Unfortunately, this was my second visit this week. The first time I wasn’t feeling well and the second my son broke his toe. Both visits were excellent. The staff were nice and extremely helpful. Wait time wasn’t long and we were well taken care of. Highly recommend..
The online scheduling and paperwork was streamlined and easy to use. When I arrived at the clinic, I checked in online and the receptionist was very welcoming. The nurse who took my vitals efficiently. The Nurse Practitioner attentively listened to my symptoms, evaluated me, diagnosed me, told me all my options. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!
Called and was able to make an appointment same day. Nice facility and friendly staff. The nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both very skilled with excellent bedside manner.A little out of my way but worth the drive the next time I need help!
I waited for 2 hours and 10 minutes to be seen for my appointment today. Once I arrived in my exam room, I waited 24 minutes to be see by the provider. The provider was kind and was quite literally the only reason I gave 2 stars. The person who took my son’s vital signs and swabbed his nose was incredibly rude. After waiting for 2 hours, I have ZERO patience for that. What is the point of an appointment if I have to wait for everyone to be seen before me? I have been a patient here for years, but I will not be back after that experience.
My experience with this clinic was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. I went in for strep throat and was prescribed Amoxicillin, but what should have been a straightforward process turned into an hours-long ordeal. The clinic initially sent an e-script for my prescription about an hour after my visit. When I arrived at the pharmacy, they said they had no record of it in their system. I called the clinic, and they admitted they were having issues with their e-script system, so they resent it. I waited 45 minutes and checked with the pharmacy again—still no prescription.I called the clinic a second time, this time in front of the pharmacy staff. I let them know I’d been waiting and that the pharmacy technician had even called them and left a voicemail. The staff member rudely denied this, claiming, “The phone’s been working all day.” Despite my explanation that the technician had left a voicemail at the clinic’s number, they remained combative and dismissive.I asked why they couldn’t just give me a paper copy if they are aware of these issues, and they claimed I needed some sort of authorization for that, which made no sense. I’ve never had an issue getting paper prescriptions from other doctors in Texas. I then requested per Pharmacist suggestion since it was only amoxicillin that they have the doctor call the pharmacy directly, to which they agreed—but after waiting another hour, nothing had been done and they never received a call.At this point, I sent my husband to the clinic to get the paper prescription since it was getting late. He’s fully authorized on my account and on my insurance, but when he arrived, he was met with rude and combative behavior. The front desk lady that was working Sunday January 12 ant 2PM which he arrived right before 6PM that day initially refused to give him the paper prescription and they weren’t authorized to give it to him, and claimed they needed to inform the doctor. My husband asked them to have the doctor call the pharmacy directly, but the staff at front desk member merely walked around the office and falsely claimed she had already informed the doctor. She even said the doctor was in the bathroom, but when my husband checked, the doctor wasn’t there.Eventually, the doctor appeared, gave my husband a dismissive look, and only after hours of persistence did the front desk lady finally hand over the paper prescription. Now she was all of a sudden “authorized and able to give him the paper prescription.” The entire situation was mishandled at every step, from failing to send the e-script to outright lying about letting the doctor call and refusing to take accountability for their mistakes.I spent over four hours waiting for a simple prescription due to the clinic’s incompetence, lack of communication, and outright unprofessionalism. Patients deserve better than this. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
The staff is always friendly and polite. The doctor I had. Was the best urgent care Dr I have ever seen. Nice attentive and caring.
Took my one year old in for persistent cough. Dr. was very knowledgeable with his treatment. He was very friendly and took his time to make sure we covered all questions/understanding and that my little one felt comfortable.
Dr was understanding and made me feel like she understood exactly what I was going through. The medication she prescribed me helped my cough stay at bay and after days of sleepless nights I was finally able to get some rest.
Great experience. Easy check in and minimal wait. Prompt nurse attention for tests and follow up with MD shortly thereafter. Left with diagnosis and prescription within half an hour.
At 7:15 am I booked an appointment for 9:15. I completed all my online paperwork through the link sent and received confirming texts. I arrived at 9 and scanned the QR code for checkin, which would not load. The front desk had no record of my appointment or records and asked me to complete them again, telling me I was considered a walk in with 11 patients ahead of me. Honestly, I felt too bad to leave and restart the process elsewhere. I then got a notification that my appointment was canceled. So they did find my appointment and suddenly I had 2 appointments? I was called back about an hour after my appointment. The patient bathroom next to the lab had no shelf, table, or hook for a coat or purse. It had no trash can and no working sink. The sink was covered in tape that said do not use. Think about the sanitation here. The previous patient left their trash behind. How clean do you think the door handle was?Michelle was my NP. She was compassionate about my symptoms and illness. She listened to my feedback. My pharmacy had my Rx before she returned to the room.Michelle - 5 starsScheduling and cleanliness - not so much.
Made my appointment after calling in this morning 8am for 4:20pm. Showed up at 4:15pm and checked in. Didnt get pulled back by the NP Michelle until 20 mins till 5pm. She was awesome and attentive to my answers. She swabbed me since the doctor was busy and didnt want us waiting long. All of the rooms were filled so we had to wait in the lobby. Finally get pulled back at 5:35pm. Doctor never comes in, instead Np Martin comes in, no greeting and callus. Takes a look at my throat and then checked my lymph nodes. The whole interaction was cold and uncomfortable. I was basically told to do the normal cold/flu routine. I was on my way after that. I probably will not be returning despite the great service nurse Michelle gave who took my vitals. The lobby was filthy and had used tissue everywhere.
The staff was amazing. Very quick, attentive and made me feel at ease even though I was feeling horribly. My prescription was ready and waiting at the pharmacy when I left. I definitely recommend this for all of your health needs!
Online appointment scheduling is simple and convenient. Once on-site, the receptionist greeted me right away. After a roughly 10 min wait, I saw the nurse practitioner who listened as I described the pain I was experiencing. Not too long afterwards, I was on my way with a pain management plan.
Short wait time, Dr McGee was very interested in my complaints. He listened and gave me best care. Staff was very nice and polite.
The receptionist was top notch. The nurse and the health care provider who addressed my health concerns were very friendly and professional. I felt treated like a patient, not a number. Great job!!
I made an appointment online for Thanksgiving day at 10am for my infant. We arrived at 10am sharp and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and had an attitude. She said she didnt have an appointment for my son at 10am, that someone else was scheduled for 10. She said she could schedule him, but it was going to be 2 hours. I showed her the confirmation on my phone and she just basically said that doesnt matter. Do not go to this place unless you want to deal with rude people that wont honor your appointment
The front desk nurse was great as always. The nurse who got me checked in and vitals done was great and very friendly as well. The doctor was awesome, reviewed everything with me, and took the time to listen to my health history and took it all into account, which a lot of doctors dont care to do anymore. Being a 100% Disabled Wounded Warrior, I unfortunately know what works and doesnt and have repeatedly been treated like I dont matter. He was definitely the exception for once! He set me up with what was needed except a Zpack, which I was hoping for because I know those help big time. But I did receive a steroid injection, which really helped. I would definitely see this doctor and nurses again, and thats saying something because Im not a fan of doctors from being dismissed in my past. Also, the front desk nurse went above and beyond, calling my Medicare insurance because I couldnt find my card or insurance number. Because if that, and my TriCare For Life, my visit was 100% covered with NO copay. This was also an exception because most wont help with that. I will definitely go back there and take my kids there as well.
Second time visiting! I would always recommend this location! the first was for myself and a month later for my child. Great customer service and a very professional staff team. Fast and reliable service. Thank you!
I made an appointment for after work. I arrived early and was immediately greeted with a quick checkin. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive to my needs. The rooms were super clean and the attending was always asking if I was doing alright. Meds were ready at the pharmacy when I got there. Great experience and I would highly recommend!
I got an appt within 45 minutes of calling. Reception area was fast. I got in right on time. PA Lupfer was professional and caring. Seemed very knowledgeable as he went over my diagnosis with me. I’ve been to this location a few times and have never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend using them.
Great location but very long wait times. There is a promo running inside sharing average wait time less than an hour but was in waiting room for over an hour after my set appointment time. Staff pleasant but unfazed about everyone’s wait time and there is no sense of urgency.
Dr. Joshua Rahaei was so kind and the Assistant was really nice as well. Dr. Rahaei checked my Breathing and ears and answered all my concerns. He was very informative and he wrote me the perfect prescriptions and the next day I was up again. Feeling 100% better. Thank you staff for taking real good care of me. I love coming to this Nextcare for all my Urgent care when I am not able to see my Primary Doctor. And the fact they take TriCare makes it even better. Happy Holidays to the staff at NextCare . .
Making an appointment online was super easy and I was about to complete my paperwork before the visit. The receptionist was very professional and mindful of privacy in the semi busy waiting room. The wait time was about 15 minutes after my appointment time which I think was reasonable. All of the staff that I interacted with were professional and provided lots of good information. I will definitely go back if I ever need urgent care again.
Excellent service. Glad they were there to help me with my medical needs on New Year’s Day. Quick, easy and friendly service. Definitely will recommend.
The whole experience was great! Everything from online checkin to seeing the Dr and follow up was smooth and easy.
The doctor on staff took no time to even do a complete exam on my two year old son. He was argumentative when I was trying to explain that the ENT said the tube is not in the eardrum. He didn’t address the fact that my son has been coughing and it has got worse with complaint of back pain when he coughs. He laughed and said a child his size doesn’t get back pain. I will never come to this office again.
I recently had an urgent care visit with Dr.Silva which was extremely disappointing. Right from the start, I was left to wait in the examining room for what I believe to be too long. I expressed how I was in pain and discomfort and being the only patient in the facility, I didn’t understand why I couldn’t be seen sooner. When Dr. Silva came into the room he was way too relaxed, lounging back in his chair with his legs crossed, almost like he was just having a casual chat rather than a medical evaluation. Completely unprofessional. He asked me a few questions while seemingly already deciding I didn’t have the flu, covid or strep. He then proceeded to perform his “evaluation” which was just a few going through the motions of saying ahh and looking in my ears. No checking for swollen glands, no listening to my breathing. Then he decided it was allergies since others have been coming in with that and wanted to just prescribe me steroids. I told him repeatedly that it’s not allergies, and that I do not have allergy issues! There wasn’t even a suggestion to run any tests to rule things out, but just give me a prescription, take my $260 and send me on my way. He could not cite one thing in my so called evaluation that led him to that recommendation. He just made a diagnosis based on other supposed cases that have been coming through the office and not what I was specifically sharing with him about my symptoms and medical history. I wasn’t feeling heard and quickly left feeling like the appointment was a complete waste of time and money! This urgent care facility is not cheap, completely overpriced! I ended up visiting my primary care the same day and paid more out-of-pocket for a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan. Next Care should be providing me a refund because this was a complete waste of time and money. I can’t speak of other doctors at this facility, but definitely ask who you’ll see and if it’s Dr Cesar Silva, save your money and go somewhere else.
From talking on the phone with Receptionist it was easy and fast service. The doctor has GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. She’s thorough and didn’t wait an hour or 2. Thank You NextCare!
I was very pleased with my care yesterday. It was the first time I had been to next care and I was treated with professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely go back if needed again in the future.
Waited way too long in the in the lobby. Appointment was at 1 didnt get seen till 3. PA was cool and informative and I felt he addressed my concerns.
Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment that same morning.I was in and out within 30 minutes with meds in hand. Shayla was so attentive and friendly.Would definitely recommend!
Was able to make an appt and check in quickly online. Fast service and pleasant staff. Would recommend.
Staff, tech and Dr were all friendly and service was fantastic. Had me in and out within an appt. Booked an appt on their site with no issues.
This is by far the best urgent care walkin I have ever been to. We continue to come back anytime we need to be seen. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and willing to listen. Super thankful for this place!
I arrived for a 2nd time in four days to secure reassurance that my upper respiratory infection hadn’t become pneumonia. Dr McGee was attentive in checking my breathing of which he determined I had bronchitis. And followed up with a breathing treatment immediately along with a prescriptions of a steroid, inhaler and excellent info. Thank you Dr McGee for taking the time to hear me and treat me with the best Avenue for my immediate care!!!
Im only giving this place two stars because of the girl who took my vitals. She was nice. Everyone else was worthless. That means the doctor as well(thats what you want to call him(Cesar Silva). He came into the room, sat in a chair across from me, & asked me whats wrong. I told him(soar throat & stomachpain), & he then told me I didnt have strep throat(without ANY exam), & hes going to give me a prescription for antibiotics and take mucus-DM. I asked him how do you know i didnt have strep if he hadnt looked. So, he then went through the motions to look in my mouth. He didnt touch me at all(throat to check glands). I had to ask for a strep test to be done. (It was negative). He wrote me a prescription for mucus-md, antibiotics (for my stomach that he NEVER checked), and nausea meds(thats he said nothing about). I didnt tell him I had any nausea problems. This was a waste of time and money! This doctor is a joke. The other other here we like. Im not sure if he works the night shift. He was too busy trying to get back to his desk to eat. He hurried out and went his desk(in front of me) asked the nurse, Is this for me to eat? And seat down and started eating it! Scam!!!
This is the only urgent care I trust bringing both of my children to. Even my kids adore the Drs they’ve seen there. Just this week we went to a different one near by due to it being after hours at NextCare. They ended up giving my daughter an RX & instructions that ended up making her ear infection & what not much worse. Last night we went to our favorite NextCare & they had us in and out in 45min, new RX’s, & the most detailed instructions/recommendations we could want. Such a blessing that their Drs here I have full confidence in. They even diagnosed my daughter with asthma last year & she’s done amazing ever since. Her pediatrician never even thought of asthma being her issue the several times we went there about that issue. Now we don’t even see the pediatrician & always go to NextCare because I know they’ll be spot on with their diagnosis every time. As someone who works in healthcare, I couldn’t ask for a better group of Drs to bring my kids to see. Even the front desk staff (who’s been the same lady for several yrs without any turnover) is fabulous, kind, helpful, & you can see that she actually enjoys her job! Thank you to the NextCare group at the Stone Oak - 281 location, y’all are absolutely amazing & are incredibly valuable people in every aspect! 💜
Came in with a specific concern for my daughter and it was completely ignored and brushed off. They said they take pediatric patients but don’t have the training or supplies in order to work them up appropriately. Will certainly not be going back, very disappointed in the care she got and will likely have to bring her somewhere else to get the concern addressed appropriately.
Booked a time to come in. Was taken back for vitals and seen right after that. Very professional with great treatment in a timely manner.
I want to thank Dr. McGee and his staff for the wonderful care I received from the reception desk, nurses care and doctor. Dr. McGee is a very kind and thoughtful doctor, the kind of physician that takes his time and listens. Thank you Dr. McGee youve helped me so much!
Have never had a bad experience at this Urgent Care. Always treated professionally. Staff are polite and helpful.
I have been to this place more than once and have never had any issues. They have been kind and helpful. Great bedside manners too.
Made the appointment online, told me to check in” in person at 11am 15 mins early. Arrived at 10:50 with ONE person ahead of me, they were brought back around 11:10. I wasn’t called back until 11:50, then waited in the room for 28 minutes, NP came in checked my ears, lungs and heart, she replied “ wow your ears are really bad, do they hurt ?” Yes that’s one of the reasons I’m here … she said “well I’ll give you antibiotics”. Sent them to the wrong pharmacy, had the pharmacy transfer them. I don’t understand the long wait, or the online system if you still have to wait over an hour, I would not recommend going there, a waste of $75 copay and time when you do not feel good.
The wait was long about 45 minutes, but the staff was professional and took care of me properly.
I’ve been ill for 5 days. My thought process has not been on par so making an appointment was a challenge.Upon arrival the front desk staff was excellent. She was helpful, directing me on what was needed and what was not. When called back, the medical assistant was just as responsive, taking the additional information, vitals, and leading me to the next area all in a very professional yet friendly manner.Once with the medical practitioner, he was quick yet thorough, asking necessary questions, and completing the physical exam.Overall this is our go-to emergent, non-emergency facility. Highly recommend the facility, the staff, and even the website.
Very professional & prompt service/care. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. The Medical Assistant and FNP Christa were excellent!!
I booked an appointment for 11:30 and was seen at 12:30 for in take. The doctor did not enter room until 1:10.I tried to call ahead to find out what self pay starting rate is but no one answered. They also had no pricing info on their website. They’re lack of transparency and time management is horrible and borderline a scam, in my opinion. Please do better. If a person books an appointment please try to see them in a timely manner. For those seeking medical treatment, if you want to be neglected and waste your time. This place is for you.
This was my first visit to this clinic. I went here because it’s the closest to my house and I was not feeling well at all. The ease of checking in was so beneficial- scan the QR code and fill out information online. I only waited two minutes to be seen. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful as was the assistant that brought me back and took vitals. The practitioner was excellent. He had a great bedside manner, explained everything to me, was thorough, and treated me like a human being. I will definitely go back to this clinic if I need to in the future. I have already recommended this place to my friends and family. I didn’t get anyones names but I was seen around 6 PM on 4/12/24. Thank you to all the staff at NextCare.
I made the appointment online and it was quick and easy. We only waited about 5 min to be seen. The doctor was thorough and friendly. We were in and out quickly.
This is my third time at a nextcare, but my first time at 281. There is a nurse practitioner name Christa She was awesome very engaging. She was a good listener.
Great place to receive medical care. Everyone was nice and made me feel welcomed. Once I got in the back they didnt waste any time with diagnosis and prescription. Would recommend this care facility to anyone.
Very professional, didnt have to wait long, and the staff was very kind. Highly recommend them to anyone. Their 3 month care plan is very affordable and a good choice for anyone needing care and low on money. Total wallet lifesaver!
Made my appointment in advance, was greeted kindly, and was seen within 10 to 15 minutes. Doctor was very personable and knowlegeable. I left with what I felt was a great course of action. Highly recommend.
I was seen promptly. The Dr was very attentive and got to the issue quickly. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I will go back in the future if I need Minor Emergency care. In fact, I took my wife the following day as she was experiencing some of the same symptoms I was.
Got my son’s staples out today. As always, quick-we waited 7 minutes, efficient and very friendly. This is like my fifth or sixth time here and every time the same results, happy and satisfied with the care. That you all who work there. Great job!!!
Stopped here during an out of town visit when I wasnt feeling well. Was able to efficiently sign-in, complete paperwork, do intake and initial triage, and then see a nurse practitioner quickly. She answered all of my questions and talked through my concerns and questions about the recommended medicine. The staff were all kind and helpful!
Doctor was great and took good care of my wife
Loved that I could make a same day reservation and it was only 45 minutes from the time I called. Also the staff is amazing. Dr was easy going and cared. Receptionist, felt like she cared. The rn was sweet and listened. Best experience I have had in a time of need in a while
We use this urgent care often and have always had the best experiences coming here. It’s hard to get into our primary care office, but I can always count on appts here for our family. Be sure to use the app to fill out all the paperwork ahead of time and check in. I love the ease of being able to sit in the care until they are ready to see us as well. Thank you NextCare for always taking great care of us!
The tech is rude. They sequestered me in an exam room for 45 minutes after I waited an hour to be called back. There was hardly anyone in the waiting area yet a simple physical takes over 2 hours. They didnt know how to perform a mask fit test. Avoid this place at all costs.
Update - 3rd VisitAnother incredible experience! Front Staff: Adrienne, Back Staff Poonam, and Provider Christa Crummrine, Nurse Practitioner, are a winning team. Christa’s comprehensive exam, differential diagnosis, and fabulous follow through allowed us to avert possible complications and a hospital stay. Christa listened thoughtfully and distilled information from my husband’s records in order to analyze possible interventions. She even followed up to insure that medications she was recommending were within our means. It doesn’t get better!!Update - 2nd Visit: Unfortunately my husband’s health necessitated a return trip to NextCare Urgent Care. Fortunately when he experienced painful electrical impulses that gripped his neck and a partial section of his head, we knew where to go! As before, my husband was met with excellent, efficient, and exceptional care. The provider was thorough, well-informed, and direct in his discussion of and prescriptions for the Shingles that were taking hold in the nerves of my husband’s cranium. As a result, what could have been an intensely painful and long-lived disease is contained, and my husband is recovering. I cannot recommend this care more highly.1st Visit: When my 85 year old husband fell going up the hill, it took three of us to get him back on his feet, but NextCare Urgent Care wrapped his sprained knee and booted his fractured ankle with competent, efficiency. No wait in the reception room, a short intake assisted by a technologically competent, helpful receptionist, and rapid X-ray completed the process. The physician was well informed, thoroughly addressed the problem, and communicated results clearly. I appreciate the inclusion of a CD of X-rays to take to the next step in recovery, the orthopedic group to whom we were referred. For a strained and strange day, Urgent Care provided rapid help and hope for the days to come. Highly recommended.
Will I have to say Christa Crumrine was absolutely awesome with me. I saw her twice in the same week so I know how great she was with me. Even though we were both wearing masks I could see the caring in her eyes. I CANT THANK HER ENOUGH. I know because of her I will be better SOON. I especially liked the simple way she showed me what part of my body the antibiotics will work. SO CUTE
Appointment was at 11am on 5/22 wasn’t seen till after 12, didn’t leave till almost 12:45. Reason for visit on my chart after discharge was only sore throat, when I had physically put in reason for visit was ongoing fever, sore throat and body aches. They took my temp at it was 100.4 the doctor’s recommendation was to keep taking Tylenol and ibuprofen. I will never be coming back here. I have been taking ibuprofen at home since my fever had started I came to the doctors to see if I had flu or Covid and they tested me only for mono and strep which both came out negative. So essentially here I am going home with a fever still that has been ongoing and no help… and no doctors excuse just simply go home.. so back to square one as I was yesterday at home self treating myself with ibuprofen and wasted money and time at this visit.I would like to add an additional update from 5/24: at around 4pm maybe later I got a call saying I have strep… found out I had been contagious… but remember I was sent home with no note or the doctor saying to stay home in case there is a possibility I am contagious…I still went to work since I had tested negative for what the doctors had tested me for. Gotta love it!
First time here and was extremely happy! I filled out everything online from their website so, my waiting time was minimal and went smoothly. Doctor was professional with great chair side manners! Medication prescribed was on point and started feeling better within 2 days!
My husband and I went together for flu symptoms and we were well taken care of!! Thank you.
They were prompt and efficient, until it came to the prescription. We are continuing to have difficulty having the prescription sent to Walgreens to fill.
Great service! Fast, friendly and professional. The place was very clean and check in was almost completely virtual & from my phone.
I’ve been to NextCare a few times between myself and taking family members, and it had always been an excellent experience. We’ve never had to wait long, and the process is efficient. We were quickly diagnosed and sent on our way with what we needed. I greatly appreciate that - no one wants to sit around a doctor’s office waiting when feeling bad! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of us!
This is the worst place I have ever been to. The people are so rude especially the lady at the front desk. It is so dirty inside. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Trust me it is that bad. I will be reporting them. Oh and dont tell people to wear a mask when you are clearly not wearing yours
I have used Nextcare a number of times and always appreciative for services. The one star is not for quality of services. At the end of the appointment I was shocked to find out that I owed $100. I could have gone to my doctor for free but of course Nextcare is so much quicker and convenient. I was informed that Nextcare no longer accepts my HMO. Why was I not informed when I signed in?! I did not see any announcement online when I provided photos of my insurance card front & back plus photos of my license front & back. I would have been sad to find out that I could no longer use Nextcare had I been notified upfront. But more than sad, I am angered that this information came to me AFTER the appointment. I definitely would have endured the discomfort of trying to get an appointment with my doctor. So not only can I not use Nextcare again because of insurance changes, but I REFUSE to return because of this.
Was seen within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Doc came in promptly evaluated and answered all my questions in one sitting. Treated and released within 30 minutes.
There are so many urgent care choices in this area, I would encourage anyone to select this one as a last resort. I made an appointment to have my chest and throat checked due to severe congestion, sore throat and chills. I checked in for my appointment at noon and there were no patients before me or after me. There were voices and laughter in the back of the office that lasted for over 30 minutes while I waited in the lobby freezing cold. They were clearly having fun while a sick patient waits to see a doctor. Of course, I finally walked out and no one noticed because there was nobody in sight! Terrible service to keep someone waiting for no apparent reason.
Great service and professionalism. Short wait time and genuinely caring individuals who are kind. First time and would definitely go back.
This office is my choice every time for quality care & excellent service!
I didnt have enough time to sit in the waiting area, because they called me so quickly! The FNP and staff were friendly and efficient! I was in and out of there within 30 min! Thank yall!
First the young lady at the desk doesn’t understand how to verify benefits outside of her system and tried to quote him some random amount that’s not even on the card whether out of network or not. She then proceeds to tell me that he is responsible for the ER out of network which my card CLEARLY has the urgent care copay listed. I emailed her our benefits from the payer website since she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Second, he asked for a school note but they forgot to put it in his packet before he left. Instead of them emailing it like we asked, she proceed to “text” her manager and tell me they don’t email missed school day notes! And he has to go back and get it. My child is sick, he is there attending college and I’m more than two hours away from him and that’s the answer! I am beyond pissed and feel like they’re being difficult for no reason. My employer has an agreement with this urgent care provider so w will provide this feedback directly. Lastly, the damn doctor told my son MUCINEX makes congestion worse and to drink lots of water to loosen the mucous. Ma’am no where on Google does it say that AND I’ve never had a doctor say that ever! I’m extremely upset on the care and lack of service received. Beyond unprofessional
The check-in process was very easy, making a payment was easy, & the visit was excellent. The staff, nurse & doctor were all very kind, friendly, caring & happy. The wait time was under 10 minutes. Thank-you for taking such good care of me. I would recommend this office for your Urgent Care. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
I walked-in to be seen and the process was pretty easy. Had to check in thru an app but there was someone at the desk to help if I needed it. She helped to verify my VA coverage to complete my check in. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen fairly quickly. Only 1 person was ahead of me so that helped. My vitals were taken and the doc saw me probably less than 5 mins after I was seated in a room. She was very nice and helpful. She asked questions and I was able to share my concerns and get answers. Overall a great facility and will definitely be my preferred urgent care in the future.
The visit itself was satisfactory, but one of the prescriptions didn’t make it to the pharmacy. One item was there quickly, but not the other one. I phoned back to the clinic when I arrived home, and was told the physician was with a patient and that she would send him an urgent message. Three hours later the pharmacy still had not received the prescription order. When I phoned the clinic again it was closed, and the next day was a holiday for the clinic and the pharmacy. Not happy.
Came in to appointment with Cigna Insurance and paid $260 out of pocket. Terrible cough, night sweats, wheezing, and was given a prescription for cough syrup and told to call if not feeling better in 3-4 days. Days pass, cough syrup useless, provider I spoke with not available, no one but a receptionist who tried to speak to the on duty provider. She was ask to tell me come back in again for another office visit (and fee) and she clearly didn’t want to assist further. I’ve used this facility for several years and was never exposed to this experience. Very disappointing.
Always an excellent experience at this clinic! The front end and clinic staff are friendly and helpful and the attending physician/PA/NP is knowledgeable and thorough. They always ask if you have any questions or concerns.
Great staff and excellent care given. You can tell they really care for their patients.
Crista is a rockstar! She provides detailed information and honest concern for my health care needs. Follows up after visit to assure I’ve received the best care.
From the moment I was checked in. The staff was very professional , friendly and helpful. Explained everything to me and let me know what to expect.Thank you
Excelente service, staff really efficient and amazing care to the patient.
Quick on and out. Staff was friendly, NP was very nice. I’d go again if needed.
So happy with my care . Everyone was very nice and helpful. If I need urgent care in the future I will definitely go to Next Care. I am so glad I went there. I recommend Next Care to anyone needing urgent care. They are the best
After being up all night listening to my hubby cough and sputter I called and made an appointment for him to be seen. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. We walked out feeling well taken care of. Would highly recommend this office. ❤️
Very fast and efficient experience! Best Urgent Care I have been to and there were 3 patients ahead of me when I checked in. The front desk worker was kind and called to verify my insurance quickly. The MA communicated well and explained everything she was doing, she even called me back for vitals before my insurance had been verified. The FNP was kind and knowledgeable. He saw me within minutes, wrote a prescription, gave me care instructions, and a consult for follow up care within minutes of the MA finishing her assessment. Great team! I will come back whenever I need an Urgent Care.
Made appt through app. Appointment set within 30 min. Arrived and was number 4 to be seen. Called at time for appt and proceeded for care. Nurse practitioner saw me within 15 min. Concern addressed and script written. On my way to pharmacy. Satisfied and on the way to recovery! I appreciate them being open and serving our part of the city.
Checked in online easily. Everyone was in the waiting room with the same symptoms as me so I was afraid I was going to be written off as a bad cold. Thankfully the lovely PA took her time and determined I needed chest X-rays. They were kind and thorough. Will go back again if needed but I sure hope I don’t!
Every visit here has been great. The service staff are kind. The doctor took time to address our concern and make sure we were comfortable.
I was really sick and was a walk in; they got me in quick, diagnosed me and gave me a treatment.
Be careful when making an appointment here. They never explained I would have to pay 2 separate copays because they didn’t have a doctor on site. They did tests and we saw a telehealth doctor and had to pay 2 separate $65 copays since they bill them separately instead of together. Since they never told me that I received the bill later for the second copay and customer service had to explain why. Our visit was absolutely not worth $130.
Clean and they were really nice. I like the way the whole check-in is done via your phone and you can see how many people are ahead of you. Great experience.
This was the quickest I’ve ever been in snd out of an urgent care facility.
Outstanding from the start. Great customer service from receptionist and the most compassionate, thorough care from ALL doctors AND nurses. This was my 3rd visit at this office in the past two months (one visit was for my child). We have seen 3 different Doctors at this location and all were exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, the wait once your checked in is often longer than 15 minutes but that should be expected at an urgent care. Luckily you get to wait from the comfort of your car and they call you in when the nurse is ready for you. Once your in, its a smooth, speedy process that often has you leaving feeling better just from receiving such exceptional care. Highly recommend!
Waited 2 hours past my scheduled time for a doctor to listen to my chest for maybe 10 seconds and then hand me the prescription he had already sent off before he walked in and talked to me. Then the nurse nearly ran into me coming into the room to prep while I was walking out and said “oh you’re still here”. I feel like I waited a long time to be shooed and rushed out. I got the text asking for a review probably 15 minutes before I even saw anyone.
This office was so quick and friendly. I stopped at a closer urgent care before coming here and glad I chose this one. They’re efficient and professional. It was almost closing time and they were still very welcoming. If you don’t feel well, they will take care of you.
Loved the NP that treated me. He is knowledgeable and emphatic. Got the right treatment, and I was on my out quickly. Recommeded!
My visit was good. I did wait 20 mins after my appointment time. The PA was great and I already feel so much better!
This would have been a bad experience had it not been for Tamar. My nav was sending me all over SA to get to this place. She was so sweet, and patient and understanding. She calmed me down, walked me through a solution and made sure my appt wasn’t cancelled. In spite of all that I still saw someone in a very timely manner. Everyone was so professional and helpful. These guys are staying in my contacts list. And Tamar deserves a big raise!!!
Love the Stoneoak location. Have been here several times and always get great care! The online scheduling is great too so I’m not sitting in the office for a long time. Highly recommend!
Other than being sick, Next care provided an overall pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and Dr. Crumrine was extremely informative. Thank you all.
A quick in & out, Physician was very empathetic and caring.
Wonderful staff, not a long wait to be seen.
Worst service ever, twice I had to visit for COVID testing, with an appointment and made us wait for more than 3 hours. If you can go to another place we’re they will treat you like a patient.
I have had really bad experiences in the past with urgent cares. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service I received from the medical staff. I received medical attention within 20 minutes after arriving. The front desk lady she was really welcoming and helpful when filling up the documents. The technician Amanda and physician Alex were really sweet and helpful. I injured my shoulder and arm so they helped me getting ready for the X-rays and they explained with detail my diagnostic and treatment. I was in so much pain but i found comfort in the amazing treatment I received. It was such a blessing
Waited less than an hour, listened to my concerns, and included me in the medical decision process. Would recommend to others and would use again.
I made an appointment, then was forced to wait in line like everyone else. Then, I was left in a patient room for an hour, after which I walked out. Their response? 8 hours later they canceled my appointment so I couldnt leave negative feedback about the experience. To add insult to injury, I got a call several hours later asking about my prescription. They didnt even know I hadnt seen a provider!!! Never had this experience before, but very shady tactics today. They forget that patients have choice when it comes to medical care and Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
The staff are very professional and accommodating from start to finish. My provider was knowledgeable and took care of the problem immediately. I walked-in feeling 4/10 pain and an hour later my problem is resolving and I’m nearly pain free. Thank you so much
The nurse practitioner had a very caring disposition. Professional and courteous. The support staff, particularly the front desk attendant, borderline rude. Gives negative energy. It’s like she does not want to be bothered. Only time I seen her smile, just a bit was when she was eating her potato chips while watching something on the screen. Whatever she was watching was obviously entertaining. However, when it came to customer service, I would give her a 3 out of 10.
From check in to check out and also a first time patient, my experience was great. Excellent, polite and very accommodating staff. I’m a senior with a bit of a complicated recent medical situation. I never felt rushed and appreciated their calm and friendly patience while gathering needed information. I would definitely use them again for any urgent care needs.
The wait to be seen could have been a little more expeditious, and although the rooms look clean. They are not. While waiting for the provider, I don on the exam gloves and use the sanitation wipes to clean all surfaces that could be encountered🤮. Straight nasty. They need better cleaning for absolute sure. All the staff this recent visit were great. Did not encounter the ol’, I hate my job and my attitude towards you is going to reflect it. Professional and courteous staff. I would definitely go there again and recommend it. This is coming from a retired ER nurse BTW.
Such sweet and caring staff and doctor. We had waited 2 hours at another clinic to be told they dont accept the insurance afterall. So we went here and they were fast, courteous, friendly and helpful.
Made appt online for my kid on a Saturday afternoon. Was able to get in right away. Receptionist was friendly and upbeat. Med tech and Dr were great as well. Process was quick overall and I would return when needed.
The care was great. FNP McGee was awesome. Front desk needs improvement. Was charged co-pay even though I have zero co-pay with my insurance. I called Blue Shield. They called NextCare. I was told she didnt cooperate when told she was entering wrong info for the insurance. They called corp office in Arizona and were told they have had other similar complaints with this location. After reading reviews from other patients with the same issue I am left wondering how this receptionist still has a job there. I was advised to use a different urgent care next time I needed one and that it may be some time before I see a refund of my co-pay since the info entered was incorrect.
My family is new to the area. This is our first Urgent Care/Doctor’s visit in the area. Didn’t know what to expect and the experience was a great one. Location was clean and inviting. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Nurse and doctor were also very thorough and friendly and made my son and I at ease. We were checked in and seen very quickly with our issue resolved and sent on our way with follow up instructions. We will definitely return to Impact Urgent Care in the future.
This was absolutely the best experience i have ever had with an urgent care clinic! Everyone was so professional and decisive. Will not go to any other urgent care clinic.
I canceled my rapid test appointment in another place to come here, and after waiting almost 3 hours they told me that the doctor could not see me and that they would only do a test that I have to expect results in 5 days
Thank you to Dr. Brian & Sandy!! They took care of me and I left feeling amazing!!! Everyone is super courteous!!!
Never come here, the wait time is very very long even when there is no one else in the place to attend you will wait up to 2 or 3 hours! I do not recommend it!!
Everything is clean and nice even the doctors and nurses! 😁 Easy in and out, all are great at their jobs there. Did 12 staples on my 11yr olds knee this past Sunday. In & out for Mothers Day!
I booked my 1:20 appointment online, checked in online and walked into the clinic at 1:13. The lady at the front told me to go back to my car and wait to be called. Its 1:56 right now 40minutes later I am still sitting in my car with my severe headache getting worse. Skip the line, book online dont work. I am still waiting in line. My headache and ear ache are getting worse in the heat. I asked if I could wait inside the front desk person said NO. The health provider/nurse practitioners are always excellent.Today is 8/15 I am changing my rating to 5 stars. Different front desk lady is very polite and professional. I really like this location and the health care providers and the nurses here. Theyre very knowledgeable and caring.Today 9/21 visited the clinic today. I was very glad miss Tula D was there. Shes the best, did her very best to take care of my issues. Front desk lady Ciarra is very nice and helpful.
This place was amazing. The staff is great and took care of me right away. Of course there was no wait when I got there, but either way, I don’t think that would’ve change my experience. I will definitely go back if I ever have to.
The staff at the next Care urgent Care in San Antonio at Stone Oak or very helpful very professional and very kind. Weve been under the care of Martin McGee for many years and he doesnt excellent job taking care of all of our needs!!
The visit went great. I showed up, used the QR code on the door, sat down and filled everything out via my phone, then was seen. They did the standard vitals and I was seen. Everyone was professional and nice.
NextCare had always taken good care of me and my family when needed. They take VA patients, have quick wait times, clean facilities, online scheduling, and have fantastic providers and staff. Highly recommend compared to other urgent care businesses in the area.
I am a physician myself. I am supremely pleased with the quality of care I received from the nurse practitioner at the Nextcare I visited. I was seen promptly even though it was approximately 8 o’clock at night on a Thursday night. I was waited on promptly and seen rapidly. I feel the quality of the skill of the practitioner to be first rate and I am completely satisfied with the treatment delivered. This clinic is to be highly recommended to anyone seeking care whether a veteran or other insurance coverage.
Impact Urgent Care was terrific! We were seen quickly and check-in, paperwork, and insurance verification was a breeze. The provider, Martin McGee, FNP was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, took great care to go over all our concerns as well as detailed instructions for aftercare, and spoke to my teenage son like an adult. During the visit Dr. McGee answered all our questions cheerfully and even provided us some recommendations for things around town when we mentioned we were new to Texas. Prescriptions were sent promptly (before we had even left) and they provided us papers with nicely detailed discharge instructions. I would highly recommend for any urgent care needs you may have!
Kindness...spent time with me to understand what was causing flu with nausea abd pain. A xray done to check ĺungs. A very positive experience. Thank you. Marlene Bowersox
Office was professional and diagnosed treated me quickly. It’s very hard to get into your primary doctor and I had a pleasant experience. Wait was about an hour but for a Sunday afternoon in San Antonio, this was acceptable for urgent care.
Staff was professional and concerned for patients care. The Doctor was friendly, had a great personality and was easy to speak with. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy Much quicker than most health providers. There were electronic paperwork issues but the paperwork is minimal. Would recommend to others.
EDIT 1/18/21: I am altering my review in light of the surprise bill I just received a few days ago, THREE MONTHS after my visit. Impact Urgent Care billed me $127 for my visit in OCTOBER of 2020, after my insurance and after I paid $75 in cash the day of my appointment. I was not told there was anything more to pay, nor was I given any indication that there would be a bill coming three months after the fact. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inexcusable. For reference, again, I have excellent insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, paid $75 in cash the day of my visit, and was never given any indication that further payment was required. The positives of my review still stand, but this is such an unexpected and unpleasant development that I am knocking my review down to three stars from my initial five. The wait time was atrocious. I didnt get seen until about an hour and a half after my appointment time. That being said, the building was spotless, they took impressive precautions with regards to the pandemic, and the doctor was one of the sweetest, nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He showed genuine concern for my well-being and worked hard to help me feel better. I went in there with an excruciating migraine and walked out feeling heard, cared for, and taken seriously.
Quick care. Doctor was attentive and answered my questions.
I had a great experience at Impact Urgent Care Stone Oak . The facility itself was very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful from when I initially contacted them over the phone, addressing all my questions, and all through my actual visit. Nurse Bridgette, was awesome! She made my visit a pleasant one, explaining what she was going to do before performing the procedure and helped me relax by giving me advice as she tested me.Thanks Sunny (front desk), Nurse Bridgette, and FNP McGee for your kindness and help.I definitely recommend the Stone Oak location! 5/5
Went there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Doors locked windows mirrored. They have an online check-in process with a QR code on the door. Went through that. Went up and knocked on the door again. No answer. Online said it was open. No closed signs observed. No answer at the phone provided.Since “urgent” means urgent when you have a kid that is bleeding, left after 15 minutes for another one. Don’t know if they were closed or not. If they were, need to put a closed sign up so people can get onto the next option.
I will tell you that my experience with Impact Urgent Care was excellent. From the cleanliness when I walk through the door to my final departure. The young lady at the front was pleasant, warm, concerned and very knowledgeable. The person who took my blood pressure and my vitals smiled and was warm and caring. And then finally I was seen and diagnosed and he was exceptional. He assessed me and evaluated me.He educated me about my situation and finalize it with a handshake and what my follow-up needed to be. I could not have ask for a better experience. Thank you.
If I could NOT give a star, that would be great. This place was terrible. My husband and I waited for 2.5 HOURS even though we had an appointment. They had no way of knowing when he would be seen, just to go back to the car. There were only 3 people working in the entire place, and he was sick as a dog. Eventually my husband was let inside the building, where he waited an additional 30 minutes to even be seen. There seemed to be no other cars outside, we kept wondering what in the world they were even doing in there. Unfortunately our insurance recommended this place and we will not be back. When he was finally seen, they told him it was allergies, gave him no prescription but told him just to take over the counter stuff which we already figured.
I was able to make an appointment quickly and appreciated being listened too actively with appropriate medical interventions. I definitely would go here again should the need arise.
My son was taken back within minutes of completing his intake paperwork, easily done with my phone. Treated, released and follow up care instructions given with a more thorough exam than his own primary care provider had given him. I would recommend NextCare to everyone in need of urgent medical attention.
The receptionist (whose name escapes me, due to my age and memory lol 🤨) was very pleasant, courteous, professional, and most helpful !Due to my age and computer/phone knowledge, I was unable to complete my on-line appt. She helped me complete the appt and was directly ushered in to see the Dr.This was at approx 130 hrs on Thur, June 8.Receptionist: MIL GRACIAS for all your assistance. You are an inspiration to all customer Svc personnel who should strive to reach your level of Customer Service skills!!!
I took my son here yesterday and we were walk in, it took about 35 minutes for us to be seen. But we were checked in pretty quickly. He had strep and was given an antibiotic.I woke up this morning with my neck swollen and my throat sore, so I made an appointment.I came im at my appointment time at 5:20, it is now 6pm, and I still havent been checked in!In fact the front desk woman is just sitting and eating and while I know employees need to eat, she couldnt have checked me in before her food got here 10 minutes ago? She had all this time.I came here because yesterday we recieved relatively prompt service, and today I have an appointment and was told that appointments get seen first, and I just want my antibiotics and to go home and go to sleep, but they havent even asked for my information!I just heard her inform someone else that theyre an HOUR behind. On top of that so few people in here are wearing masks, and were all here because were sick. This is a medical office to help keep illness away and they cant ask patients to put on a mask?!Especially as so many people just cough without covering their mouths?
The best part was Christa and Poonam. They were very caring and gentle. The ugly part was having to complete the 12 pages of info gathering while in pain before being admitted
Latest review!Went in, everything went smoothly, said prescriptions for my problem would be sent, next day nothing, another day nothing, called Nextcare, sorry sir he never put anything in and you would need to come back and be reevaluated! What??? Are you kidding me? Wow!!!1st review 4-5 stars.Book online, pull up, get checked out and out the door. Great service. Been a few times for random injuries and always get me back on track!!!
Been here twice and they’re quick, friendly, efficient. I’m going to see my grandmother today and was feeling a sore throat - wanted to rule all the major things out. They cleared me and sent me on my way. The place is super clean and not at all cold and intimidating like most medical facilities. Great people! I highly recommend.
This place really helped me get better and everyone was very friendly.
Very clean facility and attentive care. Took me close to my appt time and I was there for 2 1/2 hours. I had a terrible ear wax problem and it took 3 times to finally get my ears cleared. The medical staff was very patient and professional during the whole process. Highly recommend and will definitely return if I need urgent care in the future.
Martin McGee, FNP-C and the rest of the staff ( Ciarra and Pocnam) were courteous and professional. Martin took his time and explained my situation as well as cared enough to answer medical questions not related to my specific appointment. I highly recommend him. Thank you Martin McGee!
Every one I spoke with was very friendly and personable. Great attitudes and didnt feel like they were a rotating door for patients which Ive experienced at other urgent cares.
Went in for a severe rash that I woke up with on a Saturday. I was able to check-in & fill out paperwork online. Once I got there I was seen within 10 minutes. The staff was caring & efficient & the office was nice. This will be my go to for any urgent care in the future.
Had to get my sons physical last minute and I was able to see them on the same day! Easy and smooth. Staff was nice and doctor friendly!
This place is the best. My husband and I have come here several times and have always had positive experiences. We love that you can check in online, and the wait is never too long. All the providers are very kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. There are several other urgent cares closer to our house but we always choose Impact. Thanks again!
Visited again. Staff is very friendly. The two of us were seen in less than 5 min of arrival. Thisboffice is great with children and adults. The doctor has a great sense a humor while checking us over. Diagnosis was as expected. Thank you.Checked in on line. Seen right away. Staff, nurse and doctor were very nice and professional. The made my daughter smile even when she wanted to cry. I wish my insurance would send me here instead of my regular doc.
In take was easy and online. I was a walk in patient and the whole process took 30 minutes. Front desk person was very friendly and PA explained everything in detail.
Great place to get care when you can’t wait to see your primary doctor. Facilities are extremely clean and wait times are very short! Staff is professional and courteous and providers are thorough.
From online scheduling through seeing the provider the experience was 5 star. Because I had filled out the paperwork online there was very little extra to do once we arrived. My grandson saw the provider who treated my 17-year-old grandson like the grownup he is. After examining him the provider explained clearly what my grandson could do for prevention of future back strain as well as gave him other very good advice. I would definitely use NextCare again for my family.
Dr McGee is such a wonderful man. He is patient with my kids and so easy to talk to. He takes the time to explain and answer questions so that you understand everything. The nursing staff has always been kind and generous as well. Very fast and efficient every time I’ve been
Dr Paquette, and both of the nurses (Kelsey & Amber) provided excellent care for my daughter with autism. She is non-verbal and gets very anxious in new places, especially when she’s feeling sick and there are tests that need to be run. All of them did their best to make my daughter’s appointment as quick and painless as possible, as well as try to make her feel at ease. The wait time was short, the facility is clean and up to date, and the staff was personable. I highly recommend.
I walked in vomiting, with an ear infection and a migraine at 5:45pm. Walked out at 7:45 pm, medicated with antinausea, antibiotics, and pain meds feeling 100% better. Outstanding care staff, exceptional front desk staff, and providers who go above and beyond. Always have a good experience here, but this was impressive.
Great customer service at check in. Clinic staff had excellent bedside manner. The PA who attended me seemed to care and was responsive to questions. I am new to the area and I compare all medical care to Sharp Rees-Stealy in San Diego which is excellent. The care at NextCare was on par. Although the wait was a little longer than expected, it was worth it. Facility is clean and well organized. Thank you and I will retirn if there is a need for urgent medical care in the future.
I started going to this place ehen it was Impact care 3 years ago. Still my favorite Urgent Care. McGee is wonderful. I wish he could be my PCP. The front staff are wonderful and friendly. Sometimes there can be a wait, but you know youre going to be taken care of!
Great service and fast. Would give 5 stars but they seem to have trouble with taking my insurance even though my family has been using them with the same insurance all year.
The “check in online” to avoid waiting isn’t working out too well. I’m sure it’s not for the patient was much as the clinic. Our appointment was at 1pm, checked in at 12:50. It is now 2:15pm and we’ve been sitting waiting on a doctor, nurse practitioner…heck at this point I’d settle for Dr. Quinn medicine woman!!! I forgot I had come here months ago with my son and after an hour of just sitting in a room I said forget it as he was just crying and confused as to why nobody was helping him. If you can use OTC medications and can make it without urgent care do so. If you’re in excruciating pain , life or limb do yourself a favor and go to the emergency room.Waiting time: 96 minutesTime with provider: 5 minutes
Second time using the Urgent care and once again received excellent service.
We took my son here right after he injured his arm in a soccer game. The staff was efficient and the facilities were clean and new. The doctor was knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed. When we took my son to the orthopedic surgeon two days later, he said the nurse who set his temporary cast did an excellent job since it was a tricky fracture. We really appreciate the great emergency care because it will help speed his recovery.
Hated the whole experience here. I have no insurance, so the $350 just to get in (no cash discount) was appalling. Had a small lump on my upper elbow. Was given antibiotics and ointment. None of that worked. Went to a dermatologist only to find out it is a simple cyst and have an appointment with him to remove it. That visit was only $100. No antibiotics and no ointments unnecessarily prescribed. The physician who attended my visit at NextCare took little time to diagnose the problem. I also wanted both my ears cleaned, due to allergies being worse this year. Always feels good to have the ears cleaned and my last cleaning was 7-8 years ago. She looked at my right ear and stated it was fairly clean. So they only cleaned the left. I still have ringing in my right ear. Will pay some ENT person to finish what they should have. I disliked the whole experience of going here and will not go back.
I didn’t have an appointment, but was seen quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here when needed.
Was seen quickly by Alexandra Naschke and she did a wonderful job explaining and speaking to my 9yr old son all while also dealing with my crazy 2 yr old. Very very nice and easy to speak with. Thanks for the great care!
The whole process took over three hours, but with Covid and flu, I did expect it to take more time. The front desk people were professional. The tech that took me back to check vitals was OUTSTANDING! She was friendly, kind, and professional. I was left in the exam room for an extremely long time. I wish someone would have popped their head in and updated me. The FNP came in and offered no introduction. He repeated some tests again, which was wise, because the results were very different the second time. Here is where the visit went downhill. I brought in a VA instruction card designated for the provider. He basically refused to look at it and became quite indignant. As an urgent care facility certified for VA care, I was taken back by his dismissive attitude toward me. I told him I brought the instruction card for him, the provider, as stated on the card. I told him I brought it because of a nightmarish problem I had at another urgent care facility. Again, he was dismissive. So I left there feeling like my voice wasn’t heard. What started out as a positive, despite the long wait, ended up on a negative note simply because I followed VA instructions to avoid a repeat episode of a previous poor experience.
Even though I went when it was close for them to be closing the staff was very friendly and caring like they were just staring their day.
I took my toddler in this morning for a horrible sounding cough and fever, and the doctor was the sweetest thing ever. She was great with my little girl and she explained everything very well. She was also very calming, which is good for a frazzled toddler mom! I would definitely go here again.
Scheduled for a possible strep throat test. I waited for 50 minutes in my car (no issue). However once I arrived front desk advised my blue cross was unverifiable. She advised she would let me know if she could verify it while I waited. She never called me only texted me after 50min that I was ready to be seen. The nurse was waiting for me already. I asked front desk lady if she verified my insurance she said no, that I had to pay full price and that I could contact my insurance for a reimbursement. I told her I called member services and they advised everything was working that she could call them for any questions. She refused to get on the phone with them. So I left. First and last time I will be going here. I went to CareNow down the road. Copay for visit and test was $50 and I didnt have to wait 50 min only 10min. Avoid Nextcare. The nurse seemed nice but that front desk lady needs manners.
I arrived 5 minutes before their closing time and they happily accepted my toddler who had a high fever and stomach pains. Dr. Stephens was amazing. She was Very helpful and truly cared for my sons health. She personally called me the next day to check up on him. Definitely recommend it.
I just left Impact Urgent Care and I couldnt be more happy with my experience. The team went above and beyond to help me through my entire visit. I have mobility issues as well as difficulty with speech and both the X-ray Technician and Doctor (Marty?) who helped me were extremely kind, gentle, and patient. The Doctor even helped push me in my wheelchair back to the waiting area, then to the access ramp and helped me get into the car. (My wonderful neighbors had given me a ride and were inexperienced with helping someone with my disabilities transfer into a car from a wheelchair) I would highly recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in need. Thank you Impact Urgent Care Team for being so genuinely caring and helpful, it is rare to come across this level of professionalism and care!
Couldn’t have had a better experience, don’t walk but RUN to this clinic! Thank you everyone there for your professionalism and help!
I’ve been here multiple times, usually great. Today they’re trying to charge me 200 for an office visit when it says 25 dollar visit on my insurance card. I asked the lady why and she just laughed at me. Disrespectful and unhelpful staff. Will be finding somewhere new to go to from now on.
Appointment was easy and people were friendly. The place is nice, clean and pretty. I cant say enough about the staff, they were great.!!!!
Very clear and careful. The provider clearly explained the diagnosis and all of my options and the pros and cons of each option. She was very professional and had a great bedside manner. The nursing staff was also very efficient and professional. Overall I was very happy with my care.
I love coming here! The best team to care for your family. I always have a great experience. Kristy was amazing, she has a heart of gold, very compassionate, knowledgeable, and very caring. We always get to see the Nurse Practitioner and he is always compassionate when it comes to our son. Also very knowledgeable, caring, great bedside manner. This is by far the best urgent care I have been to. I wouldnt go anywhere else. If you want great care and a team of experts who truly care this is the place to go. Thank you to the team to always cares for our family.
Online appointment setting and check in simple. Front desk, med assistant and doctor very kind and helpful. This location has always been my go to for urgent care
Very kind and professional staff and quick. I was in and out with meds ordered in less than 30 minutes.
Glad I went there, thought I had sinus infection, turns out I had COVID, my first time, the staff was very kind and helpful. Thanks to the doctor I was able to receive the antibody treatment the same day. THANKS ALL FOR EVERYTHING
Waiting was a bit long but I was able to get in on the same day for my kids physical. Staff was friendly and I was able to fill out paperwork and make the appointment online which was really convenient.
I needed to have stitches removed. The lady that removed them was awesome! She was very caring and made me feel very comfortable. She did an awesome job! They also got me in and out which was nice!
I was able to get in and out quickly. Other places were video chats or two plus day wait times. Doctor and nurse very professional, answered all my questions before leaving. Thank you for starting me on the path to healthy sooner rather than later.
IN AND OUT! Everyone from the front desk to the PA and the Dr was professional and very nice and understanding! Would definitely go there again.
My provider, APN Alyssa Daugherty, was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Great first experience.
The wait time is long, I was waiting 2 hrs with my broken ankle. They are short handed in staff. I have been here twice and the Doctors are very nice and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean. I will say that the receptionist need to be more friendly. They don’t greet you and they are very rude if you ask them a question.
Great first impression. Everyone was very nice and took they’re time while attending us. Didn’t feel rushed like other places make you feel. Great customer service. Will definitely be back in the future.
Went in today from riding go carts my daughter hurt her shoulder. Jillian was amazing! She was helpful, professional, and I had to explain the situation on a sticky note to her so that I wouldn’t make my step daughter uncomfortable being that she has only been living with us a month and we’re still getting her situated. She was understanding and went above and beyond definitely eased my mind bc I was a bit of a nervous wreck. Dr. Martin was amazing as well he got her something for pain quickly and got down to the problem. This is by far the best urgent care I have ever been to and I’m happy I found it.
I came to the clinic back in December and have nothing but great reviews. Everyone was just perfect from the front door to the doctor. Facility is new and clean. The wait wasnt long. Carlos and Tamika the unit secretaries, Sara the RN and the LVN were SO sweet. Dr. McGee and Dr. Belcher were awesome to work with as I had to make multiple visits. I loved their sense of humor. Sorry for not remembering the nurse (LVN) name... Keep up the great work👍💪 I will definitely return if need be in the future. Thank you!!
Clean friendly waiting room. Saw my son right away and doctors are very experienced. The woman that took my sons vitals did a very good job explaining everything so he wasnt nervous. Especially with strep test.
I called ahead to inquire about covid testing and the staff was extremely polite. They explained the new check in process and once I got there and scanned the QR code, I waited maybe ten minutes to get a call to come back to a room. Everything was done quickly and professionally.
The provider I saw was a veteran, just like me! Best care I have received! I’d pay to have him over my VA care! The clinical specialist was professional, knowledgeable, competent, and super nice. I even scheduled follow care!
I could not be more pleased with the care my daughter received. Dr. Paquette and nurse Amber made her feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very caring and sincere. My daughter said she now prefers Impact over her regular pediatrician! The location is not only convenient but the office was very clean.
Fast and Friendly service! My son had wrist pain and we went in for x-rays. Loved how they cared for him and everyone was very approachable and knowledgeable. Totally recommended.
Excellent CNP diagnosed and treated me. Wait time was about average. Staff was friendly.
I love impact urgent care, we have had at least 8 trips there over the course of their opening. Every physician every nurse practitioner and every stop staff member has been exceptional. Thank you for taking such good care of my family
