Allegheny Reproductive Health Center

I did not want to have to leave a review like this. My previous experiences have been nothing but positive. However, recent experiences have soured my opinion of this facility greatly.Pros:- Caring and friendly staff- Provides abortion and gender-affirming care services- One of the providers is nonbinary and the doctors/staff are well-educated on OB/GYN treatment for gender-affirming clients- They will work with you if you are experiencing financial hardshipCons:- One time I was waiting outside of the office for an extended period of time because no one was there to let me in. I do not recall if this resulted in me being late for my appointment.- My insurance apparently declined to cover my annual preventative exam after mistakenly telling ARHC that I would be covered. Rather than informing me immediately, they attempted to appeal it five times, before sending me a bill for $425.00 a year later. As it was after the appeals period, my attempt to appeal to my insurance was denied.- I requested copies of the appeals they made on my behalf. I have not yet received them despite my e-mail being correct in their system.- They will not tell you if they are billing extra for something. I was billed an additional $275.00 on top of the $150.00 for my preventative care because my appointment took longer than usual. Had I known this would happen I would not have taken as long as I did.All in all despite having good previous interactions with this facility, I am leaving this review as a caution to others. Go in, tell them only what you need to tell them related to your OB/GYN care, and make sure you are at the very least keeping an eye on your EoB so you know before getting a surprise bill for services a year later.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I went in absolutely terrified because I was having what is usually a severely painful procedure and they made sure I was completely sedated and comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing. Not only that but every single person working there went above and beyond to make sure that I felt safe, comfortable, and listened to the entire time. Again, I can not say enough good stuff. Would absolutely recommend anyone go there for any of their services. Thank you to the incredible doctor, nurses, and staff!!

If I could go back in here and give everyone that worked with me yesterday a huge hug I would , they made this a very stress free experience and I’ve never felt so safe in anyone’s hand if I could remember everyone’s names I would personally thank them all . Thank you all for all the great work you do !

I came out of state this place is compassionate and very fast with getting back to me the time I called and and needed an appointment they got back to me within a week. I had a procedure done because of other health reasons at the same time. very professional. The procedure went well

I wish I could give them more stars. I had to make the very difficult decision to have a procedure done. I was insanely nervous but the staff here were so incredible. They made me feel so safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in on both days. They take extra time to make sure you understand and are comfortable. I am genuinely so thankful for each person that helped me with my procedure. Everything is very clean. The first day I had a little waiting but nothing terrible. The second day I was in and out within 3 hours. The doctors very so friendly and genuinely cared. I was walked through everything that happened. Thank you all so much for helping me through a difficult time. ❤️

Do not go here unless you dont mind waiting 6 + hours to be seen by a doctor WITH an appointment. I really hate leaving a 1 star review since this was the only issue but I want it to reach everyones attention. There must be something different they can do, so their patients dont have to wait so long. Not respectful of our time at all. I had a 2 and a half hour drive to get there, had a sonogram immediately and then waited... And  waited. I lost track after over 6 hours. Mostly everyone else in the waiting room seemed very upset by this too. I was not prepared at to be there for 8 + hours in total.  I understand they have to take certain patients sooner than other due to each situation and what is getting done, BUT PLEASE give a reasonable appointment time so that we dont have to wait so long. I dont understand why I showed up so early to sit in the waiting room my whole day.  This whole situation I was going through was already stressful enough, I dont think they realize how much more stressful they made it. I really hope something changes for future patients.Not all bad tho- All of the nurses and doctors were lovely, very nice and helpful once I actually get to see them.  Went through the procedure with no issues. I am very thankful overall. Just everything leading up to that point was terrible.

I wish i can give more than 5 stars! These staff are amazing.. From the escorts to the gentleman next to the door and the front desk all the way to the doctor!!! They treated us so amazing! We felt very comfortable and the support was so great!! I dont have not one negative thing to say! God bless you all❤️

Very good experience, the doctor and all the staff are very friendly and give a lot of help. The surgery went well and the doctor was very professional. The nurses and staff are also nice.

Came to Alleghany Reproductive from MD to have a procedure done. From the moment I walked in, each and every staff member was welcoming and wonderful! The establishment was very clean! There was a ton of informative information all around along with many positive affirmations for self love! My appt was at 930am and I was out the door by 1145am! Considering the process and counseling I think everything was done in the timely manner for it being a Saturday. Seriously every staff member was amazing & the doctor let me know what she was doing each step along the way which helped my nerves so much. It made the process less scary & pain free practically. Thank you again!

Wow, wow, wow. I had an incredible consultation visit with Dr. Sheila today. I was hesitant that I would actually get the attentiveness I sought since the appointment was remote, but that couldnt have been farther from the truth.Sheila listened to my every concern- from the talking points of why I initially needed a consult to random questions I had along the way. They included visual explanations, provided relatable commentary throughout the visit, and never made me feel rushed. They encouraged me to get a check-up and scheduled that for me then and there (which is actually a walk-in, kudos to ARHC for the ease of accessing care). I had been seeking out answers to many of the questions I came in with for almost a year now so receiving Sheilas full attention and wealth of knowledge was such a relief. I was glad to be provided the suggestions they offered without any pressure to make an immediate decision or influence on my opinions.As a trans masculine person, searching for care under this topic can be very intimidating. Overall, this was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

*I am posting this from a different name for privacy* I am from Ohio and this was my second visit, traveling here is absolutely hands down worth it! These people in this clinic care about you. They aren’t there to judge or look down at you. Everything from start to finish was amazing. I hope to not have to come back, but if I do it will be right to this place!!! Thank you for all that you do for these individuals!! You really give people a sense of hope and will power!!!! I appreciate this place man than they know!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience a few years ago. Doctors were well informed and made me feel absolutely safe and comfortable. I was given accurate and helpful information on the right birth control for me and my needs. My birth control was placed directly after my procedure. The staff made me feel very cared for with snacks and drinks in recovery. I was given a heating pad and a safe space to take a small nap (no pain, just sleepy from waking up early!). Security was kind and made me feel safe. I was able to bring someone with me as well, which was very comforting. I will continue to recommend to anyone looking to further their reproductive health and take back their bodies.

I had a procedure done here. The staff was extremely kind and considerate. I have no complaints on the treatment I received. The warned me before hand of wait time. I think people believe that they tend to their abortion patients first because of money but this clinic has many abortion patients coming in especially from out of state. They have to tend to them as quickly as possible because of the laws being passed and the amount of people who need it done as quickly as possible before being over term for medical or surgical but they provide great care for patients coming in for non abortion related procedures and gynecological health. I went there on a Friday and Saturday. When I got there and left Friday there were no protesters however on Saturday there were a few. They clinic staff were best with their buildings name and escort you from your vehicle into the building. Of course this cannot be controlled by staff but it is taken care to the best it can be. Once again all the staff are very kind and can provided with any help or answers you may need.(Edit)I also paid for a light sedation and due to response beyond my knowledge that I respect not to ask questions about they said they had and opening for full sedation with the extra money being covered by the facility. This offer may not be given due to its being circumstantial and optional but they still thought of an opportunity to put patients and a more comfortable possession. Many nurses offer to old my hand even while I was completely asleep and when I did wake up the nurse who got me dressed got a slightly disoriented girl bawling. When I asked for a hug she happily gave me one and when I apologized she quickly told me I had nothing to be sorry about. This clinics care is about YOU as a patient

(I’m using a different name for privacy reasons) I am unbelievably pleased with my experience here yesterday. I drove from Ohio because I read the reviews and it sounded like a very good place to go and they lived up to all of the good reviews. The nurses, my counselor named Nat, the doctor Amy, they were all so incredible. Every person who helped me yesterday during such a terrifying and hard experience, helped with genuine kindness. I was scared and had no idea what to expect. They all made me feel comfortable and safe and helped me when I was really upset about everything. I can’t thank this place and all of the workers who helped me through it enough. I highly recommend it.

I made an appointment here after having my concerns dismissed by my gynecologist (since I had no desire to become pregnant). Dr. Sheila took the time to actually listen to my concerns and further investigate what was causing my symptoms. They were so funny, kind, and competent. Thanks to Dr. Sheila, I received the appropriate referral and finally have an answer to my problem. I highly recommend them!

This place is AMAZING! All the lovely ladies were extremely kind, helpful and caring. They accommodated me in any and every way they could, and even helped with transportation. ARHS is a wonderful place that is a safe haven for women and like minded pro choice people, and I am genuinely so grateful and thankful for every single person in that place. A special shout-out to Dr Amy Collins for the extra care and concern she displayed for me. Also to staff member Nicki (not sure of her exact position) but she was extremely kind and helpful with coordinating transportation for me. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would! During such a stressful time, having a place like this with beautiful people is such a blessing!

All of the staff are friendly and compassionate. The practitioners have taken there time with me on each visit to ask questions, answer my questions, and make sure that I am comfortable and informed. My practitioner calls me personally to let me know about results and seems to recognize me as an individual and not just another name on the list. At each visit I have had to wait for a long time, but this is absolutely worth the personalized care that I receive. We need more clinics that are dedicated to serving the community so passionately.

I couldnt have been more pleased with the overall experience at Allegheny Reproductive Health Center. The folks who we interfaced with were extremely friendly, comfortable to be around, and made us feel at home. Reproductive health, in general, can be a sensitive or vulnerable topic/experience and I was made to feel at ease and I trusted that they knew how to best serve my needs. I felt empowered to make my own decisions and felt that they guided us properly. They provided the appropriate amount of connection, information, and support all while leaving us to be in charge of decisions regarding our situation. I am so grateful to have found them and to know that they are serving our community with compassion and competency. I appreciate their model of inclusivity and diversity while maintaining impeccable care.

Legitimate clinic with certified, professional staff front to back. Save the phone number to ARHC to have it on hand for anytime you or a friend are in need. 10s across the board - this place is a vital resource for us. Clean, comfy, thorough, excellent.

You can tell they really try to help here. Everyone there is extremely helpful and seems to know what their doing, and do it really well. Very open and laid back staff which really helps ease any tension. The councilors are amazing and everything is super confidential. They also walk you through every step of the way and can answer any random question you have about your pregnancy or procedure. Friendly and very LGBT+ friendly. Amazing experience

I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. I would recommend this place to any one looking at it. I wasn’t in there all day, which is refreshing when you are there for abortion services. The staff also is very nice and welcoming. I felt comfortable there the whole time, from the minute I walked inside from the protesters, which are usually gone by 10am anyways, so you don’t have to worry about them on your way out. They have cold water and a vending machine available if you want snacks which I thought was nice.

My only reason for deducting one star is due to the incredible difficulty getting in touch with a live person or someone to return messages. I do understand why though, as they are extremely busy. Otherwise, I would absolutely give 5 stars. Dr. Sheila is just wonderful. She gave us so much information and options on what was causing my daughter’s pelvic pain and how to treat it. We chose their office because they offered sedation, however, I expect continued use due to their gentle kindness, knowledge, and inclusivity.

Everybody here is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. Both days I didn’t hardly wait any time and I was in and out both days within 2 hours. I can’t thank them enough for everything!

I had a surgical procedure here this week. The staff overall was great, especially the nurse and dr (resident) who completed my surgery. They throughly explained everything and made me feel more at ease. I never felt judged or looked down upon by any staff member. The man at the door let me in as soon as I walked up to the door and was friendly, along with exiting. I waited about 5hrs from arrival to walking out the door which was expected. I started to feel sick in the recovery area and they promptly got me medication to help, juice, and crackers. I feel confident in my decision to go here for safe care. Thank you for all you do!

Had an IUD replaced here under conscious sedation. From the second I walked in the door to when they walked me out to my ride, my standard of care was excellent. Every single person who helped me was kind, skilled, and serious about my consent and comfort. Highly highly recommend!

The People that worked here from the Guard to the front desk, alll the way to the Doctor a d way in between were all so friendly and supper accommodating. The compassion in what they are doing and how they react to you even in time of stress or fear helped me so much I am at a loss for words. Without rambling on I more than highly recommend this place over anywhere else, seriously! They were also supper accomidating to pronouns etc which made everything ever sweeter. All I can say is thank you!

Arrived at 9am the staff was nice and respectful waited in the waiting room and was finally took back to the back for prep of surgery at 1:38pm quick surgery and was out by 3:38pm everything was a whole smooth experience but I hate waiting for hours

I dont know where to start because I have alot to say about this place and the people who work there.. Im a new patient there and never had such a great experience at any other doctors.. Im expecting my 3rd child and been only there twice and was going to wait to write a review but I just cant wait. Dr Sheila is the nicest human being on earth.. She cares so much about her patients and make them feel comfortable and also her partner. And the staff is something else.. They are super nice to me and make me feel Im one of them.. Im super excited to be having my 3rd child with them.. Thank you guys for all you do

I cannot thank all the staff at ARHC enough for making my birth and postpartum experience so wonderful. They took me on at 35 weeks because the OB I had been working with was just a terrible fit for me and my baby, and I can wholeheartedly say that having Sheila as my doctor was instrumental in how much I absolutely loved my birth experience. They did an amazing job at working with me and my doula to ensure that my birth preferences were followed, but also knew when medical interventions were necessary. I am so thankful that they were a part of my birth team.

The staff educated, talked to you and answered any and all questions and made me feel very safe the whole time. I walked in feeling alone, nervous, & scared. I walked out feeling loved, cared for, & so so thankful. I have never experienced such wonderful people. The staff (volunteer escorts & security guy included!!) are all so caring & welcoming. I had a tougher time than I thought I would, but I honestly am so thankful for experiencing this type of care & compassion. Every single person I came into contact with over the time I spent here showed me a smile & made me smile. You all made my long, grueling day easier to get through. I was moved to tears driving home because of how special I was made to feel here during my very long day. I cannot even begin to thank you all enough, you guys are ANGELS!❤️

I absolutely adore this place and everyone that works there. I felt so at home with all of them. Dr Sheila is amazing, she respected all my wishes and never left my side the day that I was giving birth. I was so worried because I didnt have anyone to stay with my kids during my labor and Dr Sheila found the BEST sibling doula we could have ever wish for! Alicia was god send! We totally adore her. She stayed with me until my husband got to the hospital with my other 3 kids and then she went and stayed with them in the waiting room while I birthed in peace with my husband to our 4th baby. My kids loved Alicia so much! Its been 4 months and they still ask for her. I dont think I will be having any more kids but if I would I would totally go with these beautiful humans again without any doubt! I will forever be grateful for all of them! For the love, the attention and the genuine care that they gave me. In all my births this last one was the best and all because of them!

10/10. These guys were amazing. Even with your little counseling session there is a white noise machine outside to make sure of confidentiality. My procedure was finished in less than 10min, they actually had me under observation with snacks and juice longer than the actual procedure. Abortion is far less scary than it seems and these guys go out of their way to make you feel safe and supported ❤

Such a disappointment. They started off helpful and then after my visit and being charged, I am not happy at all. I was told by the doctor that I would not be charged for a Pap Test as long as they received my medical records. After following up, the front desk receptionist confirmed that they did receive my records from my previous doctors office. I have been charged for the Pap Test and the office has refused to refund it, stating that the service was done. If a professional medical practitioner is telling me you will not be charged as long as we receive your records and then Im told records were received, I should not have been charged. Every office has the capability to refund, if they have the ability to charge. Saying we are a private business and we are human doesnt mean the patient doesnt deserve a rightful refund. This mistake is solely based on the receptionist who lied about having my records as well as the doctor making a promise that was unkept. It should not be at the fault of the patient for the offices error and transparent miscommunication. It is an absolute disappointment of how the situation is being handled. I should be allowed to speak with the doctor who was present during my appointment and made the initial statement, instead of repetitive insincere business oriented responses.

No matter who you are, you are safe here. Regardless of your size, color, religion, or gender, you matter here. From the front of house to the exam room, ARHC provides both excellent and affirming care. You are in control. Its your body, they are just there to help you care for it in the manner you see fit.Dr Sheila is a compassionate, comprehensive, non-judgemental physician. You can feel that she cares. Whether you need well-woman care or an abortion, your needs are important.cares about you and your health.

No cell phones are permitted so protestors cant come in and take photos of patients to post and shame on their websites. Can reviewers have a little respect for the safety of the people who go here? Is being separated from your cell phone for an hour worth maligning a clinic that serves countless women and others in need of care? This place does really great and important work and the doctor is a godsend. One of the most kind, compassionate, and competent doctors Ive ever met.

Nice staff. but they charged me for full iv sedation, said my bmi was too high for it but i didn’t even get a partial refund.

The website says they are accepting new patients, so I called and was instructed to fill out new patient intake paperwork. I promptly returned the completed documents, and a young woman called to tell me they actually werent accepting new patients (despite what is published on their website) and that there was no waitlist. She was extremely abrasive and unkind.

Had a surgical procedure done 12/3/2019 and the staff was amazing, they answered all mine and my husbands questions. They walked us threw each step leading to the procedure. They made me feel safe, and comfortable. They didnt judge they were really supportive. The doctor was amazing she was quick but thorough, she knew and understood this was my first time and she walked me through what was gonna happen. And was completely ok with me putting headphones in to drown out the humming from the machine. The after care was explained to me in depth to make sure i didnt chance getting an infection but also made it known if i had any questions or concerns they were always a phone call away. They even made me feel safe from the protestors when we got inside they reminded us that the protestors didnt know the sitaution and everyones is different and not take what they said to heart..

I had my procedure done on 12/6/19. I woke up that morning extremely nervous and walked out confident and supported. In fact, I cried to my boyfriend on the way home because I felt so moved by how nice everyone treated me. To the security, check in door man, Dr, and everyone in between- THANK YOU! Going through this experience made me so thankful that I live in a city where I have choices for my body that others may not support. Things to keep in mind: bring snacks and entertainment- I was there for about 5 hours from start to finish. There will be rude protesters outside, try to ignore them as best as possible (that was the worst part for me) they don’t know why you’re there as the clinic provides many services to women. Goodluck ladies, you are not alone :)

I am so so very thankful for Allegheny Reprodutive Health Center. For those reading reviews: keep in mind that people typically make reviews only when frustrated! I was 7 weeks along when I went in for my procedure. Of course the process was super slow, but that is understandle considering the little availability of doctors who are willing to support women’s decisions to do this. Every staff member that I interacted with was extremely supportive and compassionate. I’m so very grateful for ARHC

I was hesitant about getting the procedure but the staff there was extremely nice and talk to me before letting sign anything. The staff was supportive, kind to your emotions and very polite..

Had a consult with Dr. Sheila, they were so kind, and friendly. They truly made it feel like a meeting with a friend rather than a doctors visit, while also being very informative about my options and very thorough.

Most efficient and friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field. The doctor and nurse were sent from heaven and are truly doing important work! I am thankful for everything and will always remember their kindness and acceptance. Thank you to the entire staff!

I love the doctor, she was very positive and kind. She did a amazing job with me and the girl thats was by My side the whole time thank u for holding on to me. But after that when I was trying to recovery I felt like I was being rushed to get out and go home and I wasnt happy with that I didnt get time to feel better. So I suck the pain up and left

Had to cancel my appointment today because I have gastrointestinal distress and was just released from the hospital. Called in to cancel my appointment and I was told that they won’t be able to reschedule because I’ve had to cancel the last few. I don’t have an immune system I get sick very frequently and rarely leave the house. Due to this they denied me care. Horrible that they would do this as it is no fault of my own. I can understand if I just no showed but I called in and the level of care I just received is neglect!

Well I came here about one year ago and I was so so so scared but the nurses was so nice sweet and caring one even held my hand threw the procedure I just want to say thank you they are the best keep 😘🥰🙏

For a hard decision this was the staff made this experience so amazing and comforting! They were so sweet and very caring towards me. They made sure I was comfortable and after they took great care of me! Very sweet and caring staff!! Not a single thing I’d change about this place!!!

Everyone I had any interaction with here was beyond kind! I was terrified of my appointment to have an IUD removed. I cant believe after years of searching Ive found the best provider ever! They were so very kind and spend so much time talking to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me, Ive found a new provider!

This place is SCAMMING women in need.I went to this facility May 28 for help with services regarding pregnancy, but left without receiving those services and I have a receipt of proof. They charged me $700 for NO SERVICES RENDERED!! I have called several times and left messages and emails, only volunteers answer and cannot help with this issue. It has been almost 3 months and still have not received my refund!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!!!They will take your money and NOT help you!!!

Been here for 6 hours , apparently if you are not a PA resident you will be waiting for hours and hours here. I literally was talking to a PA resident woman that came in at 11:30 and left at 4pm ,getting the same thing done as me but of course Im still here. Seems like they prioritize their residents before anyone, their residents dont have a 3 hour drive home do they!

This place really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The staff was really friendly and supportive. I felt like I was wanted here and didn’t feel I was doing something bad or anything. The procedure went faster than I expected and the staff was amazing afterwards!

This place is fantastic! I can not stress it enough! Dr. Ramgopal is one hell of a world changer and the staff there is top notch. Nothing but love for this place, the staff and for Dr. Ramgopal. They make you feel like family. Every time I see Dr. Ramgopal I leave there ready to take on the world by spreading positivity and love.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. I called WEDNSEDAY to make my appt for the following Tuesday. They told me I needed to answer the phone Saturday but I had told them I will be out of town with no service the lady on the phone said I have to answer the call. I was by my phone as much as I could be, I missed the call by 1 minute and tried to call back but the office was closed. On Monday I called at 9:00 25 hours before my procedure and told the lady I missed the call but I still need that appt. She said yes you are still on for Tuesday at 10:00. Monday night at 6:30 they called and told me I cant come because the law states they have to do counseling 24 hrs in advance. I had already taken the days off of work and explained that I called earlier and someone should have called me then they just kept saying I cant do it because of the law. But i dont understand why they wouldnt call me Thursday or Friday when i told them i was available to talk or talk to me Monday morning when i called them. This is utterly ridiculous

I Am Very Pleased With My Experience I Had There From Everyone There! Even Tho I Was In Excruciating Pain And Had To Come As Soon As The Facility Opened, Everyone Was So Nice & Pleasant During My Unfortunate Decision I Was Never Once Judged And Was Very Comfortable… Thank You All So Much!

This place is an absolute joke! No urgency what so ever! We have been here all damn day for a 9:30am appt. It is now 3:49pm and we still have probably an hour or more yet to go! This is absolutely ridiculous! Zero professionalism! We have been here all damn day locked up with no food.

The staff is amazing, they make you feel so comfortable. They deserve 10 stars their that great!!!! Don’t go nowhere else!!!!

Disgusting and rude and gave me placebo drugs after I paid additional $175 for sedation. I was given 3 shots and nothing worked. I’m actually concerned of what was put into my body. I wasn’t even offered a refund. If you value your body, your money and your privacy go elsewhere

Kind staff, very efficient-prompt appointments. They offer many services to help women and others. Dont hesitate to call them to discuss your healthcare and your options!

This is the best place for reproductive care. They totally hook with up for support and anything you need. EVERYONE working was so kind and nice. I am so thankful people like you exist!

Only care about abortions bc it makes them more money. So the people that need birth control they put you on the back burner like you dont matter bc youre not giving them enough of a profit. So in return you can get pregnant and have an abortion. Makes sense.

Actually I wouldnt give no star I was there for medical reasons with my unborn child a year ago to have abortion and ever since then I have a odor that wont leave been to 8 different doctors and they cant figure it out and still trying to never had a odor until they did whatever they did now that my health is under control and we want to try again I now have to be put on meds to get pregnant smh such a waste of time I honestly should of let the unborn child in me at the time kill me because now I have all kinds of difficulties

No cell phones allowed. You are searched before entering. Mother and father / friend are immediately separated, so even if you change your mind, you cant contact the person you came with.

Everything was overall alright the only complaint I have is that there was really no sense of urgency to let me in the door when I arrived I even called to let the front desk to know I was there before I walked down the street to walk in I had to wait almost 5 minutes outside while the protesters are pretty much harassing you calling you names their were 3 escorts outside that work at the clinic and I don’t get why one escort can be in the door to let you in immediately while the other 2 remain outside I don’t know just thought that was wrong just let the future girls in immediately make sure someone is at the front door at all times so we’re not getting fed to the sharks

Protesting outside, they try to force reschedules to get more money. Anybody going there should never be happy about it and they just take advantage of a terrible situation by squeezing more money from it without remorse.

Very professional staff. Excellent security and volunteers trained to get you into the building safely when there are belligerent protesters outside.

Love this place. Honest and accommodating.Its not fancy but I always feel taken care of and respected.

Everyone was so welcoming, kind and supportive from the guards outside to everyone inside. I highly recommend this place.

They are the bomb. They have patient forward care. Wait times can be really long. Bring something to read/do/phone chargers.
