Very positive experience with CryoChoice post-vasectomy. Collection kit arrived quickly and with clear instructions. Communication was great to confirm everything was received and processed properly. Annual billing is convenient, with plenty of notice given in case your payment methods is different. They send a few messages and newsletters out a year - not enough to be annoying, but enough for peace of mind knowing they are still around! I have only had a couple of customer service interactions with them and both were positive. I guess for storage this service is okay. The issue comes when you want to quit. They make it close to impossible. If you don’t quit 90 days prior to the auto bill you still get charged for another year. Oh you want to quit? You need a special form that they have to send you (waiting for it going on 2 weeks now) that has to be filled out and notarized, AND you have to pay a cancellation fee that’s almost the same as the annual fee. I don’t know how this is legal except that I signed their contract which has all this in the fine print…

First use extremely easy, affordable, and private. Used again for second banking. 6 years later when others have gone out of business or by the wayside, CryoChoice is still here, dependable, reliable, and affordable. Gives us great peace of mind.

We were in urgent need of a kit to get started for My Son to bank because he was going to start chemo the same week that he was diagnosed. They not only had payment plans But they also provided us with overnight shipping My Son had not closed the lid correctly so his sample was not able to be used So they provided us with another kit overnight And helped us to Obtain a sample ASAP

I dont have a lot to share at this point. My wife & I sent samples to be stored a few years ago. We have not decided to start a family yet so no sample retrieval. Everything good so far.

Their auto renewal and cancellation policy violates Georgia law. They require a 60 day notice to cancel a year long agreement, but provide no notice when the cancellation limit is approaching. Their cancellation process is slow and egregious. Avoid avoid avoid.

We called about getting our sample out for IVF and were informed over the phone that they werent sure where exactly our sample was and offered 2 different locations (come to find out, it wasnt in either of those storage banks). Luckily, we were able to conceive by other means, which was a miracle for my cancer surviving husband. Now, over a year and a half AFTER we submitted paperwork to have our sample destroyed, they want us to pay a storage fee, a destruction fee AND magically now know where our sample was the entire time. Oh, and theyre stating they never received our form to terminate our storage agreement. DO NOT USE CRYOCHOICE. They dont keep proper records unless it benefits them and their bottom dollar.

Cryochoice was an amazing option for my husband and I while he went through chemotherapy in 2015. So far so good, I did not use their website. I was able to speak with the representatives Cindy, Crystal, and Leonel on the phone and they were all tremendously helpful, supportive, and overall great to work with. 🤙

CryoChoice is the WRONG choice, not only are there more affordable and flexible options but there are options with exceedingly better customer service. After the initial interaction with the company every other interaction has been horrific. Their contract is shady and ther staff if shady. We purchased 2 kits and informed them this was our first experiance with a cryo bank and inquired about the process and steps for our situation and ALL fees and then the next tine we called to execute the next step we were told there would be additional fees that were not disclosed in the prior conversation. When asked why these werent disclosed CRYSTALS response was you didnt specifically ask what those fees were. Also to add on I have had many enterqctiobs with Crystal specifically and she is extremely rude and short and absolutely no help. Every time we have to do anything with OUR samples there are additional hoos or fees that just happen to pop up. 10/10 will never ever recommend. We are currently filing disputes and may take legal action. Its that bad.
