Applied for my TSA pre-check online and than showed up for a walk in appointment. Waited about 2 minutes and the whole appointment was maybe 5 minutes long! Super quick simple and easy! Had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend if you are needing to get fingerprinting done!

Proffesional and fast. I wish the lobby was larger. There was poor air circulation. And a small odor in the lobby. But over all the team did s spetacular job. And I received my result right there at the testing station.

Even though I showed up at 3:40pm on a Friday (a holiday weekend), with a full waiting room....I was in and out in less than 15min. Great customer service as well!

Completely incompetent service. Showed up at my TSA appointment on time. Was told they were running a bit behind and that the turnover time was 5 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, along with 12 other people ahead of me, one person was processed. When asked for the truth of the situation, I was told actually they have no idea when I would be processed. It could be hours. So, basically they are lying to their customers about how bad their service is. For a government service provider, with a monopoly on TSA identity approval, this is totally unacceptable.

For my experience I was able to set up appointment 45min before they closed made it to my appointment about 20 before closing and there were no wait time and no one in front of me. I literally was in and out before I knew it was completed. Best experience I have had in my entire life and for that I had to break out the 5 star for appreciation and completion in a timely manner. Great job Smart Labs for providing a Superior service.

It was alright! Service was good. Only thing I was uncomfortable with was that the bathroom doesnt have a lock for privacy. While leaving, I ending up walking away with a black toothpick on my hands. Otherwise, theyre not bad at what they do. Nice people and everything. I just didnt like having to touch a toothpick I didnt use.Edit: To smartlab response that I received , I know what I experienced. Although you guys may have these standards in place that there should be locks and there should be no toothpicks, but I was informed and told that there would be no lock in the bathroom at that exact moment. I had to put my things in a basket, there was a toothpick in there as well. It could have been anybody’s. It was not removed from you guys. Nobody came to clean it off.

I was a walk in. They were ready for me in minutes. Very quick, easy and straight forward. In and out within ten minutes or less.

This place is horrible. They received my drug test results for new employment on January 12th and they still haven’t contacted my employer with the results. Last Friday it was due to weather why they haven’t emailed the results. Every day I have called this week they answer and lie and tell me they are emailing or calling them right now and then my employer hears nothing. It’s January 26th now and they still have yet to contact them. I have to look for other work now since it doesn’t seem like they are going to ever contact them.

Terrible experience. Ghetto place . They have stuff all over in the room where they “drew” my blood. The lady who drew my blood very clearly did not know what she was doing at all. I have NEVER had an issue getting my blood drawn. Ever. I get my blood drawn frequently because I am pregnant. She stabbed my left arm first - to the side of my arm might I add and there was no blood coming out clearly because she didn’t get the vein so she started moving the needle around in my arm as if that would make the blood flow. She clearly didn’t get my vein so then she proceeded to stick the needle into my right arm. She then started moving the needle around and said the blood is coming very slow. She then claimed she could only fill one tube not the 2nd tube and that she could request a new kit from the lab or she could send in the one tube she got and hope they will accept the one tube. This was extremely unprofessional. She clearly did not know what she was doing at all! I’m very frustrated and disappointed with this experience and I will never go back to this lab again. I am on a time limit with the blood sample being needed and going to this lab was a waste of my time . They need to hire people who actually know how to draw blood.

Ok, how often does someone write a review for TSA Precheck? My family was unable to get back to back appointments for all of us. John was terrific and worked my son in as a walk-in so we didnt have to come back another day. Staff was friendly and the process was super simple. Definitely recommend.

I came here kindof grumpy (my fault, I put in the address wrong and drove a long way) but I found there was one person on shift and they did a great job, with a slow and steady, predictable flow. Woman owned too!

If you can go somewhere else do it. A little harsh sorry about that but, I was the first person there in the morning. The person checked everyone there and that took a 1/2 hour at which point the first appointment of the day shows up. They all got taken in even though they only had 2 appointments. Finally someone arrived to help out. He proceeds to take people back in the reverse that they came in finally around 9:30 somebody finally tells me that there is a problem with the website. At no point before that did they say anything before that I was there for 1 1/2 hours not a useful use of my time. My employer sent me there otherwise I would have walked out.

TSA pre check process was easy and the guy was very nice and professional - BUT, I was forced to wait 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time because a walk-in who had been waiting for a while was taken in before me - which is unacceptable. I made an appointment for a reason. I should not be punished because someone else couldn’t be bothered to plan properly.

I was expecting an experience like the DMV. Long lines and long wait times. I was completely surprised that they took us for our appointment early and we finished in record time. The individual who guided the process was helpful, kind and very professional, Thank you Smart Labs for making a potentially difficult process very easy.

Im not sure where the fault lies but I was offered a job and because the lab took two weeks to get my drug test back, and only after I had called them several times to hunt it down, because apparently it had been lost, now all of the positions for that company have been filled and the hiring date has expired. So Im without a job because of this lab.

The front desk lady that was working on 1/19/23 was so incredibly rude and impolite. She was very snippy and unhelpful with answering questions, didn’t even look up at me once. She didn’t give any instructions on what I needed to do and continued to talk to me like I was dumb. While sitting in the lobby she was so rude to the client on the phone. The whole experience was unprofessional.

I had an appt for pre check and ended up finishing errands and arriving early. I sat for 20 minutes, figured they were busy which was fine. Then a guy walks in the door and says he doesn’t have an appt and they immediately take him back. Why would you take the guy who just walked in the door over the person who has been waiting for 20 min??

Its a horrible place! I dont recommend!The same nurse who make registration and accept payment take blood without medical clothes with toooo long awful nails.She could not find a vein!!!!! Many times!!! Another nurse just doesn’t want to help!!! 🤬My daughter was crying all time!!! Its a hell!!!

The staffs here are genuinely nice with the greatest attitude. I had trouble getting in elsewhere but Smart Labs Now took my walk-in without making an appointment. Five star rating for sure!

We have switched to using Smart Labs exclusively for onboarding new employees with required drug testing. After issues getting appointments with other area labs, Smart Labs has always been easy-peasy and we just call over a heads up and send our employees right over. They send us a bill, we pay. They make it incredibly easy which makes it easy for our office staff, as well as our employees in our fast paced field of work.

I’ve gone here for two different services and each time they were patient and very helpful and knowledgeable from making the appointment and step by step assistance through the process. Very professional and clean environment.

I worked weekly with SmartLabs Now for 4 months. I chose them because they were the best value and interacted more in the beginning answering all my questions. That was more than other places did. They were always polite, courteous, and consistent with the process. When my hours caused made it impossible to come in, they made arrangements to come to me so that I stayed in compliance. THATS ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I do recommend them.

I think her name is milly Sanchez, she does not have a good character, I was the first to arrive, then three more people arrived, she did not want to take my identification or see the information received on the computer, she only told me to take it off because the other people would be attended to before that without looking for any information that is called discrimination I dont know who the manager is why they dont want to give information but if you can go to another place it would be best to do what they want not what they have to do

I went in to get a UA done because of my job. Got right up to the counter and signed in and a few minutes later Florence came out and got me. She gave me my directions and got it done quickly. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Great place!!

Very strange experience. I swear the employees who helped me were worse than the people at the DMV, so sloth like and bitterly sarcastic. They were even cursing behind the window without even trying to keep it under control. Not planning on returning here again in the future. While cheaper than most other places, the atmosphere wasnt very welcoming.

What a great place! My husband and I needed to get some DNA testing done, and John was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. This lab has a great service! I went there because one of the agencies I work for needed me to get some labs. I just walked in and I was seen in a few min. I was told my results would take from 2 to 3 days but they actually sent them a day after :) you can also see how careful they are with the process of getting your labs :)Thanks!!!!

Smart Labs Now cost our family over $3,500 in flight cost changes by not providing COVID-19 test results within the timeframe promised. We received a call from a very nervous Smart Labs associate the evening that the test results were to arrive saying that FedEx had delayed the flight with the samples in Memphis, Tennessee. He repeatedly said, Its not our fault, its FedExs fault.Since Smart Labs is responsible for managing their subcontractors, we requested reimbursement for the $3,500. To her credit, the owner of the company, Ms. Faith, has been responsive to me by email. However, she has consistently said we have done nothing wrong and has refused to reimburse our documented costs.In part, the reason the test results were delayed was because they were shipped to an offsite BioTek lab across the county. In other words, Smart Labs COVID tests are not performed in Portland as advertised. And they do not hold their subcontractors accountable for performance failures.On their website they list their Core Values as: Do the Right Thing, Value our Customers, and Be Excellent.Im still hopeful they will honor those values. Stay well out there!

After some back and forth via email, I believe that those in charge have heard my concern. I still feel that, based on our experience, it isnt a place I can recommend.I am writing to express my displeasure with my son’s experience at a recent blood draw attempt. Although the first phlebotomist was unable to successfully draw on her first attempt, she was kind and considerate.Unfortunately the second phlebotomist, Letitia, was not. She used a lot of blaming, shaming language: “your veins are just too small”, “you should have been drinking more water”, “your veins are too flat”, “your veins are too deep”, and “you’re too anxious; you need to calm down.” She did access a vein on the second poke, but dropped the needle, splashing blood and not filling the tube. Then she told him “you just pushed the needle out.” After a third attempt that missed the vein, I called a halt and we left.My son was not overly anxious when we arrived at the lab. He had experienced two “first try” successful draws in the last two months, giving him a level of confidence in it being an easy procedure. He had been drinking water all morning.I understand that sometimes a phlebotomist is unable to access a vein, for any number of reasons. My primary concern in this situation is that Leticia used language with my son implying that HE was at fault. My medically fragile child has been subjected to far too many medical procedures. The last thing he needs is to have someone telling him that his body or brain or choices are at fault in a failed procedure. Midway through the situation I said “excuse me, I don’t appreciate how you’re making this sound like it is his fault.” Her response was “well, we are medical professionals.”We have experienced unsuccessful draws in the past. It happens. But the right way to handle it is with compassion and apology. It is never, never appropriate to shame the child for a situation in which they have zero control.We may have to come back to your lab, as it is the only specialty draw lab within 50 miles of our home. If we do, I hope that your staff will be better trained to interact with compassion instead of responding defensively.

Friendly, clean, easy in easy out

My first (and only) visit to ARCpoint Labs was a bad one. The staff seemed to be comprised of college-age people with little experience or professionalism. The girl (I believe her name was Misty) who drew my blood seemed very unorganized, forgetting basic things like to get gauze out of the cabinet before inserting the needle into my arm. She apologized for shaking during the draw because she had just drunk a Rockstar energy drink because nobody told me I was doing a blood draw today. She put on gloves, then touched objects around the room (such as door handles), then touched my arm without changing gloves. A student was there to observe and she did not wash her hands or put on gloves, yet she handled my gauze and applied the Bandaid.I have had some really easy, quick blood draws by experienced people and was told I have great veins, but this girl had trouble getting blood out and to stick both arms to fill the four vials. She blamed my veins. She also did not put pressure on the area for more than 5 seconds afterwards, then applied merely a bandaid. The result was a nice bruise about 2x2 and soreness that lasted all week. Im just thankful I didnt end up with some type of infection!I will never, ever go back to this lab and I suggest you avoid them too.

Not too impressed with the equipment in TSA application processing. Tech was very nice. I felt sorry for him.

Unprofessional and unprepared. From the loud rap music to the technician who could not spell, this location is ill-prepared to administer a life insurance exam.
