I hate to say this, but I did not even get to the doctor because the front desk person was so incredibly rude, unhelpful and uninformative. I called and said I was on my menstrual cycle. She said if I changed the appointment it will be a $50 fee. So I came in anyway. The paperwork says they’re able to do a catheter, among other things, every time you come in. You are to consent to this. I said I cannot consent to that without understanding exactly what that means. She said those are the rules. I asked to speak to a nurse. Never got a nurse. It got to the point where it was so competitive and weird that I told her I’m leaving because of her. I wish I would be able to see the doctor because I’ve heard very good things.

How refreshing to finally find a doctor (and staff) who listens to what you have to say. She addressed each of my issues and we are working together to correct what my previous doctor screwed up. Definitely a 5-star doctor!

Dr.Sprock is the best!! I came to see her after having an awful experience and major complications from a surgery I had from a previous Dr. She is so knowledgeable and really listened and understood my problems and concerns, and what needed to be done to correct them!

Dr. Sprock is easy to talk to and makes you comfortable. You can describe any problems you might experience without embarrassment. She explains and gives you answers in a no nonsense way and I like her style. Her staff also treats you with respect and makes you comfortable.

Honest! Right to the point. No sugar coating of any sort! Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.If you are sensitive and prefer to be coddled through everything in life, Dr. Sprock is not who you need to see. If you want honesty and truth and answers, then you have found the right Dr.

Dr. Sprock is up front, informative and easy to talk to. My first encounter was delightful. I learned a lot. All of my encounters since with her office and staff were positive as well. Highly recommend.

Worst Dr office experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude and the wait time was unacceptable. I made an appointment for a specific service but was told upon intake that I would not be getting that service that day, so I left. But, I had already been forced to pay my copay of $75. They refused to give me my money back even though the Dr never even saw me. So, I can’t speak to Dr Sprock specifically bc I never met her, but I can tell you that the negative reviews are true. I should’ve read them before making an appointment. I even went as far as disputing the transaction with my bank but lost, so I know they must’ve lied to the investigators because nothing was ever sent to my insurance yet I paid the copay. That’s insurance fraud if you ask me. It looks like several new positive reviews have been posted more recently. Either the service there has done a 180 or friends of theirs were asked to write good reviews to help her ratings. Go see for yourself but don’t say you weren’t forewarned!

Dr. Sprock was very understanding and compassionate about my situation with urinary incontinence. She has solutions that solve the situation. Having suffered with this for years, I went to her and she solved the problem! Thank you for giving me my life back!

I heard Dr. Sprock speak at an event and decided to make an appointment to meet with her for an exam and a consultation. Dr. Sprock and her staff listened to my concerns and addressed them all during the visit. I felt valued and heard. I received a thorough examination and she scheduled follow up tests. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Sprock is an exceptional urologist whom I recommend to anyone who has any female or male issues or concerns. She offers professional care and is very skilled doctor with excellent advice. I appreciate Dr.Sprock for her honesty and integrity who will provide a person with researched information. The patient can decide on a procedure based on that research. My surgery was conducted by her in March and I just had my six month check-up. Everything was perfect! Dr.Sprock is the urologist that I know will take care of your medical needs.

Everything you read that is bad is true. !!! I went three times within a month. Still have problem.!! If I told you all that was said to me by Dr and women at front desk, you wouldn’t believe me! When I say RUN I mean run as fast as you can!! Also, no matter if you are dying, have Covid, etc. you will be charged 50 dollars if you don’t give them 5 days notice of cancellation!!! That means you will be sitting with a sick person in lobby!!! I still have medical problem!!! I left there three times with no idea what was wrong!! I finally found Dr who found the answer! ! You just wouldn’t believe my experience!! All my years of going to doctors, this is the worse treatment I have ever received !! Please listen! I wish I had read reviews.

I like Dr. Marja Sprock a lot! She is a really down to earth and a cool lady! Since my first visit I have learned so much from her that no other doctor has ever told me. As I keep aging my body is showing many new signs and she is helping so much. Thank you doc!

Dr Sprock is a godsend absolute Angel from above!I needed major assistance and was seeing another doctor in Melbourne, my previous gynecologist never took anytime to listen or review blood work to figure out exactly what was going on with my body, I felt pushed out the door with no real answers.A dear friend of mine already established with Dr. Sprock advised she was an awesome doctor and I needed to get established with the office asap.Finally had enough made the appointment and was seen in July 22nd 2024 best day ever that I’ve had with a doctor in over five years.De Sprock and her team took so much time to ask questions, write everything down and Dr.Sprock listened carefully, went over all my previous doctor records and came up with a great plan, more so she was able to evaluate me and determine what I had meanwhile my previous doctor wanted to push me out and prescribe anything to get me out of the office.Dr. Sprock is the best, if your in peri menopause or menopause she is the doctor to see for assistance guaranteed!!!She also has social media and so much knowledge experience and expertise in multiple areas of gynecologist it’s worth the time and effort that is not regrettable!!!Thank you Dr. Sprock for taking for time to listen and provide support during a time in life I really needed it. I had an appointment on a Monday. Over the weekend I found out I had mrsa. So I called in they told me it would be a cancellation fee of $50. So I made another appointment. I’m sick I’ve got a lot going on with my health. I’m currently waiting on ssi. I have no money.anyway so I go in for another appointment today. Not only did they charge me a $50 cancellation fee but they slapped $10 more on as well. Then they won’t see me without paying the $60. I’m on food stamps. When I walked in I was on the phone seeing if I could get some help cause my grandson is running out of diapers and we have no money. Anyway they wouldn’t see me because of the fee. And charged me another $50 for another cancellation fee. So now I have to pay $110, before they will see me. That’s just crazy to me. So I should have gone in with mrsa. When they told me all this there was a lobby full of ppl. So everyone in there heard about this. Sometimes Kelly at the front desk can be kinda rude too. I loved the dr. She was good. But this billing issue is bs. So what do I do now I need all this work on my bladder and I’m not sure what to do. So yeah thanks a lot. Money hungry ppl!

Dr Sprock is always wonderful. Shes extremely competent and thorough. She always makes me laugh too. Cant say enough good things.

Finally, a woman’s doctor who understands the anatomy and needs a woman. Our bodies are complex with different needs during being a young woman , a woman during child birth and middle age and of course a woman in menopause and beyond I am so glad that the urologist turned me away for just having an UTIand after 4 years of treatment under 4 different urologist I found a great doctor who stopped the pain and frequent UTI I had with her treatment plan ,Dr Sprock is the best , Susan Beller BSN, RN retired

I am writing this as I lay sick in bed. I Had to cancel my appointment day of because I became ill the night before which included fever. Which means Im contagious. I was told there would be a $50 charge and if I wanted to avoid this fee I could come in sick and wear a mask!!! Not only do I feel horrible but apparently she is willing to risk the health of others! Wow just wow. I have toterated this office for a few visits now between long wait times ( 3 hours last visit) and the arrogance of the Dr Ive had enough here. My first visit was great but then it rapidly went down hill with every visit. The Dr became curt and is not open to unusual medication reactions that I was having that she prescribed. Just because its not the norm she refused to believe I reacted the way I did. The red flag should have been when she started me on hormones without a single bit of blood work being done! I had to learn on my own why I was reacting negatively to the estrogen she prescribed. I actually needed more but I guess she might have figured this out if blood work was ordered.....When a Dr needs to post a note on the wall upon check in that says if you walk out on the visit there is a $75 fee this should tell you everything you need to know about the office! I have never ever seen such a sign in a professional office and at the time I almost took a photo of it to post it on Facebook with a caption of Is this a good sign? Meaning if people are walking out often enough for her to post a sign about it am I in good hands??? But I decided this would be in poor taste and did not so here I am now having to do a Google review that will obviously reach a much larger population. Hope the $50 was worth it.

I cannot say enough about Dr.Sprock! She is so knowledgeable ! These hormone pellets are life changing! Oh, and she does a fabulous job with botox too! I highly recommend you check her out! The services she offers is endless!

I love her! She is extremely knowledgeable and looks for the root of the problem and not just give me the same medication every other doctor has given me and not resolved the issue. She is a huge champion of women in menopause and give you true education of what it means and what happens to our bodies. No other gyn had ever explained it to me the way she did. I was today years old when I learned things I should have known 15 years ago. Now for having a doctor that actually looks you in the eye and talks to you, you will have to wait. If you plan on being in and out, dont get upset when you dont. She is well worth the wait. She has an amazing energy and is a straight forward talker. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional.

I had a very positive experience with the staff and Dr Sprock. She did not rush thru the initial visit and was clear about the findings and possible treatments! Candid, friendly, and knowledgeable left me feeling I was in the right place!Trusting your doctor is so important; I feel I am in the best hands!Follow-up after Axonics implant today, and I am so happy with the results!! I found her to be very comfortable to discuss my issue with, she addressed it and prescribed meds to help the office staff is very friendly. it was a pleasant experience.

As always the staff and of course Dr. Sprock are knowledgeable and offer warmth and actually a little humor to deal with all.

Went to her seeking hormone treatment. Without ordering labs she injected testosterone pellets, and prescribed me medication. Then three months later before my next appointment I called and asked if she could order labs, then she could review the labs at my next appointment (to know exactly how much Testosterone to insert this time). The receptionist said that I had to come in for the appointment in order for her to order labs. I told her that I am not goin going to take time off work just to come in to an appointment for the doctor to order labs, this order should have been done at my last appointment. I asked her to ask the doctor and call me back. Never heard from them again. Also, during my exam I was saying that it hurt and she told me that it did not. 🧐

I have never had such a poor experience with a doctor or practice. I waited about 2 hours with no apologies. This a horribly run practice and they will bill you for procedures that they did not perform but argue that I couldn’t tell because Dr. Sprock is so good. What doctor performs a procedure without informing the patient?!?!. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone from billing as they do not have a billing department. Front desk person Kelly told me to use the portal which they do not monitor for messages. After several weeks and phone calls , she finally gave me an email to Tristan who may or may not be the office manager. They refuse to have an adult conversation over the phone. They actually told me in the email that if I didn’t pay the incorrect bill, then I wouldn’t be able to continue seeing Dr. Sprock. As if I would ever set foot in that place again.

Rude and abrasive. Last time waited over an hour for a two minute procedure. Told her I would book her first appointment since I’m too old (81) to wait that long. Went yesterday at 8 AM. One patient in front of me. They took her and a few minutes later called me in. Nurse to my vitals and did a scan of my bladder and told me the doctor would be in soon. Heard her talking to patient in the next room and then heard her out in the main office talking for a while to the nurse. Figured she see me next. No, she went into see someone else who must have had an appointment after me. After 40 minutes I got dressed and walked out saying goodbye to the nurse at a computer who never looked up. The waiting room and parking lot were empty when I left. This morning, I got an email for a $75 unpaid bill from Dr. SPROCK. Called her office to say that I was there, the doctor was not and it is illegal to double bill. I was put on hold and after 5 minutes, hung up. Next day got a bill for $50

Dr Sprock is very good at listening to problems and finding a solution. She has years of experience and is very professional.

2nd review, why you might ask? The billing department never responds. I faxed on 11/1/23 directly to the doctor. No response. But yet another statement tacking another $10 to what you might ask, A ZERO BALANCE. Their statement is incorrect, my insurance paid more than stated and I paid more by Credit Card! I have offered proof of all the payments. BUT nothing but another statement.

I just left the office after not being able to see Dr Sprock, or even being taken to a back room. Since it was a new patient appointment there were, of course, a bunch of papers for me to fill out. Page two is a consent to treat that gives them consent to do certain procedures at every appointment with no additional discussion, one of which is urinary catherization. Since my concern was not in any way related to a urinary issue I did not want to sign that without discussing it with the doctor first. I was informed that they would refuse to see me if I didnt sign the consent first and they would also charge me a $50 cancelation fee. I even asked if I could write on the paper that I was signing pending discussion with Dr Sprock and they refused stating that this is our office paper and you are not allowed to change it. So I confirmed they were refusing to see me since I wouldnt sign the consent first and then left. As a secondary note, the paper also states that you are responsible for paying for these procedures if your insurance refuses to, so if they do an unnecessary caths every appointment and your insurance company refuses to pay for them you are on the hook yourself. This office is ludicrous. Lastly, the waiting room smelled horrible and there was a dog barking in the back the whole 30 minutes that I was in the waiting room. I personally would never recommend that anyone signs anything giving consent to procedures without being able to discuss them with the doctor.

Although I had a great experience with Dr. Sprock, I have not had a positive experience with her office staff. I saw the doctor almost 2 months ago and was expecting some sort of communication regarding test results from my exam. I called her office to ask what their process is in communicating test results... will you send me a letter? Will you forward results to my primary? If I get a live person they immediately forward me to an answering machine where I leave the requested info only to get a call back saying they need more info. I just have a simple question ladies... lets communicate!

They wanted to do all these expensive test that wasnt really required for the reason I was there. I hadnt gotten a bill from them, when I called I was told I had a out standing balance. At that time I told them I didnt have but I would have at a later date. In November or so I called for the appointment I told them I had the full amount $136.??. So an appointment was made for January.As of 1/4/2018 her office manager calls asking about payment I stated I had that and already talk with the appointment person regarding the payment.Then she started asking questions regarding my deductible, that I would also pay that.Dr. Sprock wanted to to cancel my appointment even after I had started I was having a lot of pain. Until I had all the money up front.She never listen to my main concern and I was hoping this next visit we could address it again.THIS OFFICE ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY, NOT YOUR CONCERNS. HAVE YOU DO ALL THESE EXPENSIVE TEST, and when you dont receive a bill they pretty much call you a liar.This Doctor is truly all about the money!

Dr. Sprock has been an amazing clinical instructor! I have learned so much from her and has a wealth of information. She is like a walking textbook with years of experience under her belt. I am leaving one star because of the rudeness of Trevor in billing. There was an upcode on my visit that was a 63 dollar charge for renewing a prescription. I will not return and will not refer anyone ever again.

Dr. Sprock and her team changed my Moms life! Yes, you may have to wait longer and the doc and staff may not be as warm as some we have seen, but we do not care! She knows her stuff and the speed with which she diagnosed and treated my Mom, was amazing. Highly recommed.

Dr. Sprock saved my life. Not only physically but also mentally. When no one else would see me Dr. Sprock did. Even the specialists in Atlanta Georgia said I was to complicated. When most doctors care only about making a quick dollar Dr. Sprock did not. She cares about me and helping me. She is very gentle and kind. I have sent several others to see Dr. Sprock and they are all happy with the services received. I thank God everyday for Dr. Sprock. And dont mind driving 6 hours per trip to see her.

I have PTSD from my experience with Dr. Spock. I expressed immense pain during the procedure, but she did it repeatedly without numbing me. As I was crying in pain, she said, “it doesn’t hurt.” I was bleeding and in terrible pain for 2 days afterwards and she told me it wouldn’t hurt. On top of that she provided no solution or answers, and told me my problem was caused by drinking too much water. Please go to Health First instead if you want to be treated with human decency.

Arrived on time for my mom’s appointment. After thirty minutes of waiting in the waiting room, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told soon. Someone escorted us back to a room, where we waited another 45 minutes. We left after being there 85 minutes. It is unacceptable to not communicate and just leave patients waiting. It is a disorganized office . FYI, there has always been a long wait when my mom had appointments, but this was just ridiculous. Will find another urologist.

Dr. Maria Sprock spent ample time with me going over everything I had questions about so I understood what I need to do to fix some problems I am having! She was not rushed in her approach and I felt very good about the advice she gave me.I also had Softwave used on my face which is a medical device used to help build collagen and it took years off my face. My husband noticed almost right after having the treatment and friends started to notice as well! The great thing about Softwave is it will last 3 to 5 years as opposed to Botox which only lasts around 3 months.Thank you Dr. Sprock for the innovative devices you have available to help women and men at Central Florida UroGynocology! The staff is very professional and Dr sprock is kind and professional. Good experience.

Beware of this so called Doctor, she is a butcher!! She has had several lawsuits against her for performing unnecessary surgeries, guessing thats how she paid for her new facility. My mother went to her & preformed surgery on her that come to find out she never needed & when confronted with what she had done she was caught changing my moms records. now my mother has problems she will live with the rest of her life. Dr. Sprock was fired from a practice for messing so many people up before she opened her own practice. With all this being said she definitely is one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. This woman should be stripped of her medical license!

Dr Sprock and staff are great. I felt I could talk about any concerns without feeling embarrassed. Very comfortable atmosphere and Dr Sprock is very thorough and tokes the time to go through your treatment plans.

This Dr messed up my Mom for life. She went into surgery for one thing but Dr Sprock operated on another thing and since then Mom has had 3 major surgeries to try and correct what Dr Sprock has done. Mom bowels are messed up for life. She has chronic health issues all because she trusted Dr Sprock.Beware!!!!!!

Stay away from this doctor at all costs. Where to start? She insisted her “branded” live probiotic was the best on the market. Turns out it doesn’t even meet the suggested requirements for women age 50+ (especially disturbing since I NEVER saw anyone under 50 in her waiting room during the 4 years I saw Dr. Sprock). She then treated a non-specific discharge with way too much hormone replacement therapy than was safe at any cost. She trains her non-medical staff to perform procedures that should be provided by trained professionals. She ordered a Coronary Calcium Score test, boasting how she had already saved 2 lives of patients that she got into see a cardiologist immediately as they needed stents for blocked arteries. I had the test on a Wed and asked that my PCP be copied on the results. That same evening my PCP called me as she had received the results and wanteded me to see a cardiologist ASAP. By the following week I had a heart Catheritization. I still hadn’t even heard from Dr. Sprock. I called her office 2 days in a row wanting to speak to Dr. Sprock and was told I’d have to make an appointment. My last conversation was 10 days later when I called her office again, insisting to speak with Dr. Sprock and was told they would give her the message and get back with me. It’s been well over a month and no one has ever called me with the results, nor did I ever hear back from her office. Thank goodness I copied my PCP on those results. Stay away from this narcissistic, incompetent doctor. Giving her 1 star as I had to give at least 1 to post this review.

I saw Dr. Sprock for what turned out to be a serious medical condition that required major surgery. Despite advising her of my symptoms and sharing a CT report, she dismissed my concerns and had me undergo 3 unnecessary treatments over the course of 4 weeks. She wasted my time and money.

I wish I left at the first sign of trouble, but unfortunately did not. The staff was very unprofessional and I did not have a good experience with Dr. Sprock. It is clear this establishment is more focused on making money rather than the comfort or well-being of the patient. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your care.

Helped me tremendously. I began seeing Dr. Sprock because of problems that my physican was not able to diagnose and/or provide adequate care and treatment. Dr. Sprock has treated my ongoing problem with UTIs successfully. She listens, asks me questions and has addressed other urological problems. Dr. Sprock and her staff are professional and caring I am lucky to have her as my Doctor.

Sooo.I’m reading all these negative reviews about Dr. Sprock and her stafff as I’m sitting in her waiting room as a new patien... not goin to lie, I was a little nervous . BUTDid all you guys wake up on the wrong side of the bed when you wrote your reviews?From the first appointment I made with her , her front desk staff were very cordial over the phone and as I walked in.Did I have to wait...ofciurse! Who doesn’t in any dr office? But when you do get to see her she gives you her undivided attention .Its not like she has a ten minute window per customer and rushes you out. if she needs more time with you, she’ll give it to you. That’s why the wait time might be a tad bit longer, I’ll take it!Dr.Sprock is Not the typical GYN(thank God), maybe that’s where these negative reviewers need to go.She cares about the health that you need and should have to keep your aging process in check.I’m very happy that she has “ devices” and pills to help sustain the problem that I have. It’s like one stop shopping.Now I don’t have to find ten other Drs (exaggerations) to do what Dr. Sprock can give me in her office.I thank my nurse for recommending her to me and I wish I would have known her last year!

I have to say my experience with Dr. Sprock was well worth what I as a person had been dealing with since I was younger. Dr. Sprock made me feel like a regular woman when I hated my body at 1 point... Everyone has their opinion but she was affordable n nonjudmental when I needed her the most in my life, her n her staff was there...

UPDATE: After perusing all the reviews, and seeing the few favorable ones, I would like to say to any potential patients...dont believe the handful of positive reviews. Its obvious to me that these people have not had enough experience with Sprock to know that each and every negative review is accurate (and no, we didnt wake up on the wrong side of the bed as one person stated). She WILL try to push unnecessary surgery on you, that could ruin your life. She tried to push this surgery on me, and I almost did it. Thank God that I was smart enough to refuse it, because as it turns out, it wouldnt have solved my problem. I also do not understand the few 1 or 2 patients that say she saved their life. Id be interested to see if they still feel that way. If you want a UroGynecologist that WILL save your life, call Dr. Tieu at Health First UroGynecology in Viera. She actually did save my life when 5 other doctors, including Mayo Clinic misdiagnosed my Interstitial Cystitis. I stand by my original review below.Original Review:I do not recommend this doctor. Although I found her, as well as her staff to be quite pleasant in bedside manner, she will try to push unnecessary surgery on you, and she will not diagnose you correctly. I believe she makes most of her money by doing nerve stimulation procedures, and that is not always necessary for some patients.

I called this office on a Thursday in need to be seen urgently and they said If you get the primary care referral and Insurance approval, we will see you before Friday next week. We have plenty of openings. I go to the PC next day, get the referral and drive to their office to hand the deliver the approval. She said she would fax them the need for codes. Monday I called I gave them insurance approval. I call Wednesday and they had given the wrong codes so now I had to have the PC submit more codes to the insurance for approval. So finally a Rep from Marjas office calls me to schedule an appointment for May in 2.5 weeks. Answer given they suddenly got filled and I should not have selected the type of insurance I did. So disappointed and upset. Working on finding another Doctor and having the referral changed again so that I can maybe see someone next week.

How shocked I was to see Dr. Sprocks face on the cover of a Space Coast medical journal. My wife consulted her with repeated UTIs and pelvic discomfort a few years ago. Dr. Sprock was not particularly sympathetic to my wifes frustration, did not recommend appropriate testing for perhaps a related chronic condition, which another Gyn did immediately, and worse, inferred that I had transmitted a sexually related disease to my wife. Despite our objections, we were billed for the test (which was negative). I believe Dr. Sprock is only interested in certain challenging procedures, and lacks a genuine caring manner.

This deserves ABSOLUTELY NO STARS! Right from the beginning terrible Customer Service. Find new front desk staff. Rats have more of a personality. If I were a doctors office I would think twice about hiring rude women helping other women. Sorry Dr. Sprock. I am sure you are not aware you have RUDE women working in your office. Merry Christmas.

This place is all about the money. The dr. is a quack. So money hungry. I believe she is doing tests that arent necessary. Also do not buy her vitamin products. You can get them cheaper at the vitamin shoppe. For what happened to me I am reporting her to the medical board. If you should purchase anything from this office they will not refund your money back. This Dr. is a Jack of all trades and Master of none. She is trying to run a spa! What does that have to do with your bladder. Please Elderly Patients beware!!!!!!!

Dr Sprock saved me . I had gone to 4 Drs before I found her. She takes her time , listens to your concerns and knows her medicine. Any of you guys out there diagnosed with something that’s not improving with time and medication, see Dr Sprock. As for the front room staff, I’m not there to see them. I’m there to see the Dr .

Whole office is very prompt and competent. Doctor is quite pleasant and very knowledgeable. Support staff is friendly and efficient. They help make a somewhat uncomfortable appointment doable. 4 Stars!

Dr. Spock installed an inter-stem in my mom who is now 93. An InterStim is metal you can’t have an MRI if you’ve got an interstim in your pelvis. Mom is now had this for at least 10 years. I sent my brother down to Florida to go consult with Dr. Spock and have it removed. Dr. Spock refused to remove it. It’s a complicated procedure to remove it and not every hospital knows how to do it. Mom is now in the hospital with diverticulitis and the hospital can’t do appropriate procedures on her because of the interstim. Don’t ever get this done in this office by incompetent and uncaring physician.

All my concerns were addressed and feeling better about my problem.

Had a 9 am appointment. Still waiting at 10:40. Assistant peeked head in and said it would be a while longer because the doctor was running behind. Why wasnt I told that before I wasted nearly two hours out of my busy day? Will not return.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute worst office staff ever!!! Cant make appointments on line and when you call they hang up on you or put you on hold and never come back to the phone.

I have been a patient for several years and have always had the best of care.The main thing is she listens to the problems before the exam then she diagnoses with your situation in mind.

She came as close to killing me as any surgeon could. I have had 9 corrective surgeries in 7 years to fix the mess she made. She said she was a UroGyn. I question that.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Maybe they should go back and take a course on how to treat other people.

If anyone feels like you’re not yourself or feel anxious, overwhelmed in life… I had doctors tell me I needed all kinds of Ambien to fall asleep for insomnia, antidepressants or anxiety medication (sometimes you do) but, how about do exactly what Dr Sprock did for me. Dr Sprock saved me life. I was very anxious, shaky, didn’t want to be alone, just felt loss inside myself. I wasn’t sure what was wrong. She was EXACT on what was wrong..I needed ALL my hormones filled up. My Progesterone (take at night n now I finally sleep), estring or estradiol (estrogen), Estrogen Patch, and Oxytocin. ALL natural and ALL wonderful. I will never feel not myself anymore. I love Dr Sprock. She compassionate, caring, empathetic, sharp thinking, awesome bedside manner, great listener, very understanding, I learned so much she was so knowledgeable and informative. I was instantly calmer before I checked out that day. It was God sent and a fresh of breath air to a New Future. A future of not feeling anxious or overwhelmed. I call her my hero! Dr Sprock takes her professional time with each and every patient. She is worth it and more. Trust me. Dr Sprock is giving the same equal care to each of her patients. The staff ARE a well oiled machine. Always on point. I am usually a picky person, but not with Dr Sprock or any of her staff. I wish More Doctors were like her. Thank you to Dr Sprock and her entire staff :)

I would say you could find a better provider within easy driving distance. Here were my experiences, if they are helpful to you while choosing doctors:The office asked me to come a half hour early and then I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. I drove a half hour to see her.Intake paperwork for this office is disorganized and requires you to waive rights to insurance for procedures. When I asked about it no one could tell me anything except these are the rules. You as a patient deserve to understand what you are signing and have someone caring explain office procedures. Especially if it means you might take on a huge bill.If it matters to you: Its a pretty dirty and run down office for a specialist. Upon reflection, I probably wouldnt feel comfortable being undressed there. Waiting room chairs are peeling and beat up, dust and dirt collecting on the floor. Walls kind of dirty and no attention paid to the atmosphere or environment. Decor is mostly posters of office rules or weird advertisements for medical spa treatments like botox or fat melting. Some of the media/marketing is literally hand drawn in bad handwriting/ tacky.I had Brittany as a nurse (I think) and she was very kind and professional. She seemed kind of out of place, like she should be somewhere better.The Dr came into the room and immediately began asking questions. No introduction or greeting, after two hours of waiting. I had chosen to just have a consult at first instead of undressing and being examined at our first meet. The doctor said this was ridiculous and asked how she could help me if she couldnt see it. Well, first you could build a client relationship that has safety and trust while educating me about urogynocology (I had no knowledge prior, and still basically dont). But those things didnt even appear to be on her radar. She had no capacity for the emotional or vulnerability aspect of her work, so if you have trauma do not expect trauma informed care in the slightest. Shes a bull in a china shop. Im pretty sure she was wearing Pajamas too.I have autism so I have my quirks and I get that sometimes we arent our best, but the way this office is run is like patients are cogs in her machine and any detriment to them is an after thought.I asked the Dr. to understand my not wanting to be examined at my first apt and to come back for that but she angrily said it was ridiculous and got up to stomp out in a huff. So shes not super professional, has no emotional intelligence, and will not listen to your needs if they go against her rules. Theres no way I was getting any procedure done without first figuring out if they would use my insurance and also feeling safe with the provider.She may be a good physician, I wouldnt know, but if the experience of the visit and feeling like a human who matters are on your needs list then this place isnt for you.Many comments also talk about the cancellation policy. Its clearly stated on everything in the office and on the paperwork. Just make sure youre aware of it, but most places have them these days.

Dr. Sprock was very informative. She was very patient and kind understanding and she knew and understood my problem which was a plus plus for me. I thank her from the bottom of my heart and I would recommend her to anyone that has any type of female problems or urology problems she is a fantastic doctor And God bless her.
