I am thrilled to have a new primary care provider who truly listens, ensures you feel understood, and is dedicated to providing the best possible care.The entire team is simply outstanding. I appreciate how Shannon always remembers my name and my details; it creates a sense of belonging.

After not been able to schedule an appointment for 35 days with my primary care physician through Blue Cross, I gave Medberry a call. They saw me right away and got me lab tests the same day and also other tests for the following day. Medberry has been a Godsend. The service has always been prompt, professional and courteous. It’s been so convenient for me that I signed up for their monthly subscription for $99 bucks. Best money I ever spent!

The facility was very clean! The receptionist and nurse practitioner were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I will definitely be making this my primary care facility going forward. I had a very good experience and was even told and taught a few things I wasnt aware of.

So fortunate that my daughter referred me to Medberry! Wonderful staff & excellent providers who are very attentive to your needs! Its hard to find providers that actually listen, but here, they do! They really make you feel as if your care & well-being is the most important thing! As it should be! An all-around great clinic!

My wife went into this clinic with a broken leg and she was given the upmost compassionate, kind and loving care. They are now both of our primary providers. They always know you when you call and your not just another number. They actually SHOW that they care about you and your wellbeing.

I felt seen and heard when explaining the issue as to why I sought for medical treatment/recommendation. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and each and every staff member was kind and attentive. Will definitely go back if needing any future services.

I have new insurance so I had to find a new PCP. I am so fortunate to have found this clinic. Elise is exceptional. Shes very caring and helps me with all my concerns and questions. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well!

Had pain in leg and they scheduled me in quickly and got everything in line for x-rays and paint relief. When you are not feeling well, nice to find doctors that respond and care.

PA Berrios listened to all my concerns and was very detailed in everything we discussed. Staff was very courteous. Process was easy and wait time was very minimal.

Had a cough for several days and couldnt get over it. Went here to get checked out and was greeted by welcoming staff that really listened to me.

They advertise telehealth services, but then refuse to do them for basic cold and flu symptoms. What’s the point of telehealth if you can’t use it for basic, common ailments?

I’m very impressed with everyone at Medberry they are all very helpful always answer all my questions and I really appreciate everything they have done for me

Amber at the front desk and Marian NP are fantastic! The gentleman that did my lab was also great. Very friendly and accommodating with good availability. I go here for Primary Care. Highly recommend! They are wonderful and have a small family feel :)

Wow! I am throughly impressed with the staff, wait time, and provider! I have never said that about a doctors off before, but I had to leave a review! Marian Culpepper, NP was amazing and made me feel seen and heard. She went above and beyond to make sure we find out what is and has been going on for years with my body. If you feel like your doctor doesn’t listen to you, go see Marian Culpepper now! I am so relieved to have found a medical provider that takes the time to listen and takes the actions needed to find the root of the problem. Also, the office and nursing staff are so kind and make getting seen so smooth!

My husband and I needed a PCR test for travel and this place had it done within the hour! Maria did a wonderful job checking us in and making us feel comfortable. We will definitely return here for our medical needs.

I can’t be thankful enough with MedBerry Clinic, After of 8 years waiting I finally could travel home, in order to do that I needed a PCR COVID test, for the holidays they regular schedule changed so I got there and they were closing. Even tho the only 2 people in there didn’t knew how the process were, they helped me to get the test done and the results right on time for my trip!

Check coverage with your insurance first!!. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and this clinic is out of network for my insurance. This means they dont have a contract with this insurance. Clinic did not tell me this at the time of service on 7/27/2022. I just got a swab out my car in the drive through.They charged my insurance$200.00 for a rapid test and $890 for a PCR test. I surance paid $645.00 in total and Medberry assured me I wont be charged with the difference. They told me they were a telehealth service but never got any service beyond a drive through test. Beware where you go for a test and what you fill in the location. Call your insurance first. I was positive, i knew that and i was very nervous.

My experience has not been the best on both occasions, they always charge me immediately for the doctors appointment but when I go to pick up the medicine there is always a problem, because the pharmacy never has the order on time, I have had to call 4 times because of the medications indication and now the same thing happens again. And the funniest thing is that I have to drive 35 minutes to the pharmacy on Grand Ave.

My experience of coming to this clinic was the best decision I could make, from the moment you arrive you are very well attended to, the receptionist assisted me in my language, and was super friendly.Dr. Tracie in so many years had met a doctor who cared so much about the health of her patients, she takes the time to explain everything to you and listens without rushing to all your questions... I will definitely return without thinking if I would have health problems in the future because Dr.Tracie and her team made me feel much better!! Thank you so much...
