Was feeling very ill on a Sunday and went to the Urgent care as a walk-in, with no appointment I thought it would be a tragic experience but I was greeted by front office an d taken care of . Site and staff very clean and organized !
I dont have anything to say from the clinic itself but this post is intended for Dignity Health Billing Department. I have paid the bill the first time I received it yet 3 months after I received the same bill added to another bill saying it will go to collections in 30 days. I called the billing department and told them their site says I paid the bill already and that I even have it in my bank records and transactions. CS said the bill was already in collections. I was furious. First, that bill was paid yet they did not post it and they sent it to collections.Second, I just received the bill once from the second appointment yet it says it goes to collections in 30 days. Third, the due date they post on the bill was 30 days more away yet the bill was already in collections. Fourth, before you get care, front dest always ask for a credit card payment just in case there is a balance after insurance paid. Then why didnt they get the payment there or just even emailed or message before they send the bill to collections. If they think you just didnt pay they will not bother dealing with it but they will just pass it to collections. Beware of your bills from them. It is best to call and verify that your payment is posted or else you will just be surprised of any collections agency after you or your credit messed up.
Short wait time for a walk in, seen and diagnosed quickly too. Treated immediately and sent on my way confident I received excellent care. Everyone extremely nice and courteous, almost couldn’t beliee overall awesome experience ❤️
I appreciated their genuine friendliness, courtesy and professionalism. Since I went in the early morning, I was accomodated quickly! I wasnt hurried or made to feel awkward. I was treated with respect, compassion and understanding. Did I mention that each of my concerns were anwered in a straight forward fashion as well? Its difficult enough when you realize that you need a bit of medical attention but its comforting to not be chastised along the way! All in all, I appreciated this entire office for having a kind face in the morning while I was trying to keep from stressing! Thank You very much!
Had an enjoyable time here no racism at all these people are kind professional non judgemental and efficient.i would give them a 20 out of ten and would recommend them to anyone especially people that get anxiety in these types of settings.they have a nice way of making you feel really comfy 😊.
Not a long wait time. Accepted my Insurance. Physician Assistants and Office Staff. Were very nice and asked detailed questions about my medical issues and information. Also, helped with a referral to a Specialist that was needed. If I needed Urgent Care. I would definately, trust going back and seeking medical attention there.
It used to be a decent place, but now they started charge you way over market; I recently received a bill of $900+ for a cold check; and they automatically gave you all the tests charged at 2-3 times of the market price. If your insurance is not super good, be careful about this place!

I was able to save my spot ahead of time through the website so that I could be seen right after I got off work. The experience was quick, and the physicians were very thorough. They got me tested, diagnosed, sent the prescription to my pharmacy of choice, and got me out the door in a great amount of time. Everybody I interacted with, from front desk personnel to the physicians, were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend this urgent care.
The care provided was prompt and I waited no time at all. They showed they actually cared and treated me with dignity and respect despite me showing Covid-19 like symptoms. They gave me prescribed medication and genuine advice for me to feel better. Health Provider Steven Wemple and Deera (forgive me if I misspelled your name) were great! I’m definitely coming back if I ever have need of an urgent care center again.

We got the rapid covid testing today (needed to produce one prior to boarding an international flight), and it was such a VERY pleasant, professional experience from start to finish. Thank you for your service! Special shoutout to nurse Katherine & the attending physician Melanie Martin- they were so kind and so helpful.***A couple notes: they strongly encourage you to do a VIRTUAL VISIT first especially if you have symptoms. Then they will schedule testing after the virtual visit. If you go this route, the cost is $200 out of pocket/without their network insurance (I have Kaiser, and unfortunately Kaiser is not part of their network, FYI)In our case, we needed testing immediately because of our time restraint, so we were able to schedule appointment directly online the San Bruno branch for swabbing. This route was $300- expensive but worth it. They’re the only one to test with this technology in Northern California!If you pay out of pocket, save your receipts because you will most likely be able to reimburse it retroactively with whatever insurance company you have. After getting the receipt, make sure to call their billing department afterwards to have it itemized so the COVID-19 test is line itemed.Good luck & stay safe. Thank you Dignity Health!
Had to go here, because wasn’t able to see my physician. Waste of time, the NP that was seeing me did not even do an examination. He literally stood by the door, prescribed some pains meds and that is it. I don’t think he paid attention to the pain I described.

Being sick (flu like symptoms) almost a month I went to my regular doctor and could only get a zoom meeting where I was treated for possible pneumonia and told to go to Urgent Care or the emergency room if not better. I got severely worse and weaker. The doctor here took the time and effort to properly diagnose me and within 2 days I felt like a different person. I cant be more grateful. The care I received was excellent and I cant praise them enough. She saved my Christmas!
I had the opportunity to use Urgent Care in San Bruno California and I had not been there before and I was extremely impressed not only by the staff, but the front desk and all the doctors that took care of me were excellent wonderful experience and a incredible facility very personable, and everybody attended to my needs in a wonderful fashion! I have found my new Urgent Care Place that’s for sure!
Needed a doctor right away so I tried this Urgent Care and was very happy I did! They were able to squeeze me in after hearing my symptoms. I had contracted the flu and the staff were all super friendly and diagnosed my problem quickly. They sent my prescription in right away so I could get started on med right away. Here for work from Philly. My insurance is in network! My experience has always been great. Calm, professional, organized and efficient. I never felt rushed. Easy to make appt with text chat. The staff and Drs are really great with explaining eveything and being patient. I always feel respected and comfortable. It is super clean too!

Great experience, with people so willing to help and explain everything clearly. Needed to see them new years day, had a save my spot, went a tad bit earlier and was seen right away. (Wasnt super busy at that moment) Everyone was very nice and patient with my son. Also saw the same service towards someone not necessarily there for an urgent care need. Would highly recommend for any urgent care needs!

I injured my wrist in soccer on a Saturday. The kind of thing where you dont want to wait till Monday for an x-ray to see if there is something broken. I was happy to book an appointment, initially for the Redwood City location, to have an x-ray on Sunday. I arrive in Redwood City on time only to be told that the x-ray technician is off that day. They politely divert me to San Bruno. I go to San Bruno and have the x-ray very efficiently, then told that the doctor will call me later that day to discuss the results. I am given a CD (in 2023!) with a copy of my scans. The CD only works (?) on a Windows PC - I have a Mac - so I cannot access the scans myself. The doctor has never called. The help line (call or online) does not pick up or respond. Now I need to go somewhere else to do the scan again. I am $50 out of pocket, with an inoperable CD, and wasted 2 hours of my Sunday time away from my family.
Even with a “Save my spot” appointment, I waited a whopping 1 hr 40 mins to see a provider.. Not sure why - it wasn’t very busy. A student nurse came in after an hour to triage my case. Provider was helpful when he finally arrived. He had no name badge and was a bit evasive when I asked his name. Clinic sent a survey asking about my experience but has not responded to my feedback over a week later… There are some good GoHealth locations, but I’ll skip going back to this one.
Mustnt use this center. Please try other urgent cares and youll experience much better service!!!I visited the center one Friday with a severe pain inside my ear. One junior service man looked into my ear. I heard he was prescribing medicine. I drove to a CVS near my place and waited hours with pain. I didnt receive any notification from the clinic for hours, and I called there before 6 pm when they were supposed to close. No one answered. suffered with pain over the weekend without medicine. Days later, I got an email asking my experience with the center, and I frankly reported what I experience. No one responded never ever. Three month later, they charged the fee on my credit card. I cannot accept this poor service they brought to a patient who had suffered with pain.
I messed up making my appointment. I made one for me and for my wife. When I got there my wife’s appointment was there and mine wasn’t. The gentleman behind the front desk said no problem. It took care of what needed to be done and didn’t make me feel like an idiot lol. Everyone we came in contact there was also very nice. Can’t ask for much more than that. I will gladly go back there again.

Fantastic service. Was feeling feverish and had a swelling in my arm. Decided to come here since it was close to my office. Checked in, did some paperwork and quickly paid. I was seen almost immediately.Staff is friendly. The PA I saw was fantastic and very explanatory. The office is sleek, modern, and very clean.Id rather drive here than go to the one down the block from my house. (Which had a 48 minute wait vs a 0 minute wait)Theres also a water machine for tea!
Helpful, friendly and professional. I only waited 10 to 15 minutes to get in the room. I was only there 30 to 45 mjnutes. I took 2 X-rays after falling 3 times. The doctor guessed no fractures, and she was right. The old fracture is mended.I was very happy.

My daughter came home from school with a swollen ankle. Because she was in pain, we decided to bring her to this clinic in San Bruno. I went to their website and was able to get an in person appt that same day. (Sunday) The check-in was timely and we were seen by the doctor about 15 mins after we walked in. Pretty impressive. The doctor was thorough with his examination, asked a lot of questions. They took an X-ray and found out that her ankle was sprained. The doctor gave her instructions on how to care for her ankle and how the boot and crutches can help with her recovery. We were in and out of there in an hour. I really liked the fact that the X-ray result was given to us in a few minutes. We even got a disc copy in case we want to see a specialist or physical therapist. And after a couple of days, I received a phone call from the doctor following up on my daughter’s recovery. Overall a 5 out of 5. Thank you Go Health.

I had booked a visit in another facility but one of the staff told me that they didn’t accept my insurance, so she recommended me to look for Go Health UC online and booking it was easy, I could get an appointment for the same day and most of all they accepted my Medi-Cal insurance. The staff were very kind and they call me literally in 5 minutes to see the doctor. Well recommend!!
I came in with Bell’s palsy and the doc on duty calmed my nerves since I thought I was getting a stroke. He knew the details and provided me the needed information to be comfortable. The front desk and the entire team are great. Will recommend them to anyone over and over again.Keep doing an awesome job.

I felt better leaving the office with the care that was given to me along with the information they gave me and the prescriptions they called into my pharmacy. Staff and care delivered at the clinic was good. Efficient check in process and about as convenient as that part can be.Billing office however charged my insurance 2.7x the price listed on their website, intake desk confirmed it was for the exact same services and billing codes. Website advertised $250 cash or an estimated $20 - $100 with in-network insurance. They went ahead and billed my insurance (in-network) for $683 of which I was responsible for $501.24. When I asked to have my bill re-processed as a self pay, they said sorry too late.
I was traveling from the States to Japan. I wasn’t allowed on my flight My CVS COVID test was not a valid test for traveling to Japan. I had no choice but to stay in San Francisco. My daughter found this clinic on line from Florida n scheduled me an appointment. And put all my information on line. Thank God they are open on Sunday. The staff there were very helpful fast n friendly with all the questions I had. Thanks a lot guys I made it to Japan with my certificate of your COVID testing. ✈️
I broke my foot. Staff care was fine, though they were unable to see me until the next day as they dont always have X-ray staff in the office. We gave them our updated insurance info, though my wife expressed that she didnt think that theyd really updated it. They underestimated the recovery time by about half, and I ultimately needed to see a specialist to make sure I was on the right track. We received a small bill for crutches within a month or so, which we paid and believed we were all set.We received a large bill for services 10 months later with no insurance component - theyd run the majority of their billings against the old insurance, which they went back and forth with the insurance company for awhile with. The issued a bill 10 months after service that had a due date within a week. We reached out to give them the updated insurance info, which they accepted and told us to disregard the bill, however they declined to mention that theyd already forwarded the bill to collections, so there will be more nonsense to sort out.Theyll fix you, but whatever you dont pay in dollars youll pay with your time sorting out their incompetence later (why not contact us when the insurance disputed their incorrect information?). Were lucky that we happened to not move in the meantime.
I went in last week unsure and confused about what was going on with me. I felt unheard and honestly scared! All I knew was that I was in pain and something was not right! I went to this urgent care and was seen right away. From the worker at the front desk, to the nurse taking my blood pressure, to the doctor sitting there and explaining things to me I truly thank you all! Thanks for genuinely caring about me even though you knew nothing of me 30 minutes prior!!! Physically I feel better and mentally I feel better!
The best urgent care I have ever been to! For someone who has had UTIs, ear infections, and sinus infections, I have been to the UC at least once a year in 4 different states (as I travel for work) and this is by far the best! All of the staff were friendly, professional, fast, and efficient! They got me in the same day even though they had a full schedule. It was a quick in and out within the hour.

Everyone was awesome. The person at the front desk started processing me right away even though I arrived 5 minutes before opening. Stitches were done well and efficiently - all done within 45 minutes of starting. And everything is healing beautifully.
My son was seen on Tuesday afternoon because he wasnt feeling well.Came to find out he had an ear infection and double pink eye.My poor little man, the doctor gave me the medicine and within the next day he was clearing up. But Im keeping him on his medication until its all finished.Thank you to the staff
Just took a test at the airport center by dignity health and had the most awful experience. The lady at the counter yelled at me when i asked her how i will get the result and then rushed me into paying. She did not answer any of my questions and then asked me to go away when i said i have questions. Terrible service, couldn’t get a grasp on how i will get results hour before the flight. I also felt racially uncomfortable as she treated everyone else better than me. Do not rely!
I would not recommend anyone coming here for urgent care.I came here to get my stitches removed. I made an appointment and showed up on time. There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived. I waited 45 minutes before the doctor saw me. The doctor was friendly, and seemed to have done a good job.However, about two weeks later I found a small piece of stitch (~⅛ in.) still remaining beneath my newly closed wound. I returned to the place and asked the doctor to remove it. I couldnt believe when he said he couldnt see the remaining stitch. I had three people looking at it before I went back to the center, and they all saw it clearly. The doctor kept stressing that I was concerned due to cosmetic reason, when I never said a word about the potential scar. He said he could cut my wound open again, or I could wait for it to come out itself (medically speaking, this is a rare possibility). Such an unprofessional and irresponsible doctor he was! I left in disbelief.The same day, I went to a a friend of mine, who is a retired medical professional. It took less than 10 seconds--he sterilized a sharp tweezer, turned on the bright light, and removed the remaining stitch, only breaking a little bit of my skin (like removing a thorn).I would avoid this center at all cost.
Great staff, the nurse who took my vitals, im sorry cant recalled her name and knowledgeable doctor who nail my symptoms and with meds On day one taking them I feel 50% better! Thank you Dr. Mink Thomas! Meds working great!!

TB test was administered seamlesslydidnt even feel needle. TB arm check however has a small window for recheck so That window should have been written down on my receipt.
Registration was quick. The wait was less than 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. The physician was great!

I have yet to hear back from them as to why. Was really happy- now not so much.Second edit:The very same doctor that worked with me called me up, remembered me personally, checked on me, and suggested how I work with the billing department to get the bill fixed. They corrected it and I’m happy as can be again. Thank you Dignity!
Fantastic! The staff was prompt, professional, and polite. The facilities are clean, new, and modern. As soon as they had my information they took me back and the nurse and doctor saw me promptly. As soon as we were finished they got my prescriptions to the next door pharmacy.
Update on 10/26/20 : Per the business managers comment, I emailed the email address with the information requested today at 9:34am. Currently awaiting a response/call....I scheduled appointments for my husband and I to get covid testing on 7/24/20. I fill out all of the registration and insurance information for myself online via a link sent through email as well as text to avoid exchanging of forms in person. An hour before our appointment times, a staff member calls me to let me know they will not be able to perform any testing on us without first having a virtual appointment. She proceeded to cancel both of our appointments, or so I thought.Fast forward a few weeks later, and I receive a bill in the mail for a blood draw that supposedly occurred on 7/24/20. How am I getting billed for a blood draw when I never even made it to the appointment? On 8/10/20, I called the urgent care office, no one answers the phones and their voicemail box is full. Then I called the billing department to ask how its possible to get billed when the appointment was cancelled. The billing department sends my file for review to the urgent care office and they tell me someone will reach out to me. Two weeks go by and there is no contact from anyone, so I call the billing department back on 8/24/20. Im told they are still waiting for the office to review my file and to wait a few more weeks.I finally call back on 9/16/20 after not hearing anything. They apparently closed the review because they decided I had been at the appointment because they had my insurance information, so that must mean I was there. I explained how I had completed all of the paperwork in advance per the instructions from both the email and the text. Then they tell me well they did order a blood draw but one was not actually done....THEN WHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR IT??? They tell me they will send the file up further for more investigation and it could take up to 3 weeks for a resolution. I ask them to please check their security footage of that date and time to see who it was who walked in to take our appointments. They MUST have some type of security camera in their lobby right??I call again on 9/23/20 and 9/28/20 after receiving the second bill for a blood draw in the mail. Still no resolution.Called again on 10/19/20, and they apparently closed my review after having concluded I was definitely there. This is getting so ridiculous. I received another bill in the mail - this time for the actual visit itself. I just dont understand how I can be billed for an appointment I never had, for a blood draw that never occurred??? They tell me they will review again and wait just a little more.This past week, we just received a bill for my husband that somehow ended up in the correct mailbox despite the incorrect mailing address!! They even billed for covid lab tests that never took place and fabricated lab results!!What kind of fraudulent billing practices are they trying to pull here? I cant believe they are still trying to fraudulently bill for services never received/performed and tests not done, even going so far as to fabricate lab results/report. Its mind boggling.
I visited the clinic on Feb and paid all the bills (just $200) in June. But in July I got a credit collection service call which told me I still owe money and that may hurt my credit score. It costs me more 2 hours to figure out some clues. What a wonderful experience! Hope you got bankrupted soon!

I went there for the COVID test for me to go Hawaii. They were able to help me as soon as they saw me. Really friendly and clear instructions. Told me to wait for 20-25 mins for the result and the Physician Assistant was able to explain what I should do next. Very helpful! I recommend to make an appointment online for fast process!
Walked in around 4pm on a Thursday (November 5,2020) and was greeted by a rude guy on the front desk. I didn’t had an appointment so i was told to wait outside for 5 minutes. 20 minutes passed by, he’s still sitting on the chair with no updates. Improve your customer service or teach them how to treat your patients.
DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE.Ladies at the desk were definitely being discriminant. My mom went in and they said they don’t accept her insurance and to try some other place. I had a different insurance and I made sure it was accepted before I went in. I told the lady my flight is in 3 days and I need to take the PCR Test. The lady at the desk said we accept your insurance but we are not going to take your test as it will not arrive on time. I went on to telling her that I want to take the test regardless if I do not get the results back on time. I just want to take the test. There were two ladies who both REFUSED to take my test even though I had insurance. They kept making the excuse that my test results won’t come in on time. I told them multiple times that I don’t mind the results coming in later and I just want to take the test, but they kept refusing. I don’t understand why you can’t take my test when my insurance is paying you to take my test?!?They definitely were discriminating against my mother and I. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just take my test when there are people in the reviews who have gotten their rapid testing done from this place. I will definitely be taking action against them for this.
I just landed from a 13 hour international flight with the worst cough, sore throat and stomach cramps. Walked in with no appointment and was seen immediately. The doc was about to sort out what was underlying respiratory and what was travel related. Everyone was super friendly and felt really taken care of. Highly recommend! Hopefully I dont have to go back, but if I need urgent care services, thats my place.
Dr. Feeney is amazing. Very kind and once I told her my parents had a flight they had to catch, she speedily finished everything Im sooooo thankful for the whole team. Also the gentleman who took my call initially was able to help me tremendously and sent me links on the phone so I could log in my parents faster. My parents wouldnt have been able to catch their flight with their help. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Horribly misleading. They will not let you pay out of pocket and ONLY take insurance from San Mateo county. Would not recommend this clinic if you actually need an UrgentCare that cares about your dignity.
I visited this office back in March of 2019 when I had a case of swimmer’s ear. I could easily say this visit was one of the most uncomfortable and unsatisfying visits I have ever had in my entire life; if I could give 0 stars I would be more than happy to give 0 stars.I was assigned to Dr. Steven Zhong, who prescribed ear drops and antibiotics. Fair enough. However, Dr. Zhong was very condescending and gave a very snarky smile when I didn’t know what the words “tympanic membrane” or “inner ear” meant; he literally said “you don’t know what an ‘inner ear’ is?” with a very arrogant tone. How would I know what these words mean given that I’m not a specialist in the field and that I almost never encounter problems with my ears? I also felt very rushed out of the room as well; Dr. Zhong clearly showed a lack of genuine concern for his patients and gave off an “ok, next patient” attitude.In addition to that, the bill for the visit was $205.63 ($391.00 before insurance). How absurd is that? I only received a verbal consultation, and I used Dr. Zhong’s prescription for a week with absolutely no result; my right ear was still completely clogged and had a muffled sound. Luckily, I visited Dr. James Wu a week later in Daly City, who completely removed the excess wax and blood in my ear, gave me genuine advice on how to treat my ear and avoid such problems in the future, and even did a tympanic membrane hearing test for me, all for only $156.42.What’s more, the billing at this office was completely horrendous and unorganized. I gave the front clerk my primary insurance card and asked her if I could provide my secondary insurance as well; she was busy at the moment and said I could call in later and add my secondary insurance information. Problem is, I never got a bill in my mail! My bill was finally processed in June (yes, 3 months later) and I noticed when browsing my online insurance portal, so I called the office; at that point the representative told me that “it was too late to add my secondary insurance”. I had an address change in August and called again to ask them to mail the bill to me because I never received it; the representative said it will be there within the next 3-5 business days, and once again I never received the bill! I definitely gave her my correct updated address because I even asked her to repeat the address after I gave it to her over the phone.This office only wants your money and has the most arrogant staff I have ever seen in my life. Id be somewhat okay with that if Dr. Zhong was at least somewhat competent, but his advice/prescription was completely futile and a waste of my time, as well. I always try to keep an open mind about doctors and the American medical system but this really makes it difficult to not be cynical. I still have not received my bill and I am not going to be surprised if they call collection services to ask me to cough up the money. Do yourself a big favor and never come here.
I had a wonderful experience at this facility. Tequilea and Vilma went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. I really appreciate their high level of competency and quality (not to mention their good cheer). They are first class people providing first class care, and great ambassadors for the organization. Please note that this review is for their rapid testing service in SFO.The Rapid Testing Site at SFO is price gouging. They charged $261 for one rapid test. When I inquired at the desk about the pricing details, they informed me it was 200 dollars for the virtual doctors visit and then 61 for the COVID test. However, we did not have a virtual doctors visit, there were no additional services provided aside from the test. When I asked to have only the test and not the visit, they said it was required for the test even if we don’t have the doctors visit. The staff at the desk were friendly and sympathetic and agreed that charging an additional 3x the price of the test on top for no reason was unfair, but that there was nothing they could do about it.Additionally, when I asked for an itemized bill, they wouldn’t provide one, instead blacking out with marker on the bill. I asked again for an itemized bill and they wrote it in pen, and instead of quoting the $200 doctors fee and $61 covid test amount, instead they said that they charged for two separate COVID tests, one for $131 and one for $130. When I questioned why the prices listed were now different, they said their colleagues must have given me incorrect information. When I tried to ask them why it was priced this way, they said that it was how to get reimbursed by the insurance company and refused to discuss the bill further, walking away.If you have the time before your trip, I would recommend you to AVOID THIS “SERVICE” AT ALL COSTS.Taking advantage of COVID regulations to overcharge travelers is wrong. This kind of predatory practice should be shut down.
Justin is the greatest because it comes from the heart with him. But the rest of the staff is Awesome too. The place is very clean and friendly. I felt very welcomed and taken care of beyond what I ever felt at Kaiser. Thanks staff. Job well done.
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly despite it being a hectic day for the staff with all of the appointments and walk ins they made sure we got an appointment and took care of our daughter, this is the 2nd time the gentleman at the front desk has helped us out and we could not be more appreciative Marc Massey was also very thorough with his examination and the nurse who took my daughters vitals was awesome as well, thank you guys for everything
I went here with my clogged ear (swimmers ear) at first they just wrote me debrox & antibiotics which worsened my hearing & pain, but when I visited again after 3days then I met Caroline who treated me with patience & carefully removed all the wax from my ear when I was done was able to hear clearly n no pain. Thanks to Caroline & front desk service was good too. My 5 stars goes for Caroline.
Best urgent care experience we’ve ever had!
This is blatant negligence. I have been waiting just shy of an hour. With a fever and severe pain. The PARKING spots were full. I called 4 times to check in. I even checked in online when I was told I didnt need to. of the 4 times I called i was NEVER told I needed to move my car when a place opened up. I have a fever and was laying down with my eyes closed. They just legitimately refused me service and told me to turn around drive moRe AND PARK IN A DIFFERENT SPOT JUST NOW AN HOUR LATER. with a fever when I am dizzy just because I wasnt in the right spot. So I did and moved my car.. instead 9f proceeding with care.. they sent two different people to argue with me. Not kidding. And now they just want to argue with me about them refusing to walk 10 more feet to my car. I am supposed to be getting a covid test and they are now refusing. If I have covid They are legitimately guilty of negligence and guilty of spreading it.

Travelling from UK, one of us picked up a lingering chest infection. Staff at GoHealth saw us as a walk in patient, and within 30 mins had referred us into a larger facility and waived their charge. Straightforward and professional.

They don’t have the correct PCR testing for COVID-19 to travel internationally after I make appointment one day before my trip on Friday , they give me different PCR testing it’s called SARS Covid-2 , and this test not Acceptable international traveling so I am traveling Saturday afternoon and I have to go look for PCR TESTING THIS MORNING, and the cost price to do this test start with a $400 , that’s one of the reasons make me feel all this COVID-19 fake and Business only
