. Make sure you put yourself on the sign in list virtually in advance.

Needed to see a Dr asap for my Little one registered the night before for appointment on a Sunday. When I went in the process was simple and fast, also there wasnt much of a wait time. Nurses and Doctors were very Friendly and Nice. They helped with the problem we were having. Definitely will be returning if needed. Thanks again!

I used to like this place. I went for a mole removal and I asked how much they charge since i will be paying out of pocket. The girl at the front desk said $125 just to be seen and $125 for the procedure so total $250. I have been to the place before and PN i saw before told me to come to remove the mole it doesn’t cost a lot. But to be charged 125 just to be seen is ridiculous. I dont see that fair at all to be charged 125 for nothing. I will never go back to that place.

Great service and such a great resource health care is hard enough to navigate given all the hoops someone needs to go through to just be diagnosed and seen this is such a great starting point to help in getting the proper care you need and questions answered knowing they have the best interest in mind when they see their patcients.5 stars and more!

I had a great experience with Midwest Express Clinic. The nurses and doctors there were so caring to me and very professional. The service is great too-the waiting time isn’t crazy long for your appointments and you even with walk-in appointments you won’t have to wait terribly long. I recommend anyone goes there to get a physical or for any other healthcare services.

Midwest Express Clinic is the place to go if you have a non life threatening emergency! In some immediate care clinics you wait forever! And then some! In Midwest Express Clinic we waited just long enough to fill out the papers. The staff, starting at the front desk, through the nurse, X-ray tech, all the way to the doctor, was very professional and yet friendly and courteous. I’m very satisfied with the place. I will surely go back if I need to.

Brought my sick child in a few months ago and was so pleased with their quick service that I went in again to have myself checked out. Everyone was kind and caring from the moment I came in until I left. The NP was genuinely concerned about my symptoms and very thorough in her explanations and advice. Whether you are a child or adult, this is definitely an urgent care clinic that cares about your well being.

Midwest Express Clinic is haven . I have been using their services for almost two yearsThe staff is accomodating and accurate. The medical personnel has exceeded expectation in almost every instance. I have visited the clinic for regular tests, and pressing immediate issues. In one emergency visit they were able to remove a dangerous toxic object from my eye, saving my vision. They follow up on each case and are a godsend to our community.

I took my son to this immediate care,and was greeted with professional physicians. It is convenient in the neighborhood,and the physicians were very knowledgeable! It is comforting to have emergency care so close by!

I drove out of my way to this location because they have an actual person answering the phone! Went for an xray of a finger to see if it was broken. There was just 1 person ahead of me. Whole visit was maybe 40 minutes, they called with my results an hour later (it was broken). All of the staff was super nice and professional. Its nice to know I have a trusted place for non emergencies!

The wait time wasnt too bad, definitely nothing compared to being see in the ER. The nurse practitioner Nadeem and Diesawit took their time to make sure that any and all of my concerns were fully addressed and reassured me about what was going on. Very convenient and great service, highly recommend it!

So much easier than trying to get in to my doc- just walk in and ask for my b-12 shot. Ive rarely had to wait even 5 minutes. I also utilized services for an upper respiratory infection which ended up needing antibiotics and a chest xray- everyone was so nice and efficient. Ive waited longer on hold with my docs office than the whole appointment took here.

We visited Midwest Clinic for a suspected ear infection/swimmers ear. Our clinician was prompt, professional and cleaned out my daughters ear. It turned out to be just buildup! She recommended an OTC medicine to treat at home and then we scheduled a follow up. I like this clinic very much- its convenient, open 12hrs/day and has fantastic doctors! I feel fortunate to live nearby.

I bought my wife to have some blood drawn and we had a very poor experience. They had to use a small needle to draw from her hand and when the blood didn’t flow fast enough the nurse kept wiggling the needle while it was in between the knuckle joints . Very Painful! Then they managed to loose (or misplace) the sample and we never heard from them and refused to let me talk to someone in charge. No apology but of course submitted for payment to my insurance immediately. Most Unprofessional Experience Ever!!

Your reception staff were friendly and courteous. I was checked in super fast and wasnt even asked for additional information since I gave it all online. The intake nurse was also super efficient and friendly and made the visit as comfortable as possible. When I saw the doctor he 100% had my needs first. Although I asked about anti-viral medications that are being marketed so heavily he outlined whey they werent a good option for me and gave me good instructions on what to do next. I loaded up on Vitamins and Zinc and spent a couple of days with fever. Now I am symptom free and feel fine, except that I cant taste very well. Thanks

I go here for a Lipo-B12 injection. I schedule my appt on line. Website is easy to navigate. Walk in at my scheduled time and I am usually in and out in about 20 minutes! The facility is clean and the staff are nice, professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this site!

Good place, went there to get tested for strep throat, they had me do the strep test within minutes of walking in the door, I didnt even make an appointment. Turns out I did have strep.. got my prescription and left, I think I was in and out in less than 45 mins. Nice people, clean place.

Midwest Express Clinic provided me an excellent experience for testing for RSV, COVID, and the flu! I desperately needed the results quickly so I could see my newborn grandson. Everyone there was extremely competent and friendly. The doctor also checked my lungs. I got the results very quickly.👍

They lost my blood sample it was urgent . I checked on lab . Unfortunately lab didn’t receive my doc and blood sample. And nurse asked very private questions while she drawn my blood . They told me I can pick up my results after 2 days or via email 5 days but I didn’t get any results . I went there . I confronted to nurse but she prefers to hide . Receptionist blamed on driver .Do not recommend this place and very unprofessional. I find out this place is very racist towards to Asians

I took my dad in and I think we waited maybe 5 or 8 min before we where called back. The receptionist was AMAZING as well as the WONDERFUL doctor Adam Del Conte. Impeccable bedside manners. I wish there where more doctors in this world like him. He took the time to explain everything to my father in Spanish the best he could and then spoke to me in English just to make sure we all understood. I thought that was going above and beyond to try to make his patient feel more comfortable speaking in his language unlike other doctors that would just speak to the person that knows English. I definitely recommend this place.

Ive been here twice. Each time every part of the process was done efficiently, with care, and with medical expertise. Usually immediate care clinics get average to poor ratings, this one clearly has great management. I went in for a covid test and a blood test.

LOVED THIS PLACE! I drove about 40 min but it was worth it. The front desk was very nice and so were the doctors. The whole entire staff was awesome and so nice. They were patient with my 3 year old daughter and even gave her a little princess crown and stickers at the end of her appointment. Very clean and organized.

Midwest Express Clinic is the best urgent care facility in Skokie! They got me in and out within an hour and were able to provide me with the information and resources to feel better. Highly recommend going here if you or anyone you know is feeling sick.

The staff here that assisted me with my medical issue were very good. Knowledgeable and patient. My issue was dealt with in office. No complaints.However, I at the time of my visit, I provided the front desk with my insurance and was told that it was good and that there would be no issues processing my visit. I stopped at the front desk and asked if I needed to pay any copays or if there was anything else I needed to pay that day and was told no, and that I was free to leave. I did not receive a bill in the mail or any other information on how or that I had any outstanding fees associated with this visit. I received a notice today that an outstanding debt had been sent to collections which has had a significant (negative) impact on my credit score. The cost of my procedure was very little and I would have been happy to pay it at the office (as I tried to) or any time after. The lack of follow through with this clinic is very frustrating and is now causing a very real impact to my finances.I cant recommend utilizing this facility going forward as I am not comfortable that a simple, and cheap, procedure might hurt my credit score which I work very hard to keep in good shape.

Excellent care and service! When a patient is not feeling well, the last thing they want to deal with, is an argumentative staff, I was SO relieved at how seemless my experience was. Everybody from start to finish, were kind, and caring!I am self pay, and they offer cheaper fees for self pay(and no negative judgement that I do not have health insurance), they also take CareCredit, which is very helpful.They offer a wide expanse of services, which will make this my go-to place for future medical needs!

The team at Midwest Express is great. I have been twice in the past few months as my toddler had Nursemade elbow. Everyone there was quick, kind, and got us fixed and on our way. Will go back again!

Great experience. I cut my finger with an old saw, and they we able to mend, place, and support my finger for the healing process with amazing client care. Very welcoming. One of the best experiences I have had, the staff is amazing and efficient, the receptionist is very friendly. I have extremely small veins which are hard to detect and always requires multiple sticks to draw blood. The latest technology at Midwest Express Clinic using the POCUS (Point of Care Ultrasound) made it an extremely easy and painless process for me for the first time in my life. Dr. Adam Del Conte was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable immediately. He is the best. Midwest Express Clinic has professional and friendly staff. Easy to schedule, on time and a very modern office using top line technologies. I would definitely recommend 👍🏼
