We have been with Advent Health Fertility since they were Midwest Reproductive Center. Their team is incredible and we received the best care there. The new facility is so nice and all of their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We owe them the start of our family!

Love this office and this team. They got me through the hardest 5 years of my life struggling with infertility and thanks to them I now have a perfect little girl. I have several friends who recommended them to me and I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gehlbach and his team! We struggled with infertility for years and it was due to his team that we now have 2 beautiful children. After a disappointing experience at another fertility clinic, the care that we received with Dr. Gehlbach was refreshing and effective. Johni, Goldie and the whole team were always so responsive, compassionate, and willing to help. Infertility can be so disheartening at times, but they were always there to offer support and solutions. Thank you to everyone in this office for providing top notch care -We are so appreciative of everything they did to make our family complete!

If you want quality service—-prompt response from the doctor, nursing staff and front desk, don’t go through advent. I spoke to the doctor twice in my nearly two years with Midwest/Advent. I’ve been with KU for two months after being at our limit with issues from this clinic and spoke to the doctor on day 1 and have received several emails with helpful info from the doctor, nursing and finance staff. Advent refused to give back my deposit after telling me I was good for an October retrieval and than the same day told me I couldn’t do it because they still needed to coordinate with the urologist—-they had a handful of months to do so while transitioning their clinic. This clinic only added stress and fear into our journey. When asking for a refund back to gain some trust back, no one would talk to us but the doctor( finically the second time speaking to him and it was because of money) and it seemed like a rehearsed bit. He refused to give us our deposit back to keep until we were actually on the schedule for the November date. I cannot say enough good things about KU and Dr. Lydic though. Please make the best decision for you and your future family and avoid Geilbach, Joni and Amy at this clinic.Ps within a month of being at KU they did a saline sonogram and found a polyp in my uterus. I had a sonogram in March of the same year with Advent/Midwest and they either didn’t find it or didn’t mention it. They are purely after your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

You cannot get anyone on the phone, just leave a voicemail and hope someone calls you back eventually. Im trying to resolve an issue regarding Midwest Reproductive (that Advent absorbed) and Ive tried several phone options with no one picking up, just voicemail. The billing deparmemt is no help because the two systems are not integrated and my issue is from a visit before the aquisition. I really dont want to drive 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone, but I will if this cannot be resolved.
