Vee, Adi, Johana, and Kelsey are an amazing at their profession. I have the best care team here at CAN community health. Vee is always a warm and d bright touch to my day when I walk into the lobby. Johana fights for her clients. Aniel and Althea are always ready to assist with my medical needs. Dr Kelsey is amazing as my provider. Love this group of people. Everyone at CAN is for the community.

The care I received from Can Community Health is always exceptional. The Front Desk Staff, Vee, Adrianna and BiBi The Phlebotomist are very friendly and inviting. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized service that yielded positive results. They display a high level of professionalism always making me feel comfortable throughput my visit with laughter 😃. Great staff !!

This was my first time at CAN community health and i can guarantee that this place has 10/10 customer service. I came in without an appointment close to closing and thankfully was able to get in and seen!I wanna thank the receptionist who helped me as soon as i stepped thru the door and was able to pull a few strings and quickly got me to see the doctor! Truly an amazing experience!Thankful to the staff up at the receptionist desk who quickly got me in and were so kind. Thank you to the nurse for assisting with all my questions and taking care of me, as well as to my doctor who came to check on me. Vee, Caroline, Edgar, and Aniel thank you for making my experience at CAN community health an amazing one and i 10000% recommend this place!

Always a pleasure coming for a visit. I appreciate all the hard work you guys do every time I walk through the front door Vee is there always on top of her game no doubt and my nurse was as well. She made sure I was comfortable and well-informed.

V was amazing, she explained the easy process on getting started as a first time patient and I loved her positive energy. NP Edgar was also amazing and knowledgeable, definitely loved my experience and the welcoming environment, I will be coming back again!!

Dr. Catalina has been great whenever I visit her and is very kind and accommodating along with the nurses Althea and Aniel who helped not feel anxious coming here for the first time. Also the two front desk people, Vee and Adatiss make sure to give heads up a good time in advance about upcoming appointments.

Im very well taken care off each time I have an appointment. The staff are very friendly, caring, and easy to get ahold of. Catalina takes very good care of me in my appointments and its always great to see Vee at the front desk when im checking in

Always a pleasure to see the staff always friendly and respectful. Vee at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is always willing to help answer snd questions. Bibi in labs is a really trooper. She always draws my blood with the upmost care cant feel a thing and I love that about her she talks to you and you can feel her genuine soul. Nurse Catalina was the worst. Im changing drs . Dr Robbins was the best. So disappointed in the lack of knowledge with the new crew. I was a patient 14 years. They went down hill bad.

Always helps me when it comes to get getting tested for free with fast service same day actually just incase you have any scares and the staff is very friendly and helpful

The lady’s at front desk are wonderful filled with plenty of laughter makes my visit so comfortable they always get me in and out within appointment time ‼️‼️

Unfortunately and according to what was said by the regional manager. The owners of the organization have policies that translate into poor customer service, inflexible and inhumane. On several occasions, arriving at an appointment 30 minutes or more in advance, I have had to wait 2 hours after my appointment time. and having an appointment at 4 PM having tried on several occasions to communicate to report a traffic problem on my way that I would estimate would be about 5 minutes after my appointment and which ended up being 11 minutes after my appointment. The regional manager could do absolutely nothing for the patient, with the only argument that the authority that followed her were the owners and that it was simply okay for them that the patient waited as long as it took, but they could never understand that the patient (even if she had always been punctual) was overtime, it was the last appointment, the doctor was there, and the regional manager felt impeded and at the same time humiliated by the owners since she needed her work and the owners did not allow him to have true quality of customer service with human quality.
