The supervisor on duty made a personal decision about my sons vaccine. Saying it was a CDC recommendation he didnt get it, we had gotten tests done saying otherwise and reading their guidelines also say otherwise. They were pushing so hard for both of my kids to get the new RSV vaccine. Even though my son is too old to get it. Pretty shady when you cant get a required shot but one that just came out and probably gets them paid gets pushed on you 7 times while youre there after saying no. Then after our pediatrician wants the name of the supervisor whose making all the decisions they refuse to give it. Definitely wont be going back their.

The virtual records department is awful. They are rude and lazy. We had to go back 3 times for a birth certificate. An employee would call an tell us we didn’t have all the paperwork after we where there and said we where all set. That happened twice. Good luck to anybody trying to obtain any kind of records from these people.

No hastle at all filled out 1 form for the birth certificate…got it the same day less than 10 minutes

We have always had a good experience here, the staff is very informative and friendly. It is also very clean and I love how open it is. They even have a kids play area in the waiting area.

Took our hospital paperwork to the vital records for birth certificate application. The person working the front had her 2month old at work with her which is a regular occurrence. We couldnt get a birth certificate that day said it would be mailed, never received it. We ended up paying for online service for a copy.

I’m very grateful for the care I received here. The nurse that attended me was very sweet and answered all of my questions. She took her time explaining birth control options for me. Since I don’t have insurance through my work place or from the state I usually pay out of pocket, but they are very helpful with offering resources! A million thank you’s to this office and for what they do for the community!

WOW. Took my kiddo in for vaccines. He was very late on them because it took the Army forever to send me his records. The staff was so kind and it was so fast! Very impressed. It was clean and his nurse was fantastic. 10/10. Would recommend.

The front desk people apparently just play around and dont pay attention. I told them why i was there and checked in on their sticker paper. We waited over 40 mins. Finally after my husband says something we get called back. My kids were very upset and throwing a fit.WIC employees are always nice and on top of things.

The nutritionist I met with yesterday was absolutely AMAZING! My son is partially breast fed and tube fed, and everyone we met has been so supportive and encouraging at every step of our feeding journey. The lactation consultant is great as well!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, miss Adriana is very nice and professional. This place is being a blessing for me and all my problems, thank you to everyone that work here and help people with good attitude and heart.

There is only one person that can assist in supplying death certificates and I had to adjust my time to accommodate that she called out sick, now two days later I waited until 9am to call to confirm she is there before I drive down there and there office is closed? But the message reads open 8-5 Mon through Fri

The ladies working are great. Theyre respectful and quick workers, I very much appreciated their help.

Very clean & the chairs in the waiting area were more comfortable than some emergency room waiting areas.

We went for vaccines, service was quick and staff is very friendly.

The county doesnt offer any mental health services. Very disappointing.

Said they dont take clients after 5:30... It was before 5:30
