As a woman in my 50s, I expected a certain level of professionalism and care during my visit to but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.First and foremost, the absence of the doctor for my appointment was incredibly disappointing. Despite scheduling in advance, the doctor didnt bother to show up. Instead, I was seen by a registered nurse and another staff member tasked with collecting basic information. While I appreciate the efforts of these individuals, it was clear that their qualifications and expertise were not on par with what I expected from a medical professional, especially for matters concerning womens health in this age group.Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the doctors absence was concerning. It left me feeling undervalued as a patient and uncertain about the quality of care I would receive. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on the overall management of the medical office.In conclusion, if youre a woman in your 40s or 50s seeking comprehensive medical care beyond pregnancy-related issues, I would caution against visiting this Medial Center. My experience highlights significant shortcomings in their professionalism and reliability. I hope that this review prompts improvements in their practices to ensure better care for future patients.

I just switched doctors to start my care at WomanCare. I was welcomed with extreme expertise and prompt attention. Very professional all around! Would highly recommend this group.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and today was by far the worst experience with the receptionist. She acted like I was bothering her and barely even wanted to acknowledge my existence. After I said Good morning first she replied almost grudgingly and it took almost a full minute to ask my name. Then when she gave me the forms that I needed to complete but she gave them to me and stared at me like she wanted me to complete them in front of her. Finally, after almost finishing the first form and her sitting back playing with her hair, I asked her if I could sit down to complete them. Then there was the medical assistant… she was professional and automatic. Barely glanced at me and NEVER smiled or made me feel comfortable. The doctor was warm and friendly and so was the check out person which is the reason why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Id rather not get into details on our experience a few years ago, but my wife/kid would have died if we didnt take matters into our own hands. Im lucky my family survived.

The staff is so friendly. I really like Madison. Followed from different office and I liked this one better.

Entire visit was difficult: from front desk staff not finding the scheduled appointment to the provider being unaware and insensitive to my medical history. The team made an already stressful visit more difficult.

It was really a nice experience with Susan Ma’am and other healthcare professionals too. I wanted to meet a doctor who could alleviate fear or provide comfort. She could fulfill all of that. She listened to me with all her patience and brought so much positivity.

WomanCare PC and the Lab has the best staff; they were very patient, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate everyones kindness.

First time I go there I was pleased with staff and Dr Michelle Goldin was very nice, took the time to listen to all my issues thanks so much.

Every time I am here I wait at least 30+ minutes in a closed door room. In the past I usually left but today 1/16/24 I have a 1120 appointment. It’s currently 12pm and I’m still in the room. Haven’t been seen. I’m convinced they forget about you lol. I usually go to Arlington Heights Rand Road location and have never had an issue. The three times I’ve been here I’ve either left or had to ask where the doctor is. Such a rip off paying a $50 copay to maybe be seen.i have to make sure I schedule appointments where I can wait around for at least an hour and not cater to my kids. The ultrasound tech is very nice though. Update its after 12 and I’m leaving.

The entire staff and doctors were wonderful. I am a new patient switching gynecologists after being with my old gyne for 30 years. The ladies at the front desk, to the nurse and my new doctor were so helpful, kind and really took their time to understand my history and situation. So happy to be a new “member” of this practice. Thank you!

Loved it here! I felt super comfortable with the Doctor, she answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything from beginning to end.The office is super clean and beautiful.The staff is all very professional and friendly.10/10!❤️

Dr. Tag is amazing - you can tell she cares about what she does just by being thorough and informative. She informed me about certain things I wasn’t aware of that I should’ve known prior to my third trimester. I transferred here at 35 weeks pregnant and no other OB in the area would take me that was covered by my insurance. Dr. Tag took her time getting to know me while going through my records and was very kind and sensitive with some of my health concerns. Wish I was coming here all along.

Got the two appointments scheduled, but unfortunately, I was unable to receive the service as planned. I am not satisfied with the outcome.

They will not give me my depo procprovera injection unless I come to get my annual. But that is not happening.

Upon walking into the office, I was greeted warmly by one of the receptionists. I started filling out new patient paperwork and within 5 minutes I was called back by a nurse. She recorded information and after she left the doctor came in shortly. I felt very comfortable with all of the staff at WomanCare. I received my results the following day.

Dr. Tag is a wonderful doctor! She delivered my daughter after almost 4 days and stuck around until the very end (even when her shift ended). My husband and I always speak highly of her and the work she does!!! We appreciate you!!

Worst experience ever ; after procedure doctor never calls back to discuss results even after calling every single day

Can’t even rate the doctors because I didn’t make it past reception, extremely rude for no reason.

Dr. Abraham is amazing. Friendly, professional, patient, gentle in her examinations, answered all my questions. I never felt rushed like I was a part of an assembly line of patients she had to get through. Loved the experience

The fastest drs appt I every had!I felt bad cause I was running late but usually there’s a wait anyways at the drs office… but they were ready and waiting for me as soon as I go there!Dr was Margaret was great.Lab is in same building in my network so that makes it so much easier & cheaper!Going back for my lab work soon to check on fertility.Schaumburg building is hard to find through gpsIt will take you to the mall, best thing is to type in Olive Garden & look for the building beside itAlso took months to get appt with my crazy schedule, so plan ahead

The doctor I saw was unprofessional. She was not listening to me at all. I would ask her a question/tell her a concern, but her response was far off of the conversation we were having. Her diagnosis before handing me months worth of some birth control was “maybe you’re just feeling yourself go through your period.” After I had explained to her my symptoms & previous history. I could have just googled this if I did not want to be seen by a doctor. One other thing that bothered me a lot is that the doctor kept emphasizing multiple times how expensive their birth control was/procedures. Not once did I express concern in the cost of anything. It made me feel uncomfortable. After she handed me the birth control, I simply left it in the front desk. If you want someone to really listen and pay attention to your needs do not come here.

Awesome place. Dr Michelle Goldin was the Best !!! She was kind gentle and very caring . I was looking for a new dr and I am happy to say I will definitely stay with her.

Overall a less than average experience to say the least. The doctors do not care (I had the privilege to see 3 different providers) nor do they have enough time to dedicate. This is the last place that you want to deal with should you end up in an emergency situation as I did. Follow up was just as bad and reckless as the initial visit. Getting labs ordered is like pulling teeth even when they are for warranted for surgery follow up. I can’t imagine getting routine tests approved for no emergency situation. This place was a waste of time and money for me. Not recommended.

The female doctor here was very professional and amazing. But part of the check up seems like a sales pitch - selling me stuff I dont need :( I am just there for a check up. Also, I just wish they would give her the office receptionists she deserves. I was done with my appointment and the receptionist told me she did not have ALL the doctors schedules for next month to schedule my next appointment. How is that possible? It was mid April I had my appointment, and they didnt have all the doctors schedules in May? I dont know if the receptionist was lazy or both of them were too lazy to check, or just did not want to work? What was it? How were ALL the doctors did not have any schedule available for the next month for me to schedule with? So unhelpful and unprofessional. I had to call back again to Woman Care to schedule my next appointment--- which was such an immense pain in the a** :( It takes about 10 minutes just waiting for someone to answer. Every. single. time. Sometimes, it goes straight to voicemail. My suggestion, add more receptionists to answer calls. You guys charge a lot on us. So expensive so why not get more receptionists to help the doctors. Your doctors deserve better. Im calling around to find a different doctor/organization to go with. Very disappointing in Woman Care. I have had enough with them. I cant anymore with WC. The phone lines to call them can take you up to 3 days to get someone live on the call.

The nurse answering calls is rude. She never listen to my concern. She interrupts me when I haven’t finished my description. She said they’re not able to order ultrasound for me even though I have persistent clogged ducts for 2 months. She said she need to ask a doctor about my case and she’ll call me back, but she never call back.

I had an appointment yesterday and encountered some unexpected symptoms post-procedure. The nurses were really attentive and kind, especially Ixel. I really felt like she advocated for me and was genuinely invested in my well-being. Big thanks to the whole staff and highly recommend this office!

No one is ever excited to go to the gynecologist, but the staff here really puts you at ease. Every encounter Ive had from the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors has been a positive one. Everyone has been so kind and they really listen to you when youre there. I have always felt respected and that my concerns were valued. A wonderful practice, made up of wonderful people.

I have been going to WomanCare for the last 15 years. They have a few locations that I have been to and I have never once had an issue or worked with a doctor who was nothing short of wonderful at each location. Today I worked with Dr. Ashley Abraham and she was so sweet, put me at ease, explained everything, and made the whole experience as quick and easy as an annual exam can be. The nurse who assisted me today was also so friendly and did a great job of making me vaccine shots swift and painless. Everyone here is so nice, knowledgeable, and truly want to give you nothing less than exceptional care. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I’ve been going to this location for 8 years because I liked Doctor Susan Lupo. I made an appointment over the phone and received a voicemail a few days later that they double booked me and I needed to move my appointment. I called back and they said it was a mistake and I still have my appointment. I drove 45 minutes to my Saturday appointment for the receptionist to tell me they can’t run my insurance because the insurance company is closed on Saturdays and without knowing for sure it could cost me up to $400. After waiting weeks for a Saturday appointment so I don’t have to take off work I left without being seen by the doctor and will be finding a new OBGYN. The receptionists are incredibly rude anytime you call as if you are putting them out by trying to book your annual appointment. Like I mentioned I really liked Dr. Lupo but the lack of professionalism and due diligence from the staff is ridiculous. Also, they make getting your birth control refilled impossible when you are due for your annual.

Dr. Tagamolila is the Best. I could never find an OBGYN, that really took the time to understand me and be careful. She is extremely knowledgable, caring, professional and an all around genuine person. I found her at the worst time of my life and she broke down the science and help me understand things that were happening were not my fault and I knew then she was the doctor for me and has been for almost 10 years now.Thank you for everything you do!Highly recommend.

I’m self-pay, and I was explicit when I said I needed to know the exact cost out of pocket before proceeding. They gave me an amount, and I paid it upfront. Now, all the sudden, I have a bill from them for much much more in addition to what I already paid. Clearly they lied to my face about the cost so that they would surprise me with a bill I can’t afford. I’m appalled that they would be so deceitful especially with a woman who has to pay entirely out of her own pocket. I wish I’d never stepped foot in this crooked office.

If I could give a zero I would. I am a practice coordinator at IBJI and I find it so interesting when you get a rude receptionist. They are the first people you talk to. They represent your practice and if they are rude, unpleasant, and talk back then it gives that practice a bad name.I called to get medical records today and Hannah the receptionist was extremely rude. She questioned why I was getting my medical records since I only came once. Little does she know that I have precancerous cells and need them for my procedure being done. She then spoke back to me and made the whole interaction unpleasant. When you are requesting medical records you dont know what their protocol is. Each practice does things differently. You might have to pay for them, pick them up, sign release forms. She did not explain a thing to me so when I asked how to go about it she spoke back to me as if I knew what to do.I will never go here nor would I recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for great customer service and comfort during hard times.

I wish I had found a different clinic at the start of my pregnancy. The majority of the doctors and some nurses here do not treat you with respect. I started bringing a lot of questions with me to my appointments because I thought that was what you were supposed to do - this being my first pregnancy. Almost every question I would ask I felt belittled for asking. I eventually stopped asking questions all together.Recently I began asking more questions again because I am almost to my due date, and the responses I receive are those an insubordinate would receive. I do not feel like my questions or concerns are valued.During the appointments there are no common discussions, you are just supposed to know everything there is to know about pregnancy. The appointments seem unnecessary for the most part.The receptionists and appointment schedulers are very nice and go above and beyond expectations. Overall, I just expected more and wish I would have chosen another office.

I am so thankful to have found this place after my ob/gyn of 20 years retired. Great location, and parking, easy to find and get in and get out of. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming and happy. They had music playing in the waiting room that was cheerful and upbeat. Pretty much zero wait both visits I had here. Ultrasound nurse, happy, friendly, warm, informative, quick (but in a professional, experienced way). Lady who took my blood and info in the office friendly and Dr. Susan Lupo (I’ve seen her twice now). Happy, sweet, great bedside manner! I am so surprised at what a friendly Dr.’s office this is, and so well run, everything is right there! Highly recommend!

I was running late for my Saturday appointment by 10 minutes. We attempted to reach someone over the phone and we were on hold for 15 minutes. We decided to hang up since we were almost at the office.As we were walking up to the Schaumburg location, we received a call from Linda, the receptionist working that day. She asked where we were, I said I was walking up to the building. Little did I know, I was walking into the wrong building which is right next door. It took a out two minutes for us to realize we went to the wrong place and walked across to the correct office.When walked into the correct office and that is when Linda said that I am 15 minutes late and that I would have to reschedule because they have a strict policy even though I was on the phone with her three minutes prior to this interaction.I later learned that the office closes at 12 which is more important than patient care.

Amazing experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes with Dr. Lupo for an annual checkup. Nurses and staff are great and very friendly. Dr Lupo is so efficient and thorough without rushing you or hurrying through your appointment. Every experience has been like this!

Everyone (from the front desk to Dr Luthringhausen) was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The staff helped me feel comforted and safe the whole time, which I greatly appreciate.

Very disappointed in service. Blood test results are not posted on portal in a timely manner (takes about a week). Every single time we (my wife and I) have called, we have had to wait 30-45 min to get a response, sometimes an hour. Since our doctor is out of town, it is basically impossible to get in touch with any other doctor. Nurses show little to no empathy to difficult situations. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and do not use them as your primary Obstetrician/OBGYN.

I’m a new patient and have only been seen twice, but so far so good the nurse that I met at my last appointment was super informative and along with Dr. Tag which was nice even with it being my 2nd time expecting I wish my last OB and gynecologist office was like that, especially with being newly pregnant the only thing that negative was when I called to schedule my 1st appointment who ever I talked to on the phone was really rude but other than that no complaints for now

Started coming here after being recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I listened to her! Everyone is always friendly, informative, comforting and they are always on time! They take their time to answer all your questions and always make sure you are comfortable and have no worries. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant with my first child and was very nervous to begin with and then add on the stress of COVID and I was a wreck, but not anymore thanks to to WomeCare!

Update 3/22/2021: I have been going in this clinic for a couple of years now and I actually consider Dr.Goldin as one of the best in the area. I have no problem with her. I love Dr. Goldin but the RECEPTIONIST in this office needs to have more patience and needs training for professionalism. If you cant be nice to the patients then you are working in the wrong business. I am planning to keep seeing Dr. Goldin as my OB for as long as I can but now I am hesitating because the rudeness of the receptionist in this clinic. Tricia/Trish the receptionist is condescending, seems very annoyed when you want to clarify information. Warning: You will annoy the receptionist if your want to confirm information and as well as set an appointment.

They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointments, but I have sat around in excess of 30 minutes past my appointment time for all but one of my appointments. It seems to be a problem at all locations--Schaumburg, Palatine, and Arlington Heights. Dr. Levy was late every time I met with him, strolling in late with coat on even for the first appointment of the day. Dr. Kahan half-heartedly entertained any questions I had with his hand on the door knob, ready to see the next patient after a 2 minute consult after a lengthy wait. The ultrasound tech gives wrong information that contradicts what the doctor just said, so take their info with a grain of salt. I will give a shout out to Dr. Abraham though--she is great. But otherwise, not happy.

Whoever answers the phone for scheduling always has the worst attitude it’s so unprofessional and makes me hate having to call you guys to schedule an appointment. It’s a doctors office people are going to call and ask to make appointments SORRY!

Dr okoe and Abraham have been amazing. They are one of thee most intelligent and supportive female doctors anyone could have. They are what doctors should be compassionate, understanding, resourceful reassuring. They are amazing

Transferred from fertility doc office to this practice for OB care. Had medical records sent and chose this practice because I worked in surgery with Dr. Albion 20 years ago. He was a reputable surgeon and if I were to end up needing a C section I trusted him. From the beginning, nobody bothered to read my medical records that were transferred, I had unnecessary blood work done that was already done and listed in my medical records. This was an added costs that was also unnecessary to my pocketbook. At my 20 week ultrasound, which was 7 weeks into being a patient at this practice, it was the ultrasound tech that informed me that Dr. Albion no longer delivered babies. The practice didn’t mail me a letter, he never told me during my visits with him, nor did they inform me when I joined the practice as a patient. This is not a sudden bit of information, physicians know these things well in advance. I chose to stick with the practice because it just seemed easier than trying to change. One thing for sure, the billing department does their due diligence, cause everyone is on you to pay your patient balance. I mean in every direction, front desk when you check in, and the billing department, they will collect every penny. I would no sooner receive a bill and they’d be calling to find out when I was paying it before it was even 30 days past due, and we aren’t talking for multiple dollar signs either, $30-40! As my visits continued, I was satisfied with the next two physicians I saw, Verling and Abraham. Both on the same page and pleasant. Abraham heard me, and understood that double blood work and unnecessary blood work was continuously being requested, and put a stop to it, until my most recent visit. Dr. Kahan, who already has bad reviews posted out on the web. He lives up to them! He didn’t hear me, he disagreed with everything I asked, even when I explained my conversation with his colleague Dr. Abraham and the unnecessary blood work. He left out of our conversation half of what he was going to order for bloodwork. Then upon clinical exam wouldn’t allow me to pull up my shirt, aggressively squeezed my stomach to approximate the growth of my uterus, didn’t give me any feedback, put the Doppler on me to check fetal heart rate, no feedback, and then said when you’re ready come out and you can go for your blood work. Nice Manners! I went for blood work and I saw the orders on the lab techs computer, all of the blood tests that were in my medical records that I didn’t need done again! He never told me, and the blood glucose tests they requested was the wrong one! When I explained my angst to the tech, she said I needed to go back to the office and straighten out the orders. This was gonna be another headache! I left the orders and left the office! This was the straw that broke the camels back! Trying to be an active member of my prenatal care, and nothing but headaches. This should be an exciting time, I shouldn’t dread going to the doctors office. At 28 weeks, I’ve requested my medical records and I’m transferring to another practice. I don’t want the chances of Dr. Kahan being on call and delivering my baby!

I have been patient with women care pc since 2013 but now i am considering to change my ob gyn altogether. I have not received a proper information on my reports, medication and doses. Upon calling for a refill which i was supposed to take, i was told i dont need a refill for a particular med. Now after 6 month another doctor said I should have taken the med. What if I have side effects?? I am very disappointed with the practice in last 4 years. Cant trust these doctors anymore.They don’t listen to ur concern, not at all empathetic and misdiagnose / don’t provide professional knowledge on problems.

I had an IUD placed a few months ago. They double charge you for the visit. Their is a fee for the appointment for the insertion but then they also charge you an office visit (even though these are the same thing). The billing department is not helpful.Then I had issues with my follow up appointment. The office does not tell you the correct time of your follow up appointment when they call you for confirmation. I had a 9:20 ultrasound and a 10am appointment with the doctor and when they called they only informed me of the 10am appointment. After I missed my appointment I rescheduled and ask them to please make sure they tell me the time of the first appointment when they confirm the appointment. The office told me that they do not do that and the only inform you of the time you visit with the doctor.

I have been a patient here for 9 years. I have hopped around from one doctor to the next because their turn over is high, but I finally settled with Dr. Cucco. I wasnt a fan but he is the owner, so he doesnt up and leave.Since my time there, I have always known this doctors office to have rude front desk staff, but I have dismissed it as I go there for the doctors, not the woman up front. I was put off by the fact while Im having my lady parts probed, the doctor is trying to sell me on their spa.... this is a doctors appointment, not a sales pitch. That should have been my first red flag.But then it turns out that they are crooks. When I told my family and friends about this, they all said they have experienced this same thing from this office. I had mentioned an issue I was having and Dr. Cucco (the owner or CEO) suggested I get a blood test done. I asked to have just that specific blood test done and no other because I have heard they are known for tacking things on without you knowing and unnecessarily inflating the bill. Despite emphasizing I do not want any other test done, I get an extremely inflated bill (even after insurance coverage). I contacted my insurance company and discovered it is because despite my request not to do any other test, they ordered 8 other blood tests in addition to the one I said specifically was the only one I wanted. When I tried to dispute they were not helpful or friendly, and pretty much blew me off.Final red flag, after having been a patient there for entirely too long... they cant keep doctors on staff for more than a few years. I find one I like and then all of a sudden they leave to go to another practice. Same with the nurses and medical assistants. I dont know what happens behind scenes, but maybe the staff feel the same way I do about their practice.Just dont be fooled by the pretty office and spa like setting... youre paying for it.

Last couple appointments nothing but stress and added only more stress by changing doctors within their own group from Dr. Parra to Dr. Keith. She is no where close to what their mission statement says:Our first responsibility is to our patients! Seriously?????We create an environment of trust, credibility, uncompromising integrity, dignity and respect.?????I learned a new thing from my last couple visits to her that she makes her patient to call it in a prescription for themselves and her staff enforce it so heavily as last both times they forget to order my prescription and meds and still scheduled and confirmed appointment. 1st thing I got there they asked me if I brought in my prescription and I was like NO, I never do. You guys order it in and it gets delivered straight to you since last 5 months. Ive never called in a pharmacy nor they spoke to me. They pour the whole blame on me saying its your fault that I didnt order my prescription and they cant help me. How irresponsible nurses staff as well as the doctor who even refused talking to me after all their mistakes. When I asked the nurse that okay atleast give me the pharmacy number and lets see if they would take my order by phone if I call it in as being a patient and she even refused to provide the pharmacy number which they used all this time to order my prescription.How on earth a patient would know what to say or codes to call it in for their own prescription and if they want patient to do all these why do we need them??? Not only they wasted my valuable time again but doctor showed no courtesy in calling and apologizing on behalf of them being negligent and top of that had to deal with their rudeness.

Worst staff. Receptionist are unprofessional and rude. Dr. Keith is not the best physician. I would recommend finding another care center that actually puts effort and consideration into their clients. Their services are rushed and stressful. They have you wait for unforeseen amounts of time but should you be late they are quick to cancel appointment even with notice given.

If you are looking for a culturally sensitive medical care, this is not the place. Even if you express your needs of wanting to have an all female team for labor and deliver, the practice will not accommodate you! In 2022, patients of various backgrounds should be taken care of medically, especially since patients are already paying high out of pocket fees despite having health insurance.

Dr. Moran (no longer with womencare) delivered my first child. She was warm, comforting and a little quirky. We absolutely loved her. She made us feel safe, calm and gave us a laugh or two during the whole pregancy and delivery experience. She was perfect for it being our first time.Dr. Patti Tagamolia is our new go to now. She helped us through one of the most difficult times when our second child miscarried. She was warm, comforting and truly a friend when i was in need of one most.I have also seen Dr. Bass on several occasions for non-pregnancy visits. She is very kind, gentle and truly puts things in a way you can understand. She makes you feel comfortable to ask any questions you may have.

This is the only review I have made, because I have never been so displeased with a service as I am now. Ive been with 2 doctors from WomanCare, Dr Erlich and Dr Merchant, they both misdiagnosed me. I was eventually able to figure out the issue I saw Erlich twice for, within 2 minutes of seeing a different doctor. I saw Dr Merchant 3 times, she was extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend this practice at any of their locations. I have not gotten my test results that supposedly take up to 2 days to send to me. It has been 2 weeks since they said that. I have tried to cancel my appointment without the office acknowledging my voicemail in which I also left my phone number.

From the reception desk to the exam room, everyone was very professional and polite. The office was clean and up to date.

Very patient with my pregnant mind. Twice I was late for my appointment and they saw me anyway. Great staff and good doctors. Would recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cuccos for many years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. His staff is professional as well and has always treated me with compassion. Dr. Cuccos office is a pleasure to visit! I highly recomend this practice!

My first time there the receptionists were amazing,the ultrasound technician was very good but the nurse oh my god very rude and unpleasant the one with henna tattoo in her hand has a horrible attitude really hated my first visit.The doctor spoke with me for a minute it was like a rush she didn’t elaborate I don’t recommend this place and I’ll never return again.

Dr. Ressatar is the very bestGreat bedside manner, very accessible, kind, explains ?s well, takes her time with you. One of the best, qualified Dr.s I have ever had.Tammy C.

Dr Goldin is so nice and knowledgeable, even though I moved further away I still come to see her for my check ups!

On my second visit here I felt like I was very understood on my situation I look forward to coming back dr. K was very sweet and understanding I really appreciate everything this place is very close to my home so its very convenient the receptionists were definitely not rude Im very happy with this place thank you!

Receptionist is terrible as soon as I called she asked me for my insurance didn’t even ask for my name first was very rude and told meMy insurance isn’t correct when I use it everywhere , don’t think she knows how to do her job keep her off the phones, going to take my business else where !

It would be great it their hours online were accurate because I have been calling for 2 days to schedule an appointment and it says that their office is closed even thought online it says they are still open

Dr. Merchant is amazing. I went through severe hyperemesis with two PICC lines my whole pregnancy. Dr. Merchant and Dr. Phan helped me through it all, I couldnt be happier.
