This place was quick and easy. Had to come here for a drug test. I was the only person in the office. I’m use to going to other labs where I have to wait an hour or 2 for a drug screen or labs.I was in and out in 20 minutes ! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The office/lab is very clean and brand new.Wouldn’t mind coming back here for anything else my employer needs!

Everybody here was so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. Very fast and efficient service. I was a kind of a hard stick when I came since I was running so cold, but Andrea, the person who drew my blood did such a superb job. Very painless stick and got it in one go. I would 100% recommend this lab for blood draws and labs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently had the pleasure of using ARCpoint Labs for health and blood screening, and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. Unlike other places where I wasted time on hold or waiting in person, ARCpoint Labs provided prompt and professional service. When I called, a live person who was actually a nurse answered my call and booked my appointment within minutes.I went in for a full panel blood test, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The results were securely uploaded to a portal, and I even have the opportunity to discuss my results with a doctor within their system.Thank you, ARCpoint Labs, for offering such an amazing service in a super clean environment. You have truly set the bar high for patient care and convenience. Highly recommended!

ARCpoint Labs was great. I had an excellent customer service. Andrea their phlebotomist was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, friendly and sweet. I happen to be in town and needed blood work done and they got me in immediately. Wonderful establishment, great staff and very reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you need lab work done without a doctor’s order.

Very clean and pleasant office. My blood draw was quick and easy. The young lady who had drawn my blood was friendly, gentle and professional. I will also say, the price for my MMR titer was reasonable as well.

ARCpoint Labs was great! Easy to find, easy to park (theres metered parking just outside), Ani was very communicative and flexible with my appointment time. Andrea, their phlebotomist was personable and kind with my 3 and 1 year old that I brought. And, the highlight was complimentary snacks and drinks and their very clean restroom. Highly recommend them! Felt more like a spa than a lab.

I absolutely love this place. They were extremely friendly and accommodating when I needed a last minute appointment for a drug screening. I’ve visited other places before and would wait for 45 mins at a minimum to be seen. I was out within 20 mins from check in to check out. :)

If y’all need to drug test for work or whatever, I recommend going to ArcpointLabs Dtsj. This whole entire process was quick and simple. The staffs were welcoming and friendly. Literally the best experience ever. I needed to get in asap for a blood sample and when I called I received the kindest customer service, they were even willing to wait for me 15 minutes after close because traffic was bad and that’s the commitment they make to a walk-in !!! Amazing customer service as I’m in the building as well very clean offered snacks and so so nice and very timely with their services!
