Care Station Medical Group Secaucus

Weve visited this urgent care twice this year for different complaints affecting different people. In both instances, the receptionist was very kind and friendly. Other staff were also very helpful. We were consulted by different doctors but in both instances, they were very quick, efficient and very competent, providing great advice.

I took my mother to this urgent care yesterday and the experience we had was incredibly negative. The treatment my mother (who was in absolute pain and sent after to the ER) received by the nurse who took her vitals, Misha Duncan, was completely rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. She lacked empty, patience and good service overall for someone who was ill. I do not recommend this place and will not be coming back to a facility where they mistreat their patients.

Yesterday I took my aunt to this place and it was the worst experience I have ever had at such a place, the customer service was horrible, people were very rude, like they were doing us a favor and in fact if you don’t pay first you won’t get any care, meanwhile my aunt was dying in pain, the nurse (I hope I’m not mistaken with her name, it’s in the picture I attached) Misha Duncan-Padgett, she was the nurse taking my aunt’s vitals and she was the rudest nurse I have ever had, it seemed like she hated what she was doing and I don’t understand why she is working at a place where the most important thing is taking care of people that aren’t feeling well, especially when customers are charged $100 just for an exam, anyways I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all, go straight to the hospital or CityMD, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I have been a regular patient of Care Station Secaucus since 2001 and am very happy with the service. The Secaucus facility staff led by head nurse Bridgit is very professional and pleasant to deal with. Every doctor at Care Station will treat you with the upmost care. A great experience and still going strong after about 100 visits!!!!!

This is the best Carestation! Awilda and Bridget are the best team members. They made my visit the best experience and it is a pleasure to see them everytime. I am very appreciative of this team and all they do. Thank you so much! ♥️

This is by far the best doctors office I ever visited. Everyone is extremely polite and courteous. Awilda is the first person I encounter at reception ; when I am there and she is so professional and courteous, she makes my visit so pleasant with her professional service. Dr. De Silva, is so good with me as a patient she takes her time to figure out what is best for my health, I never felt rushing but I see her authentic concern for my health and to find best solution for my improvement .Awilda and the entire staff shows that they care for you and act outside the box to assure the proper attention to the patient. Everyone was nice. I especially liked DR. Pinal. She was very informative about how to eat while on weight watchers diet. I learned things from her that will help me to continue the weight loss

Dr. Loreen Pinal is a young professional doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, kind, empathetic and understanding. I appreciate her energy and demeanor.

I went in thinking this was an urgent care station and found it was a Drs office welcoming walk ins. The Drs were attentive to my issue and am considering becoming a patient.

I have only great things to say about this branch of Care Station. They let you make appointments to avoid the long wait. The staff is exceptional! Especially Ms. Awilda! She is so caring, welcoming and efficient. I would rather drive 15 mins away from my nearest Care station rather than go to my nearest one!! Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant visit at your Secaucus location. I want to especially thank Awilda Marrygo for being very kind to me.

I reached here at around 9:05 am for my 9 yr old kid. I was told by the front-desk lady that it will be 1 hour before they can see my kid. Then, I said if I can come after 1 hour. The lady agreed. I was offering to finish all paper work. She said you may come 15 min early too - you will be all right. I came back around 10:05am. After, I came back, I was asked to make the entry in the list - why the front-desk lady didnt ask me to do the same when I came first time - In fact I offered to finish paper work?. I did all paper work. I waited another 1 hr 45 min until 11:45 am - still the doctor didnt call to see my kid. There were many people coming in after me and got to see the doctor. Essenitally waisted 2hr 40 min here. My 9 yr old kid was hungry and impatient - I did request the front-desk lady to prioritize it because I showed up early in the morning - still nothing was done. This is a fake urgent care. I went to Agile urgent Care on the same road - I was done with everything in 30 min. I went through the reviews below - Some of the reviews about the long wait time are in line with what my experience was. I will never recommend this facility.

I just have to say that Dr DeSilva is the most caring, considerate, and lovely dr. She listens and cares, doesn’t rush, and always finds the best solution for you. The staff is so kind, happy, respectful. Awilda (front desk) is truly the best! She goes above and beyond for all the patients. She’s so sweet and always has a smile on her face. That’s how it should always be when you walk into anywhere. I love her energy!!

Going to the doctor is never pleasurable, however Care Station in Secaucus was painless Awilda greeted you always with a smile to Bridget showed you compassion and patience to Dr. Lauren Pinal who takes her time, explains, and listens to your concerns back to Awilda who asks if all went well and if I needed anything else made my experience worth the visit. I had a great first experience with Care Station Medical Group this past Saturday 5/21/22. TheReceptionist was very nice, friendly, smiley and professional. The Dr was nice and attentive to my needs. She suggested which medication I would need to help with my allergies. I purchased these the same day, thankfully I didn’t need prescription meds as it wasn’t too severe. I took them and felt much better rather quickly. I would suggest anyone to visit this facility. Thank you Care Station Medical Group, I felt like I was really Cared for❤️

I went to the care station facility at Secaucus for my annual health check. Unfortunately, I got a bunch of unexpected bills from my Insurance. But Awilda (office manager) helped me resolve all the issues smoothly. She was really understanding and courteous.

Came here for an urgent care visit. The staff and service were amazing! Awilda at the front desk seamlessly solved an issue with my insurance. Bridget and Jamilah were so friendly and professional in handling my care. Dr. DeSilva is so knowledgeable, took the time to hear me out, discuss my diagnosis, and plan of care. The women at the front desk when you walk is so rude it’s beyond human nature , I was signing up for the visitation, for her too stop me question me and then to be so rude as too threaten me about failing me on a physical and drug test because she told me I had to sit there for inside for over a hour and couldn’t walk out to use the telephone or get something to eat , she treated me like she was the judge jury she is just a worker and us very rude and should be reprimanded or fire ls she is the worst person to be running this business

Love my service at Care Station. Awilda is the best. She gets things done and with the best attitude. I am always comfortable calling and asking her questions because I know she will get the answers for me and do her absolute best to provide great service.

Suffering from a chronic illness with unexpected flare ups is already difficult, add busy schedules and all the rest of life. Awilda, the front desk receptionist is awesome - she is on top of EVERYTHING. Bridget is so knowledgeable and informs you on all parts of the process. Lastly, Dr Da Silva is nothing short of amazing. She is understanding and uses such a careful approach to my conditions.I’m grateful for all the ladies at Carestation - Secaucus for not only their high standard of care but also their lovely personalities. Awilda is the best receptionist ever. She is so helpful and helps me everytime I need it. Directing me in the right paths and making me laugh whenever I come for a visit. She is a shinning star to my doctor visits!

Billing dpt is unprofessional you call inside the working hours they don’t pick up. Spoke with Bill he was rude and not helpful at all. It makes no sense that I am getting billed differently from my husband and we have the same insurance.

I absolutely never leave reviews, but I am so grateful for the kind and welcoming staff at Care Station Secaucus! After being offered an opportunity to grow professionally I was told to visit any of their locations to take a TB test , and although this cite is a bit out of my way I am so glad I visited their clinic. Everyone was extremely respectful and supportive, and even after misplacing the names of the employees who assisted me I am writing this review to encourage any and everyone to go here!! We have been dealing with Care Station for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The doctors are professional, and empathize with each patient. The office staff, especially Awilda, are always willing to accommodate patients. Care Station deserves a true 5 star rating!

The best team of medical I have ever come across.Very clean place plus staffs very friendly and warm welcome...Happy faces so that half the sickness goes away from it. Overall great experience with Care station in Secaucus. Other then a slight wait, which Awilda apologized for and it was absolutely understandable since there were a lot of patients with one nurse and doctor. Other then that I truly felt the most comfortable then I’ve ever felt in a doctor’s office.Nurse Martyna went above and beyond her duties to truly just be a comfort for me and gave wonderful advice which you can definitely tell came from her heart. Thanks!!Doctor DeSilva was really nice and comforting as well and also offered great medical advice.Awilda was gracious and smiled when I walked until I left the building and was very helpful to everyone that walked through the doors and was on the ball when things needed to be done. Overall great experience.

The staff is amazing! You are greeted by Awilda at check-in. She takes such good care. Then off to Jamilah to check vitals! She is always delicate. I would dread having blood drawn-but no more because of her!!Onto Dr. DeSilva! She is the sweetest care giver. Straightforward, yet empathetic! She keeps me in line. End it all back at Awilda, who always makes certain I have the information I need and holds me accountable for my follow up!These lovely ladies make a visit to the doctor enjoyable and stress free!

My experience from day 1 has always been good and welcoming. My family and I have been attending for the past 5 years and feel comfortable with the staff and services provided by all but particularly with Awilda. She has played a key function in our time at Carestation and has always made us feel welcomed and made our check in to Carestation great! My teen daughter feels comfortable with her and for that reason I continue to come by and will continue to do so.

Went in for a drug test and waited nearly 4 hours to take a 5 minutes for a test! Worst service ever! Lady waited 2 and a half hour to tell me am missing a document when the first thing I told her was if I needed any other paper! Then I ask her while my boss is bringing the paper can I still do the test she says yes and tells me 20 minutes I’ll be next, i wait another hour just to get in! So unprofessional and worst service I’ve ever experienced from a medical office!

The dedicated support and professionalism of the staff is top notch. Never had a long wait time, have received excellent care, and when an issue arised with a prescription/ pharmacy Awilda on the front desk staff worked over time to have it resolved.

I would like to thank the staff at Care Station in Secaucus. They were so helpful when I brought my daughter in for a covid-19 test. Awilda was super friendly the minute we walked in the door, the nurse made us feel less nervous, and the doctor was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may need medical attention.

I went to this Urgent care location because it near where I live. I cut my finger and still need to waiting for about 10 min as my finger is bleeding.Dr. DeSilva takes care of me and she is nice to talk. However, the treatment have some issue. The wound care is fine. The bandage roll she put on is so tight and has a knot on it. It pressing my finger joint and I cannot feel my joint for about a month.I also have 2 follow up visit and each charges me over $120 after insurance (HSA plan). The insurance company indicate the billing code is for service time 20-29 min. And Im 100% sure my last visit is only 5-8 min with doctor but they still confident to charge me for 20-29 min. They indicate the bill is not related with the time.Id say, if you have PPO and you only need to pay for copay, you could consider here.My 2 star is for Dr. Desilva and 1 star for the staff in this location. No star for billing department and my finger joint issue.

My oh my! I dont even know where to start! Lets start with Awilda at the front desk (she facilitates the check in & discharge) who always has a smile on her face and is always happy to help answer any questions. Then we move on to Jamilah - an absolutely lovely MA who always finds a way to make me laugh while taking my vitals and getting me ready to see the best doctor in all of the land! Whos this top doc I speak of???- that would be the one and only Dr. DeSilva! Dr. DeSilva has answers to all questions, exhibits elite bedside manner, and has an abundance of patience - whenever you are with Dr. DeSilva, she is always very positive and is never rushing her patients out of the door. Simply put, CareStation Secaucus mixes an A1 FAMILY VIBE with top tier medical professionalism. When I visit the team at CareStation, I feel like Im going to see my family - they always take care of me and thats what family does! Do yourself a favor and come over to CareStation Secaucus!

Carestation has helped me every time I was in need of care and is extremely useful w there no appointment necessary policy. The nurse who runs the front desk Awilda always greets you with a smile and makes life there easier than other medical offices. I also go to see a specialist for my shoulder and they have been on point with there help in this aspect as well (specialists do need an appointment however)

Excessive wait times for scheduled appointments. My appointment was at 11 am and I didnt get seen until 12:56 pm. Recommend going somewhere else if you need a primary care physician.

Care Station in Secaucus NJ has the best receptionist and doctor on staff.. Awilda and Dr. DaSilva made my experience with them wonderful and very easy. Awilda from the moment you walk in greets you with a warm hello and welcomes you with her humor and genuine care. (I know she is smiling under her mask tho). Dr. DaSilva is very sympathetic and understanding of my concerns and questions about my health. She takes her time explaining my results and how to move forward with treatment. The office itself has been very helpful and insightful in my medical treatment. Make sure to see them for any future care. I highly recommend 👌

Avoid this place by all means! My husband got charged $120 for picking up his blood results. They did a sneaky move on him by having him to come by the office in person and charged him as he had a doctors visit. I was supposed to have my wellness exam here but canceled immediately. Find another place that would be more transparent with charging their patients.

My husband and I visited this place this afternoon to get annual physical. This place is absolutely horrible, we waited close to twenty minutes before anyone showed up and gave us the forms to fill up, the nurse did not care to explain what test she was doing just fired instructions after instructions and worst of all the patient care specialist (fancy speak for receptionist) Awilda Marrujo refused us to help with patient portal access because we did not provide our emails initially and indicated phone as our primary preference in communication...she told us I have to change evvvrryy thing now... at this point the nurse manager came to our help and fixed the issues. Anyone who has half way decent insurance should stay away from these bunch of creeps.

Care station medical group Secaucus NJ is like family. Ive been going there for years as my primary care facility. And they look out for me as I change insurance frequently. The always make sure Im set up right insurance wise before I get there. I recommend you check it out, not just as an urgent care but as primary. Keep up the good work.

I am satisfied with the care I receive at Care Station. The only con I have is you rarely get the same doctor. It would be nice to have the same doctor each visit. ( also, the Secaucus office closes at 5:00 every weeknight. One late night during the week would be nice! )

I honestly dont write reviews most of the time, but I had to write this to tell of my bad experience. I was there for a total of 2 hours, and when I finally saw the doctor he was uncaring and was basically no help at all. I expected much better. I would advise people to go elsewhere if they want to be taken seriously. The staff on the other hand were nice and friendly in my experience, but doctor himself...gosh he acts like youre wasting his time.

This place is good and fast. The receptionist Awilda is very nice and helpful. She guaranteed me that I would have my test results on time and she went out of her way and called me and made sure that I had received it. I do recommend and I will be going back.

I went to care station with my 8 year old daughter. She’s been running a fever, congestion, and cough for 3 days and kept getting worse.First encounter, I ask if they take kids? I was told usually no, but they’ll see her which I was very grateful for. Next, comes the issues. I told the MA the symptoms, I suggested they swab her for flu because I’ve been testing her for Covid and it was negative. In comes the Dr. Checks her ears, her breathing, and her throat. She says to me, looks like maybe a throat infection she’ll prescribe an antibiotic but it may be the flu so she will also prescribe Tamiflu. Next comes the MA to swab, I ask if it’s a rapid, to which I’m told “oh no, the insurance doesn’t cover rapid tests (never heard of this before as I’ve gotten them in the past with the insurance and no problem). Ok, when will I get the results? 24 hours and they test for flu and Covid in the same swab, ok great. I’m leaving the office and ask the Dr. I should wait until the results before starting medications correct? To which she replies, oh no it’s fine take tamiflu and antibiotics it won’t hurt her 😳. I work in healthcare and know a thing or two about medications.I decided to take it upon myself and wait for the 24 hour tests to come back before I started pumping my child with unnecessary meds.I log into the portal, no tests. I check the visit summary and to my surprise the diagnosis says “bronchitis” umm really??! Bronchitis! When you just told me it may be the flu or a throat infection!Here we are 3 days post visit, no results of swab, when I called and asked for results I was told the swab would be back in a week. In a week!!!! So you bluntly lied to me about 24 hours results, wanted me to give my child meds that could potentially lower her immune system even lower without the proper diagnosis!! I will never be back again!!! My advice, get a doctor that could diagnose properly and test properly.

Felt sick and did a walk in, got there a little after they opened and did not have to wait too long, staff seemed friendly and the doctor was helpful with some related/unrelated questions i had. I would come back again if in the need. I did like the fact that they were open an hour earlier than local Agile Care (8AM vs 9AM) that was really my first choice since I had visited Agile before.

All we did in this office is Covid-19 test. Attentive and kind personnel. Office in Secaucus is clean. The test results were ready in time with a delay 1st time.So we had 3 visits since Nov 2020 and were satisfied with the service we have received. BTW, no appointments needed for Covid test. We would definitely recommend Secaucus office.There is one bad thing though. If you need to call Care Station, it is such a waste of time: endless waiting in line and succes is not guaranteed from my personal experience

I had an amazing experience at the Secaucus facility with Cesar Justiniano and Awilda! They have outstanding problem solving skills and their customer service was exceptional! Cesar and Awilda went out of their way to help me get test results back as promised! They were very kind and gracious to me! In today’s society, You don’t find employees like Cesar and Awilda. They are genuine people that really do care! They are diamonds in the ruff and they both need to be promoted!

I would highly recommend this place!!! Everyone is so nice, even though you in pain or not feeling well the vibes there makes you feel better. I think i like this place better than my regular Doctor.Not a long wait at all.

The level of care provided byDr DeSilva and her staff Awilda , Bridget andJamila has been outstanding. I personally hate seeking medical care of any kind , however these four ladies have always put me at ease.Their level of professionalism and sometimes humor ranks this the best medical office in the area. Im a patient since 2015 and Awilda is amazing at her job always polite and multi task girl she sweet and always calls me when I missed my appointment . Jamila is sweet and very hard worker. Dr. Wasseff is sweet heart shy but hard working and dedicated to my knees. I love secaucus.

Awilda at the front desk is so kind and supportive! All the staff at this location is above reproach including great care from Dr.Desilva. There is nothing like knowing the medical staff actually cares! Truly grateful and highly recommend

Was thankful that the staff was professional & made getting a rapid test a breeze.My problem arose later when I logged on to check my results. There was a form saying the doctor spoke with me about my “morbid obesity” as well as “provided a care plan & recommended I join a support group, count my calories” etc etc. This is not my primary care physician, so I was unsure & quite frankly horrified they felt the need to make an evaluation about my body by looking at the number on the scale. I am a healthy individual & this type of rhetoric/behavior absolutely promotes Eating Disorder habits. I did not go for weight loss advice, I went for a covid exam. I do not see the correlation between the two.

Don’t go to Dr Lao. Before requesting a rapid Covid test he prescribed me a number of medications for my congestion, body aches & wheezing.After testing positive for Covid he failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy & only after I returned to inquire as to why did he tell me I no longer needed that medication. He said that multivitamin & Advil will suffice.Hardly any consideration even in the original examination. Dispicable!The nurses however are wonderful & so is the young doctor Wusseff. Sad that Lao gave me an awful experience while having Covid.

As a longtime patient of Care Station. Great professional customer service by all of the staff from the front to back.... it’s really appreciated when your not feeling well. The new office manager has really done some great uplifting with staff morale!

The care was good but the problem was after the fact. There is no way to call the office directly, you have to call the consolidated number. So when the office personnel made an error with my patient portal credentials, I had to sit on hold for 30+ minutes to resolve the problem.Edit: Knocking this down to one star because I have been on hold for 52!!! Minutes and Im still only 8th in the queue (started at 17). Its taken me longer to sit on hold than I was in their office. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Awilda marrujo is very helpful in all my needs. I didn’t have a primary doctor and she made me an appointment and now Dr Desilva is my doctor Awilda very amazing in what she does and thank you Awilda for all your kindness and hard work.

The facility itself is fine for urgent issues. I also used it for a annual checkup and the experience has been a mix bag. I have been requesting reports since my annual test but they wouldn’t provide it. When i asked in person i was told it will be uploaded on the portal, it’s not there even after couple of months. Very disappointed. The admin team is very difficult to reach. I might change my provider.

Terrible Front Desk Receptionist. Very Pushy and Very Annoying. They bill high.. I went for a physical and I was told to come after 2 weeks to discuss reports. Now usually, if the reports are all normal then you are not called to the office to meet the doctor, so I went thinking my reports have some issue but after waiting for 45 mins, the doc comes in for exactly 2 mins and says everything looks normal!! Then why the hell did u call me here for? Wasted my time.. and money. Insurance fraud. They just want ot make money. AVOID

I am lucky to finally find a doctor who really care in Malika De Silva, she got my blood pressure down to where it should be and this is what doctors all over NY and NJ couldn’t do in the past 10 years the level of professionalism is excellent in my opinion. Friendly professionals as staff! I wouldn’t change for the world.

I really recommend the Carestation Medical in Secaucus, NJ there customer service is great from the start of your visit to the end Awilda Marrujo is a friendly and always willing to translate. For the patients that are English speaking. I’m not only a patient of the facility I’m also a client all our work related injuries are sent there and my employees also a happy with the services provided from her.

Really nice, professional, clean. I came for a rapid test and it was quick and painless! Im slightly annoyed because its been 5 days since taking the test and I still have no results. I tried calling but its all automated. Ultimately just upset because I was promised results next day and still have heard nothing.

The crew at Care Station in Secaucus, NJ is the best. They are very attentive & super friendly. Covid precautions are all in place. Awissa & Dr. DeSilva are such a pleasure!

Went for annual check up which was supposed to be covered by insurance but got a bill of $140 because 1 of the diagnosis was not covered by insurance but then I never asked for that particular test since it was just a regular checkup. Expect them to inform or confirm with me or the service provider before doing random tests which was asked for.

Went for covid test, receptionist was so unwelcome and didn’t want us to take the test because she has to fill all the details first. Then she asked us to wait for an hour and then she wanted us to leave.If you dont want to do the covid test then why do you offer it.

Awilda and Jamilah were patient and extremely helpful. They have always been eager to assist and provide magnificent service and attention to detail. Every visit is made pleasant by them.

Had an infection in my finger. Dr di silva was very kind and professional. Helped me out bandaged me up and got me out in a timely fashion. Entire staff was friendly from reception to checking vitals.

Horrible service. Have been there a few times and had bad experience most of them. The doctors are not really experienced. Last time had a Covid test and the withheld my positive results and sent me the wrong portal system. So I so another patients medical records. UNPROFESSIONAL at the LEAST

I waited for 2 hours only to find out that they didnt do rapid COVID tests, even though thats what I scheduled on the phone and what the website said. The staff is very nice, but that doesnt excuse this complete lack of honesty,transparency, and punctuality.

Very friendly staff. Ive been here a couple of times, once with no appointment for covid testing. Doctor answered all of my questions. They made my visit a very pleasant one.

I highly recommend Care Station of Secaucus. The staff was professional, efficient and friendly. A hidden gem right by my office. I will definitely go back if need arises.

The place was empty when I arrived yet it still took over an hour to get tested. After I got test my nose starting to run causing my mask to get wet inside. I asked the receptionist for a mask, after seeing a sign that said SEE RECEPTIONIST IS YOU NEED A MASK to only be told they don’t carry extra masks.....hmmmm during a Pandemic, an Urgent Care Center not carrying extra masks?!???????? Yea ok.

Went for a RAPID COVID test - they would not let me pay out of pocket said it had to go through insurance. Four day later Im still waiting for results. There is no way to talk to a human if you call the phone number.

So thankful for the impeccable care and professionalism of Dr. DeSilva and her great staff Awilda and Jamilah... Best care I have received. So grateful for there care....

The location is great, staff friendly (front desk: Awilda, clinical staff: Bridget and Dr. DeSilva) and the attention was great. Love the atmosphere and clean offices.

Honestly, some of my favorite people to tell when I’m sick because they usually know what to tell me back. My only complaint is that they’re so good that I usually have to wait because you guys just keep coming to them instead of somewhere else.

The staff at the Secaucus location is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and always gives the time and attention needed.

Initially visited this location to get tested for COVID19. Was so impressed at the overall experience , attentiveness and structured protocols that I have made Care Station my Primary Care choice.

Update dtd 9/18 - Went to Spring field office with an appointment, a clear 30 mins drive to meet Dr Singh, only to have me notified in person that he does not see patients without referral. I was asked to meet the available doc on site and Dr Singh could meet me based on the referral on another date apparently. Admin wouldnt tell me who the on site doc is and so i declined. Poor operations ended up wasting my time, hours at work.

Staff is patient and pleasant, been getting my DOT Medical Examination Certificate for 30 years at the Care Station. Yes 30 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly staff at the Secaucus location starting with Awilda, the nurses and Dr. DeSilva. Clean and spacious waiting area/rooms.

I got my covid tests done tuesday,very fast and kind people,no appointment need they say,then just walk in,there was a bunch people waiting to be tested cause the priority was the people with appointment?.anyway have to wait around 2 hours,may be little more,no insurance so will pay my self,$165,and was told 3 days for results,is Monday 6 days after and still dont have my results,even my wife that we went together but she is insured, still the same situation.i hear from other people there are some places the test is free for people without insurance,just proof of nj residence and the results will be in 3 days.so just think about you Walkin to this place.

Uncaring doctor on staff, outdated equipment, the list goes on. I should mention this place also lost my blood work in early 2012 and called me back in a month later to draw blood AGAIN.Had my annual physical for my work and the x-ray film (yes, this place still uses FILM) showed an artifact on my lung which the doctor couldnt read so after one month he calls me back to have another x-ray. The 2nd x-ray was botched by the nurse and she gives me a third x-ray to correct the mistake....The film is sent to their radiologist consultant, whose name I never got, and what was sent back was simply oh I cant read this fuzzy thing and what was recommended was go see a REAL RADIOLOGIST. I just received 3 doses of radiation in less than 2 months; if I didnt have cancer I probably will soon. No instructions on what to do other than see a radiologist.The people working here doesnt give a hoot whether their patients get proper care or not.

Very nice , friendly and clean. You are going to wait obviously for a Covid test. To many people are getting tested so don’t expect to get seen right away.

Dont get covid tested here!!! I waited 2 and a half hours from my appointment and still didnt get tested!! I had to leave because I couldnt wait any longer! Do they think you have all day to spend there?????

Staff is fast and courteous. The facilities are clean and well kept. Just wish I didnt have to see a different doctor every time I visited.

Upon arrival at care station in Secaucus, staff Locked the door before 12 pm and was told by someone that was inside (which was not a staff member) that they were closed. Even though they let someone in just prior to me even getting out my car and getting to the door, the staff could have told me that they were closed. Extremely rude

I have 14 day after I done my covid test,and still waiting for the results,Ms.Erica you answered to me you will have someone to take care of this 9 days ago and nothing happened yet,you say are the Persanal Manager?well it looks like is the answer to the poor service.I need the results for me and my wife that we took the Di ember 1st,2020.if you finally can do something.this effecting our back to work because your irresponsible service.

As usual Awilda and her team are second to none. I can call anytime and the clinic takes care of our workers when injured for workers comp.

The actual time we were scheduled for was 2:00pm. We arrived at 1:45pm and were not seen by the doctor until 3:30pm. Way to long to wait.

It is a shame they do not have a handicapped access bathroom low toilet and no grab bars. How is this fair to their patients.

Dr. Lao was rude and rushing and was not a caring person to be around. I commented to the nurses there that he is rude, cranky and not personable. They stated that he is always like that. I would NEVER go back to be seen by him.

The waiting period was more than hour. I came for a result but waited for hour & 20 minutes that’s ridiculous. This happened couple times so I gave only 2 star.

Went for an Xray, place is clean waiting time is ok, staff is courteous, but had to wait 5 business days for report to be sent to the doctor, unacceptable as most places have a report in 24hrs or less.

I had a really bad experience here. I was asked to take multiple tests because of an equipment issue. In the end, the doctor did not even communicate the results of the tests with me.
