AFC Urgent Care Washington Township

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are ever not feeling well or need medical advice! Their staff is EXCEPTIONAL and so welcoming/positive people. I was not feeling well around 3pm and went on their website and was able to make an actual appointment at 5:55pm to ensure I had a spot and didnt have to go sit in the waiting room for a long time. When I arrived at 5:40, they got me right back there and Jaz at the check-in desk was so kind and helpful! Dr. Andrew ONeill is EXCELLENT and helped explain what was going on in my body & come up with a solution. Its truly great to see such awesome people at an urgent care helping people when they dont feel well with such great attitudes! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Scheduling was so easy to do! Once I got in, checked in, the receptionist Jazz was absolutely amazing & so sweet! She treated me so nicely & she was talking to me like she knew me! They were so quick, i got my vitals taken almost right after check in, I forget the woman’s name but she was amazing as well, very down to earth! The doctor was awesome! Everyone working there seems to really care about the patients & it truly makes a world of a difference! I’ll definitely be recommending them to people I know & will be going back to them in the future if needed. Thank you all SO much! Your empathy really shines through!

I visited the urgentcare for a kitchen cutting accident. My laceration was quickly glued, I received a tetanus shot and was on my way. Staff and medical professionals were friendly attentive.

Hello, it was very good especially since I was informed my condition was not going to worsen. I was taken to a patient room within 5 minutes of completing my paperwork and the NP arrived in less than 5 minutes. The consultation was thorough and I was taken for X-Rays immediately which confirmed my condition.The time I spent from entering, filling paperwork out, my consultation, X-Rays, and final meeting to confirm the original observation took less than 1 hour.Very SatisfiedBob Earley

Everyone was very nice. The front desk was very concerned due to pain I was in and was having a hard time finishing paperwork. She helped me and ensured not to worry. Very kind. The PA was awesome too. She held my hand and walked with me to X-ray as I was very lightheaded. Very kind and considerate. The young lady that gave me a shot for my pain was very gentle and kind as well. The doctor was very up beat. Had a really good bedside manner that you don’t find a lot of these days. He left listened and was very informative. Plus he seemed genuinely concerned for the pain I was in. Thank you all so much and I hope not to see you but if it need a little help I’ll come by. The only urgent care I will ever go to, always fast, efficient and caring. Staff is always pleasant every single time. That is hard to come by when dealing with sick patients day in and out but they always exceed my expectations. They truly care about what they do.

I’ve been living out of state for the past 3 years and showed up as soon as they opened at 8am had no problem being seen and didn’t wait that long either. It was a very nice clean well run place. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The nurse and doctor were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

The front desk staff was awesome, the nurse we had was amazing and the PA as super great. Made my daughter feel comfortable and explained what they were doing so she could understand. We were 5th in line and between waiting and seeing the doctor we were there under an hour. Thanks for being so amazing.

This is the only urgent care that I go to. Always a great experience. Very friendly staff. I had Cherylagain this time as my PA. Was so happy to see her again. She is TOP NOTCH!

This will be my go to urgent care. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The physician was fast and to the point but listened to my concerns and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I was in and out within less than 20 minutes.

Facility is nice. It’s never been a long wait, in my experience. Front desk is always helpful and accommodating.Dr. Frank Wilczynski, however, seems very old school and arrogant. He’s also literally in and out within seconds, to the point where you don’t ever really feel heard, not even briefly. I was having some issues with herniated discs, was choffed at for not being able to “hop up” onto the tall table and then for the physical exam he assessed my leg strength/mobility to see how things were affected and upon lifting my leg he comments, “boy, that IS weak!”Maybe a decent doctor, I don’t recall enjoying either of my visits with him. Today when I was checking out, there was another patient who was crying at the front desk asking for his information, saying he humiliated her when she was already feeling her worst. So. Heed that warning. I don’t normally write reviews, good or bad. But felt like it had to be said.Good facility, I know it’s an urgent care so you do what you have to in a pinch. But I would 100% do my best to avoid this doctor if you’re able to.

The office staff is great. My son sprained his ankle and he got xray . They got him right in and xray 1st stop to his exam room. 10min later . Great service have used them for years

I would give them 10 stars, if possible. Terrific experience! Went in with a broken, bloody finger. They calmed my fears and treated me with gentle and very effective care. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sheryl, Mary and the x-ray technician were simply the best of the best!!

This urgent care and its employers are excellent. Went in today because Im sick and I waited about 5 minutes. They are really quick as usual.... the Dr that took care of me was very nice and caring and he was great. I will never go anywhere else!

Ive been here multiple times with my family for various reasons. All experiences have been good, all things considered! This particular visit, was a sneaky case of pneumonia and they caught it and got me out of there within about an hour or so. Everyone was kind and thorough. Definitely always my first stop for any same-day care that doesnt warrant the ER.

I can not express my gratitude enough for ALL the staff that helped me today. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone gave A+ service with smiles. Front desk was so kind when I called before o my visit with some questions. They all made me feel that I was in good hands today. The gentleman medical assistant was so friendly and so gentle talking vitals. Dr Frank Wilcynski was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose double pneumonia and gave me the prescriptions that I need and sent me on my way. I wish I could request each and everyone that I had today in the future with any necessary appointments! You were all wonderful ❤️

Came here they told me I sounded clear in my lungs, no tests were done. I didn’t feel comfortable so I went to my doctor right after. She immediately heard fluid in my left lung and sent me for a chest x ray. I have walking pneumonia and it could have been missed. I hope they take better care of the next ones

This was my first visit to this office. The staff was very professional and courteous. My wait time was short. My prescription was sent quickly to my drug store. The facility was clean and well kept. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

The process of registering online and being consistently advised of your wait time was very efficient. All of the staff were pleasant and kind and it seemed like they were glad you were there. The physician assistant listened to my concerns and promptly came up with an appropriate treatment plan. I highly recommend this urgent care

Brought my daughter in for ear pain. The wait wasn’t long at all. The front desk girl was the nicest most personable front desk person I have dealt with in YEARS. She was so nice from start to finish and I had to call back to check on if the prescription was sent and she was so nice again and even said call her back if any issues so she could help me. The doctor was incredible, he was so good with my daughter. She wasn’t afraid at all when usually taking her to the doctor is rough. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old son was in for an ear infection. I was very pleased how quick and professional everyone was. The doctor asked my son questions and spoke to him. What impressed me most was after discussing the medication. He asked my son if he had any questions. I was pleased to see that he didn’t just focus on the parent and ignore the child. Child is a patient and he made sure that he was number one.

Great experience today at Urgent Care. My family has used this facility for many years now. Ever since our favorite doctor left, Dr. V, we were heart broken. But the doctor we worked with today was phenomenal. It was my first time seeing him at this facility, but you could tell he knew his stuff and had good bed side manner. The girl who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommended!

Went to AFC with a new insurance card: front desk was helpful and quickly processed my info. Had a rash, and bad cut, the medic that saw me was very knowledgeable, careful, and efficient. Stitched me up and sent me home with preventive medications and instructions.

Dr. was very reassuring and helped ease my anxiety over a health issue. SUch a great team. Nurse and receptionist were very kind. I am never disappointed by AFC urgent care

Hopefully I won’t need these services again but in the event I do, this is the only place I would consider. They were absolutely wonderful with my son. The front desk , the tech/nurse and the Dr were phenomenal

Welcoming staff members, patient, kind and considerate. It’s always a plus when you’re talking to someone who listens to your child, for anyone who is a parent. They answered, explained and addressed any questions/ concerns, instead of what I see in the healthcare industry with Pediatric patients and knowing the difference between waiting to get you in and out vs making sure you leave knowing that you were treated with all around respect and care. Highly recommend and appreciate having them close, but even if you want to ensure a clean, and overall great quality healthcare, it’s worth the trip.

Registering for appointment was easy and done on my phone. front desk Nicole was pleasant and welcoming. Mary and Dr Ballaro had me in and out quickly after a thorough exam. higlhy reccomend this facility.

Literally the only urgent care I will ever go to. It dosent matter the doctor or nurse that you get they are all nice and caring and take their time with you. Even the people up front who get forgotten about the most are always so nice and caring.

The staff and Courtney (physician assistant) were extremely nice and very receptive to any questions or concerns. It was my first time at this facility but I will definitely use this site again if necessary.

Great place!! If I could, I would give this location 6 stars! Everybody from the woman taking my information, the nurse taking my vitals and the PA who treated me, was great. Treated me more like a friend than a patient. (first time here). Visit went quickly, but I did not feel rushed. Nobody wants to have to go to an Urgent Care. But if you do have to go, go here!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

AFC Sewell is excellent, me and my wife went last night, we got quickly checked in, only took five minutes to get called back, everyone was friendly and professional, doctor answered all our questions, I highly recommend!

The fastest Urgent Care ive been too! Super friendly staff, and a very clean, home feeling facility. The best part is they take state insurance, no cost out of my pocket! My go to place from now on

So the doctor we got today is great weve had him before hes awesome !! But the lady that took his temperature and swabed him is a miserable person .the office was so quiet and empty that I heard her make fun of my autistic 12 year old to the other nurse at the desk and I hope she reads this and knows if my son wasnt already afraid and sick I would of told her to her face that she does not belong in any field that involves patient care she said and when I swabed him real tears came down his face like come one were not 5 And they hystericaly laughed and kept going .I in the moment decided to talk louder to my son to drown it out instead of listening further .I shouldnt have to announce my kids disability to be treated appropriately even if he was a neurotypical kid just petrified of doctors so what. That nurse ruined my experience for the second time. Doctor as always great guy funny professional and does a great job!Definitely worth far more than his staff

Excellent experience. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and compassionate, but I didntvatch her name. The PA that I saw (Andrew) was phenomenal. Friendly, smart, compassionate, asked all the right questions and actually listened to my answers. Great job!!!

My son broke his hand, the urgent care we have been to once before was closed so we went here instead. Parking lot is a mess! Not very happy with that as we pulled in we almost turned around actually. We thankfully were very pleasantly surprised with the AFC office though. Very clean and really spacious office. We only had to wait maybe 10-15 mins. I was still filling out the form when they called us back haha. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Trippel was AMAZING! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well to us. They did xrays on my sons hand and put a splint on him, recommended an orthopedic dr to go see. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. Extremely happy with this urgent care. We will go here from now on, if needed in the future. Thank you everyone there especially Dr Trippel!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the receptionist, to the triaging nurses and the doctor. I was in and out in under a half hour with the issue addressed! Would definitely come back to this location again in the future if I have a need.

I went to confirm a broken bone in my arm. They were nice, and confirmed the break and put on a brace until i could go to ortho dr. They put a left hand brace on my right arm, causing alot more pain until the ortho dr put on a correct brace.

My daughter was in today(8/23) to get a PPD test. Everyone is just so nice! My daughter was so nervous about getting this test done( for work), but the nurse that gave her the test explained every step of the way and just gave her reassurance that she would be okay! I am a big fan of this place! I’ve gone about 10 times for urgent care now, and every doctor is incredibly kind and thorough. All of the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Accepts a large variety of insurances.

The virtual line is awesome, didn’t spend hours waiting. Walked in early, seen right away. Got the meds I needed and hopefully on the road to recovery. Great option

Good place to go when you dont feel well. The Receptionist was great I did not bring my glasses and she filled out the paperwork for me. I couldnt see the words. She should get a raise for being so nice and going above her job.went today I have Strep throat got medicine to get a dad to go away. Thats all. Today i went because I cut my leg. Wanted to make sure it was not too bad

After processing my paperwork, I was called in to an exam room to take my vitals. Within two minutes, I was seen by a very personable doctor. After examination, I was ordered two prescriptions at a local Rx. It was a good experience all around.

Tyra was very sweet and handled my situation with professionalism and poise. The doctor was thorough in his determination of my condition. Overall, a very great visit to this urgent care. A+

The nurses and staff are wonderful here. Very prompt service. I wasnt a huge fan of the DR though. He wouldnt tell me what I had, gave me meds to clear it all up. I went back in to ask what he wrote on my chart and the front desk said you dont have COVID.

From the minute I enter the urgent care I noticed how clean it was. The wait time was short to be seen by a doctor. I went back and the nurse was very nice and dr was very understanding and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and gave me the necessary medicine to feel better.

I ditched the family doctor for AFC urgent care. I’m always treated with respect, within a few minutes of my arrival. Screw making an appointment for 3 weeks from today, the care here is better

Been coming here for years,Doctors and staff awesome ( they listen to you) very kind ,non judgemental.They do everything that Er would yet they are fast,wait time none!,extremely clean,professional office, they can preform xrays,nebulizers,if needed.Shots,Ample parking..do yourself a huge favor Stay away from inspira urgent care! This is where you want to be. I love them! They also greet you ( Noone does that anymore) scripts will be sent to your pharmacy, if you need them again ( they are always there) if you happen to run out of the medication prescribed you can always return.

I saw Dr. Cheryl today for a possible lung issue. I received xrays and my experience was fantastic.

Perfect experience! Welcoming staff. Fast service! Pleasant doctor who diagnosed me quickly. They checked for an infection right there in their office. The doctor sent a Rx to the pharmacy and it was filled quickly!

This urgent care in the Cherry tree shopping center in Sewell, this urgent care by far is my absolute favorite if I need medical care. Top notch staff and support of the patients, I made an appointment at 845 this morning and was scheduled an appt at 9:45. Extremely thorough and felt very comfortable explaining my concerns with the Dr and assistant.I wont go anywhere else💗

I went to Urgent Care in WT last Sunday. I was hesitant to go due to LONG WAIT TIMES, especially when I felt as awful as I did! To my surprise, paperwork, Triage and the visit with the Dr. took less than an hour! I also felt like he was actually LISTENING to me, not TALKING AT ME which is rare nowadays in my opinion! They usually want to get you in and out like your just a # and not a human being! I highly recommend Urgent Care in WT, next to TD bank off of Hurffville Crosskeys Rd. I absolutely love this place. Everytime that I have been there my wait to be called to the back has been 5 mins or less and then once in the back the doctor comes in the room within 10 mins. I recieve excellent care everytime I go to urgent care. The wait is 5-10 which is not bad at all compared to other places.

Did not have much of a wait and signing in was relatively easy especially as it was my first time here. The staff were all great especially the person at the front desk and the tech who helped triage me. Would recommend coming back thanks to the caring staff.

Greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk you woman. The Dr. and assistant were so nice and friendly and made me feel less anxious needing stitches and also an incision needed to be glued. Medication were sent exactly in a timely fashion. It was a great experience after a day that went bad!

The care at AFC Turnersville is great, however, their online appointment system cannot be trusted. I had a CONFIRMED online appointment on July 4th at 4:35pm, arrived at 4:05pm and was turned away by the receptionist, because they closed at 4pm. Best to call them before you go.

Great experience at this urgent care. The front desk worker was so sweet and very helpful. The nurse, Mary was super helpful, put me at ease right away and was just so kind and professional. The doctor was very sweet, efficient and helpful. Thank you everyone at AFC!

I went there for my over 70 physical the staff is amazing I was in and out in less than a half hour I would recommend this place to any one that needs your over 70 physical.

Dr Andrew was phenomenal; very great bedside mannerisms; knowledgeable; and applied wisdom to every concern I had given the proper analytical skills and ordered proper testing! The staff that aided in escorting to testing area & administering testing was also very helpful assuring & polite. Overall my visit was worth the visit & I will use this facility in the future. They charged me $123 for my son and I to come in, took his weight and sent us to the ER. They should have refunded me my $123 since they did nothing, no treatment, no diagnosis, NO HELP. Absolutely ridiculous!

I’ve gotten over this situation but since I just received a text I’ll post what I posted elsewhere.Heard great things and knew it was out of network so I paid more than I wanted but I still went on Sunday, prior to my arrival online I filled out the questionnaire and selected CVS as my pharmacy. After leaving they prescribed me an inhaler, steroid, an antibiotic. I went to the grocery store, got cough drops and soup. Went home and dropped it off and went to my local CVS (where my wife and son go) where they said they didn’t have it. I stated I was a new customer so maybe it wasn’t punched in? I called and asked which CVS they sent it to and the clerk stated “Cross Keys” which I assumed meant CVS on Cross Keys Road. Which I thought was weird but went anyway. They also did not have it so at this point I went back to AFC and asked for a hard copy because CVS did not have it. The clerk responded with “It went to Cross Keys Pharmacy” I looked and they were not even open on Sundays so I asked if they’re was anything they could do which they responded with “no sorry.” So I went without an antibiotic, steroid, or inhaler for an extra day. Should have just waited to see my primary if I knew that was going to be the case.

I must give this facility 5 thumbs up and a high 5. I went mid afternoon on a Tuesday there were a few people in front of me but it went quickly! From my first encounter with the representative she patience and didn’t mind me asking her four questions at the same time. From my 2nd encounter now she was funny made me relax before seeing the doctor. I called back the next day as I had an issue and Jasmine answered; she was patience (as I rattled on about my issues) concerned, considerate, understanding and assured me she or the doctor would get right back to me. Dr Mitchell called back in a short period of time he also gave the exact same concern……… Thank you

AFC in Washington Twp is a great urgent care facility. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The doctors are great! They are willing to listen and helpful with advice. The whole group there give you their time. They never rush you out. In these difficult times of getting appointments through my grandkids primary we trust the AFC of Washington Twp to be our go to for any health issues.

The PA Ian was very nice, knowledgeable and seems very passionate about his job. I can tell he was disappointed that he wasnt able to help because the dye he needed was in back order. Also, the lady at the front desk was helpful by getting me a same day appointment with a specialist. She said called 2 different place to find an earlier appointment.

The doctor was very professional but also amiable. He was thorough and took time to answer all questions. Registration and the attendant who did vitals were also accommodating and pleasant. If you have to get sick, this is where you should go!

It was 20 minutes until closing on a Friday night, but I was greeted with a smile as I checked in to be seen for a cough and sinus infection. I no sooner sat down, then I was called back. Andrew O’Neill took my vitals then did a thorough examination of my head and listened to my lungs. He prescribed medication and took time to explain his diagnosis then asked if I had any questions. I told him my collage age son had come home with a high fever and was considering coming in. When I returned to the waiting room, I saw my son had arrived, but hadn’t checked in because it was after hours and technically they were closed. To our surprise they allowed him to check in and Andrew saw him as well. After another thorough exam, he prescribed medication for him as well. Huge shout out to AFC staff for staying after hours to get me and my son on the road to recovery! Simply the best!! Thank you!

The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical staff were also all very friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything they did and explaining everything thoroughly to me. I was also in and out in under an hour which was great.

Had to use this facility on a holiday when my primary doctors were closed.Reasonable wait times, very friendly staff at all levels (despite having to work a holiday!), online registration worked seamlessly for me...Definitely a new go to for my family and I when we cant get in with our primary doctors.

I politely made an inquiry today, but Robert escalated the situation unexpectedly and became impatient, kept shouting aggressively, and used his pen in a threatening manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also left me shaken and concerned about my safety. Other patients heard it and some were startled including a baby who started crying. Im shocked that such aggression occurred within a medical facility. As a long-time resident in the U.S., this is the first time Ive encountered such behavior. I can share my experience with the management, including recordings of the incident. I urge the facilitys management to address this issue seriously to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all patients.
