Doc did an amazing job with my Botox. I gave him full control for the areas he thought I needed. I was a little afraid because he did some areas I haven’t done in the past. I’ve always been fairly conservative! He didn’t let me down! My face looks amazing! Aside from the expert service, everything else was perfect. Beautiful office, friendly staff, easy forms I filled out in advance! I highly recommend Vitality Sciences!

Joe reviewed my needs and developed a personal program designed to get me back to training after a severe injury sidelined me for over 4 months. Doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all my questions about Botox and filler and gave me options. Botox looks amazing and the most painless lip filler I’ve ever received. Very happy with the results

I chose Vitality Sciences for their 24-hour turn around on Covid PCR tests. Ive been getting tested regularly for work so Vitality has been the go-to. Theyve accomodated my short notice appointment requests and the curbside test literally takes less than 2 minutes. I arranged a test for a client and Vitality drove to their location for the test. Vitality is professional, easy to deal with, and delivers results as promised. Highly recommended.

Such an awesome experience! Gerritt was so professional, and answered every question I asked. Not only was he professional, but amazingly convenient that they offered coming straight to my home! I was so nervous because I have tiny veins, but Gerritt was able to quickly and painlessly find my vein. I will absolutely be doing this again without a doubt!

I checked out EVERY other business in the area with the same services. Not saying they were all bad but compared to Vitality Sciences..they were all bad! Vitality actually did my blood work, which some of the other ones said they could just “fake”, the owner actually sat down with me and went over all the results and the best course of action. If you are trying to improve your physical and mental health, this is the only place you need to go. They continually follow up with me to ensure everything is going as it should and make adjustments as needed. I have never felt or looked better in my life and it’s all owed to Vitality Sciences and their staff!

What a difference less than a day makes. We had 1 person in our family come down w a high fever, chills and full body aches. Last year we would have called that the flu, but this year we are all on high alert. This morning with me, my son, my boyfriend and daughter in-law were all potentially exposed, and of course we all panicked.Thank you Vitality Sciences for helping us get the right paperwork completed, thank you for streamlining our process and getting us in immediately for our tests.We literally had our results in less than 12 hours. A terrible company. Very unprofessional owner. Ive never dealt with such a rude person before. I paid $400 for a fededx overnight covid test to be able to make my international flight home the following week. They charged my card but did not send any test. I had to use another company and thankfully did make it home. I would not recommend this company at all.

This lab went above and beyond to get us the expedited Covid testing results we needed for travel out of the country. Joseph was a gem to work with. He was knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend this lab!

I really have to give a shoutout to Vitality Sciences on Donald Ross Rd. My kid got me sick again and I was feeling horrendous and I had an interview today. I called yesterday and they didn’t have any more appt for an Immune Booster IV with vitamins. Late yesterday I got a text from the owner apologizing for not being able to fit me in and went on to say they could open just for me at 7am the next day so I could do my IV before my interview. Mind you they open at 10am. I went in today and it was quick and I think it’s the only thing that helped me pull thru and survive my interview was them. I highly recommend them!

It is unacceptable that you guys are charging $400 for the Covid 19 test that must of the places are doing for free,I am looking to report these matter to the authorities to make sure that these is legal, and if it is you guys should make sure that people know how much is going to cost.In my case i did bot hade any idea the cost of it till I saw the charge in my credit card statementI honestly feel robbed!!

We are in Palm beach for a short work week, we called Vitality for a last minute request for in home service, they agreed to and provided a wonderful service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

This place is amazing! I’ve been twice now for IV’s and have felt incredible by the end of both! Went in the second time with a splitting headache and they immediately gave me something for it that totally alleviated the pain! Everyone is super friendly, definitely a worthwhile experience!!!
